Esta agencia es una bromista. Tras una conversación por WhatsApp y una llamada telefónica, acordamos una cita con el conductor. Diez minutos después de la hora acordada, es decir, medianoche, el taxista finalmente se dignó a responderme por SMS tras reiterados recordatorios de que su viaje no era rentable... Este hombre no cumple su palabra... sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que tenemos niños pequeños. ¡Qué vergüenza!

Super great! So kind and nice, easy to book taxi and very communicative. Came few minutes early and always called before. Good price aswell, keeps to his word.

The only reason I have given them 1 star is that there is no option to give anything less, the WhatsApp option is as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Tried twice on 2 separate occasions and no response, tried ringing multiple times and still useless. To be honest the taxi set up in torrevieja in general is worse than appalling, I have travelled quite a lot around Europe and this set up is pretty much the worst I have ever witnessed, I would advise strongly about rethinking any booking of holidays in this place let alone the " taxi service" diabolical doesn't even cover it

Me dejó tirado a las 11 de la noche, le escribes y no responde.

Bokade online via hemsidan för transfer till flygplatsen, upphämtning 03.30. Bokade 2 dagar innan och han ringde upp kvällen innan avfärd och bekräftade upphämtningstiden + adress. Han ringde även när han åkte mot oss och sa att han var påväg! Väldigt bra service och punktlig, trevlig chaufför!

Was not helpful, rude and didn’t come after waiting for 20 minutes, also did not pick up the phone. I told him that I had an emergency and needed to bring my cat to the hospital, was standing on the street waiting for a driver, he told me that he will send one and nothing. Not even a call back to tell that no one will come. Not recommending at all, bad service 👎

Første møte veldig bra, svarte på telefon raskt og kom når de skulle. Neste møte, det står på siden de snakker norsk. Vi ringer møter en spansk dame, vi prøver norsk og engelsk, hun svare de bare snakker spansk og legger på.

Very nice driver who took us safely to the airport from La mata. Compared to other taxi companies this one actually answered the phone even though it was a sunday night.

Nos llevo 2 veces porque parecía habernos caído bien la 1a. Lastima no haber sabido en esa primera vez que nos estaba engañando. No encendió el contador y nos cobró lo que le dió la gana, el doble que otro compañero suyo por la misma distancia/tiempo. Durante el viaje llamaron unas chicas para recogerlas y no hizo nada más que reírse de ellas, vacilarlas y por supuesto, dejarlas tiradas. Nada profesional en su trabajo y puede que un timador.
