MTS Globe Malaga

Horrible service, We booked a trip to Granada and the Alhambra, the bus didn't show up. After 30min of waiting we tried to call the contact information they gave us, but nobody picked up. After 60min of waiting we finally reached the costumer support, they told us that the trip was canceled due to under booking.

ACHTUNG vor diesem Unternehmen! ! ! Haben einen Transfer Flughafen-Hotel und auch zurück gebucht. Hin-Transfer hat funktioniert - RÜCK-Transfer hat NICHT funktioniert. Weder ich, noch das Hotel bekamen eine Info und telefonisch war zu keiner Zeit jemand erreichbar. Rate dringend ab, Transfers von diesem Unternehmen zu buchen! Mussten auf die Bahn ausweichen

This bus company is the worst service I have ever received. This is the company that Holiday World Polynesia (Benalmadina Spain) uses for their airport transfers. You cannot change your booking once booked (they do not answer phones). They take over 2 hrs to get you to your hotel. They charge three times as much as an Uber or taxi that takes only 25mins for the same trip. The bus driver used bad words at my 10 year old child, there manners are disgusting and they blame their clients because they cannot read a booking paper. Stay away from this company and MTS Incoming S.L/ MTS Global / Bravo Transfers/ Bravo Buses that does the bookings. They are borderline criminal with very bad business practices.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Our first time we couldn’t find the transfer in Malaga Airport and no other staff or help desk knew of the company. After an hour we found the right person and were spoken to like it was our fault we were late. Our driver was good taking us back but that was it. Our second time we thought we would give them benefit of the doubt and try again. Wrong idea. We booked our holiday through a Love Holidays package and when getting to the transfer stand at Malaga Airport they couldn’t find us on the list. We were then put on a transfer an hour later, which we didn’t mind waiting. Drove 30 minutes in the wrong direction to drop no one off or pick anyone up. Awful transfer took 4 hours to do a 50 minute drive. Driver spoke no English and couldn’t tell us anything that was happening. We went back to the airport after travelling an hour driving around for no reason for an hour to pick more people up who then got off before us. We were the last people off despite being on the transfer for hours longer than them. Awful will not be using again.

0/5 Nous avons fait plusieurs excursion avec "MTS GLOBE" : Marbella / Séville / Grenade et le caminito Del Rey. Attention car MTS GLOBE s'appelle aussi MTS INCOMING. Excursion à Séville c'est bien passé, la guide est professionnel. Le seul problème c'est qu'on passe la journée dans le bus. Le temps de ramasser tous les touristes dans chaque hôtel puis de les déposer à la fin de l'excursion... Excursion à Grenade et Caminito del Rey, les guides se sont trompé de vocation... Aucun respect pour les clients. Ma femme étant enceinte, nous avons demandé à être devant dans le bus mais les guides n'ont rien fait pour s'arranger. Nous avons du négocier avec les autres passagers. Pareil, une journée passé dans le bus le temps de ramasser et de déposer chaque client. L'excursion à Grenade à été décalé car le bus n'était pas plein. Encore une fois la MTS GLOBE préfère rentabilisé au maximum l'excursion plutôt que de satisfaire ces clients. Le prix des excursions est exagéré.

Obwohl Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel gebucht, war keiner da. Haben 2 Stunden gesucht , niemand kannte diesen Veranstalter. Auch im Hotel kein Willkommensgruß durch einen Reiseleiter vom MTS , geschweige denn das Angebot auf Ausflüge, wie erhofft. Wir haben 2 Wochen lang nichts von MTS gehört oder gesehen. Sehr schlechter Service.

They so so bad. They have to pick up me today from Malaga Airport, i wait 2 hours în airport(my wife its pregnant plus i got 3 years old daughter) and nobody come to pick up me.finally i take a taxi from Airport and go to hotel otherwise probably spend all night în Airport.Now i have transfer back to Airport next saturday, of course i will pay again taxi instead wait them for nothing. Avoid them at all

They failed to pick me up from the airport, did take me back though

Voll versagt - kein Mensch von dem Verein am Flughafen, obwohl fest gebucht und von Reise-Veranstalter bestätigt ! Nacht im Terminal um die Ohren geschlagen, da auch sonst alles tot ... maximal genervt !!
