Nous sommes allés visiter Ronda. Un trajet aller et retour epouvantablement long. (1h45 de ramassage dans des hôtels très loins) Départ à 7h50, arrivée à 11h45 pour normalement un temps de trajet avoisinant les 2 heures, une personne malade tellement c'était long. Un chauffeur de bus qui se trompe par 2 fois de route. Heureusement que la guide (Theresa) qui nous attendait sur place était adorable et nous a fait partager le patrimoine de sa ville.

Trip from Benalmadena to Gibraltar. Advertised as 1.5 hr to Gibraltar with 6 hrs free time and 1.5 hrs return. We boarded at 09.45 and got off the coach at Gibraltar border control at 12.30pm. Tour guide very rude and told people to hurry off the coach and hurry through passport control as they were running behind schedule. Got to Gibraltar at 1pm and told to return by 4.15pm. That was 3.15 hrs free time, not 6 as advertised. Left at 4.30pm as the driver and tour guide were finishing their coffee at the coach station, leaving passengers waiting in the heat before letting us embark on the coach. Returned to Benalmadena at 7pm, that was 2.5 hrs return transfer and they had the nerve to say that tips were welcome. The only tip I would give is not to book this trip. It’s false advertising in regards to transfer times and free time in Gibraltar. Very disappointing trip.

No suelo poner Reseñas negativas, pero el viaje a Tanger de un día es una tomadura de pelo. Primera parada del bus ,un descampado con tres camellos famelicos y decenas de Vendedores. Cuando preguntamos que era aquello, nos contestan que por tres euros podemos subirnos al camello. Segunda parada ,centro de la ciudad nos enseñan un ficus milenario. Tanger tiene una historia apasionante, pero el ficus era lo más interesante. Breve camino por la Medina hasta el restaurante. Nos hicieron comer a las 12 de la mañana, las cervezas 5 euros, vamos ni en Madrid.Tercera parada, visita por la Kasbah a una tienda de tes y especies.El vendedor pesadisimo , charlatán y malhumorado vendiendo a precio de oro, 100 gramos de te verde, especies... No hay ninguna mezquita, palacio o museo mas interesante que meternos en una tienda carisima de venta de especies.Otra parada visita a un comercio de babuchas, chilabas y bolsos falsos. Los vendedores unos acosadores.La visita se termina. El guía dice en medio de la kasbah, que tenemos una hora y cuarto de tiempo libre. Dado que sin mapa, ni ayuda pasear por la kasbah es un peligro ,decidimos Quedarnos en una terraza. De verdad que esto cuesta 140 euros desde Málaga?

Gibraltar Trip booked Via Jet 2 on exclusive Saturday trip. As per advice from our jet 2 hotel rep, to book the Jet 2 express trip on a Saturday. Very good experience, only 1.5 hours from Benalmádena to Gibraltar. Tour Guide for the trip to Gibraltar Sergio “Steve”was excellent, very knowledgeable and funny. Kept the whole coach entertained all the way there and back. The rock part of the tour is handled by another company and tour guide, takes around 1.5 Hours, but definitely worth it for the experience.

Trip to Gibraltar Picked up near border between Torremolinos and Belamendia, then pick ups in fungaloia, marbella, lots of pickups On coach 3.5 hrs on way, NO Comfort break, or toilet on coach, totally unacceptable Seats hard and uncomfortable, no air con, Trip Guide was quite bossy, kept telling passangers to stop talking, giving lots of info,but nothing abt a toilet stop Border passport control pretty quick, no toilets there Bus station told we could have 10 mins toilet break before boarding mini bus, approx 30 ladies queuing No time for a drink or food Then on minibus, 10 to 15 mins at each place, too rushed 1.5 hrs free time Then back on bus at 3, Dropped us off 6.40, Never again, day was too long, unreasonable to expect people to sit nearly 4 hrs with NO toilets, uncomfortable seats, and no air con Long day

Fun experience

We had a great daytrip to Gibraltar, Niko the guide was a nice, friendly and informative.

The people working were all very nice, and very sweet. The driver was very good, and the driving itself was very very good. My only complaint are the seats. It wasn’t the most comfortable seats, and in general very small and tight space

Hoy fuimos en camino de rey todo fue súper pero más el guía zoltan explicando todo en detalle y super atento con nosotros. Un 10 lo recomiendo !!!!

Abbiamo prenotato tramite un'agenzia di Torrenolinos un tour a sentinel de las bodegas e Ronda organizzato da Bravo Tour. L'agenzia ci ha dato i dettagli di dove ci avrebbero raccolto con il bus con delle foto stampate del luogo per le 8.15. Noi siamo arrivati in anticipo, esattamente alle 7.50 e abbiamo atteso il bus che è arrivato alle 8.23. Ci ha accolto sul bus l'accompagnatrice, la signora Annabelle, dicendoci in modo sgarbato che non era quello il punto di raccolta e che la prossima volta ci avrebbero lasciati giù e non aggiungo altro. Noi, inizialmente abbiamo accettato il riprovero ma poi riguardando la foto ci siamo resi conto che è stata l'agenzia a farci andare sul posto sbagliato e abbiamo fatto presente ad Annabelle mostrandole la foto pensando che si scusasse per averci umiliato davanti a tutti i viaggiatori ed invece ha protestato incolpando l'agenzia di questi continui errori. Io credo che il cliente, turista meriti un minimo di rispetto anche se avesse sbagliato ma a maggior ragione se l'errore è stato commesso da chi ha organizzato il tour. Tra le altre cose non siamo riusciti a visitare sentinel de las bodegas perché pioveva forte e sempre Annabelle ha ritenuto di fare un sondaggio tra i viaggiatori, se visitarla oppure no, pazienza.. è andata così. La signora conosce molte lingue ed è molto preparata su ciò che deve spiegare, purtroppo non è molto cortese.

The trip from Benalmadena to the border of Spain/Gibraltar took 3,5 hours. And another 3,5 hours back. The time was spent picking up people from all around the coast. The local guide at Gibraltar was a joke. 1,5 hours of spare time plus the Rock tour. Gibraltar was excellent to see (even in a hurry) but the organisation of the trip was terrible.

We did the one day Morocco tour for 120 euros with the Bravo tour company. The only positive is that I can say I was in Morocco. The tour was 1. badly organized. Instead of driving for 2,5 hours picking everyone in hotels, there could be a few prearranged meeting points. Would save time that could be used for actual tour. 2.The Spanish "guide" was only there to get us to Morocco and failed to provide basic info such as when our ferry is. The Moroccan "guides" were basically given an opportunity to take us from one joint to another for sales pitches starting with the camel "ride" for 2 euros. They did not provide information about the agenda. For example, never told us how much free time you had, which meant that you could never relax, or venture on your own. Which means that you are at the mercy of the street hawkers which continuously follow the group. The moment you move away from the group, the barrage of sales pitches reduces by 80-90 percent. They don't give any historical, cultural info. Much better off doing it on your own. 3. The so called "traditional" lunch was a joke. I could have cooked the food better. Simple blend. The restaurant, Hamid restaurant, incredibly overpriced as it relates to drinks: 2 euros for water and 5 for a small beer. I am willing to bet it is cheaper in the centre of Paris. This is simply shameful. It gives people bad impressions and I can see many people will never go back. However, thecompanies have been so spoiled with tourists that new suckers will always be found.

Organizacion horrible!!! No tienen fundamento,te cambian de bus y nadie respeta nada....

I was with this company on a trip to Gibraltar. When I bought the tickets I asked especially if it reaches the top, the answer being affirmative. When we arrived in Gibraltar we had 1.30 free hours after which we were put on some old buses and we were taken to the south, then to the cave and a walk through the old town. For all this I paid 62 euros / person. That was about the trip. When I told the guide that I was expecting to reach the top, according to the person who sold me the tickets, he told me that the top is at the same level as the cave; and after I contradicted her, she kept lying to me and telling me that it was a militarized area and could not be reached. Shame! Just lies! Who wants to visit Gibraltar, it is best to go without a guide because it has no advantage. At least he's not lying! Once again, SHAME! I do not recommend this travel company!

pesima la organización por parte del guia y empresa! 5 horas y algo de autobus para 2 horas de excursión! y todo por 5 paradas en cada ciudad! lo peor el guiia el fernando asqueroso a mas no poder y una persona que mira por sus intereses a la hora de las excuursiones! PESIMO!

HORRIBLEE AUTOBUS Y GUIA!!! El Guia del viaje en el autocar (un tal fernando) tiene pesima personalidad y caracter, le molesta cualquier ruido, lo unico bueno es el caminito del rei, pero no vale la pena 2 horas de caminata i 6 de autobus, mala organización, van parando en casi todos los hoteles para ir recogiendo i dejando turistas haciendo que sea muy pesimo el viaje en autocar.. no volveria a repetir! PESIMO no repetiria nunca con esta compañia un robooo!!

Don't take care with covid. Fifty people in the bus, no free seats. The travel from Torremolinos to Gibraltar shoud have been two hours 20 min and was 3 and a half hours with no traffic to go and 3 hours to come back, no traffic. The time is a lie and with the covid is a great problem beacause a lot of people without mask. The woman that managed the tour (an overweigth woman more or less 40 years old) didn't do anything about it.

Our best day in our holiday has been this tour. The safe and clean buses make you feel well during the whole day. A special thanks to Arturo, who made with his extreme kindness and local knowledge an unforgettable day for us.
