Landed late today into Arrecefe. Sent a message from Manchester informing them and again when we landed. Had response within a few minutes. Our driver too cases off us onto a trolley. Took us to his new hitop Ford Transit minibus. Drove impeccabley to Costa Teguise. Dropping us at the hotel entrance. Friendly Professional service. 10/10 faultless and for 6 of us a very very good price for the service we received. Thank you we will certainly be using you again 👌

Lanzarote Short Tour. Great tour with three stops. Just enough when travelling with children. Fantastic tour guide.

Cesar Manrique tour, Lanzarote. Excellent tour with our guide Paul, value for money, wonderful knowledge and a well organized tour and pick up from our hotel. Really good tour of the best bits, learnt a lot and it's not an 'arty' tour, cactus garden, blond cave crabs in the lava tunnel, viewpoints and you learn why they all link to Cesar Manrique.

Do not book an excursion with these guys! Via TripAdvisor for reassurance, we booked the Short South Tour, with Timanfaya Volcano tour. Got up early with the kids and waited outside the hotel for over an hour and no one showed up. Contacted first minute, who were helpful on the phone but couldn’t find our booking. Frustratingly they then WhatsApp messaged to say they had booked us on the previous days trip, and then tried to blame TripAdvisor. We are now left trying to sort a refund!

J ai fait l excursion du Grand Tour en octobre 2025 et je ne suis guère enchantée… D abord il a fallu changer de bus après avoir x ramassage de client ( bonjour l organisation et une perte de temps) Après, en tant que français, accrochez vous pour les explications c est pas très compréhensible. Et le guide pas extrêmement sympathique

Premium Tour 02.10.2025 Bis zum ersten Stopp der Tagestour waren die Informationen des Reiseleiters nicht auf Deutsch, obwohl es explizit in Deutsch gebucht war. Darauf angesprochen murmelte er etwas von „nur optional“ (auf dem Ticket steht als gebucht „Aleman“), dann murmelte er etwas von zu wenig deutscher Touristen (wir waren 5). Alles ohne uns während des Gesprächs anzusehen. Der 3. Stopp wurde als Fotostopp angegeben. Der Bus fuhr lediglich vorbei. Reklamation der Tour beim Veranstalter am übernächsten Tag wurde als „viel zu spät“ ignoriert.

Nos encantó!!! Lo recomiendo!!! Nuestro guia Antonio, genial, simpático y amable. El conductor Luciano también! Y la excursión vale muchísimo la pena. Lo único malo malísimo es el restaurante donde te hacen parar a comer, comida mala, cara y el camarero maleducado y borde como el solo. Llévate bocadillos que merece más la pena.

Estupenda la excursión al Timanfaya con Luciano de conductor y Antonio de guía,muy simpático. Pero lo del restaurante El Campo es de juzgado de guardia.Fatal,comida de mala calidad ,trato inhumano. Por favor cambiar de restaurante!!!! Es por eso que no os pongo más estrellas.

Hemos hecho la excursión al timanfaya y nos ha encantado Antonio nuestro guía muy simpático y atento. El restaurante que paramos ( restaurante el campo) Tendrían que cambiarlo.mala comida, mal servicio y mala educación

Highly recommend booking your excursions with first minute transfers! We booked the premium tour of the island and from start to finish it was amazing! A special thank you to Paul our tour guide and Tony our driver for all of their hard work on the day and for making it so enjoyable! We will definitely be booking again!

Had an amazing day with our tour guide paul and his side kick driver. We went from playa roca costa teguise and did the premium tour. So glad we did paul had so much information and his attention to detail was great. I recommend anyone do this tour. We stopped of at a super restaurant for amazing food. At only 15 euro a head all you can eat grill.

Hemos estado en el tour para ir al Timanfaya y no hemos podido salir más contentos, hemos ido con niños de 1 y 2 años y todo el personal super atento a nosotros, Toni el guía es espectacular lo ha contado todo con mucha simpatía y el conductor un auténtico máquina para conducir por esas carreteras. Muchas gracias por hacernos esta experiencia única

Hubby, kids and I went on the Short South Tour today with the fabulous guide Julia and a lovely, friendly coach driver. We had a wonderful half day - kids loved the camel ride, we were fascinated by the demonstrations at Timanfaya. Julia is so knowledgeable and gave us all so much wonderful information about Timanfaya and Lanzerote in general and was also full of helpful tips. We all learnt lots and both our driver and Julia were friendly and so good with our kids. Highly recommend (and am sad we aren't still here on Sunday to visit the market with Julia/another excellent guide!) Thanks so much

reckless driving! aprendan a conducir, hoy 24/07/25 sobre las 11am, saliendo de Femés un minibus negro de ésta compañia adelantando como loco casi me revienta el coche y eso que le dejé espacio de sobra. Pa presentar una grabación y que lo echen a la calle, si se lo haces a la persona equivocada te sigue y te parte la cara PAYASO

Excelente excursión en Lanzarote, César Manrique tour. El conductor Roberto y el guia Paul, muy amables, conocedores de la isla, te Dan tips de los sitios a visitar. Totalmente recomendable.

Contraté el premium tour, para dos personas, el día de hoy. Desde el hotel Ilunion costa sal. Recogimos a todos en la puerta de su hotel y a la vuelta lo mismo, en la puerta del hotel, menos en nuestro hotel que nos dejaron a diez minutos andando, encima tienen la cara de pedir una propinita para el conductor y el guía.

Not happy with how me and my family were treated on a coach tour of Timanfaya. We were promised a meal at the restaurant Diablo with 12 euros deducted per person to cover the cost of the meal but this didn’t happen. False advertising and when we made a complaint we were told a member of the staff told us false information as she was new and wasn’t told what the trip would cover. Didn’t get our money back and wasted a whole day on a trip we didn’t want. Absolute Joke as all they were prepared to do was offer us a bus to the Teguise market to go shopping!!! Very insulting and poor customer service.

Die Grand Tour ist spektakulär!

Not booked with these but the lady tailgating us for the last 5km should be reminded how to drive, especially when people have children in the car.

-Es una ....de las mejores empresas para excursiones que puedes elegir, mucha profesionalidad,conductores con muchos de exPeriencia, vehiculos nuevos y con buen mantenimiento,conductores... con muchas veces haber hecho la ruta de Timanfaya, no es -facil conducir ahi..... -precios competitivos, la gran diferencia con otras empresas de autobuses-- es los años que lleva y con mucha dedicacion a las excursiones ,otras empresas no. Algunas de ellas se dedican a colegios y a servicios de gente mayor etc etc, no estan tan especializadas como esta EN EXCURSIONES,RECOMENDABLE. LUEGO... MUCHAS COSAS VAN A DEPENDER DE QUE TU SATISFACCION SEA MAS COMPLETA , DE LOS GUIAS QUE SE TE ADJUDIQUE EN DICHAS EXCURSIONES . ALGUNOS SON MUY WENOS ,OTROS MEDIOCRES,ETC.......................... POR NORMA CASI SIEMPRE SE LE DEJA PROPINA AL CHOFER,ESTA MAL VISTO QUE NO DEJES NADA SON PERSONAS MUY ENTREGADAS EN SU LABOR Y MANTIENEN EL VEHICULO CON MUCHA LIMPIEZA,SE DA UN BUEN SERVICIO,y suelen ser atentos, tratan de que se disfrute la excursion.

We were very happy with the company. We used their services twice (first time from Lanzarote airport to Puerto del Carmen, and second time from Puerto del Carmen to Playa Blanca). Each time communication with the company was very good, their prices were reasonable and the drivers themselves were punctual, friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this company again.

We booked a short south tour through our hotel. First thing to note is that the company on the coach is shown as first minute tours and the website is first minute transfer. This confused us slightly but we got there in the end with the help of the guide who explained when we went to get on and check our tickets. We stopped and did the camel ride €11 each - our 4 yr old in the party didn’t pay and sat with a parent in the same seat. The tour with the camel is a good 15/20mins which was a surprise but enjoyable. Be careful you don’t get the angry one behind you as they can nudge you lol The stop at the resturant was very enjoyable with the 3 different experiences. The hot hands, the fire pit and the geyser. We bought sandwiches from the shop which had been cooked on the grill from the heat of the earth which was pretty cool and of course visited the gift shop. The crater tour was very good, very windy but the landscape is like nowhere else you would see on earth. We ended at a vineyard and a wine tasting. The wine is made locally and it’s impressive considering the landscape. The overall tour was just enough for us and we are glad we decided to do it this year. Our guide Michael (28yrs in the job) and our driver (I am gutted I have forgotten his name) were incredible and real credit to the company and the service they provide. One of the best tours we have been on hands down due to the excellent service they gave.

La excursión a Timanfaya, Lago Verde, Jameos del Agua... eliminó sin previo aviso El Mirador del Rio. La guía acompañante Ivett con pocas ganas de trabajar, muy escasas las explicaciones, mala respuesta a la pregunta sobre la visita suprimida y sugiriendo a los viajeros q al bajar depositaran algun regalo de dinero en una cestita q había puesto en la parte delantera del bus. Excelente conductor Luciano!

We did the César Manrique Tour yesterday and were highly satisfied. Paul and Melvin did everything to make it a great day.

Very poor tour. Just 10 min stop to see the demonstrations and 20 min camel tour. The rest of the tour u just watch pick up from all the hotels on the way. The guide was very boring and said very little about what we saw around. I booked it via Travel on World. So do not spend time on it.

Have used first minute several times for transfers. Every time it has been seamless. Always waiting in arrivals, offer to help to with cases. When taking family they had appropriate car seats for the ages. Transfers in a mini bus so plenty of space. When departing, only once had a slight delay but had a call off the driver and still had plenty of time. Latest trip had a call asking if they could pick us up 15 mins early. Prices are better than taxi, and far less waiting times. Highly recommend

After reading the reviews on Google it was with trepidation when we walked into the arrivals hall hoping that our transfer would turn up. But alas, our fears were mislaid, as waiting in the arrivals hall was Toni, our friendly, extremely professional transfer chauffeur. The transfer took us from the airport to our Villa in Playa Blanca and then back again a week later. The transfer was a private one and cost £120, car seats were provided for our one and five year old and the bus itself was comfortable, clean and relatively new. I found contacting First Minute was best done through their WhatsApp chat and responses were immediate. Both before our flight out and return I confirmed details and timings through WhatsApp to be sure. So possibly if in any doubt I would do this to allay any fears of a no show and maybe the remind them. However they seem a very professional outfit, so the few reviews I have read of no shows seems to be the exception to the rule.

Booked with this company for the Caesar Manrique tour and it didn’t disappoint. The coach was cool and comfortable, the driver Luciano was calm and safe and the guide Paul was very knowledgeable. There was no queueing to get into each attraction and enough time to fully enjoy them. The staff at the office also went above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lanzarote who wants to tick off Manrique’s interesting work in a day.

We did the premium tour yesterday and I couldn't recommend it enough. Paul our guide was fabulous and our driver was brilliant. Go on this tour.

Le pongo un 3 estrellas porque normalmente los otros años q hemos solicitado el servicio ha ido bien pero este año no. En la recogida al aeropuerto no había nadie esperando y eso q el vuelo se retrasó unos 15-20 minutos. Una persona q encontramos por allí de la compañía nos dijo de bastante malas maneras q vendría en 10 minutos. Pero lo pero ha sido a la vuelta del gran Tagoro. Habíamos quedado a las 10 y llegó justito pero se le veía q tenía prisa y de echo eso le oía hablar por teléfono. No le importó nada q fueran mis dos hijos de 4 y 5 años q nos llevó al aeropuerto a toda velocidad con una conducción brusca agresiva y adelantamientos fuera de lugar. Además de adelantar por la derecha. Horrible. Mi hija y mujer mareadas y mi hijo q nunca se marea casi casi. No le dije nada porque me ocupaba de entretener a mis dos hijos. Lamentable de verdad y un riesgo innecesario. La empresa debería tomar medidas para q este tipo de conductores no lleven a pasajeros a bordo. Y si van así de rápido por cumplir objetivos pues casi peor. Espero q no me toque esta persona de nuevo.

We organised a private transfer from the airport with first minute and they were great. The prices were the best, transport was clean and modern. All the staff we talked to were happy to help and friendly. Said even helped us find a tour after week arrived which turned out great too.

Ich habe die Grand Tour auf Lanzarote mitgemacht. Eine ganz gute Bustour zu überteuert. Der Reiseleiter hat in verschiedenen Sprachen die Sehenswürdigkeiten erklärt aber Freude schien er daran nicht zu haben. Das schlimmste war die Mittagspause im Restaurant Los Dolores: Massenabfertigung, da dort mehrere Reisegruppen Halt machen, das Essen ist unterirdisch.

Wir hatten mit Yvette, der Reiseleiterin und Toni, dem Fahrer ein hervorragendes Team auf unserer grossen ganztägigen Lanzarote Tour. Witzig, sehr informativ und kurzweilig erzählte uns Yvette in sehr deutlichem englisch, spanisch und deutsch sehr viel über Vulkane, Wein und vielem mehr. Toni fuhr trotz der engen Serpentinen stets angenehm, der Bus war gut temperiert. Viele Toiletten stops sind eingeplant. Selbst das sehr günstige all you can eat Buffet ist eine Erwähnung wert. Timanfayo und Jameos del agua waren die Höhepunkte. Jedem ist selbst überlassen, ob er in die shops geht und einkauft, man kann parallel auch die Landschaft bewundern, es wird ausreichend Zeit gelassen trotz der vielen Stationen.

Had an amazing tour to Timanfaya, vineyard and camel trip. Michael our guide was informative, funny, and just perfect. Our driver was very experienced in driving the very narrow route through the area. The company changed my date with absolutely no issue, when I carelessly put it wrong date!! Thank you very much. Zarezerwowałam transfer z lotniska Lanzarote do Costa Tequise. Strona była w języku angielskim, podobnie jak i wszelkie powiadomienia ze strony usługodawcy, na czym mi zależało, gdyż nie znam hiszpańskiego. Lot był opóźniony, ale kierowca czekał we wskazanym miejscu i zawiózł mnie do apartamentu, jak to miało być. Na minus- nie wziął mojego bagażu, choć miałam tylko podręczną walizkę, którą sama zaniosłam. Główny problem polegał na baraku komunikacji, gdyż kierowca nie znał angielskiego, mówił tylko po hiszpańsku! Skoro tak, to nie powinien obsługiwać międzynarodowych gości! Sporo podróżuję korzystając z różnych firm transportowych w różnych krajach i skoro zamawiam transfer w języku angielskim, to tego języka oczekuję! Oferta First Minut Transfer jest skierowana wyłącznie do hiszpańskojęzycznych gości. Skoro chce się obsługiwać angielskojęzycznych, to powinno się zatrudnić stosownych kierowców potrafiących się komunikować w tym języku!

Paul, our Expert Guide, and Manuel, our Very Safe Driver, showed us the startling sites of this Amazing Island, complete with gripping tales & fascinating history. Wir wollten eigentlich eine Tour mit Meeting Point machen. Wegen der Pleite von FTI (Muttergesellschaft) wurde diese dann abgesagt. Also mit First Minute Travel eine vergleichbare (South Tour) gebucht für einen ähnlichen Preis. Vom Hotel aus ging es etwa 1,5 Std weiter nur Gäste einsammeln. Als endlich alle im Bus waren, mußte unsere Gruppe den Bus wechseln. Es gab drei Stationen, Dromedar reiten (gegen Aufpreis), "wine tasting" und das eigentliche Highlight auf dem Vulkan. Die Stopps wurden immer kürzer, von 30 bis auf 10 min. Wie schon andere beschrieben, bestand die Tour aus Bus fahren, Ein- und Aussteigen. Von den Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man kaum etwas auf eigene Faust erkunden. Deutlich zu teuer für die Leistung.

We booked the short south tour, our guide and driver were both brilliant throughout the day. Our daughter left her phone on the coach at the end of the day and the manager dropped it back to our accommodation within a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this company, the service from everyone was first class.

Well went on the short volcanic tour with optional camel ride and have to say our Host Michael and the butt of his jokes Roberto the glass eye, peg leg and recently left by his wife , the excellent bus driver, made the trip memorable. Thank you Michael and especially Roberto as the roads around the volcano have some really steep drops. The trip has three stops, a camel ride area at the base. No pressure at all to have a go, you can just watch. The visitor centre at the volcano with 3 demonstrations, excellent stuff and finally a visit to the unique way of growing grapes winery for a small tipple. I know some comments on the pick up at different hotels but the good news I was last on and last off, so it's far for everyone. If you only want to do one half day excursion this is it. Back to the bar at 1.30. Happy Days

Habíamos contratado la breve visita al Timanfaya a través de Viator y nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que el tour era completamente en inglés.Al llegar al Timanfaya se lo decimos a Michael, el guía el cual nos dijo que efectivamente era en inglés y que seguramente lo pondría al hacer la reserva, cosa que no fue así. Ahí le damos un negativo a Viator. Pero nos ofreció solución,se portó fenomenal,hizo unas llamadas y nos colocaron en la del día siguiente . Y todavía más, el encargado nos llevó de vuelta al hotel. Un diez para Michael , un diez para Alberto y un diez para Said de la oficina. Y por si fuera poco la excursión del día siguiente era de más recorrido y nos la dejaron al mismo precio. Fuimos con Ivette, una guía encantadora. Gracias a todos por no dejarnos sin esa maravillosa experiencia en castellano.

Premium Tour in Lanzarote war super...unser Reiseleiter Roland auch. Lohnt sich...

Wir hatten die South Tour gebucht mit deutscher Reiseleitung Leider war alles sehr enttäuschend... wir kamen uns vor wie auf einer Kaffeefahrt. Der Reiseleiter rasselte die Infos in spanisch und englisch herunter, deutsch waren es nur wenige, meist nicht verständliche Worte. Kaum interessante Infos, keine Zeit für richtiges Anschauen der einzelnen Sehenswürdigkeiten, immer nur rein in den Bus, raus aus dem Bus. Unser Fazit: nehmt das Geld und macht was Schönes damit, aber nicht diese Tour....

Wij hadden de short south tour geboekt. Volgens de website zouden we in La Geria een wijngaard bezoeken en naar een wijnproeverij gaan. Daar zijn we nooit geweest. We hebben de organisatie er op aangesproken en kregen als antwoord dat dat onderdeel was vervallen. We hadden wel de prijs voor de tour inclusief de wijnproeverij betaald. Op de vraag hoe dat gecompenseerd zou worden hebben we nooit een antwoord ontvangen. 45 euro p.p. voor alleen een bustocht die ook korter duurde dan aangegeven (we waren om ca 13.15 uur al weer terug) is het niet waard geweest.

Bonjour nous avons réservé un tour au parc Timanfya.tous d'abord notre bus est passé nous chercher à notre hôtel.Alors que la guide se trouve pas dans le bus Nous avons rejoint un autre bus qui nous a montée jusqu'au volcan. Puis nous sommes partis pour faire le tour du cratère et la presque à l' arrivée le bus devant nous tombe en panne.on nous fait descendre du bus pour finir à pied jusqu'au point de vue à environ 1 km et on nous dit qu'il y en aura pour 2 voir 3 heures,je précise qu'il était 13h que c était une demie journée. La panne à finie à 17h plus le temps de refaire le tour des hôtels pour déposer tous le monde On nous a laissé comme ça sans renseignements Sans même de quoi avoir une seule bouteille d'eau La guide nous disait je sais pas.il y avait des familles avec des bébés et enfants. Alors que tous les autres bus derrière nous ont fait rapatrier les gens (voyageurs) nous sommes restés les seuls sans rien sur place sans savoir aucune nouvelle C'EST POUR ÇA QUE JE DÉCONSEILLE VIVEMENT CETTE COMPAGNIE DE BUS A FUIRE

2h de bus pour 20mn de point de vue ,2km de marché car le bus devant nous était en panne, on a attendu 5h que la route se libéré, on nous as même pas offert 1 bouteille d'eau, je déconseille fortement notre guide pendant 5h nous a seulement dis attendre il faut attendre

Esta empresa nos dejó TIRADAS a mi amiga y a mí, que habíamos contratado la excursión sobre César Manrique. No vinieron a recogernos. Según la empresa, el punto de recogida era otro, aunque nos habían indicado la parada de bus enfrente de nuestro hotel. El caso es que en ningún momento nos llamaron para ver dónde estábamos. Y después de una hora y pico esperando (decían que no podían localizar al guía) nos dijeron que no podíamos hacer la excursión. Habría bastado con enviarnos un taxi para incorporarnos a alguna de las visitas pero se negaron, demostrando una falta absoluta de empatía hacia nosotras. Nunca me había sucedido algo así. Una empresa que se desentiende totalmente de dos clientas que han pagado religiosamente un servicio. De modo que no puedo opinar sobre sus excursiones pero puedo asegurar que a First Minute Travel se le da muy bien arruinar las vacaciones de sus clientes.

We booked the airport transfer. The driver didn't utter a word, you have to walk much further than the coach park. The driver also drove in a dangerous manner. Speeding up behind cars, flashing lights and sounding the horn. I would not recommend this transfer company. Do not pay in advance.

PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN BOOKING WITH FIRST MINUTE TRAVEL! Arrived at Arrecife airport after a long flight. We exited baggage claim quickly and smoothly. Once we were in the arrival hall, my husband & I couldn’t see the First minute travel representative, so my husband went to find the toilet. A first minute travel representative approached me angrily and asked my name and ‘what I wait for’ , it turns out she had been stood chatting to a colleague not holding the board with my our name hence missing us arriving. I found the representative to be rude and abrupt. When my husband returned, the first minute travel rep stated we needed to pay an extra €20 (cash) to the driver because we had extra luggage. I immediately disputed this as at no point were we told we would be paying on top of the already payed for transfer. Especially in cash, which we had none at the time. They would not accept card. When we arrived at the hotel to join friends. They too had told us of having to pay €10 cash but for a different reason. This time it was because the driver had ‘helped’ her load her luggage into the transfer bus. It was a bad experience and can’t help but feel like it was a scam the company does to get a bit of extra cash.

Booked the Short South tour to timanfaya through the tourist information guy in Playa Blanca. First of all he wasn't 100% sure where the coach pick up point would be (either at the hotel Jardin bus stop or the taxi rank around the corner🤔). He wrote on the ticket 9.50am pick up. When the coach never appeared at the expected time (after checking both pick up locations!) I contacted the tourist info guy, he said he'd contact the tour company. Still no reply after another 10 minutes so contacted him again. He then asks for booking number on ticket and again says he'll chase it up. Then phones back to inform us the pick up was 8.50am and not 9.50am which he'd wrote on the ticket. As it was our last day in Lanzarote we missed out on something we'd been looking forward to. Utter Shambles and organisation

Contacted the organisation before booking to check bus stop location. After this booked excursion and received location to be picked up. At the day itself no bus and no phone call. Contacted the organisation and they told us that we were on the wrong location. We sent them the location map we received from them and also asked why they did not call us. We got no answer on this and to make things worse. They did not want to refund us our money. So no Excursion and money is gone. Would not recommend them!!!

Did the grand tour. Lila our tour guide was far from great. Sounded like she was reading from a script she was discovering for the first time, in a monotone and often incomprehensible voice. No social skills, i.e. quite unpleasant and curt responses to any question we asked. The destinations were worth seeing, although the “wine-tasting” consisted in a table spoon of one wine and no one to explain how the vineyard worked. The driver Maribel was both delightful and a highly-skilled driver. We felt safe throughout the trip, which was a roller coaster at times. But we must insist that the Danish old school-teacher approach to tour guiding is not simpatico.

We have done the grand tour with Paul and Salvadore . It was one of the best tours we've ever done. Local poeple Who talks en explanes the island with a heart. Keep up this spirit.....

Increíble experiencia en el tour breve por el sur de Lanzarote. El acceso al Timanfaya y toda la visita muy agradable. Tanto el conductor Melvin como el guía Antonio increíbles. Muy amena la visita. Muy recomendable hacer este tour porque te ahorras la espera del coche que es increíblemente larga. Además tienes un guía superameno como Antonio . 100% recomendable.

The service is just horrible and gave me a lot of stress. This company was mentioned as the tour provider on Get your guide app. Nobody sent me an email about the proper pickup location as the one specified in the app wasn’t in fact okay for them. The guide wasn’t reachable. When calling to the agency, she told me I am late and should walk to the bus station and she cannot do anything for me. According to her she couldn’t call the guide (she didn’t even explain why it’s not possible) and she just hanged up. My tour bus I found accidentally as they were actually still waiting for me. If the service people reading it, you should realise this is not okay and not how you run your tourism business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Booking made AND paid online. Driver is asking for money even with proof of payment, still waiting (more than 3 months) for a refund. Driver do not turn up, and no money refunded, confirmed in writing (2 months..... waiting). Emails, text messages, phone calls, REFUND all ignored! 0 stars. I have forward many clientes in the past, but not anymore.

Went on the Timanfaya tour (stopping at el golfo, la geria, mancha blanca) via GetYourGuide. Can't fault GYG as I have used them loads and they've always been good. The tour operator however, left a lot to be desired. This tour was billed as 7-hour duration, in reality it was 8 hours with 3 of those hours spent picking people up/dropping people off. The actual Timanfaya national park was great, lovely views with some fun demonstrations from the workers there. We then had a tour around the volcanoes - the information was given to us via a CD playing extremely jarring music throughout. We then had the camel ride stop - can't say anything for this as we did not wish to participate. We then stopped in Yaiza for lunch. Not what we were told on GYG. The singular restaurant available to us was but a paltry buffet - instead subjecting ourselves to this we instead went for a wander around the nearby aloe vera museum ourselves, which was more exciting than anything our guide provided. After a disappointing hour we went to El Golfo - this was stunning with some fantastic views. We then went to La Geria for a 'wine tasting' which I guess is technically correct - in reality it was get off the bus, taste some wine, get back on the bus. The next 90 minutes was spent dropping people off again. Someone on the bus also fell ill during the trip, and when asked for the key for the toilet our ever so helpful guide responded "we don't have a toilet on board" despite there very clearly a toilet being present. This led to that poor guest having to be sick in their hands, relying on the help of the other guests to give them plastic bags. Little was done from the guides end to help them. Overall, a boring and poorly run experience that was not worth the money we spent.

Tour, Sur corto, Grandes profesionales el guía Michael y el chófer Luciano, cada uno en su cometido, muy atentos y dinámicos.

Transfers didn’t turn up at the airport to collect me and my 3 year old son. I called and was told due to a human error the booking had been put in the calendar a month early and that they had no cars available. I was told to just get a taxi and that I would get a refund within 5 days. That was more than 2 months ago. I’ve contacted this company many times asking for my money back and just get told to be patient, it’s pending or it’ll be there in x amount of days. Reading other online reviews I can see I’m not the only one who has had this issue. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. If there was an option for zero stars then I would give it. Just book a regular Lanzarote taxi if you can, they’re punctual, arrive on time, accept cash and card, and their phone operators speak very good English.

We were advised to book with First Minute Travel to go to Teguise Market as it was easier to get there, the Market is only open 1 day on a Sunday. Our ticket indicated a 9:50am pick up time. We decided to go back to the hotel at 10:45am as no coach had arrived. We received no telephone call from the company and the hotel receptionist could not get an answer either. The Manager contacted the company indicating that this service was not acceptable and they would not use them again if it happens again. My advice to holiday tourists is don’t use this company and use another one who has been recommended or the public transport.

An excellent tour in the main and the driver and compare Mel and Tony were great and informative. However we felt that we rushed at each stop. At camels for instance it was either ride a camel or look in the museum, at the national park look at the experiments or look in the souvenir shop. However we felt this could have been avoided for the unnecessary stop for 25 minutes at a cafe for a break. But overall a nice trip

Hemos participado en el Grand Tour, y sólo merece la pena por la visita al Timanfaya, el resto sería mejor hacerlo por cuenta propia ya que se pierde mucho tiempo. La comida que ofrecen como opcional es en un buffet que deja mucho que desear, hubiéramos preferido llevarnos un bocadillo.

We booked airport transfer. When arrived there was nobody waiting, no one was picking up the phone. Had to take a taxi and fight for my prepayment refund.

Amazing grand tour. Our guide Roland was brilliant. We got to see so much. Although a lot of money for our family of four it was worth it

Creo que es sin duda una experiencia para vivirla por lo menos una vez en la vida y si encima te Dan ese trato cercano y tan ilustrado en todos los aspectos pues te plena de satisfacción mi mujer y yo hemos quedado maravillados por el grand tour ,la visita a la graciosa y cesar marique no nos a dado tiempo a más pero el trato por parte del guía pool a sido maravilloso además te da detalles que lo entiendes al momento un 10 para pool es un guía auténtico.

Polecam wycieczkę premium Tour. Park Timanfaya jak by się było na innej planecie. Przewodniczka biegle porozumiewała się w kilku językach i chętnie odpowiadała na pytania. Jak Park Timanfaya tylko zorganizowana wycieczka. Auta osobowe stoją w gigantycznych kolejkach i nie wjadą wszędzie.

We just had a brilliant day out with this local tour company. The driver Manuel and tour guide Paul were a great mix of friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. We came back with full bellies, great memories, and some killer photographs. Shame about the sprinkle of one star review bombs near the top of the list. Why would anyone be grumpy about spending time on a coach, when the whole point is that you're driving through a highly protected national park with the most awe inspiring views of the sheer power of nature RIGHT OUTSIDE THE WINDOW? And who knows what to make of the guy suggesting that the tour guide might be using a fake name? Guess you can't please everyone, but you certainly pleased us. Thanks again.

Genial el chófer Silvestre y la guía Julia muy bien en su trabajo pero luego cero empatia con el cliente. No permitió que pagará unos regalos en Timanfaya por no esperar dos minutos. Tuve que dejar todo en la tienda. Solo necesitaba dos minutos. Eso sí luego bien que puso la cesta para propinas. Lo siento Silvestre, dale las gracias a tu compañera. Island tour Timanfaya and Jameos agua. The visits themselves where brilliant with a very good driver and a guide with lots of knowledge. She spoke to us in 3 languages so everyone knew exactly what was going on, I could not fault them, except we travelled as a three and after the bus we were on broke down, when 2nd bus arrived soon after, it was a smaller bus and the guide did not allocate seats evenly, eventhough the bus was completely full we were separated for the entire day with two of us at the back of bus and one at the front so we spent the entire bus journey (which is most of the day) without being together as a family, hence the dropped star. With others on the bus traveling in 2s and 3s, it would have been easy to sit us together but guide was unwilling to help. Worth the money as long as long as bus is not full or you don't mind mind sitting separate

Hele fijne ervaring gehad in Lanzarote. We hebben de Ceasar Manrique tour gedaan en hadden een geweldige gids! Roland sprak vloeiend Nederlands, Engels, Spaans en Frans & wist onwijs veel te vertellen over alles waar we langskwamen. Hij was perfect verstaanbaar wat de dagtour echt super maakte! De touringcar was keurig op tijd, was schoon en netjes en had airco. Prijs/kwaliteit is top, zeker een aanrader!

Very bad experience with this Agency, the guide called Paul( possibly fake name ) for Cesar Manrique tour was so rude and unprofessional. First of all the bus was late about 25 mins without any announcements or updates about that. Then the guide started picking our seats as if we are in school, I asked for a window seat and I was allocated in a blocked window seat. The first 2 seats were empty but he reserved it. And on the next stop he allowed other passengers to sit there! It was crazy to see that and when I talked to him about it he was rude and did not even try to apologize or anything. I was the entire journey not able to see anything from what he is talking about. I called the agency to ask for a refund but they refused to refund anything. This guide should not be working on such tours, he was not even knowledgeable enough to explain about things. No apologies for delays. See below the photo of the window seat I had for a 6 hours tour. Amazing view lol.

Can I just say on behalf of myself and my partner how amazing our premium volcano tour was today We absolutely loved it definately a trip to be done. So much to see I don't want to spoil the surprise you need to do the trip yourself!! More so can I just give some appreciation to our tour guide Rowland he made our trip that extra special. Don’t book the ‘short south’ tour. After sitting on the bus for two hours, I was very disappointed to find that if we were opting out of the Camel ride, we’d simply have to wait around for the others who chose to go on the ride. This after the long drive there, took over fifty minutes. There was little else to do during this time but wait for everyone to get back. Considering the recent news stories about the mistreatment of the animals, we didn’t want to take part in the Camel ride and I’m very disappointed that the company didn’t offer an alternative for this section of the trip considering that it was listed as ‘optional’ on the site. After the long wait, when we reached the top of the volcano for the experiments, the group had to leave after 15-20 minutes. Afterwards, the trip to the winery left much to be desired. We were simply handed a tiny glass of wine and told to wait for the bus to start again. I felt like I spent the entire day on the bus, and that I’ve wasted a day of my holiday. There was no food options either and the small cafe in the National park only accepted cash, which we didn’t have. Don’t book this trip if you value your time.

Short south tour of lanzarote , timanfaya national park. The coach was clean and comfortable, the driver Manwel was very skilled at negotiating the winding narrow roads. The guide Michael spoke English fluently and incorporated humour into his vast knowledge of the island and its history. A great day

We went on the Manrique tour yesterday. They use a double decker coach which offers very poor views out. The guide (Julia) was in english and spanish. Not only did she say everything in both languages, but she kept repeating herself in English. As a result she was talking almost all day. It got very irritating, and it was noticeable how much nicer it was when she was quiet. She often forgot to tell us what time to be back on the bus at stops, and she didn't mention lunch time until we were just at the restaurant. So, we had little idea of timings. We ate at 2pm, and there were mutterings on the coach about being hungry. All a bit disappointing really.

The tour guide lied to me and has not picked me up as we agreed in the lobby of the hotel at agreed time.

Don’t trust them. Booked a day trip to Fuerteventura. Ferry couldn’t go ahead due to rough sea conditions. Grand, nobody’s fault as they can’t control the weather. They did in fact pay back our €88 we paid on the day in cash on the bus in a lengthy deposit back process. Fine. They told us to return to the place we got the tickets from to get the rest of our deposit. We returned to the vendor and they rang First Minute Travel who told them the pick up and ferry went ahead, we were lying and should not get our money back. So that has fuelled me to write this review. Fair enough if they had told us “We will pay back the balance you paid today but can’t give back the original deposit. You can use it for another time” or something along those lines but they didn’t. They told us to go to the vendor and get a refund. Lies. Just go with LCT travel if you’re going on an excursion in Lanzarote. There must have been a reason we were advised to go with that company over this one. I wish we listened…

The grand tour with Martin and Antonio The best tour of the volcanoes and island. Life changing the experience of the lakes and rivers of lava. Unimaginable ..buffet lunch too, so delicious with wine too..we crammed so much in to 9 hours of travel, then such a lovely coast road drive home. I felt so safe with all the places the coach went. Very safe skilled driver. Thankyou it was awesome 🙂

My driver was there to meet me, nice clean van with a carseat ready for my daughter. Collected me on time and was a very pleasant journey. I definetly would recommend first minute travel.

Vandaag een excursie gedaan naar het Timanfaya park. Super aardige gids die duidelijk en enthousiast Engels praat. Tijdens de rit naar de verschillende plekken leuke weetjes gehoord over het eiland. Zeer zeker aan te raden. Enige nadeel is dat de bus te laat kwam, geen ramp, maar veroorzaakt toch even een hoop stres. Buschauffeur heeft zich erg netjes verontschuldigd, en verder een top dag gehad.

Great and affordable service! We were met at the gates and quickly transfered to our destination. The drivers are polite and speak English. We booked the return transfer as well, everything went great.

Schlechte Laune des Agenten. Mehr Kaffeefahrt als Ausflug waren eine grosse Familie sollten jedoch für Andere Paare dehnen er die Plätze versprochen hatte Platz machen und uns verteilen mit 2 Kleinkinder. Mittag essen war wie Viehfütterung

We did the grand tour of Lanzarote, which was great. The driver and tour guid Evette were really friendly. Found it amazing how she could change between English, Spanish and German so fluently. Its a shame we didn't have a lot of time at the timanfya restaurant, I've never downed a coffee so fast in my life. Would have really liked to explore the mountain a little bit. But the rest of the tour was really good

Excursiones muy recomendadas....

Nil Stars! Booked trip, turned up at departure point in good time, waited and waited. Coach never arrived. After waiting 45 minutes, phoned booking agent, who, having contacted First Minute Travel, called back some 15 minutes later. Apparently, the trip had been cancelled "at the last moment". On booking, my contact details, including my mobile number were taken, but First Minute didn't contact me. Presumably, everyone booked on this trip was left standing around for ages before giving up. I got my money back, but a half day of my holiday was wasted.

Fantástica organización de grupo y horarios establecidos, fantástico conductor Yerai, y la guía, Julia, fabulosa. Explicando todo con detalle, fluida y con mucho énfasis tanto en español como en inglés. Se nota que disfruta de su trabajo. Recomiendo hacer este gran tour 100%

Excellent guide and efficient service

Excursión al timanfaya muy cara para lo que ofrece. Dicen que incluye una cata de vinos y es una vergüenza los dos milímetos de vino que te echan en un vaso de chupito. Varias paradas de " tiempo libre" en las que no puedes hacer otra cosa que entrar en la tienda de souvenirs de turno. Al finalizar la excursión, la guía invita a dejar propina al salir del bus e indica que hay una cestita al lado del chófer . Cuando sales, dejan abierta solo la puerta delantera para pasar obligatoriamente por la cesta, lo que nos pareció un gesto muy feo.

Ik en mijn vriendin hebben voor onze vakantie de laatste dag een excursie geboekt op een boot voor 5 uur. Wij hadden er echt heel veel zin in.!. Smorgens wel voeg er uit om 7 uur want we zouden om 08:40 opgehaald worden met de bus bij afgesproken bushalte. Wij typische Nederlanders stonden er al om 08:15. En er nog steeds heel veel zin in. Ongeveer in een uur tijd en heel veel mensen bij die halte voor diverse excursies was onze vertrek tijd al verlopen. En dan begin je al een beetje wanhopig te worden. Want ze zouden de opgegeven naam roepen en om welke excursie het gaat. Heel braaf bij elke bus onze ticket laten zien. Elke keer weer het antwoord ( andere bus) Onderhand 09:15 bus 35 minuten te laat Toch maar even bellen. Moet zeggen dat ik wel 2 telefoon gesprekken heb gemist. Maar door het lawaai van de auto,s en draaiende bussen ,nooit mijn mobiel gehoord. Affijn ik maar bellen. Vrouw van het touristen bedrijf zegt voor dat ik wat kon zeggen. U stond er niet. Mijn bloed ging rustig aan al een beetje te koken. Zei, we stonden er wel al vanaf 08:15. O, dan moet je maar een taxi pakken. En ik zei van dacht het niet... Jullie regelen het maar. Maar daar kwam niks uit. Toen maar die gast gebeld die ons de excursie verkocht heeft. Die nam op en zei ik ga bellen. Bel met een minuut terug . Na een kwartier nog steeds geen telefoontje. Dus ik maar hem weer bellen. Antwoord. Ja jullie stonden er niet.....begin steeds meer te koken... We stonden er wel en hebben alle bussen aangesproken en ons ticket laten zien... Dan moeten jullie maar taxi bestellen... Ik heb hem vriendelijk bedankt en gezegd dat ik er klaar mee was. Echt een teleurstellende organisatie. Voortaan ga ik het gewoon zelf weer regelen. Ben blij dat we niet het volledige bedrag hebben betaald. Maar wel 36 euro lichter. Groet Danny Mantel

Unsere gebuchte Tour wurde ohne Information abgesagt. Erst bei unserem Anruf, 15min nach vereinbarten Treffpunkt, wurde uns gleichgültig mitgeteilt dass die Tour abgesagt wurde.

Una empresa 100x100 recomendable, tanto para el transfer aeropuerto hotel y viceversa como para las excursiones organizadas que tienen. Nosotros usamos ambos servicios y no podemos estar más satisfechos. Repetiremos. Gracias a Said, Poll y Melvin.
