Low Cost Tours Lanzarote

Hi, just wanted to share our experience with your tour. First of all I didn't feel well, and asked your tour guide Andrei if any toilet on the bus. He said no, and for me better not to go, as they not going to stop for my needs. Didn't even try to suggest that they will help with stops or even tried to show some empathy. So I didn't go. My husband and 6years old boy stayed on tour. As you would imagine, the 6 year old wa excited and was asking his dad a lot of questions. On one of stops Andrei told to my husband 'if you can't control your child, you shouldn't go on the tour'. I found it appoling and extremely rude. Your tour information doesn't say adults only, you knew how old kid was, we paid for tour and were expecting some sort of accommodation. But your tour guide just ruined everything with his attitude. That was very upsetting, and we wouldn't recommend any tour with that particular guide Andrei. Regards, Lina

El tour está bien, merece la pena pagar el dinero por ver los volcanes y el timafaya. Las vistas son preciosas, digno de admirar. Por otro lado, si puedes ir tú por tu cuenta, no es obligatorio coger ningún tipo de tour, vas hasta el Timanfaya con tu coche, una vez allí pagas un bus que te lleva por los volcanes y los conoces. Después la cueva de los verdes compras tu propia entrada y vas y los jameos del agua de la misma manera. Como dato informativo por si a alguien le sirve, porque parece que la única manera de visitar el timanfaya es con un tour contratado y no es así. Por otro lado la guía fue muy amable, los sitios que visitamos fueron bonitos y es una experiencia bonita. Fatal, mal y muy mal el bufet, te dicen que puedes comer allí al llegar pagando 15 euros(la comida es fritanga) y un dato que no te dicen es que en el bufet no llegas, escoges y te sientas en una mesa. NO. te asignan una mesa en la que comes con otras 4 personas que no conoces de nada, las típicas mesas del comedor del colegio donde te sentaban alrededor con los demás compañeros, pues así. Fatal, devolví los tickets y nos fuimos del bufet, comimos en un bar típico canario de la plaza del pueblo y además de buenísimo, mucho más económico. Se les olvida que si pagas por comer, que menos que decirte que tienes que comer compartiendo mesa con quien sabe quién.

Erich was so nice and helpful. We did the South Short Tour and it was perfect. So enjoyable and ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Très chouette et dépaysant.nous avons fait ce jour le parc de timanfaya Guide et chauffeur sympa .bravo au chauffeur pour la route très sinueuse et millimètree entre les roches Dommage que l arrêt au restaurant soit si bref et petit coup de stress ce matin au départ car nous n avions pas reçu de message sur la confirmation du point de rendez-vous qui devait etre effectué sur WhatsApp comme indiqué au moment de la réservation via get your guide

La peor excursión que he contratado, un recorrido que se puede hacer perfectamente en una mañana te hacen parar a la 1 a comer ( a esa hora comerán los ingleses y los alemanes , perol los españoles nos tomamos el aperitivo...no un plato de macarrones frío) en un sitio concertado por ellos ( que se llevaran su comisión ) un buffet de 15 euros que es casi tan malo como el guía, que tienes un problema y demuestra 0 empatía para intentar solucionar un problema creado por su empresa (pero esa es otra historia) y soltando mentiras para dejarte con cara de idiota tirado en la puerta del hotel y esperando el siguiente bus....pero estoy divagando. Continuo después de la indigesta comida. Después de mal comer te llevan a un sitio que está a 5 minutos, en el parking te da 20 minutos para verlo x tu cuenta y nos deja en el hotel a las 3..... sinceramente culpa mia

Buena excursión, bien explicado todo y guía amable. Pero te medio obligan a ir a un buffet de 15€ con la peor comida que he comido jamás. No estaba bueno ni el plátano flambeado. Según la descripción del itinerario, da a entender que comemos en timanfaya...estuve preguntando y me dijeron que no sabían dónde comeríamos hasta la tarde anterior (ya era la tarde anterior y por lo que veo a todos nos llevan a ese restaurante para timarnos. Encima luego van y nos piden propina para el conductor. Sin palabras. Para rematar, al lado del buffet hay una tienda de olivina que nos la vendió como si fuera la única, en la que el guía nos insiste una y otra vez en que las piedras talladas son más bonitas y están al fondo ("joyas de Schafer" aunque la que yo compré está en shein por dos euros). También nos dicen que las piedras de lava de las pulseritas y demás del principio son de plástico, que es mejor comprar las talladas. Un sinsentido para hacernos comprar cosas caras. Entre la comisión del buffet y la de la tienda, os debéis de reír de nosotros cada noche pero bien. Nunca me había sentido tan estafada, podría seguir escribiendo faltadas pero no tengo ganas. Pésimo, no lo recomiendo por las mentiras y estafas. Solo lo recomiendo sabiendo que es una estafa para ver el tour que hayas contratado.

The first tour i did was decent enough but the second tour wasn’t a great experience the tour itself was okay well it was more of a drop off and pick up later but the guide wasn’t the most friendliest no good morning or anything and didn’t even ask if i had my passport on me not professional at all

We took the Northern Treasures Express tour in Lanzarote. Pick up was on time, air conditioned coach and an informative and interesting commentary from our guide throughout the tour. The northern landscape and views are amazing. The best part of the tour for us was the Cueva de los Verdes. Amazing tour following the lava path through the caves. We would thoroughly recommend the Northern Express tour.

Great day tour to fuerteventura,the guide (Jurgen) was Dutch but was fluent in English German and Spanish for all the different nations on the tour,very clear with amazing knowledge of this volcanic island.Its a must.We would also recogmend the grand tour was is an amazing insight into lanzarote,again we had a fantastic guide (Radmilla) who is very knowledgeable and funny.Some great places to see with breathtaking views.

Truly a wonderful day exploring Fuerteventura with our guide Eric who was knowledgeable, friendly , helpful and a great singer !! We had a transport wheelchair ♿️ and we're shown much kindness throughout the tour. We explored an interesting presentation at the aloe Vera farm, a traditional lunch, scenic viewpoints , historic villages and those endless white sand dunes! We were ferried over with the Fred Olsen Express and enjoyed a beautiful calm sea with spectacular scenery. Highly recommend this tour with convenient pick up and drop off. Thank you 😊 🙏 💓

Hoy he hecho una excursión por el norte de Lanzarote con Óscar y Nieves, chofer y guía. Fenomenal, todo perfecto Simpatía , amabilidad, se ha pasado el día sin enterarme Muchísimas gracias

We went on the Grand Tour which took us all around the island. Our guide Erich was very friendly and informative about the island. He was also able to translate everything in 3 languages. Hats off to our driver Isidro for navigating the bus through the narrow roads effortlessly. Overall a great way to see the main sights of Lanzarote in 1 day. Highly recommend!

Zouden eigenlijk een geheel dag tour hebben met deze organisatie. Helaas 10 minuten Na dat we zijn opgehaald ziek geworden in de bus. Hierbij ook moeten overgeven. Besloten om uit de bus te gaan en de tour niet te gaan volgen. Deze organisatie geeft ons geen geld terug wegens “gecancelde tour”. Ik geef telkens aan dat ik de tour niet heb gecanceld maar ziek ben geworden door de bus. Geen aanrader!

fast and punctual pickup with a wonderful guide, radmilla, on the grand tour. make sure to bring cashif you want the camel ride or to get souvenirs and drinks at the camel stop. I was picked up by the nearly full bus at Puerto del Carmen and was at the starting point within 30 mins. the bus came bang on time and my name was called out quickly. the bus was comfortable, air conditioned, and enough space for all. radmilla did the tour in three languages and bless her it felt like she barely caught a break. although much time is spent on the bus, it didn't seem that tiresome as there were always facts being told and stuff pointed out. there was someone with mobility issues and radmilla took extra care to make sure she got the most out of the attractions, especially those that demanded more walking or climbing. each location had ample time allocated, and at no point did it feel rushed thanks to radmillas time management getting the group to stay together and reminders of time. 1. El Golfo was a 20 minute ish stop which was more than enough time. 2. camel stop - we didn't ride the camels as recently had such an experience. there's a small museum and shop with cafe that's cash only. 3. the geyser demonstrations were really fun, as was the quick tour of el diablo restaurant. 4. timanfaya national Park was sublime and lots of facts by the audio guide track and a lovely surprise of experimental ambient music dotted throughout, and radmilla added her own insights too. 5. mancha Blanca, the lunch stop, was around 50 minutes and a good break from the bus. the buffet was 12 euro and included wine. can't comment as we opted out of the buffet and headed to the little tapas stand beside the main restaurant and had a lovely meal of grilled tuna, serrano ham/chicken croquettes, bread, and barraquitos for less than the price of the buffet for two. did not see the church. 6. a drive through the village of haria, rather different from the rest of the island it seemed. 7. jameos del Agua was an absolute delight, lots of cafes and bars dotted throughout. wish lots more time spent there I couldn't get enough of it. orange juice was sour tho. we were back by 5.30pm as promised. on the way back, we were told of local food and wine to try, and other attractions as well. overall a absolutely wonderful experience!

Bueno que pena que por culpa de una persona se destruya la magia de los lugares tan magníficos como tiene Lanzarote. Nuestra guía "Cristina" ha hecho que nuestra excursión sea una tensión constante y de malas formas y malas maneras. Para comenzar un encontronazo durante la explicación porque he preguntado una duda ye ha respondido de unas maneras que no comprendíamos ninguno de los 4. A continuación antes de entrar a cuevas verdes "amenazando" de que si alguien no podía seguir el ritmo que no entrara a la cueva, excursión que ya está pagada por cierto, y diciendo que ella no iba a esperar a nadie, y quién no se sintiera capaz que se quedara en el bus. Cosa totalmente innecesaria porque es una cueva muy llevable incluso nos hemos encontrado en otro grupo a una señora con muletas, así que nos ha dado mucho en que pensar si lo único que quería es ir rápido. A la salida hemos entrado en el baño y por supuesto ha empezado a decir que se iba que no podíamos entrar al WC incluso ha tenido un par de rencillas con otros miembros del tour por el mismo motivo. Las explicaciones en español eran muy escuetas en comparación con las que daba en inglés y alemán. No sé esperaba a que estuviéramos todos para darlas. En resumen no le pongo menos estrellas porque no hay pero una señora que está de cara al público no puede tratar ni hablar a la gente de esta manera, es una impresentable y una mal educada.

La peor excursión que he pagado en mi vida, todo bien excepto la guia, una tal Cristina con una mala educación y y generando una tensión con cualquier situación, le preguntas algo y te perdonaba la vida con una malas formas, acojonando a la gente en el bus para que los que fueran mas lentos no entraran en la cueva para no relentizarla, tenias que orinar y te puteaba y te regañaba por ir al baño. No entiendo como una persona asi puede dedicarse a excursiones.

Geweldige reis, de gids vertelde alles over elke stad. Geweldige kennis in 5 talen. Het is de reis waard. Ik raad aan.

Aunque el guía se esmeró bastante en la explicación a lo largo de toda la excursion Treasures of Lanzarote, lo de “forzarnos” al “bufet” tras la excursión habiendo podido volver al hotel antes o dar otras opciones para que cada uno pudiera elegir donde comer, fue lo peor. 15€ por un muslo de pollo seco, papas arrugadas, arroz pasado, algo de lechuga y un plátano. Todo acompañado de botella de agua rellenada (vimos como rellenaban botellas con restos de otras) y vino de tetrabrik! Que claro, y pudimos verlo en primera persona, el guía se lleva una comisión del restaurante…

Nos ha gustado mucho, el trato y las explicaciones han sido muy buenos. El buffet en el restaurante Dolores muy bueno, han sido 12 euros por adulto y 8 niños, dispone muchos platos, buenas ensaladas, pasta, patatas, verduras, legumbres, a los niños les ha gustado mucho y muy buen trato. No les ponemos 5 estrellas porque se hace muy, muy pesado para los niños, demasiado tiempo en autobús, curvas, parones y acelerones que ha provocado un gran mareo en el mayor y en el pequeño vómitos en la última parada, ya no podían más. Indicar que en estos tours evitas las colas de acceso del timanfaya.

We did the short south tour with driver Óscar and guide Erich. It was a great morning visiting Timanfaya, information in English and Spanish on board of the bus. Booking process also went very smoothly and received a whatsapp message with a link to the confirmation a day prior. The bus stops at a few hotels to pick up people but it didn't take too much time. We boarded the bus in Puerto del Carmen. Well organised!

Haber contratado la excursión para ver los lugares más destacados de Lanzarote ha sido un gran acierto. Todo ha estado muy bien organizado y el guía ha sido muy amable, competente y atento a que todo saliera a la perfección, sin duda volveríamos a repetir la experiencia y con la empresa.

La excursión en general bien, todo lo que hemos visto nos ha gustado. La organización falla- mas de una hora recogiendo gente de hotel en hotel . Luego cambio de bus y siendo los primeros hemos pasado a ser los últimos y como no quedaba sitio para ir juntos hemos hecho el tour separados. En cuanto al guía ( un señor ya mayor), no destacaba precisamente por ser muy educado.

La excursión en general está bien, pero nos ha decepcionado la organización de los autocares, ya que tuvimos que coger un primer autocar para luego cambiarnos a otro que iban y hacían el mismo tour, tanto a la ida como a la vuelta, los conductores excelentes eso sí! Después en el tour la guía Cristina ha sido bastante estupida y tajante en varios momentos de la excursión con todo el público, al ser un grupo muy grande no esperaba que llegáramos todos para empezar la explicación y cuando llegábamos no nos habíamos enterado de nada ya que aún no estábamos en el lugar

Après une expérience malheureuse en 2023 à Lanzarote avec l'un de leur partenaire (annulation d'une sortie au dernier moment alors que nous attendions le transport depuis plus d'une heure...), LCTZ, via son gérant, a tenu sa promesse de geste commercial lors de notre récent retour dans les Canaries. Bonne communication et respect des engagements, bravo 👍 N'oubliez pas qu'ils travaillent avec des prestataires pour proposer une grande diversité d'activités et qu'ils ne maîtrisent donc pas tous les paramètres ! Soyez indulgents, même si sur le coup c'est très énervant 😉

We've booked our tour from Playa Blanca, Lanzarote: Fuerteventura Island Tour. It's a very well organized tour in three languages - Spanish, English and German. For a one day trip, you'll see a lot of Fuerteventura and get the idea of it. Lunch was sufficient for money paid. The only one discontentment we had is the time given to see Corralejo dunes, 20-25 minutes is just not enough to admire the exceptional beauty of the place and to reach the beach just to bathe our feet in the ocean.

Nous avons fait le Grand tour de Lanzarote aujourd'hui. Très bonne journée. Le guide parlait couramment espagnol français anglais et allemand ! Et le chauffeur du bus : bravo pour sa dextérité pour conduire un car sur des routes improbables... Nous avons vu pleins de lieux exceptionnels. Parfait !

The bus tour picked us up right outside the hotel at 9:30am and was bang on time. Our guide Jereon (from Netherlands) spoke 3 languages, and communicated flawlessly every step of the way. We had chosen the southern tour which covered El Golfo, Timenfeya national park, geyser demonstraion, optional camel ride, buffet lunch, and visit to a vineyard....the vineyards in Lanzarote are unique and were interesting to find out about! Also please note, the bus tours to Timenfeya can travel across the lava fields where cars can NOT. Cars are in a long queue to get in the park, buses are granted immediate access. So I highly recommend this bus tour...all in all it was a great and lasted 6 hours, not too long!

Sin duda repetiremos. Nuestro guía Eric encantador y Vanesa una chica súper amable. No sabíamos muy bien la ubicación exacta de la recogida y ella misma se personó con su coche particular a buscarnos y llevarnos con el tour. La excursión super completa y muy amena. Hemos quedado encantadas.

Booked the Round-Trip Ferry Transfer to Fuerteventura the night before the trip was due to take place. With making the booking the day before the trip, I explained some problems. However, no issues coach arrived, the greeter was very nice and friendly.

Excursión de Lanzarote a Fuerteventura , no la recomiendo a nadie. Casi 2h para llegar a playa blanca en bus para coger el ferry y seguir en otro bus para no ver casi nada eso si paradas en la venta de áloe y sus productos vamos nada recomendable

We booked the Northern Treasures Express tour of Lanzarote and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tour guide and driver were brilliant and the places we visited, Jameos del Agua and Cueva de los Verdes, were both well worth seeing. Being picked up and taken to the various sights and then getting group entry was brilliant. No queueing and our own guide to lead us through the caves was great. Well worth the money!

Habe die César Manrique Ganztages-Tour gemacht. Sehr unterhaltsam und schön begleitet von der erfahrenen Tourführerin Radmilla. Neben dem Monument hat man sein Haus/Museum, den tollen Aussichtspunkt an der Nordspitze, Jameos del Agua und den Kakteengarten angeschaut. Eine tolle Tour, bei der man auch immer ausreichend Zeit für Kaffee, Souvenirs und zum Quatschen hatte. Mittagspause gab es in einer Buffetform in einem schönen Dorf für 13 Euro mit Getränken, war in Ordnung. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!! Hatte sehr spontan am Abend vorher gebucht, was über LCT und GetYourGuide aber nicht möglich war. LCT hat auf meine Nachfragen nicht reagiert. Habe dann online einen Drittanbieter gefunden, über den es dann geklappt hat.

Excursión de Lanzarote a Fuerteventura. Demasiado autobús para no ver gran cosa. Mucha espera de ferry más de 1h en el muelle de pie. Visita a la tienda aloe vera interesante pero muy comercial. Ninguna otra opción para comer que lo que proponen muy mediocre y en un restaurante cutre 100%. Nada alrededor para elegir otra cosa. La visita de la parte antigua de Corralejo, los molinos no se ha realizado. Y por último guía desagradable de pocas explicaciones y además inexactas, pero que no olvida poner el castillo de la propina al final. Moraleja, coged el ferry y hacerlo por vuestra cuenta. Es una trampa para turistas sobre todo British

Very expensive tour, not worth its price. You spend a lot of time picking up people at hotels, and changing bus twice. A lot of things were unclear. For example information about changing bus. Some things were only explained in Spanish and not English, or incorrect English. This caused a lot of misunderstandings. I had to ask the tour guide things, for example what time to be back at the bus because she had not said this in English. Important information about the bus was only said to a few people, I was lucky to have seen that so I could go after her and ask what she said. Our tour guide unnecessarily kept repeating stuff like stay together as a group, watch where you are going over and over instead of telling us interesting stuff about the things we saw. She was not kind and not welcoming. Reacted angry when people told her she used the wrong English words for what she wanted to say. The bus was very old and not comfortable, I was sitting at a broken chair for the whole day. I would not recommend this organisation.

Hemos hecho la excursión highlight y todo excelente:puntualidad, Daniela la guía nos explicaba todo y cuidaba cada detalle,el conductor también excelente, no hemos tenido que esperar para entrar a ningún sitio…100% recomendable y volvería sin dudas a repetir con ellos

Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung für die Tour auf Fuerteventura abgeben. Wir haben die Tour auf Deutsch bestellt aber das war 3 sprachige Tour. Das bedeutet 3 Mal weniger Information, falls überhaupt. Qualität der Sprache war nicht zufriedend. Transfer zum Hafen hat 1 Stunde gedauert. Das ist ein wenig zu viel für 2 km. Abstand. Beim Transfer zum Hotel war unser Hotel nicht eingetragen und erfolgt nach 75 Minuten und Streit mit dem Fahrer. Max Zeit bei der Tour beträgt das Mittagessen, obwohl dieses nicht im Plan steht. Diejenige, die nicht essen wollen waren die Geiseln beim dieses Café und diesem Platz. Einzelne Gründe dafür wären vielleicht eine Provision des Tourenleiters.Das Essen hat mehr als eine Stunde gedauert. Zum Vergleich Hauptstadt 30 Minuten, Mirador 5 Minuten. Dünen 30 Minuten. Aloe Vera wieder eine Stunde aus gleichem Grund. Für uns ist es jetzt klar, dass Mittagessen das wichtigste Highlight auf Insel ist. Das war wirklich mit dem Abstand die schlechteste Tour unseres Lebens. Unsere Erfahrungen teilen wir später im Internet. Falls dieses in Deutschland wäre würden wir sicher bei der Verbraucherzentrale beschweren und das Geld zurück verlangen.

Nordtour 22.12. 5 Std. Fahrzeit mit insgesamt 1,5 Std. Aufenthalt. Photostops wurden ausgelassen bzw. gar nicht erst angefahren. (Mirador de las Nieves, Volcan de la Corona) Worin sollte der Panorama Blick auf Haria bestehen? Deshalb nur 1 Stern.

The list of what we loved is short - the list of what you could do better is long! The start should have been a sign - we were picked up at 8:45am…..the last pick up was 9:55am (1 hour 10 mins later) and was only an 18 min walk from our hotel!! The guide had clearly got out of the wrong side of the bed - she moaned constantly and was incredibly rude to several passengers. We had a 12 minute stop at the volcano, had a 14 minute stop at the view cliff, we didn’t get lunch until 2:05pm and the guide was angry and frustrated when people on the coach were not aware they needed to pay her in cash if they wanted to take the lunch option - she then advised that people paying by card would mean we would all have less time for lunch (45 mins). Whilst only €13 the lunch was poor at best and cold, probably as we were so late. All in all we spent from 8:45am on the coach and decided to get off the coach at 6:20pm (9 hours 35 mins) despite this being a 30 mins walk from our hotel. Time spent off the coach throughout the day totalled 3-hours. So much time was wasted whilst people transferred from one bus to another after meeting at a central point with other tours - this happened in the morning and at the end of the day. The 3 languages did not work - anything that was pointed out along the way was generally in German or Spanish - by the time the rep got to English we’d moved past any point of interest and it was to late to understand what was being pointed out. All in all we did not enjoy the day - being herded like cattle by a very rude, frustrated and angry guide did not make for a pleasant experience.

Brawo LCT Europe za super organizacje. Wszystko sprawnie, bez czekania. Wycieczka Grand Tour bardzo ciekawa. Dziękujemy pani przewodnik (blondynka z niebieskimi, dużymi oczami, nie pamiętam imienia) potrafiła rozmawiać po polsku, za troskę, uśmiech i mega poczucie humoru :)Tak trzymajcie!

After one hour on the bus our toddler started to cry. The guide came to us and told if the toddler doesn't stop crying we'll have to leave the tour. After 2 minutes they've stopped the bus gave us the refund and told us we have to take a taxi or public transport to go wherever we want. ( most of the tourists were grumpy) If you have a baby or a small child don't risk it. They will leave you wherever.

Kurzweilige Tour über Lanzarote.

I did the South Tour of Timanfaya and the whole Trip were super organized. They picked me up on time, the guides speaked 3 different languages, so you can understand everything about the national park. Cool and funny people with lots of Information about Lanzarote

J'ai fait le Grand tour de l'île à 55 euros avec Valérie comme accompagnatrice c'était Super. Les sites sont impressionnants, Valérie donne des explications sur chaque site, elle est disponible tout le parcours. Je recommande

Una confusión con el sitio de recogida, pero el resto de la excursión muy bien

Ruta en bus por Lanzarote de aproximadamente 7 h. Puedes hacerte una idea generalizada y de manera cómoda acerca de las cosas más representativas, a nivel turístico, de la isla. Merece la pena sólo por poder adentrarte con el bus entre los restos de lava solidificada Gracias a las carreteras del Parque de Timanfaya. El conductor me pareció un excelente profesional, para mí lo mejor del viaje. Sonido de los altavoces en el bus para escuchar al guía regular. Restaurante donde te ofrecen la comida, (opcional), a mi juicio con mal servicio, aunque yo no comí, tomé unas bebidas. Resumiendo: En general bien.

Booked half day tour to south Lanzarote, excellent tour, great tour guide and highly experienced driver who put you at ease when driving through the national park. The cost was low, bus was air conditioned and clean. Would recommend to all age groups.

Nous avons passé une bonne journée à la découverte de l'île. La prise en charge est très bien organisée. Le programme était un peu militarisé, nous aurions aimé passer plus de temps sur certains site mais nous sommes très satisfait dans l'ensemble. Nous avions un super guide. Petit conseil dans le bus : ne vous mettez pas sous les hauts parleurs car le son est assez fort. Si vous faites le parc national Timanfaya, cela vaut vraiment le coup car le bus est prioritaire sur les voitures et vous vous évitez 2 bonnes heures de bouchons.

Das war ein einfach toller Ausflug!!! Wir mach 2 Wochen Urlaub in Lanzarote und wollten die wichtigsten Punkte Kennenlernen! Deshalb haben wir dies Tour gebucht! Die Verständigung war etwas kompliziert, aber die Tour und besonders auch unsere Tourführerin (Rodisa?) ( ich kann nichts für den Namen, den hat meine Mutter mir gegeben)! Und alles Eis war gebrochen! Die Tour kurzweilig und aufregend! Und nach unserem Mittagessenstop, als alle Siesta machen wollten, hat sie die Truppe nochmal richtig wach gerüttelt! Und die letzten 2 steps waren dann nochmal richtig interessant! Auch unser Fahrer Sito? war immer für uns da! Es war einfach eine tolle Tour! Würden wir immer wieder machen!

Completed the Lanzarote highlights tour today. Eric our tour guide was fabulous and very knowledgeable. €59 euros to travel round the whole island for the day (picked up at 9:15 and dropped back at 17:30), is money well spent. I did not opt for the buffet lunch and instead packed my own and had a stroll around the local village. Lots of places to eat and drink at various stop offs during the day.

Aucun regret d'être passée par cette agence pour le grand tour de Lanzarote. L'excursion est vraiment complète et les explications de notre guide Laura étaient au rendez vous. Attention tout de même on vous invite à payer quelque chose pour pouvoir aller aux toilettes au premier arrêt tandis que dans tout le reste de l'excursion les toilettes sont gratuites.

We did the northern treasures express (8:30am-1:30pm) which was fantastic. Coach arrived on time and had air con. Our guide and driver were both brilliant and the guide spoke Spanish, English and German. We got to see 4 sites which were all fab. I recommend going via LCT as you get to skip the queues.

Wir haben diese Woche die Südtour Lanzarote gemacht. Abholung pünktlich und alle sehr hilfsbereit. Unserer Reiseführerin Radmilla war Top! Sehr hilfsbereit und motiviert. Die Ausflugsziele waren alle toll. Wir haben sogar die Route einmal abgeändert weil am angesteuerten Ziel Stau gewesen wäre. Das Mittagessen war keine 5*, aber völlig in Ordnung und zudem optional. Wir haben es gebucht und waren zufrieden. Der Preis war mit 39€ Erw. Und 30€ Kinder völlig angemessen und super. Unser Bus war brandneu und komfortabel. Wir empfehlen die Tour definitiv. Man steigt ein und braucht sich um nichts weiter kümmern.

Contratar este servicio (Tour por el Norte) ha sido una gran decisión: puntualidad, seriedad, experiencia... el conductor, excepcional por estas curvas y el guía, una pasada, nos ha contado cada detalle de lo que íbamos viendo. Súper cómodo, sin hacer colas. Lo recomiendo 100%.

He comprado el tour de lo más destacado de Lanzarote y ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de mi vida, de las que hay que hacer al menos una vez en la vida. Gran trabajo y profesionalidad de la guía, Inés, muy servicial y atenta con todo el grupo en varios idiomas perfectamente bien hablados.

No me deja poner una valoración con signo negativo. Mi experiencia personal muy mala. Consideró la humanidad esencial en el trato. Reconozco que cuando vas a un sitio de vacaciones tal vez no vuelvas pero creo que tu deber en el trabajo con calidad sobre todo si te han pagado el servicio con antelación como es el caso. Llame con antelación para comunicar que mi hijo y mi pareja estaban enfermos, no la suficiente según ellos, 20 horas antes, claro que llame en cuanto tuvieron síntomas, llamar antes de que los tuviesen sería cosa de bruja o no tendría motivo justificado para el intento de cambio. Cuando llamo me diríjannos a la comercializadora así que llamo a mi agencia de viajes porque no tengo humor ni tiempo para que me mareen, al cabo de un rato desde mi agencia me comunican que la comercializadora no dispone de huecos para otro día y los remiten nuevamente a la prestataria del servici, en este caso LCT EUROPE, y esta vez a mi agencia si que les contestan y les dicen, con menos de 24 horas ni re colocación ni devolución, entiendo que Sean estrictos en el cumplimiento de una norma de empresa lo que nunca entenderé es intentar pasar la pelota a otro para no contestar ellos directamente. Así que mi valoración es pésima, por ni siquiera hacer el intento de cambio, por no contestarme a mi directamente en vez de remitirme a otra persona para no darme ellos una respuesta. Como digo mi experiencia pésima. Desconozco el servicio que prestan si tienes la suerte de poder ir a un servicio que has pagado. Así que, evidentemente en mis próximas vacaciones no recurriré a sus servicios pero es más tampoco los recomiendo.

We did the Timanfaya experience (the short trip). It was great. Thank you to Inés, the guide, and Martin, the coach driver.

Saw the highlights of Lanzarote. Coach was comfortable. Group was large and guide was hard to understand/hear at times. Lunch buffet was 'get what you pay for' cheap & not so cheerful. Overall we enjoyed the day.

We went for a Lanzarote Highlights full day tour. Our tour guide Anna was polite and shared interesting facts about the island. We visited 4 attractions: Timanfaya, Mirador del Rio, Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Aqua. All 4 were interesting to visit. Couple things to improve on. Timanfaya visit was too quick as bus parking is limited. Lunch was very average. Not that much choice either

Vraiment genial les guides et personnels du catamaran sont adorables serviables et aux petits soins. Le repas est tres bon et la baignade du bateau au top.. A faire sans hesiter...

We used this tour company for our trip to the caves in lanzarote. We paid an initial deposit at the Hotel we were staying in, and was told balance to be paid by 5pm the evening before tour. We were also told the tour company would ring us for payment. After we paid our deposit my husband was hounded for the balance with 4 days to go before trip. Girl on phone very rude but my husband refused to pay until designated date, but we were still hounded with phonecalls until we did. This took the good out of the trip. The driver never came up for air on the bus constantly talking in different languages but didn't seem to want to speak in English at all. He moaned if people wanted to use the bathroom, kept constantly going on about schedule. We were in the caves for a substantial time and when we came out my son was going into the toilet and he tried to stop him along with my nephew . I walked over he was trying to usher them away, and more or less implied that the bus would be going. I asked him if he was actually serious, and that he had no business stopping my family or anyone else who needed to use a bathroom. When we where dropped off him and the driver had the cheek to stand outside the bus trying to be nice clearly looking for a tip. Not a hope they were getting one. Definitely wouldn't recommend this company. Spend your money somewhere else.

Hicimos la excursión Tesoros de Lanzarote y muy bien. Vimos La cuevas de los verde, Jameos del agua, Mirador del rio y Timanfaya. 250 € 3 adultos y 1 niño. El guía Carlos supermajo y explicando todo fenomenal. Y el conductor Pablo muy profesional pq las carreteras por el volcán son complicadas. Merece la pena ir con autobús y excursiones organizadas pq te quitas colas para pasar a todos los sitios . Lo que no merece la pena es comer en el bufé de parada por 13 € adultos y 9 € niño, es mejor llevar bocatas y comerlos por allí fuera.

Hice la ruta sur corta. No me gustó mucho. El guía sólo daba datos sueltos y con un español regular. Yo no conseguí enterarme de mucho. Además, se mezclaban las explicaciones en inglés con las que hacía en español. Por otro lado, la ruta incluye un mini paseo opcional en camello. Me gustaría que no casi todas las excursiones lo incluyesen. Pienso que se debería respetar a los camellos como al propio Timanfaya.

Nous avons utilisé cette société pour faire une excursion à Lanzarote (Secrets cachés). Très content de ce que nous avons pu voir et des explications du guide francophone. En revanche 2 points négatifs : - changement de bus en début d'excursion pour optimiser et regrouper les francophones. Pourquoi pas, mais ça a été un peu chaotique. - repas du midi. Annoncé comme optionnel, mais fortement incité à payer en espèces directement auprès du guide pour un resto "attrape touriste" (El Cortijo Restaurant - Buffet très simpliste et en guise de dessert des vieilles bananes : 13€ (9€ pour les enfants)). Le guide a indiqué que le paiement n'est pas possible en CB et qu'il ne sait pas s'il y a un distributeur à proximité. En réalité on pouvait payer en CB et il y avait un distributeur à 100m (le bus est passé devant en repartant). Et soit disant il n'y avait pas le temps d'aller manger ailleurs, alors qu'en réalité si. Ça sentait clairement l'arrangement entre le guide et le restaurant. Décevant d'être considéré comme une pompe à fric.

Contratamos 2 excursiones con ellos y la verdad es que muy bien. Buenos circuitos, buenos vehículos, conductores de 10 … y los 2 guías muy atentos con que todo el mundo estuviera a gusto y no les faltara de nada. No soy muy dado a este tipo de excursiones y me sorprendió muy gratamente. Además el contacto x whatsapp para el punto de encuentro y el pago está muy bien estudiado. Muy profesionales. Recomendable.

We did the Lanzarote Full Day 4 Tourist Attractions day trip today. I have been here many times over the years so the attractions were not new to me but they were to the other 3 in my party. From the pick up outside our hotel - bang on time - to dropping us off after the tour our tour guide Erich was a star and our driver very professional. 4 great attractions. Great service. Would use again.

Hoy realizamos el tour al Timanfaya, quería felicitar a la empresa por tener un guía cómo Erick, realmente no es sólo el viaje lo q al cliente satisface, creo q hace falta personas cómo el, con tanta dedicación, agradabilidad y q hacen del tour una q experiencia q siempre recordaremos. Did the Fuerteventuta trip from Lanzarote. This was a pick up from hotel to port. Ferry trio to Fuerteventura where we were met by out very knowledgeable and I formative guide. 1st stop Aloe Vera plantation, also interesting and informative. Off to lunch which was local food, wine and dessert. The 1st explorer of the Islands building(700m above sea level) then to see the statue of 2 Kings. Take some bread for the little ground squirrels (chipmonks). Friendly, cute creatures. Then to see the Old Capital Betancuria with a museum and lovely Tappas where we stopped for a drink surrounded by palm trees and other plants. Felt like a jungle setting. Last stop was the golden beach on the return to the port before sailing back to Lanzarote. The guide let you know every event and which bus was yours. A day to remember and well worth the money.

Tour Esencias de Lanzarote. Lo recomiendo al 100 por 100. Te ahorras colas y conducir por esas carreteras. Gracias al guía, ves detalles y te enteras de cosas que se pasarían por alto si vas por tu cuenta. El guía y el conductor muy amables y atentos.

Muy bien organizado, nosotros elegimos el Tour Esencias de Lanzarote. El guía y el conductor fueron muy atentos y amables. Muy recomendable, pues durante todo el trayecto te dan explicaciones y detalles de los lugares por los que pasas.

Héctor nos organizó un planazo en el Lanzarote highlights tour con Carlos de guía. Lo primero la organización y el guía un 10, muy agradable y con muchos conocimientos. El tour vale muchísimo la pena y vale lo que pagas. Muy recomendable!!!

10/10, muy recomendado ir. Te recogen cerca de donde tienes tu hotel. Luego os separan por grupos, segun el idioma. Pille el pack de timanfaya, cueva de los verdes y jameos del agua. El guía era muy majo, martin, lo explico todo muy bien. Al ir en autobús pudimos visitar una zona de timanfaya que solo pueden acceder estos. Nosotros nos llevamos comida, ya que solo tienes una hora para comer porque sino luego habrá mucha gente en los sitios que visitar. Pero sino te llevan a un restaurante buffet libre de 13€.

Nous avons fait le tour de Lanzarote hier avec cette compagnie. Nous avons été récupéré en bas de notre hôtel c'était super et ensuite nous avons changé de Bus pour être avec la guide qui parlait français. C'était plus compliqué car elle était speed avec les touristes et malheureusement pas toujours agréables surtout le matin....elle criait beaucoup ce qui stressait les vacanciers. L'après midi plus détendue. Le repasdu restaurant était très bon, mais attention les arrêts sont toujours un peu courts. Je recommande quand même car le tarif est correcte et surtout grâce aux bus vous êtes prioritaire pour accéder aux volcans car en voiture.l'attente est longue et ensuite vous ne rentrez pas aux milieux des volcans

Realizado Tour por Fuerteventura desde Lanzarote. El peor con diferencia de los tres que he contratado con LCT. NINGUNA de las paradas mereció la pena. 45 minutos en un pueblo que se ve en 10 (Betancourt), todo el pasaje buscando sombra a la espera del bus. Para mas mérito el restaurante parecía una sauna del calor que hacía. Seguro que no vuelvo a Fuerteventura ni gratis.

Pésimo, estafadores. No me llegan las palabras para explicar lo que son estos tours. Cogimos un tour de lanzarote a Fuerteventura para visitar la isla en 1 día . Llegamos allí hacemos 2 horas de bus y llegamos a un sitio de exposición de cremas de aloe vera gratuito dd después nos meten en la tienda para que le compremos las cremas de un coste elevadisimo. Seguimos otra hora de bus entre montañas y nos paran para comer a la 13 en un bar de carretera con menú concertado de pollo o pescado dd tienes que comer en 25 minutos con una calidad pésima y que por supuesto corre por tu cuenta a mayores. Sigues en el bus media hora y llegas a un mirador abandonado. Otra hora de camino entre montañas y llegas a un pueblo donde está todo cerrado y te lo recorres en 5 minutos pq tiene un diámetro menor a un campo de fútbol. Finalmente 1 hr y media más de bus y llegas a las dunas de Corralejo que es lo único que merece la pena pero dónde solo puedes estar 20min. A mayores la actitud de la guía Radmila malísima, no se le entendía ni en español ni en inglés, y mucho menos en alemán (ya que nos mezclaron en un bus de 3 idiomas y no soltó el micrófono desde que subimos al autobús). Se lo comunicamos pero dijo que era lo que había pq tenía que decirlo en todos los idiomas, la guía nos metió prisa durante todo el tour y aún por encima con malas caras y contestaciones hacia los pasajeros con frases como “hacer los que os digo pq no vamos a discutir”. Nada recomendable no os dejéis engañar es un tour comercial para quitarle dinero a los extranjeros.

Hicimos el Tour Completo Lanzarote. Recomendable si reparamos en los lugares que se visitan, porque lo demás deja mucho que desear. Pagamos el tour en Español, con previa reserva en la agencia, es decir, con tiempo para que estos se organizasen, cosa que no fue de esta manera ya que nos mezclaron en el mismo bus con personas que habían pagado el tour en Inglés. El guía, Andrey, un absoluto desastre, no se le entendía en Inglés y mucho menos en Español. La información que daba para nada quedaba clara, un batiburrillo de datos y menciones que no llegaban a ningún lugar porque como bien he dicho tanto su inglés como su español dejaban mucho que desear. Los lugares que visitamos, si miramos la parte positiva; preciosos, únicos sin duda. Si miramos por la parte contraria, masificados de turistas, un bus detrás de otro, millones de móviles y 0 posibilidad de disfrutar de un rato de tranquilidad para observar la zona. Al hilo de todo esto, los guías en las visitas tampoco permiten disfrutar ni un segundo de las paradas, están continuamente metiendo prisa, una sensación cuanto menos incómoda, para salir cuanto antes y volver a montarte en el bus y volver a avasallarte con datos y batallitas que van directamente a la basura. Una pena que se aprovechen de esta manera de un tour que puede ser tan bonito y productivo, y lo conviertan en un sacacuartos para los guiris.

Cogimos el Tour Completo de Lanzarote, al principio bien, recogida puntual y agradable, pero el problema estuvo cuando nos separaron por idiomas, porque en vez de hacer un autobús todo de españoles mezclaron con ingleses y la mitad del rato era en inglés y la mitad en español. Entiendo que si se paga un Tour es Español es para hacerlo completo en español, aparte de que el español del guía dejaba bastante que desear. Una vez más se ve claro la prioridad de este tipo de empresas y de la ciudad, que es hacer dinero y entretener a los guiris, quedando los turistas de la península muy insatisfechos por el servicio en según qué aspectos.

We have done two wonderful excursions with this company. Both excellent . First trip was to Fuetaventura from Lanzarote. Our guide was fabulous, friendly and informative. The trip was a full day and we were able to learn a lot about the island. Our second trip was the I love Sunset catamaran cruise. We were privileged to see both whales and dolphins. The hospitality of the crew was very generous and food and beverages were delicious. This was a wonderful way to end our holiday . We will book again when we return to Lanzarote.

Extremely bad and unprofessional company. We were supposed to do a tour with them which was £60 per person. They sent us a link with two locations. The bus wasn’t where it was supposed to be and we were running around like monkeys. Called them like 10 times, no one picked up. As they sent us two different locations, we ended up missing the bus as we had no idea where to go. At the end, the amazing lady on the phone told us to pay for a cab ourselves and rejoin the tour and that we won’t be offered anything else or a refund. So if you want a trip from hell - book with them. If not, take your money somewhere else. This company is full of scammers. Avoid at all costs

Contraté junto con mi familia (un total de ocho personas) el tour por Timanfaya y los Jameos del Agua. Nuestra guía Ana y la organización del tour fueron de 10. Sin embargo, tuvimos una malísima experiencia con un grupo extranjero de dos parejas con cinco niños, dado que uno de ellos no paró de gritar y llorar durante todo el viaje, mientras sus padres no solo lo permitían, sino que incluso interactuaban con él para que este comportamiento continuara. En ningún momento mostraron una disculpa por la enorme molestia que su hijo estaba causando al resto de pasajeros, sino que además se pusieron violentos con nosotros por mostrar nuestro desagrado con la situación. Por si todo ello fuera poco, y ante su actitud violenta y maleducada, nuestra guía Ana se vio obligada a intervenir para intentar calmarles, y la actitud de estos fue la de insultarnos a nosotros y a nuestra guía, y la de no bajarse del autobús en las siguientes paradas -todo ello, por supuesto, con el único objetivo de presentar una queja y que les devolvieran el dinero-. Una situación verdaderamente vergonzosa e incómoda, dado que no nos permitió disfrutar del tour al 100%. Entendemos que los niños puedan y deban viajar con sus padres, pero aquí debe primar la responsabilidad de los progenitores y saber si conviene llevar a un niño pequeño a un tour de casi 10 horas. Gracias de nuevo a Ana por su gran profesionalidad y por enseñarnos las maravillas de Lanzarote.

It was a bus tour. We were picked up bus stop outside the hotel. Bus came on time. Then we were taken to Yaiza before people were segregated depending on the choice of tour. This process could have been sleeker to save some time. We had chosen the grand tour. It covered El Golf, Temenfeya national park (camel ride, devil's hotel and the volcanic area), buffet lunch, visit to a wine yard so and then at the end Cueva de los Verdes. All in all it was a whistle stop tour of the island. Guide Roland was knowledgeable, polite. Driver Salvador was smooth and skillful. Tourist exchange system should be sleek at Yaiza and buffet place should have better vegetarian option. Europeans are leaning towards vegetarianism and veganism. Areas highly dependent upon tourists should also try and adapt to the need. Your could have taken to a better winery. So four stars.

Es un tour 100% para guiris, pedí el tour en español, pensando que alguien de allí me haría el tour y resultó ser una alemana que hablaba hiper rápido y la cual se pasó las 6 horas de bus contándonos lo que estábamos viendo como si estuviera leyendo un libro. Muy aburrido, lo siento por ella, pero es que no le puso nada de ganas. Los sitios en los que paramos eran super chulos, pero no nos dieron más de 20 min para explorar, excepto por los jameos que nos dieron 40 y nos metieron prisa para irnos... Hay muchas cosas que podrían mejorar, primera y última vez!.

We booked the highlights excursion and it was fantastic. Our tour guide Eric was very informative, helpful and fun. The coach driver Danny did a great job. We also booked a sunset cruise through the company and again it was a great experience.

Hour and half picking up guests. We had a fifteen minute walk at 8am to get to pick up- when I booked I thought we would be picked up at hotel. The Grand tour was rushed, food was appalling and we were back at our hotel by 5.30. Am not at all happy with the experience. Not at all what we expected from the brochure.

Abbiamo fatto un tour da Lanzarote a Fuerteventura che non mi è piaciuto più di tanto purtroppo. A livello di puntualità nulla da ridire, ma a livello di organizzazione e programma del circuito, credo si possa fare di meglio. Di tutti i luoghi visitati che abbiano un reale interesse, posso menzionare solo le dune (purtroppo viste in tempo record, dal momento che sono alla chiusura del programma). La gita comincia con un'attesa di 45 minuti al porto di Playa Blanca. Una volta arrivati a Fuerteventura si raggiunge in autobus una piantagione di aloe Vera dove dopo una spiegazione dei benefici della pianta si possono acquistare i prodotti a prezzi ultra alti. Poi si va in un paese sperduto a pranzo: chi non vuole spendere 12 euro per zuppa, pezzetto di pollo o pesce e bevande, deve stare 60 minuti al bar oppure seduto alla fermata dell'autobus (al freddo in bassa stagione). Le recensioni del ristorante sono tra l'altro pessime (potrebbero far mangiare i clienti del tour a Corallejo dando un'ora di tempo libero). Poi si visita una fattoria che produce formaggio di capra (30 minuti nel nulla, con possibilità di accarezzare 5 asini e 2 cammelli). Successivamente si raggiunge la cittadina più antica dell'isola - Betancuria. Il luogo sarebbe anche carino, ma purtroppo lo si raggiunge in tardo pomeriggio e sia la chiesa sia il museo sono chiusi, per cui per far passare i 45 minuti di tempo a disposizione di può fare il giro del paesino per una ventina di volte. Alla fine si raggiungono le dune, unico punto carino del viaggio. In tutta onestà mi sorge una domanda: che non ci sia davvero nulla di più interessante da mostrare ai turisti sull'isola di Fuerteventura?

Terrible experience, we spent 2 hours driving around in circles and passed our hotel when going to the connection point. No toilet facilities, overcrowded busses, terrible travel conditions.

Brilliant tour - did the North Express. The guide, Andre, was very informative. Loved the Cueva de Los Verdes, so much more to it than I had imagined. Unfortunately the island was under a Calima so the view points were underwhelming 🙁 Might be nice to have an alternative in these circumstances, maybe a stop in the town with all the palm trees(can't remember the name!) All in all a good tour, would recommend.

Went on the lanzarote highlights tour this week and it was appalling. We booked it from our hotel expecting that the tour company would be good if it is recommended by our hotel but alas, that definiately wasn't the case. Let me start by saying that I have taken this lanzarote tour before with another company and it was amazing. So when I had to chance to do it again with my husband this time we were very excited. Firstly, upon getting on the coach, we spent 1.5 hours just picking up guests. Whilst i understand guests do need to be picked up, all excursions I have ever been on including in Lanzarote have smaller buses pick everyone up and meet at a certain point so guests times isn't wasted. Secondly, the tour guide we had named Christina was absolutely rude and had no manners whatsoever. Upon getting to the first stop, a couple was talking a mere 2 steps ahead of her and she shouted agressively at them to get back behind her. To the point the poor guest replied, this is so enjoyable being scolded in front of everyone like this. Honestly we should have expected this would be the quality for the rest of the excursion but we were hopeful it would get better. At lunchtime, she told her that after lunch we could do around and explore but to be back at a certain time. However, as she was so agressive and had threaten to leave people there before. My husband and I just asked to double check that we could do and explore to which she repllied "i dont care what you do, just be back here on time'. Whilst I understand how important it is to be on time and how hard it must be to organise a big group of people there is no need for rudeness. Whilst on the coach, she was explaining and pointing things out as every tour guide does but wouldn't be specific about what she was actually talking about. such as 'do you see that mountain over there' and there would be 5 mountains so no one on the bus had any idea what it was we were suppose to be looking at most of the time. As much as I would like to say this was just our experience out of our group of 40 people three quarters of us were talking about how bad the experience had been due to the tour guide making it feel like a school trip. I did try and contact low cost tour to let them know about our experience, however they said they would look into it and when I asked for an update just ignored my messages. A tour guide really does make your excursion experience amazing or awful so I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere as there are so many great companys in lanzarote and the price is the same.

If you value your time this is not the right option for you, we were picked up at 8:45 and spent the next hour and 45 mins picking up guests from other hotels before beginning the tour, which was not explained to us at all when booking. When I asked our guide if it would be the same on the way home (it was our last day and I was keen to not waste four hours on a bus not going anywhere) or if we’d be dropped first since we were picked up first she scoffed at me and said we didn’t spend two hours picking up guests, which we did! Christina was militaristic with crowd control and passive aggressive towards the guests when she felt they weren’t following her instructions properly. It was not a pleasant environment to see the highlights of the island, we would book a private driver for 4-6 hours instead of a full day bus tour with this operator.

We booked 3 separately tours and every one was great , the busses all came on time, all had good tour guides , the premier island tour was excellent , thanks

Wir haben am 26.01.23 die kurze Südtour zum Timanfaya unternommen. Radmilla war unsere Reiseleiterin. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß. Sie macht das unglaublich toll und sie ist sehr unterhaltsam. Es lohnt sich total. :)

Los lugares son espectaculares. Al ir con el tour te saltas las colas de coches que hay para ingresar en el timanfaya. El primer lugar en el que te paran para tomar el café, precios desorbitadamente caros. Sin duda la parada de la comida lo peor, te obligan a comer en una mesa larga rodeada de desconocidos. Recomendable llevar bocadillo. El silencio se corta con cuchillo. La guía amable y correcta.

Trip to Lanzarote. Easy contact to change pick up location. There were a lot of attractions for the price, literally a whole day busy. Nice, interesting, charming places, experienced driver who drove fast around really tight and sharp bends, I admire for the skills. As for the tourist office itself it was really ok, but you should pay attention to who you are working with. The food in the restaurant for 10e was inedible, except maybe the rice. We got food poisoning after that meat. Another issue is the camel tour. You don't actually sit directly on the camel, but two people sit on chairs attached to the camel. The camels are very tightly bound with ropes and strings, they have no freedom, they barely move uphill. Also in conclusion: tour great, plan too, but the companies you work with - not.

My partner and I went on the Grand tour. Overall it was nice with some beautiful stops and staff were kind. It’s definitely a long day with a lot of time on the bus so be mindful of that before you book. The reason I have dropped a star is because of where we were taken for food. The food is optional but I still feel as though people should know before they go to not eat if you are taken to Restaurante Los Dolores. It is a buffet style restaurant and for €10 you may think it’s a good deal however the food was almost completely inedible apart from the fries and the general vibes is of a dingy school dinner hall. We were served raw chicken and upon seeing the reviews for the place a lot of people have commented that they were ill afterwards. What I don’t understand is why the tour would stop there for lunch when almost all the beautiful scenic stops serve food. So my advice is go on the tour but bring lunch with you, it’s much less than €10 and you won’t get food poisoning.

The Grand Tour with Radmila was awesome. Saw the best parts of the island and was well organized and on time. Also best price for all the tours I researched. I sat on the left side of the bus and feel like I got the best views. The pick ups and drop offs can take a little while but listen to music and enjoy the scenery or take a little nap. My only problem was some very loud tourists around me interrupting the guide speaking, we were 50 people so either find a spot near the front so you can hear better or choose a smaller tour. But honestly this trip was well worth the money and the driver and guide were fantastic!

Nou devions faire l'excusion "Lobos island - The dolphin route". La veille au soir de l'excursion nous sommes informes que pour cause de mauvais temps l'excusion ne sera pas possible et que nous devons nous rendre en l'agence qui nous a vendu celle-ci pour être remboursé de la provision versée sur le montant de l'excursion. Nous nous ommes rendu a l'agence le lendemain. Refus pur et simple de remboursement. Telephone a la société qui va recontacter l'agence. Nouvel appel de l'agence qui refuse de nouveau le remboursement mais prêtant que la société venderesse souhaite que nous prenions une autre excursion ce que nous ne souhaitons pas. Bref pas de rembousement. Arnaque manifeste !

Recomiendo, el tour Lanzarote al completo, tanto el guía como el conductor unos fenómenos. Excursión, amena, bien organizada, y didáctica . Hemos visto las montañas de fuego, el mirador del rio, la cueva de los verdes y los jameos del agua. Todo espectacular.

Great tour day out, just on our way back now. Our guide was wonderful, driver great, things we've seen and done well worth the day coach trip. The last stop of the magnificent cave is worth every minute and penny. Would definitely recommend.

We did the short south tour , fairly well organised after a bit of a mishap with the busses which the guides resolved swiftly . Carlos was our guide who was very knowledgeable and Daniel was our driver who did a fantastic job navigating along some very tricky roads around the volcanoes . Good value for money.

Schreckliche Massenbustour. Südtour, 39€. Essen grauenhaft zzgl. 10€, Wirt schmuddelig. Ja der Preis hätte einen gleich lass es lieber sagen sollen…. Wasser vom Lidl, Wein aus selbst abgefüllten, dreckigen Flaschen. Insgesamt 10 deutsche Sätze bei 6 Std. Tour plus Tonband bei der Vulkantour. Das Tonband und die Vulkantour waren noch das Beste an der Tour. Kann man aber auch über die staatlichen Busse bei eigener Anreise machen. Weinberg ein Witz. Rückreise mit kleinen Bus, Gruppe wurde nach Fahrziel aufgeteilt, Fahrer und Bus deutlich über TÜV. Im Bus lösten sich Teile der Decke während der Fahrt. Reifen ohne Profil. Das angebrachte Klebeband im Inneren musste von den Gästen neu gespannt werden. Von den angepriesenen 8-9 Stunden waren tatsächlich zwei effektiv Sightseeing. Der Rest Transfer zwischen den Busen, "Restaurant“, warten bis ein Teil der Gruppe mit einem Kamel um einen Berg gelaufen ist. Lieber Mietwagen und selbst losfahren, mehr Infos bekommt man auf der Tour auch nicht.

Hicimos la excursión a Timanfaya, Cueva de Los Verdes y Jameos del Agua. Se hizo muy ameno y los paisajes son increíbles. Nuestra guía Nicole y el conductor Luís fueron muy profesionales y atentos.

Great trip the food for 10€ well worth it lovel place called Alfredo’s

We just finished the tour 30 minutes ago and it has been a magnificent day out. Radmila was a great tour guide and the driver Jesus can drive me to the gates of hell. The only gripe I'd have is the food stop. The food was not the greatest for the price. If I paid €10 at home I'd expect a lot better. Overall though the day was fabulous and I would recommend taking the trip on a visit to Lanzarote.

Para empezar no quiero hacer una crítica a la compañía en general sino a la experiencia que tuvimos en nuestra excursión LCT gran Tour con la guía Cristina. Esta mujer desde el primer momento tuvo una mala actitud con todos los pasajeros. De primeras ya levantaba mucho la voz cosa que a todos nos asustaba, en ningún momento nos acompañó a ninguna de las visitas y las explicaciones fueron muy escasas por no decir nulas. Tuvo un enfrentamiento con uno de los clientes levantándole la voz y diciéndole que “los clientes la alterábamos” mi padre, tuvo que intervenir diciéndole con educación que aquí la única que se alteraba era ella. Y la guía, tuvo un comportamiento de “niñata” totalmente. No nos gusto para nada la experiencia. No obstante lo que vimos, muy bonito!

Recomendable 100% y además hace muy buen trabajo Radmila y su gran escudero Antonio(el conductor) un abrazo a ellos dos que nos hicieron pasar un buen día.

Der Bus kam pünktlich. Der Reiseführer war freundlich und hat uns auf Englisch und Deutsch die Geschichte der Vulkane erzählt. Das Kamelreiten war auch sehr schön. Ein Punktabzug für den Fahrstil. Bei der Vulkantour haben sich mehrere Leute übergeben.

Nous avons effectué l'excursion: Gran Tour ce jour, le 03/08/2022 à Lanzarote. la journée de découverte a été extra, les lieux étaient magnifiques et la guide (Nicole) a été très accueillante et très professionnelle, nous donnant des détails, des anecdotes, faisant stopper le bus aux endroits photogéniques. Une excursion vraiment exceptionnelle

Como empezar... Una excursión de vergüenza. Contratamos la excursión a Fuerteventura y nada NADA ha valido la pena. Podríamos renombrarla como "La Ruta del Comercio". Lo primero el bus pasa por el hotel a las 10 de la mañana y te hacen esperar en el puerto 40 minutos al sol hasta que sale el ferry. Al llegar a Fuerteventura te suben a otro bus del año del catapum con un aire acondicionado inexistente. Le sigue una visita a una plantación de aloe vera en la que te venden productos (caros) y en la que no te explican nada de la plantación en si. Después te llevan a almorzar a un bareto y pagas 10 euros, en metálico obligatorio, por una comida de dudosa calidad. En la que compartes mesa con desconocidos. Terminada la comida visitamos una quesería, en la que además de todo lo que llevas pagado, pagas un euro y medio por una degustación de queso.La degustación son 3 taquitos de queso y poco más. Por supuesto te venden queso y otros productos, pero la elaboración y la historia del queso no te la cuentan. Después te llevan a un poblacho donde lo único decente es el museo arqueológico porque tiene aire acondicionado, y no pagas para ir al servicio, cuesta un euro ir al baño público. Y ya por fin te llevan a la playa, el bus aparca lejos y te dejan 20 minutos para hacer fotos de las dunas. De darte un chapuzón refrescante olvídate. Y ya de vuelta al ferry. Así que te recomiendo que cogas el ferry por tu cuenta y no contrates esta terrible experiencia.

Hemos realizado una excursión de Lanzarote a Fuerteventura. hemos cogido el pack más completo y ha sido una auténtica vergüenza. En el pack ponía que teníamos autobús moderno, si moderno significa unos 20 años con un calor impresionante. Anunciaban una cata de quesos, pero no decían que había que pagarla aparte. te dicen que zona libre para comer, pero solo te llevan a un lugar donde hay un restaurante y una cafetería. Y tienen un acuerdo con el restaurante. No recomiendo esta agencia para nada.

En absoluto recomiendo hacer tour con esta compañía y ojo porque hay otras compañías que subcontratan con esta. Contratamos una excursión para visitar una serie de cosas y no vimos todo. Llevo reclamando una semana y no me responden. Se aprovechan de aquellos que no conocen la isla. A los que lo conocemos no nos toman el pelo. Los tiempos de espera absurdos. Recogerte a las 9:30 de la mañana,parar en Yaiza (en el bar en mitad de la nada), en el que te cobran un euro por pasar al baño y salir a las once a la excursión es absurdo. De la excursión a Fuerteventura, mejor no hablar, compensa ir solo a las dunas,lo demás es una ruta comercial con paradas interminables en mitad de la nada pero con una tienda.

Bones experiències i excursions la del nord illa Lanzarote i la de sud illa Lanzarote tot el dia

Siempre pensé que sería aburrido una excursión guiada y nada más lejos de la realidad . Nuestra guía Radmila fue divertida y muy dinámica . Nos mostraron lugares preciosos que jamás olvidaré, fue todo muy ameno me quedé con ganas de más con las explicaciones de Radmila. Sin duda volvería a repetir con ella por todo el mundo. Un placer y encantada de encontrarme con gente así en la vida 💛

Cogimos la excursión en Lanzarote del sur largo, es completa y está muy bien, los tiempos para las paradas un pelín cortos pero así se hace más ameno. De guía nos tocó Radmila, nos hizo el viaje muy ameno muy amable , hace que no te aburras durante el trayecto. Paras en un restaurante a comer, es un bufete por 10€ , la comida es muy simple pero no está mal.

Hicimos un tour al Timanfaya, los viñedos, y el golfo. Nuestra guía era super maja, lo eplicó todo genial y nos hizo la ruta muy amena y entretenida. Los precios no son excesivos teniendo en cuenta las actividades que haces, en mi caso salimos a las 9am y volvimos a las 5pm y visitamos gran parte de la isla. La comida no estaba incluida pero por 10€ (que obligatoriamente tenian que ser en efectivo) comes en un buffet con buena comida, aunque el tiempo para comer era reducido. Al principio se hace una parada en el mismo sitio donde luego comeríamos en el que si querías entrar al baño tenias que consumir o pagar 1€. Por lo demas todo muy bien, si no tienes coche o prefieres visitar la isla con un tour es buena opción.

Absolutely terrible, do not attend highlights tour 190 euro for 4 people. Children left on the bus for 6 hours, do not visit places sold, spend time wasting at lunch so drivers can eat. 30 mins at a volcano and two caves 1 hour rest of the 7 hours on a bus. Terrible. No customer service they do not car the tour guides or the office. Tried to contact them email, Twitter, Instagram, calling no reply. Do not waste your money. Lanzarote 6/6/22

This Grand tour was amazing. Carlos the guide and Alexis the driver were both great. They made the day fun but more importantly Carlos knowledge and information was superb. The coach was clean, fresh and enough room for legs and holdalls go above. It's worth paying €6 each for the camel ride experience and €10 each for lunch supporting a local restaurant We would recommend this company and if you want an amazing experience volcanos, Geo thermals Green lagoon, and views of a world not seen anywhere else, do this tour, you won't be disappointed.

Mi única estrella es hacia los paisajes. Porque lo que es la excursión..... Les importan un bledo y se pasan por el forro el tema mascarillas. Señores todavía existe el covid yo no marco la leí pero sanidad si! Y obliga a llevar mascarillas en aglomeraciones y sitios cerrados como un autobús. Y la primera que no cumple las normas es la guía Ramilda. Con la mascarilla en la barbilla en todo el viaje en autobús. Pasando de decirle a quien no llevaba .. una vergüenza. Antipática. Por lo que veo en reseñas no soy la única que se queja sobre tema mascarillas ni de esta señora. Pero la compañía se sorprenden a la que menciono que los guías pasan de que la gente lleve mascarillas y tal.. y visto lo visto en reseñas ... muy sinceros no son. Pésimo hay más empresas de excursiones que si que miran por el cliente. Civates compañía romero. Esos son legales y miran por la comodidad y tu salud.

We booked the “Lanzarote Highlights tour” and it was really superb. Words are poor in describing how we felt during the tour. It was stunning and amazing for both of us. We had allocated time for all attractions. Love how the culture of the island was build to protect and preserve all natural components. Also our guide, Eva and the driver, Daniel, are an absolute dream team 🤓🤗. Congratulations guys

Si la visite fut intéressante, notre guide était complètement en dessous de tout! Totalement antipathique avec des remarques honteuses pour une guide... Des que qqchose lui déplaisait, elle menaçait de nous faire prendre un taxi, pcq bon si nous nous sommes en vacances, elle, elle travaille!!! On s'excuse!!! Nous n'avions jamais fait d'excursions en bus... Ce sera certainement la dernière...

Liebes Team, wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub diesmal auf Lanzarote. Vom 1.08-8.08.21 und genossen mit Rodmilla (ich hoffe den Namen können Sie zuordnen) die Grand Tour am 6.08.21 über die Insel. Diese Dame war sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und absolut professionell was den kompletten Tagesausflug betraf. Von Anfang bis Ende hatten wir Spaß mit ihr und Sie erklärte jedem, in jeder Sprache, alles was er wissen wollte. Sie sorgte stets für das Wohl aller Gäste und wurde nicht müde jede Frage mit Witz und Wissen zu beantworten. Zu all ihren grandiosen Randbemerkungen kann ich nur sagen dass dies diese Tour fantastisch abgerundet hat. Ich kann die Tour mir Rodmilla nur jedem empfehlen der Wissenswertes über die Insel erfahren möchte, den Urlaub genießen und herzhaft lachen möchte. Vielen Dank für die tolle Reise. Tour di Lanzarote Highlights veramente unico, si ha la possibilità di vedere posti sorprendenti e bellissimi; la nostra guida turistica Eric è stato esaustivo, premuroso e molto professionale. Anche il nostro autista si è dimostrato affidabile e gentile. Grande attenzione anche per il rispetto delle regole Covid. Consiglio assolutamente!

Deleznable la calidad de la visita, hicimos la excursión de Lanzarote Highlights y hay varios puntos a destacar: 1) En época de Covid estábamos la friolera de 71 personas en un autobús, y no se gestionó de ninguna manera el tema de las mascarillas a bordo (salvando un único mensaje de "pónganse las mascarillas") 2) La organización fue nefasta, en ningún momento sentimos que ni el guía ni ninguna persona de la empresa tuviera el control de la situación. Se olvidaron de una persona y otra entró en un bus que no correspondía (que nosotros viéramos) 3) El guía no daba la talla para el desorbitado precio de la visita, fuimos, entre otras cosas, a ver la Cueva de los Verdes y, citando textualmente "A los que vengáis conmigo (el grupo tuvo que dividirse) os explicaré yo las cosas y os haré yo la visita" y no hubo no un solo comentario por su parte durante el paseo. Muy bonita la cueva pero lo que es explicación ninguna, solo un juego visual con una piedra y varios avisos de "cuidado con la cabeza" En resumen, una experiencia a olvidar y una empresa de excursiones a la que nunca volver.

Took the Grand Tour but there was very little touring too much waiting around and the tour guide was so annoying he did not stop talking for five hours there wasnt enough Tylenol to block out his constant blasting of irrelevant information in every language under the sun. It was a total assault to our senses

My boyfriend and I booked the “Lanzarote Highlights tour” and it was really stunning and amazing for both of us. We had enough time at all the attractions. I especially wanted to say that the guiding lady Radmilla was incredibly nice and that made it even more fun!

We went on the Lanzarote Highlights tour last Thursday and enjoyed it a lot. We saw way more than we expected to see and were once again impressed by the beauty of the island. The best thing though was the really nice guide we had who showed us around and knew a lot about the island. Even if this is called "Low Cost" it exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't need anything better than what we had!!!

Preciosa experiencia, nos tocó un camello encantador, Simón. No le doy 5 estrellas porque los camellos parecían cansados.

Sencillamente, tiene unos guías fantásticos! De los que saben tratar al turista de cualquier lugar, con un humor excelente y con respuestas a cualquier tipo de preguntas, consejos extra para no perderte nada en la zona y dotes de organización espectaculares. Muy recomendado para cualquier ruta en la isla.

Tour we did of the volcano was brilliant the rest was too much hanging around and not touring. First guide on the first leg was rude. When challenged on the hanging around basically we were told we could go back not the point. We signed up for a tour but didn’t really get to have one,

It was a lovely experience having a camel ride. The camels look well cared for and the staff were nice enough to take our photo with our own phones

Naja, sehr wohlwollende drei Sterne gebe ich, aufgrund des interessanten Ausflugs. Aber: Die Busse sind schlecht klimatisiert, der Ton der ständigen sich inhaltlich wiederholenden und inhaltslosen (bis auf Aufnahme vom Band) Ansagen war viel zu laut, trotz "Beschwerde". Dadurch war die Fahrt sehr sehr anstrengend. Die Reiseleiterin war selbstbewusst und freundlich aber der Inhalt der Ansagen ist verbesserungswürdig. Der Bus war kaputt und wurde ausgetauscht, dies hat aber nichts an oben genannten Punkten geändert. Der Bus kam ca. 20 Minuten zu spät zum Abholort. Man musste viel warten. Ich kann den Veranstalter nicht empfehlen, außer man hat sehr starke Nerven.

Great tour and tour guides very friendly and helpful. The camel ride was fun and the restaurant we stopped at was nice with good food being served.

Great value trip, tour guide Christina was very enthusiastic and friendly. Can take some time to pick up all guests but this is understandable. We did the South tour, was just as advertised, the volcano section was fantastic.

Mucho tiempo en el autobús para ver poco. Después de recogerte te sueltan en un sitio donde hay un bar y se juntan allí todos los autobuses de todas las zonas y reubican a la gente. Allí estuvimos casi una hora. Nos recogieron a las 9:30 horas en el hotel y hasta después de las 11 no salimos. Esto es vergonzoso!!! También nos pararon media hora en un mirador que no tenía gran cosa y que con 10 minutos hubiera sido suficiente y justo después de haber hecho una parada para comer. En fin, que no lo recomiendo , yo no volvería de excursión con ellos.

Good value for money tour. The tour guide, Antonio, couldn't have been nicer, and he imparted a lot of knowledge about where we were going and the history of the places The driver was calm and steady and unflappable. There are numerous food and rest stops along the way including an hour for lunch with views over an amazing valley. We went to see the active volcano and 2 incredible caves all in one day. Well worth the money if you are more adventurous and don't want to sit around the pool your entire holiday.

Very informative. The grand tour was an all day trip around the island. We stopped to eat twice at the same cantina which was nice and clean but a little expensive but lovely fresh food. The jamoes de aqua was breathtaking.

Zu viele Essens- und andere Pausen. Alles im allen ein halben Urlaubstag ohne Nutzen verloren. Wir nehmen nächstes mal wieder den Mietwagen.

No recomendable. Fue tan mala experiencia que lo consideré una mañana perdida. El guía incapaz de resolver un pequeño problema y en la central tampoco quisieron molestarse en dar solución. Hablando con gente parece que hay otras compañías que ofrecen un servicio mucho mejor

Experiencia desastrosa. Nos bajamos en cuanto nos dejaron salir y tuvimos que regresar en taxi al hotel. A pesar de que había asientos libres nos obligaron a sentarnos en la última fila sin visión del paisaje. Cuando protestamos nos dijeron que lo entendían pero que los otros sitios los habían reservado para un grupo que se subiría más tarde y que sólo nos quedaba ir en última fila y con dos niños que no veían nada. Tras bajarnos llamamos a la central y ni una disculpa. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. Seguro que hay mejores alternativas

Excursión Fuerteventura: Muy decepcionante. Nada recomendable. En primer lugar el recibimiento en el bus una guia que más parecía un Dóberman, muy desagradable. Mi tour, supuestamente en español, el guia hablaba un 80% en inglés, 20% o algo parecido al español. El tour por Fuerteventura lo diseñan a modo comercial, demostración de aloe vera, degustación en " granja-negocio" de quesos y comer en un recondito lugar sin ningún interés en el interior la isla, en un restaurante a su elección, cuando llegamos a las Dunas, lo más interesante que vimos en más de 5 horas de carretera, sólo 30 minutos para pisarlas, penoso.

We did Caesar Manrique, Teguise market and the Gran Tour. All were with the same Dutch guide who spoke excellent English and Very reasonable German (We are English but speak some German). The information provided was wonderful and we feel very well informed. Though we didn't try the buffet lunches the restaurants were reasonable places to eat. All told we would highly recommend these tours.

A bit of messing about to get to the right buses following initial pick up but understandable considering the number of passengers.. Overall great value and service from tour guide and driver. Some scary roads but spectacular views and overall the gran tour was very good value

Wir haben die César Manrique-Tour gebucht. Wurden pünktlich abgeholt, und den Tag durch mehrere Stops an allen sehenswerten Orten gemacht. Der Guide war nett hat zwischen den Stops interessante Infos gegeben, die Stops waren auch gut geplant, man hatte Zeit die Sachen anzuschauen ohne zu hetzen und dennoch musste man nie wirklich warten. Zu Mittag hat man an einem Touristen-Restaurant gehalten und kann zusätzlich für 8€ erstaunlicherweise gut essen. Wir würden diese Tour wieder buchen.

We have booked 3 tours on our visits to lanzarote this year,excellent service,and our trips were full of information given by the excellent tour guide Radmilla ,she has so much knowledge and great speaking in all different languages ,nothing was too much bother for her,i so look forward to maybe going another trip in November and its the lovely Radmilla as our guide,x

Wir hatten die Lanzarote Highlights Tour, die wir direkt in unserem Hotel an der Reception gebucht haben. Wir waren am Anfang skeptisch bei 59€ pro Person,doch es hat sich voll und ganz gelohnt. Wir waren mit Domingo unserem Fahrer und Radmilla alls Reiseführerin unterwegs. Sie ist eine sehr aufgestellte,lustige Frau die mit Ihrer Art für viel Abwechslung und Spass gesorgt hat. Sie hat ein enormes Wissen über die Insel welches Sie uns auf Englisch/Deutsch super vermittelt hat. Die jeweiligen Aufenthalte waren zeitlich gut terminiert und wir hatten nie lange Wartezeiten dank dem Einsatz unserer Reiseleiterin. Radmilla geht sehr auf Ihre Gäste ein,wenn fragen oder Probleme auftauchen. Wir würden mit den beiden jederzeit wieder gerne eine Tour machen .

The lady who was the couier on the bus was the rudest I have ever known, she was down right cheeky to my wife, and another couple, why she has decided to work with people, when she has no personality what so ever surprises me... having said all the this. I have used Low cost tours a lot on my visits to Lanzarote and they have been fantastic value, but there can always be a bad apple!

El tour ha sido muy bueno, lo esperado. Hicimos el Gran Tour. Lo único malo fue qué nos hizo mal tiempo, con mucha niebla. Menos en el mirador, en resto del viaje lo aprovechamos bien. Ojalá nuestra guía hubiese sido Radmilla. La conocimos al principio del viaje, antes de cambiarnos de autobús. Fue maravillosa, habla español, alemán e inglés perfectamente. Es muy simpática y divertida, y se nota que sabe mucho sobre la isla. La comida del buffet está bastante bien, perfecta relación calidad/precio. Si el tiempo hubiese acompañado y la guía hubiese sido Radmilla, hubiese sido perfecto. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Booked through the fabulous Hotel La Geria, much cheaper than other operators. Had 2 tours in 1 week with the charming Eric. V fluent in 3 languages which was quite impressive, funny and well organised. Would have liked a little bit longer at destinations but will definitely be doing the North tour when we come back next year.

No esta mal pero por 8 euros donde te prometen un buffete libre es como un criadero de vacas dan comida de comedor de colegio agrupandonos como ganado ... se me quitaron las ganas de comer basicamente. Los dueños del local no tienen culpa de nada . Pd lanzarote se puede ver sin guia

Well the Grand Tour was a good start to see the island. The Tour itself was good, the only problem we had that spoilt the whole day, was the very rude Tour Giude, Marianne. You know who you are. In the afternoon, when we were taking a different bus back, after he the lunch stop, myself and 2 friends, thought it would be less of a struggle for one of us, to sit downstairs on the bus. (My friend has had 2 new knees, and has arthritis in both feet.) Sitting downstairs was a nice relief, compared to climbing the stairs. What we didn’t know at the time, that 3 teenage girls had sat in the same seats, on the morning bus, and had expected to sit in the same seats in the afternoon. They complained to Marianne, who ‘’told us off’’ for changing seats, and told us it was not ‘fair’ to the girls? I honestly couldn’t believe it, Marianne expected us older ladies, to struggle up the stairs, for 3 teenagers, who in my opinion had no morals at all, who teaches their daughters to behave like this? Heated words were exchanged with other people on the bus, who were entertained! What morals does Marianne have, i told her i was going to complain, and she said ‘’thank you’’. That just says it all! While she was talking through the microphone, a lot of people including us, complained we could not understand her. She did not point out any of the points of interest, we were all helping each other, by those who had been before, on the tour. Marianne, has zero customer service, or people skills. I hope the right people are actually reading this, and Marianne is re trained in her job.

Top Touren wesentlich günstiger als beim Reiseveranstalter, mit gleichen oder besseren Inhalten :-)

Wir haben mit Low Cost Tours die "Gran Tour" auf Lanzarote gebucht. Ich vergebe drei Sterne, weil man mit dieser günstigen Tour wirklich einen umfassenden Eindruck von der schönen Insel bekommt: Hot Spots, Lavafelder, Wasserhöhle, Kamele.. Aber eben nur drei Sterne, weil es alleine über eine Stunde dauerte, bis man vom Sammelplatz in verschiedenen Bussen (nach Sprachen sortiert) los fuhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht.. als wir in den Bus einstiegen, waren bereits alle Plätze durch Jacken und Taschen reserviert. Wir bekamen also die letzten freien und schlechtesten Plätze im Bus (ohne Fenster). Die Reiseleitung meinte nur patzig, dass die, die aus Playa Blanca abgeholt werden, eben das bekommen, was übrig bleibt und das wären nunmal die schlechtesten Plätze. Nach dem Empfang waren wir für's erste bedient. Leider sprach die laute Frau dann auch so schnell, dass man viele ihrer Geschichten und "Witze" nur schwer verstehen konnte. Auch, dass die Busse gerammelt voll sind und die Massentour 10 Stunden dauern würde, war vorher nicht klar. Wenn man vorher weiß, worauf man sich einlässt, ist das sicher eine gute Möglichkeit, die Insel beim ersten mal kennen zu lernen.

On a booké le grand tour d'une journée a 45 euros. Premier constat, la journée va être sérieusement amputée vu qu'il faut compter 1h30 pour récupérer tout le monde (et sans doute autant ce soir...). Deuxième constat si certaines activités sont sympas, on est clairement en tour groupe donc avec un timing leger pour chaque étape. Troisième point le déjeuner se fait au milieu de nulle part dans un restaurant certes bon marché (8 euros) mais sans autre option Qu'un buffet très moyen (prévoir un sandwich si vous n'aimez pas ce genre de racket). La guide parle un français très correct et les volcans sont effectivement beaux. A éviter si vous êtes motorisé. Sinon, faire au mieux avec un pique nique

Una splendida esperienza su tutti i fronti: tanti luoghi visitati con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo ed una guida bravissima, la nostra Radmilla! Hanno risolto ogni imprevisto con professionalità e con massima soddisfazione. Bravi bravi bravi!

Very good company did a review on the Gran Canaria one aswell the tours are very good they give information in English, Spanish and German. We went to Fuertuventura for the day with them and they made it very easy to do at a good price and we knew where we were going and the ferry trip was average. One of the tours was not what we expected. We went to one of the worst places to eat in Lanzarote, with little choice and poor hygiene. Would I go with this company again? Yes because it is one of the cheapest and easiest companies to go with. Thanks for reading
