Frisch renoviertes Appartement zum Glück bekommen. Super liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Freundlicher Empfang mit einem Glas Sekt an der Rezeption im Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Ort ist sowieso phantastisch.

Stayed at a superior apartment which included breakfast in the hotel and access to the pool, rooftop and spa.|It was my birthday celebration and what a perfect way to spend it.|The staff are amazing and so helpful !!|The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotless clean.|We had a balcony off the lounge that overlooked a courtyard.|The rooftop was amazing, the bar here only opened Friday, Saturday and Sunday which is a shame as it was so convenient. |The sunsets from the rooftop are spectacular.|Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. |I would highly recommend and will certainly return as soon as possible.|Muchas gracias a todos ❤️

Stayed in Sup/Apart 273 H/B for a week at this AMAZING hotel in Sept.||Arrived at recepcion quite late and was greeted with a very warm welcome and a food parcel. Just waht we needed and was yum! Our apartment had been referbed and was stunning with a fab terrace! Only negative point, was the mattreses were far too hard. Room was kept spotles by our maid. You will need to take salt/pepper t-bags and coffee for the apart or get them from the hotel which is no problem. WiFi good too.||The location is to die for and we hired a Bali Bed every day which made our stay even better. Food at the hotel is of very high standard and has a superb choice. Freshly cooked steak at night if you want it! We only ate out once, at Mr India, as it is the best Indian we have ever tasted and go there every time we stay in Mogan.||All the staff in the hotel can not do enough for you and the pool lifegaurd does so much for the guests. Tha staff are truley amazing, but a special thanks to Rauqel the recepcion manager and our dear friend Daniel behid the bar as they are without a doubt, a tottal asset to Livvo!||They were filming a holiwood movie next to the hotel with Samual L Jackson and John Travolta. How cool was that!||All in all, another amazing holiday at Livvo Mogan, we have been going for nearl 15 years and it our favourite hotel ever! 10/10!||Thanks to all the Staff for your kindness and hope to see you in May & Sept as always!

Det var smidigt och enkelt att boka, sen gick det utför.|Bokningsbekräftelsen jag fick innehöll pris o avbokningsregler?|Jag saknade:|- en adress till lägenheten |- en adress till receptionen |- In o utcheckningstider|- hur lägenheten är utrustad, vad finns vad behöver vi ta med?||Jag skickade epost med frågor till den enda adressen som finns på hemsidan, jag har fortfarande inte fått svar.|Väl framme fick vi gå runt i området och fråga i affärer o restauranger var receptionen kunde finnas, vi hittade den efter ca 15 minuter.|Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam, finns inget att klaga på där!||Väl inne i lägenheten möttes vi av ett ganska slitet intryck, en balkong full av fågelskit och den smutsigaste AC jag någonsin har sett!|Den har inte blivit rengjord sen den installerades, det kom nästan ingen luft ur den.|Sen så hade vi ingen internetanslutning.||Sängarna var stenhårda! Det blev inte mycket sömn första natten, servicen jobbade inte den dagen så jag sov på soffan andra natten.|Tredje dagen så fick vi bäddmadrasser i sängarna vilket förbättrade situationen en del.|En "tekniker" dök upp som inte hade någon som helst teknikkunskap utan konstaterade bara att vi inte har internet... Duh!|Eftersom någon hade varit där och bäddat så trodde jag att balkongen skulle vara rengjord men nejdå.|Nu är det slutet på dag tre, balkongen är ren likaså ACn men fortfarande inget internet.||Till komplexet hör en pool o poolbar som tydligen alla har tillgång till så där finns inte en chans att bada eller sola, öppettider är 10-18 men baren har varit stängd i två dagar nu.||Har slagit ihjäl 16 kackerlackor så här långt ( dag fyra).||Nu har vi lämnat Mogan, dom fick igång internetanslutningen i några timmar igår kväll.|Idag på morgonen var den död igen.||Antalet kackerlackor har nu passerat 20.||Vi kommer inte tillbaka hit.

Best holiday EVER! Apartments were 1st class, definitely 4*+. They were modern and spacious. Cleaned every day, daily clean towels and T towel. Located in the quieter part of town (not that anywhere was overly noisy), The poor and bar area were fantastic. Exceptionally clean, plenty of sun beds and great food and drink choices. Bar service was available at pool side. Couldn't have wanted more.

Great apartments. Would study here again. Everything you can think of was provided. Fantastic place.

We booked through easy jet holidays. |Flight from Southend is perfect for us. It’s 15 minutes from home. |A week before departure we received an email from Sleazy Jet telling us that the drop off point from the bus transfer company would be 500m from the accommodation. It went on to state that we could cancel the holiday and get a credit note for the £1500 we had paid and pick a different holiday. |Shame on you Sleazy Jet!|The online information when we booked the holiday states that you are dropped 50m (NOT 500m) from the accommodation. |AND IT STILL DOES. |We decided to go ahead with our holiday. |The transfer from the airport on the coach takes nearly two hours. That because of all the stops at other hotels along the route. |The driver dumped us at the bus station and pontes vaguely in a southerly direction and said “that way”. He got in his coach and drove away. |We found the Livvo Hotel and checked in. Then we walked for about three minutes to our ground floor apartment. |It was a bedroom with twin beds. |Mattresses are VERY firm. We like that. If a soft mattress is your thing DON’T book this accommodation. |There is a wardrobe, bed side tables, large mirror. Hairdryer provided is very good. |The kitchen is ok. Good fridge. Two burner job. Table and chairs for dining.|Lounge area good. Large mirror, comfy sofa, coffee table and big enough TV. BBC, 1 and 2 and ITV and 4. Plus loads of European channels. |Veranda with table and 4 chairs. |Bathroom has a toilet, sink, bidet and bath with a shower. |NO HAND RAIL. So if you struggle with hip or knee problems it’s hard to get in and out of. |The whole place was spotlessly clean. |It’s all quite tired though. They are renovating all of the apartments however. |Superior apartments (185 is one apparently) allow guests to enjoy breakfast in the Livvo hotel. It’s very good! Lots of choice and all good quality. You can also use the pool. |Again the pool area is great. |The hotel staff are wonderful. Happy, helpful and efficient. |The apartment was cleaned 8 times in our 10 day stay. Fresh towels and beds made etc. |Puerto De Mogan is picturesque and lovely. The restaurants are not cheap but the standard is reasonable. |All the other tour operators drop you off at the carpark gate 50m from the hotel steps by the way. So just avoid Easy Jet.

Location excellent. WiFi good. Cleanliness not great. Beds dreadful. Decor very dated. No where to hang clothes to dry. No bath mats provided to avoid slippage.

Firstly I must admit that I did ask for a ground floor apartment as I had a knee injury and the management honoured my request.|However, we were in room 175 which is where the cleaners congregate every morning around 7.30am right outside the bedroom window, the noise was horrendous! I decided to move into the front room and sleep on the couch! However, right outside the window is a loading bay and access to the underground car park! A full nights sleep is impossible in this apartment!|However, on the bright side, we were just a short walk to the pool and Maria's restaurant which was a Godsend. We loved the area and would definitely return, but would have to know in advance the location of the apartment.

We have just had a week at the LIVVO Apartments. 2 adults and a 17 year old. The standard apartment (178) was really dated and very basic and in desperate need of being refurbished. I’m aware some have been done and we did email to ask for a refurbished one but we didn’t get one. We did however have a small balcony with just enough space for 2 to sit out. We also had access to a rooftop terrace and this could have been great but the furniture up there was very grubby and in desperate need of a clean. There is also no parasols so no shade. My 17 year olds bed was the sofa bed and we expected it to be the pull out type, however it wasn’t. It was just the sofa and when we arrived late at night, there was just a pillow and 2 folded up sheets so we had to make the sofa bed up ourselves. My 17 year old is average height but when laid out he was taller than the length of the sofa so I would not recommend this apartment if there are 3 adults, would say the sofa is only suitable for a smaller child. We only had access to the pool next to Maria’s. Again the furniture is all in need of a good clean. We did manage to get beds most days but we’re usually lucky ie beds just become empty or beds available shortly after arriving. However we were concerned that there was no checking that anyone using the pool was staying in the apartments so anyone could just walk in and use the beds and pool. We had low water pressure the whole time and a few occasions where there was no water at all but we had a notice to let us know of this happening. The area around the apartments is really lovely/pretty and it’s ideally located for the town and beach. We had some amazing meals in the local restaurants and bought lovely home made sandwiches from the supermarket nearby. However we wouldn’t stay at the apartment again unless they were refurbished (and only 2 of us). I would also upgrade to a superior apartment so you can use the hotel pool rather than the apartment pool (at Maria’s bar).

Such a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Puerto de Mogan! The staff are very friendly and it's brilliant value for money ❤️

Siento tener que dar esta valoración ya que íbamos muy ilusionados porque el apartamento estaba en muy buena ubicación y están bastante nuevos. Cuando llegamos al destino después de retrasarse el vuelo y llegar por la noche sobre las 23h nos dan el apartamento y nos encontramos que no es el que reservamos con balcón o terraza, no dan uno con mirador o balcón francés como ponía en Booking, nosotros pagamos más por tener una terraza, a esto añadir que después de ver qué no era la habitación que pagamos había una cucaracha de medio metro dentro del apartamento. Nos vamos a recepción para que nos cambien por el apartamento que habíamos pagado y sin cucarachas. Nos dan otro apartamento con terraza, cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba sin limpiar con las camas desechas, platos sin fregar, toallas usadas en el suelo del baño y sin limpiar después de que alguien lo dejara y otra cucaracha en la cocina (está vez estaba muerta). A todo esto ya eran las doce de la noche y decidimos que no queríamos estar ya ahí, no estaba dispuesta a dormir en un hotel donde me había encontrado dos cucarachas en dos apartamentos distintos. Cancelamos la reserva y nos fuimos. Hay que decir que las chicas de recepción en todo momento muy bien y pasaron más apuro y vergüenza con lo ocurrido que nosotros.

Fantástico fin de semana con amigas en un sitio espectacular. Tranquilidad máxima aderezada con música en directo, baño directo al mar, hamacas y balinesas confortables cerquita del bar y restaurante. Un 10 a ese detalle del agua fresquita con limón en la misma recepción para dar la bienvenida. Excepcional trato del personal con Janina en el recepción, Micaela en la piscina y Ricardo como director de LiVVo Puerto de Mogán. Volveremos.👏👏👏

Buffet exquisito. Todo muy rico, le daría un abrazo al cocinero. Las habitaciones decentes. Y las instalaciones limpias y estables. La ubicación ideal, con la playa al lado y una salida al mar desde dentro del hotel.

It’s was so great last year we booked again for this year but for 2 weeks as we didn’t want to leave last year. Fantastic apartment once again . Lovely and clean the pool is fantastic. Booking again for next year . There was building work in some of the apartments but it didn’t bother us at all . The hotel had said we could use their pool as compensation and wow it’s so beautiful we are tempted to stay in the hotel next year or the other option is to go bed and breakfast in the apartments and you can use their pool as well as the one at the side which is fantastic and no reserving beds as it’s locked until 10am. It’s got a pool bar too. So many good restaurants especially the Irish tavern where we ate 4 times , it’s that good. 5 stars from us.

Just returned after a weeks holiday at this resort and these apartments! The hotel on the harbour aloud us to use the pool area while we stayed due to one block of the apartments being updated. Brilliant location with plenty of local restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and we will return soon …

We stayed at Apartamentos LIVVO Puerto de Mogán from December 25th to 28th, 2024 – it was our second time there, and once again, we had a lovely experience overall. The location is perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Puerto de Mogán, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the marina.|A special thank you to Gemma – she was wonderful both times we visited. Thank you, Gemma, we love you!|The apartments are nicely furnished and have a veranda facing a peaceful garden. Everything was clean, and the cleaning staff came by every morning, which we really appreciated. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the harbor, where you’ll find lots of restaurants and shops, and the beach is about five minutes away.|One of the best things is waking up early and seeing the beautiful sunrise — and later in the day, the sunsets are just as stunning. Every Friday, there’s also a local market in town, which is definitely worth checking out if you enjoy browsing handmade items, souvenirs, and local goods.|Keep in mind that it’s a very touristy area, so not all the food is great – some places are really nice, but others can feel overpriced or average in quality.|The apartments themselves could really use an upgrade – the furniture is a bit dated, and the beds are not the most comfortable. That’s something we noticed both times we stayed.|Unfortunately, we also had one unpleasant experience during our second visit. One night, a couple on an electric scooter almost hit us while we were walking back from dinner. My husband rushed ahead to the room, and I went to buy some drinks and water. On the way, I realized a man was following me. It was dark near the parking lot, so I changed direction a few times, but he kept showing up nearby. I eventually got to the shop and then hurried back to the hotel.|When I got to reception, I started filming the man with my phone. He passed by with a younger woman and noticed I was recording. We reported it to the receptionist, but unfortunately, they didn’t take it seriously. Later, the man came back near our veranda, and when I called reception again, they still didn’t act. My husband had to step in and make it clear he would take action if the man came any closer.|Luckily, a few minutes later, three police officers arrived. I showed them the video, and they recognized the man right away and went after the couple. The police were quick and professional – thank you so much to them! It’s such a beautiful area, and we still love Puerto de Mogán, but the way the hotel reception handled the situation was disappointing. Safety should always be a priority, especially in a family-friendly, tourist-heavy place.|Also, one of our room keys didn’t work during the stay, which was a small issue but still worth mentioning.|Overall, a lovely place with a fantastic location, relaxing vibes, and helpful staff like Gemma. With some updates to the apartments and better attention to guest safety, it could be truly perfect.

Arriving late we went to hotel livvo to check in. After that we were given a key and map to apartment only 100 yards away( some are further), beautiful room with large lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Overlooking street we were surprised at how quiet it was. Next day we realised we were on corner of building so our balcony was tiny (see pics).|We popped into hotel and spoke with Natalie, who was so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. She listened and pointed out we had booked room with Juliette balcony, BUT gave us access to hotel facilities including pool, sauna and bar as an apology. After this was sorted we had a lovely stay. The room had walk in shower, ceiling fan in both rooms plus aircon and safe included. Fitted kitchen with many appliances including washer. Definitely stay here again, maybe not in room 323!

Schreckliche Erfahrung mit den Apartments Nie wieder! Eine Bruchbude, für 3 Nachte haben wir 340 Euro bezahlt. Die Küchenzeile hatte keinen Dampfabzug und die Zimmer Möbel sind extrem alt und abgenutzt. Unser Apartment Nr. 269 war direkt an dem Durchgang. Ständig sind Leite mit den Putzwagen, anderen Rollwagen vorbei gefahren. Fenster offnen war nicht möglich. Das Appartement daneben wurde gerade saniert, den ganzen Tag hörte man die Bohrmaschine. Eine Zumutung.

Vamos una o dos veces todos los años, desde hace casi una década. La ubicación es inmejorable, las instalaciones están muy bien y el trato del personal siempre ha sido muy bueno. Son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a cumplir cualquier petición. Totalmente recomendable.

Es un tipo de hospedaje hecho para hacer turismo. Nos alojamos con dos niños pequeños y no creo que sea propicio para ellos. La piscina de los apartamentos es muy pequeña, con capacidad para 20 personas que siempre está llena y no cuenta con socorrista. La playa está al lado y esa fue nuestra opción todos los días. Las habitaciones, a pesar de la reforma no están al 100%, nos quedamos con la ducha en la mano y si es verdad que nos lo cambiaron en seguida. Hubo un día que no pasó limpieza, nos parece bien y nos apañamos teniendo que ir a comprar bolsas de basura a la tienda porque éramos 4 y con una de 15L no hacemos nada. ¿Repetiremos? Posiblemente no, pero por el tema de familia, para una pareja o amigos sin preocupaciones de horarios está estupendo. Los camareros del buffets super amables y pendientes al igual que las chicas de recepción.

Innsjekk på Hotel Livvo og leiligheten lå en kort spasertur unna. Fint møblert med veranda ut mot en hage og bra renhold. Det er bare et par minutter å gå til havna med mange restauranter og til stranda er det ca. 5 minutter å gå. Jeg hadde leilighet i 2. etg. og det er ikke heis. Livvo Apartementos kan absolutt anbefales og til tross for at det er midt i sentrum er det rolig på natta.

Puerto de Mogan is een heel leuk plekje om op vakantie te gaan. Helaas de appartementen van Livvo laat wat te wensen over. Je kunt niet buiten zitten of je moet naar het dakterras. Dat is leuk alleen er zijn geen parasols dus veel te warm. Het hotel heeft deze dus wel voor de gasten. Je mag geen gebuik maken van de faciliteiten van het hotel dus ook niet van het zwembad en het kleine badje waar je wel mag komen is een lachertje zo klein voor alle gasten.

Apartment is spacious but very basic and in need of refurbishment. Generally tired. One of the drawers in the bedroom fell apart and lack of cleaning in shower area. But location is great

Great and atmospheric place to stay in Puerto de Mogán. Spacious rooms, relaxing atmosphere and all you need to enjoy your time by the sea

Wij waren enorm teleurgesteld in ons verblijf. De locatie bleek helemaal anders dan op Booking aangegeven, waardoor we ver van het hotel en zijn faciliteiten zaten. Het zwembad van het hotel mochten we niet gebruiken, en het enige andere zwembadje lag aan Bar Maria, zonder uitzicht of sfeer. Bij aankomst was ons appartement ronduit vuil: de vloeren waren niet gepoetst, vooral de badkamer was smerig, en de vuilbakjes waren niet eens leeggemaakt. Bovendien was alles in het appartement versleten en dringend toe aan onderhoud. En dan de prijs: bijna €700 voor vier nachten, zonder ontbijt? Dat is echt veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Dit was absoluut geen aanrader!

Perfekt beliggenhed i Puerto de Mogan. Vi boede i en stue lejlighed, størrelsen er fin uden at være prangende. Køkkenet er meget småt - men fint til morgenmad eller meget simpelt madlavning. Der er adgang til en fælles tagterrasse som har en herligt udsigt. Vi nød mange solnedgange herfra. Lejlighed og terrasse er lidt slid - men alt virkede. Og der var rent og fint. Vi blev taget godt imod i receptionen - som befinder sig i hotel LIVVO. Vi havde parkeret bil ude mod molen, hvor det er gratis (hvide båse) - som viste sig at være et fint sted, eftersom det var tæt på rum 189 som vi fik tildelt. Vær opmærksom på der er fredags marked - så bilen skal være flyttet inden midnat - ellers bliver bilen bugseret væk - og man får en stor bøde. Vi havde overordnet et super ophold - dog er senge meget hårde, hvilket er lidt et problem. Derudover er personalet ikke så gode til at håndhæve at solstole ved pool ikke reserveres. De har ellers opsat regler om maks 30 minutter - men vi oplevede at det var svært at få tre solstole sammen - fordi flere solstole stod med håndklæder på i mere end halvanden time. Den hårde seng er eneste deal-breaker for at vende tilbage en anden god gang.

Entré al hotel y pregunté si me podían dejar pasar al baño porque no podía más ( por necesidad) y una chica joven de pelo negro tendría 25 años, no me dejó pasar al servicio que eso no se le niega a nadie yo solo estaba dando un paseo y estaba buscando para pasar al servicio y me lo denegó fue hoy día 19 de enero 2025, fue sobre las 6 de la tarde. Me pareció de mala persona lo que hizo la empleada y muy maleducada muy mal servicio de recepcionista muy poco profesional.

Excellent area & lovely apartment, it is a little dated but really clean & well planned out. The cleaners came in 5 days out of 7 to clean, change towels & make beds, even washed a few dishes, very friendly. Reception area is within the main hotel, excellent service throughout. The one problem for us was the beds, they are very hard & impossible to sleep on if you don't like hard mattresses, however the reception chap sent over memory foam toppers straight away & after that it was a good nights sleep. Would recommend for a relaxing & safe holidays, all sorts of ages in & around the resort, plenty of food & drink but no bars with loud music. Thanks Livvo Hotel

Appartamento in ottima posizione a Puerto de Mogan. Vicino al porto, ai posteggi e a tutti i negozietti e bar del borgo. é presente una piscina condominiale di libero accesso, peccato però che ne periodo della nostra visita fosse chiusa per manutenzione. La stanza è sufficientemente spaziosa, sia nella zona giorno che nella zona notte, forse il bagno meriterebbe una modernizzazione. Tutto sommato un buon posto dove soggiornare qualche giorno

Las chicas de recepción maravillosas

Las fotos de la pagina web y de booking no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. |No tienen balcón ni terraza. No tiene plato de ducha, solo una bañera que no tiene piso antideslizante. La nevera es pequeñita. Tamaño mini bar. No tiene piscina. Tienen un club con piscina, para el que tienes que caminar un rato, con escaleras incluidas, que abre de 10 a 18h.|Total, cualquier parecido con la realidad, pura coincidencia

Apartament brudny, stary, zagrzybiała klimatyzacja, karty dostępu przestawały działać odrazu po dotknięciu do telefonu, wymieniane w trakcie pobytu około 8 razy. Nie działający sprzęt AGD. Sprzątanie na niskim poziomie balkon nie sprzątnięty ani razu.... Nie polecam

Reservas un apartamento por las fotos y es totalmente mentira. De entrada en las fotos aparece que tiene balcón/ terraza y cuando la alquilas no tiene sino una barandilla con un pie de ancho. También sale en las fotos que tiene plato de ducha y lo que te dan es un apartamento con balera que ni siquiera es antideslizante . Tampoco tienen piscina como sale en las fotografías. Hay un club, al lado, que abre de 10 a 18h. Y para el que tienes que caminar y bajar escaleras, en función de donde te toque. Una estafa.

My wife and i stayed at the apartments from July 4th to 14th. We were in room 175. The apartments themselves are ideally situated around the picturesque harbour. They should be a gem of a holiday property, but unfortunately, they are very tired and dated. Each block had rooftop sunbathing area's. However, the sun beds are very worn and dated, and there aren't any umbrellas to shade from the sun. Tranquil from the bust pool, but not practical due to there being no shaded areas. The beds were very comfortable, and the air-conditioning was the best we've had anywhere. The rooms could do with some coat hooks, though, to hang beach towels or wet clothing etc. The bathrooms look the most dated, and I'm sure it's time to remove the baths for shower cubicles. I heard that 1 elderly gentleman fell stepping out of the bath and required hospital treatment. The issue is that there are NO handrails to hold onto. For health and safety reasons, Bin the bath and bidet and instal walk-in showers. Try and issue plugs for kitchen sinks and instal more sockets. Cracking full-length mirror in the bedroom, but not an electrical point in sight. Same issue in kitchen, could only plug in the toaster or the kettle. Would I stay again, Yes

Hemos estado dos familias en los apartamentos Livvo Puerto Mogan. En la reserva, realizada hace 2 meses solicitamos 2 apartamentos contiguos y al llegar nos dijeron que no existía esa petición. No contentos con esto nos dijeron que debíamos enseñarles la solicitud ya que dudaban que existiera. La ubicación perfecta, otra cosa que no nos gustó fue que el socorrista no djercidra como tal, no hacia caso al vaso de la piscina. Si que estaba muy atento al trato con la gente, pero NO a su función. Otro día, llego el dueño del hotel con varios amigos y al llegar a comer nosotros que habíamos cambiado cena por comida nos dijeron que nos habíamos equivocado de día, No era así ya que el cambio se hizo en recepcion y nos lo confirmaron. Crremos que el tema fue que al estar ellos muchos y viendo quienes eran no querían más gente en el comedor. Al final el meter reconoció que había sido fallo de ellos y nos dejaron comer ese día como lo habíamos pedido. Si quiero destacar sobre todo el trato excelente de los camareros del comedor, todos ellos fabulosos.

The appartments were spacious & had everything necessary for self catering etc. They were serviced most days, though this wasn't a problem to us. Initially I was disappointed with the original appartments as they were in need of a bathroom update. We were offered alternatives which I happily accepted. This was the second time we have been to P.de Mogan, having stayed in the hotel in December. We will definitely return & wouldn't hesitate to book the appartments again

Son unos apartamentos muy acogedores, tranquilos y muy limpios. Recomiendo coger la opción de apartamento superior porque te da acceso a la piscina del hotel y a su maravillosa escalera al mar, incluye en el precio también la media pensión. Si no fuera así y no te quieres gastar tanto, los apartamentos están perfectamente equipados para cocinar en ellos sin problema. Tienen también servicio de limpieza 5 veces a la semana. |El personal de recepción es muy amable, simpático y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier problema o duda q surja. Destacar la profesionalidad de Raquel, Gema, Vicky y Gonzalo. Un 10 para cada uno de ellos. |Por todo esto y más, intento repetir al menos una vez al año para recargar pilas.

Nos encantó el trato que recibimos por parte de todo el personal del hotel, la verdad es que nos sentimos como en casa. El apartamento estaba bastante bien. La parte del buffet está en el hotel y es de los mejores que he probado. Tiene una piscina con acceso directo al mar que es una gozada.

Gedateerde inrichting, vooral badkamer kan opknapbeurt gebruiken. Wel erg schoon. In klein straatje met uitzicht op binnentuin.

La peor experiencia de mi vida, elegimos este sitio por la tranquilidad de Mogán, no podíamos imaginar que a las 7:30 te levantaban todos los días vociferando entre ellos el equipo de limpieza... En Triana a mediodía, la gente habla más bajo que el personal de empieza a las 7:30 de la mañana

Im Grundsatz gut angelegte Anlage mit schönen Innenhöfen. Bei uns hatte leider ein geselliger Mitbewohner eine große Mengen seiner Kippen im ansonsten sehr schönen Garten entsorgt. Regelmäßige Reinigung der Appartements, teilweise auch vor 9. Die recht hellhörigen „Standard“ Appartements sind eher spärlich ausgestattet. Deren Gäste dürfen nur im kleinen Schwimmbecken am Hafen / der Werft baden. Beide Pools der Anlage/ des Hotels sind zudem sehr strikt nur von 10 - 18 Uhr geöffnet.

Leiligheten ligger i kvartalet som omtales som Vencia, pga de trange og hyggelige brosteinsgatene og broene over små kanaler. Der er det rolig og ingen trafikkstøy, selv om det er midt i "byen". |Leiligheten har potensiale til å bli svært bra med noe opp-pussing og noe mer kjøkkenfasiliteter. Som f.eks flere glass, oppvaskhåndkle, oppvaskbørste mm. |Vi hadde 6 netter på hotellet og fikk besøk av rengjøring 2 ganger. |Resepsjonen ligger et par hundre meter unna, i hotellet med samme navn. Der kan man kjøpe seg inn til dette hotellets fasiliteter, enten dag for dag, eller ved oppgradering ved rombestilling. Vi valgte ingen av delene, og er fornøyd med det valget. |Litt mer bråk fra havna, der bassenget og den tilhørende kaféen Maria, er plassert. Bassengområdet var rent, litt lite og med ymse solforhold pga en del skygge. |Bassenget var kaldt, uten at det gjorde noe for vår del. |Alt i alt helt greit. Den stive romprisen kommer nok mest av sentral beliggenhet, og ikke romsrandard og fasilitetene.

Stayed for 2nd time here IST time was good we had a balcony asked for same room but didn't get it,the beds were as hard as rock and very uncomfortable cleaning of the apartment was good location excellent

Wir waren 14 Tage in einem Apartamento mit Halbpension im Hotel Livvo und hatten mit DER TOUR gebucht. Der Transfer vom Flughafen zur Anlage fand mit dem Taxi statt, vermutlich kamen für Mogan nicht so viele Gäste, deshalb wurde uns ein Taxi zugewiesen. Wir wurden am Eingang des Viertels an einer Schranke ausgeladen und standen hier ziemlich ratlos, denn in unserer Beschreibung wurde nicht erwähnt, welche Ortsverhältnisse wir hier vorfinden hinsichtlich Apartamentos/Hotel etc. Demzufolge sind wir - natürlich in Winterkleidung - herumgeirrt, weil jeder uns in eine andere Richtung geschickt hat. Ok, irgendwann habe ich einen Schlüssel an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen und auch die nötigen Informationen erhalten. Das Superior Apartment hatte eine ordentliche Größe, die Einrichtung ist allerdings sehr abgewohnt und wir hatten auf unserer Terrasse keinerlei Sonne. In den Reiseinformationen wurde nirgends der Dachgarten erwähnt, den habe ich zufällig entdeckt und das war absolut Spitze. Man ist hier ziemlich alleine, es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Stühle. Am ersten Tag hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser, hier hat die Rezeption innerhalb von kürzester Zeit einen Techniker geschickt, der das Problem behoben hat. Die Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Reinigung war gründlich. Das Essen im Hotel war einfach toll, denn es gab für jeden Geschmack ausreichend, auf Wunsch frisch gegrillt. Auch hier war das Personal überaus freundlich. Die beiden Pools sind nicht direkt an der Anlage, sondern entweder beim Hotel (5 Min. Fußweg) oder bei Maria (zwei Ecken entfernt). Hier darf allerdings an den Tischen nicht geraucht werden (obwohl man im Freien ist). Wenn wir wieder kommen würden, würden wir allerdings das Hotel LIVVO mit Halbpension buchen.

O sea el lugar es impresionante, todas las habitaciones tienen solarium, por si coges balcón francés, servicio espectacular aumente estancia.

Hemos estado la primera quincena de agosto y la verdad es que en el personal del hotel y los son súper amables. Los apartamentos están un poco antiguos pero tienen de bueno que hay aire acondicionado la cocina es muy chiquitina justo para cocina su supervivencia y la terraza es muy poco privada ya que está rodeada de gente en otras terrazas. La piscina y la zona solarium es maravillosa con vistas al mar pero en agosto la gente reserva las hamacas con toallas muy pronto.

Vi havde en fantastisk familieferie på Apartamentos LIVVO i Puerto de Mogán. Det var virkelig en fornøjelse at bo der og opleve den charmerende atmosfære i byen.||Det, der gjorde opholdet særligt mindeværdigt, var den utrolige tagterrasse på Apartamentos LIVVO. Udsigten fra terrassen var simpelthen betagende, og vi nød at tilbringe tid deroppe med at slappe af og beundre det fantastiske landskab omkring os. Terrassens beliggenhed var perfekt i forhold til byen, hvilket gjorde det til det ideelle sted at nyde solnedgangen og den lokale atmosfære.||Selvom det ikke var et hotel, men lejligheder, var vores indkvartering rummelig, komfortabel og veludstyret. Vi følte os virkelig hjemme under hele opholdet.||Personalet på Apartamentos LIVVO var venlige og imødekommende, og de sørgede for, at vores ophold var behageligt og bekymringsfrit.||Samlet set var vores oplevelse på Apartamentos LIVVO i Puerto de Mogán utroligt positiv. Vi vil varmt anbefale dette sted til alle, der søger en hyggelig og afslappende ferieoplevelse med en smuk tagterrasse og en perfekt beliggenhed tæt på byen. Vi havde virkelig en dejlig tid som familie og vil gerne vende tilbage hertil i fremtiden

Should've been at hotel but was closed ! Bit disappointed as pool only open 10-6 and no spa. View from rooms was not to good as overlook lots of other people.

Perfecta ubicación, sitio ideal y muy tranquilo, el apartamento un poco pequeño para tres personas (una tiene que dormir en el sofá), las limpiezas un 15 de 10, cambio diario de sábanas y toallas, cocina impecable, limpieza de 10, atención perfecta y se desviven para conseguir todo lo que necesites. Teníamos las piscinas enfrente y hay un solarium en el tejado con amacas y duchas, muy acogedor. Un sitio recomendable.

Helt uttjänta lägenheter m delvis trasig inredning. Knappt något duschvatten i kranen o ska stå i ett gammalt badkar. En av gatorna har gående soptunne gubbar från restaurangerna mellan 22 - 24 oavbrutet Max 2 stjärnor o då pga läget i övrigt.

Vi bodde på Livvo Apartments (superior apartment) som en del av en paket-resa där frukost och middag intogs på Hotel Livvo Puerto De Mogan, men boendet var i lägenheterna nere i hamnen. Detta var för att hotellet enbart har dubbelrum och inte kan inhysa en familj med två vuxna och två barn. Standarden på lägenheterna var fin - lite trångt i vardagsrummet då soffan gjorts om till en säng, också balkongen lite för trång för fyra personer, men det är vi vana med eftersom vi reser med barnen. Utsikten från balkongen var mot en mysig innergård. Värt att notera är att Livvo äger flera kvarter av lägenhetshus i hamnen och att om tillfälle ges är det bra att önska utsikt. I värsta fall kan den bli mot en gata och en parkering, vilket är mindre vackert. Innergårdarna och utsikten mot hamnen är dock magisk. Missa inte att varje hus har en takterass med solstolar, bord och duschar. Perfekt för en eftermiddagsdrink eller en frukost. Inkluderat i boendet är användandet av poolen hos grann-baren Marias. Inte supertrevlig personal och maten är långt ifrån det godaste Puerto Mogan har att erbjuda, men poolen är skön för barnen att svalka av sig vid efter en dag i solen. Rekommenderar detta boende.

El apartamento está bien, pero necesitan un poco de reforma, lo mejor es todo el complejo pesquero, y la ubicación es muy buena. Volveremos.|La recepcionista es muy simpática y amable. No usamos la piscina ni sus instalaciones, súper llena de gente, mejor ir a las playas que están en otros pueblos cerca.

Wir sind zum dritten Mal in Playa de Mogan, früher in einem Hotel mit Verpflegung gewont und diesmal wollten wir in einem Appartment unterkommen. Wir sind sehr begeistert von der Lage, 100 Meter vom Strand, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Service ist perfekt.

All was very good except the bed was very hard and lumpy, also the duvet would have been fine during an cold winter but not with warm temperatures we had.

Absolutely loved it here. It was our second visit to Mogán and won't be the last. We rented and apartment (269) and it was everything we needed. Clean, cool, in a brilliant location. Along with the room there's a gorgeous roof terrace with sun longer and outdoor shower with is just perfect for red hot days! You've full use of Maria's Pool at the end of the block of apartments and the Jacuzzis on the roof of Maria's too. The market on a Friday is a great place to go for little souvenirs for family and friends. I'd definitely recommend taking a look. The resteraunts surrounding the apartments are great. A little costly but your on holiday so indulge! We had one day of rain but other than that the weather was perfect. Lots of boat trips/excursions to choose from so never a dull day in Mogán. We can't wait to go back!

I will start with positives: -good location -extremely pretty exteriors ( you're staying in the colourful houses in Puerto de Mogan) -often cleaning -roof top areas to relax in Now for the bad parts, firstly it is *full* of cockroaches. In the apartments, on the streets, everywhere. The parking situation is not good, there is no parking for the properties, however some 14£ a day spaces and some on the street (limited). The apartment we stayed in is very old. The water is not great, hot water in the shower lasts only a few minutes, and the water pressure is terrible in my opinion, then becomes freezing. Worst showering I have ever experienced, and it is so important in hot weather to shower. They even turned off/ broke our water for around 6 hours, which meant we could not go out as we were covered in sweat from hot weather, so we missed a whole day thanks to this place, so if you value getting out early keep in mind you may have to forgo showering as water flow can completely stop for very long times. They are very stingy on towels. I can understand it may take lots of water, however again it is essential to be hygienic, but they keep taking them and not replacing them, or just not replacing them at all. The air conditioning leaks over the beds too.

Nuestra estancia en los apartamentos fue excelente y la situación inmejorable. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y cercano especialmente Miguel. Totalmente recomendable. Volveremos!

Stayed at the apartments for 11 nights for the second time and we have had a fantastic relaxing idilic time have recommended to our extensive family and they're booking for next year, many people we have spoken to keep coming back to Puerto de mogan year after year some for nearly 30 years now

La ubicación,la limpieza,tienes en el apartamento todo lo básico que necesitas en unas vacaciones,una terraza preciosa,en fin llevo viniendo cuatro años y no me decepciona

Me alojé en Apartamento, con media Pensión, el desayuno y Cena variado y bastante bueno. Piscina climatizada y sobre todo la bajada al Mar. Todo el personal muy amable y simpáticos. Muy limpio en general. Repetiré.

Sitio con encanto. Confortable y tranquilo en diciembre. Complicado no disfrutar en este lugar..precio algo elevado por, sillas terraza rotas, nevera rota, termo de 30 litros, y sobre todo, los chicos de recepcion muy basicos por lo que pagas, no saben decirte si el parking funciona o no, te mandan a una habitacion que no es la tuya, no te dan información de piscinas,en fin, hay mucha gente deseando trabajar con mas ganas y profesionalidad a ese precio, que no es de albergue.

Heel mooie plaats mensen vriendelijk appartement schoon comfort en mooie uitzicht, auto is een aanrader om te meer stranden plaatsen en shopings met veel afgeprijsd artikelen te kopen.||Auto huren via CICAR es ook een goed aanrader.

Apartamentos geniales, super amables el personal, están superlimpios...muy tranquilo...acceso a jacuzzi privado....volveremos en la próxima ocasión que tengamos.

En general muy bien. Estuvimos a gusto y tranquilos. Limpiaban el apartamento todos los días salvo martes y viernes, también cambiaban toallas. Cama cómoda, salvo la almohada. Aire acondicionado tanto en sala de estar como habitación. En mi opinión, a mejorar: cocina muy pequeña, prácticamente sin espacio para cocinar con un mínimo de comodidad. No hay lavavajillas ni armario para colocar la compra. Terraza sin privacidad, ya que carece de separación física con el resto de terrazas. Tampoco había tendedero.

Totalmente recomendables, muy limpios y mucha tranquilidad, volvería sin duda

La piscina cierra a las 18:00 tiene 2 jacuzzi en la azotea y no dejan que suban niños, apartamentos con cocina y no dejan que bebas ni agua que no sea la que ellos venden en la zona de piscinas, contratemos apartamento con tres camas y me lo dieron con 2 camas y una litera a la que venden como cama, los apartamentos muy lejos de la recepcion y nos dan una tarjeta y dirección que no era, los recepcionistas muy malos les queda grande el empleó, solo dicen lo siento. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE

Lo hemos pasado fenomenal. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a escuchar y ayudar. Nos sentimos muy a gusto un lugar tranquilo y como en una familia gigante.

Überwiegend gehören die Apartments auf der Puerto de Mogan vorgelagerten und künstlich erschaffenen Insel zu einer Hotelgruppe. Die Gestaltung der zweigeschossigen Flachdachhäuser im kanarischen Baustil lehnt sich an die Struktur eines kleinen Dorfes an. Die Größe und die Ausrichtung der einzelnen Apartments ist unterschiedlich, viele besitzen einen etwas größeren, andere nur einen französischen Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Hervorzuheben ist die äußerst gepflegte Bepflanzung, die den Apartments einen ganz besonderen Charakter verleihen. Wir haben dort einen entspannten und ruhigen - manchmal zu ruhigen - Urlaub verbracht. Viele Tagestouristen besuchen Puerto de Mogan, abends wird es hier hingegen rasch still, die Gastronomie und die Geschäfte schließen relativ früh. Für Menschen mit Ruhebedürfnis ideal, wer Abends noch gerne etwas im Urlaub unternimmt, für den ist diese Destination eher ungeeignet.
