went on trip to Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas, the guide was called michelle she was friendly and caring but when we went to visit the village of setenil the coach bus as a few other guests on the bus pointed out that regardless of ability to walk to the main area the bus could have dropped the guide and the travellers at the taxi area where the walk would have been less for alot of people and another note to make that when guiding a group it be helpful that if you are in the group the guide makes sure they have everyone no leave behind regardless of pace if you dont want to walk with the guide off you go alone but when with the guide it should have been coordinated better for all guests on the day trip

Did the tour from Benalmadena to Gibraltar today. Paid for the full tour (70 Euro) which included a bus up the rock and entrance to St Michael’s Cave. Well worth it. Coach arrived on time, no seating problems and the tour guide was very helpful. There was an option to pay 30 Euro for the coach to Gibraltar only, but it’s worth the extra to get the tour when you get there. Ruben’s were helpful booking it, with no hard sell. If you have a spare day in Spain I would recommend the trip - and, despite our fears, the border crossing wasn’t any big problem.

Not a very professional guide on tour yday from fuengirola to frigiliana and Nerja. Gave us very little interesting information and not much time at either place. Extremely disappointing

Nous avons pris deux excursions avec cette agence: Tanger (Maroc) et Séville, au départ de Torremolinos. Pour celle de Séville, la guide sur place a été excellente et elle nous a admirablement bien transmis sa passion. L’accompagnateur dans l’autobus était aussi très bon, passant de l’anglais au français sans difficulté. Par contre je ne peux pas vous recommander l’excursion à Tanger avec cette agence. L’accompagnateur dans l’autobus était désagréable, parlait à peine français et a insisté fortement à CHACUN des clients pour avoir un pourboire. À Tanger, il nous a emmené à deux magasins de ses amis et où nous avons perdu au moins deux heures. Nous n’avons fait que passer en grande vitesse au souk sans qu’il nous donne une seule minute pour en profiter. Le resto où il nous a emmené pour le midi était moins que moyen et nous emmerdait avec le pourboire de façon indécente. Bref, Pedro le guide de Rubens est à éviter absolument. Prenez une autre agence.

Positives: picked up on time. Guide was informative but had to speak in 4 different languages. We did the Mijas, Marbella etc excursion. All lovely and worth a visit to get a taster. There was some hassle on the coach around seating but this was dealt with. Negatives: it states in the excursion description for Mijas that we would see Flamenco- didn't see. For Marbella, it stated a "panoramic tour and walking tour of the city" - this didn't happen. We were left at a bus stop and left to get on with it! We only had just over an hour in Mijas which wasn't enough. Marbella we had 2 hours but again not enough to explore if you wanted some lunch etc. The marina was lovely but only had 45 mins. All a bit rushed. Guide made the comment that we should stay in the same seats as there was some confusion with some customers. However the Guide didn't mention this (well not in English anyway!). Whilst I would recommend this tour for a "taster" - it did seem rushed and we didn't have long enough in certain places.

I went on the Gibraltar trip yesterday, the tour guide Josie was very knowledgable about Gibraltar and the surrounding areas on route. She was very friendly to all the people on the tour, she gave us clear details on where to shop and eat in Gibraltar, everything went so smoothly, it was a lovely trip, I will book another trip with Ruebens before the end of my holiday

Wir haben schon einige Male Fahrten gemacht mit Rubens und waren immer sehr zufrieden ‼️ Die Fahrt nach setenil de las Bodegas und Ronda war auch wieder top organisiert 🚍🔝 Vor allem der Reisebegleiter Georg und der Fahrer Pedro waren super. Immer wieder gerne ✌️
