Wir waren gestern mit diesem Unternehmen in Sevilla.Es war ein Alptraum. Gegen 6 Uhr.30 ging es los und dann haben wir über zweieinhalb Stunden alle möglichen Hotels bis Malaga angefahren .Richtung Sevilla ging es dann gegen 9 Uhr. Auf der Rückfahrt genauso. Wir haben doch keine Stadtrundfahrten in Malaga gebucht.Um 21. 30 Uhr waren wir dann wieder im Hotel. Das mindeste wäre das wir vorher über die lange Reisedauer informiert worden wären. Die Reuseleitung war okay. Wir sind Grand Hotel Costa de Sol gestartet und haben die Fahrt an der Rezeption gebucht.

Je ne vais pas étaler tout ce qui ne m'a pas plu. Mais je vais partager le pire de cette excursion à Gibraltar. Lors du tour en minibus du rocher, un arrêt de 10 minutes était prévu dans le prix pour voir les singes. Le chauffeur est parti sans nous ! D'autres Français lui ont signalé qu'il manquait des gens dans le bus, il n'a pas écouté. Heureusement qu'un autre minibus a bien voulu nous prendre.

Excursion à Grenade comprenant l’Alhambra Points positifs: qualité des interactions par mail (merci Belèn), bus ponctuel et climatisé Points à améliorer: - j’aurais apprécié avoir une présentation minimale du programme de la journée (savoir ce que l’on allait visiter avec la guide du bus en centre-ville -finalement uniquement le marché l’Alcaiceria- et que la visite commentée de l’Alhambra allait se passer avec un autre guide) et connaître la durée et le moment du créneau de temps libre afin que l’on puisse s’organiser pour visiter les autres lieux du centre-ville par nous-même (basilique, cathédrale et sa chapelle royale, école coranique…) et réserver un bar à tapas pr le déjeuner. - davantage d’explications/histoires/anecdotes de la part de notre guide durant le long voyage en bus seraient les bienvenues - trop de langues (anglais, espagnol, français, allemand, hongrois) pour un même groupe (la moindre pauvre information est répétée 5 fois 😅) - 3h30 de bus de Benalmadena à Grenade (versus 1h30 en voiture, le temps de passer par tous les clubs de la région pour récupérer l’ensemble de passagers 😅) avec 20 minutes d’arrêt sur le trajet sur une aire d’autoroute - dommage que l’on soit arrivés trop tôt à l’Alhambra (1h d’attente sur place avant notre entrée) on aurait pu profiter davantage de Grenade - explications du guide à l’Alhambra peu audibles (pb matériel micro/écouteurs individuels) avec peu d’interactions avec le guide. Bref, impression d’être trimbalés

Hice hoy el caminito del rey el guía muy arrogante con poca gana de trabajar. Muy mala experiencia. Tenéis que tener gente adecuadas y educada para comunicarse con los clientes

I went to a tour to Tangier for 135 euros per person. Tour is too much to say. I have been picked up at 7 am, arrived in Tangier at 1pm. A local guide took us from ferry to see few camels for 10 min, then to two local shops so you can buy their expensive products. They did not allow free time. So went back to ferry at 5. The food was included in price, took as to a "restaurant" where the food was awful and everyone was expecting money. The refreshments drinks price was high. Ah ,this company has such a bad reputation already when I have bought the tickets for the tour, I have been told that I'll go with a different company. So ,it is a scam.Avoid . There were other groups there with another company having the same issues as I had.

Très bof, plus de 3:15 allez et encore 3:15 retour d’autobus pour pas grand choses, choisissez un autre excursion … en plus l’animation de la guide est pratiquement inexistante peu importe la langue. Pour les québécois je dirais poche en svp . Ne vaut pas le prix

Gibraltar. We went on a trip in june and I definitely do not recommend this travel agency. Despite assurances of a cable car ride to the top of the Rock of Gibraltar (skywalk), we did not get there. Instead of a cable car, a bus from the 80s was waiting for us and instead of going to the top of the mountain, we went halfway to a cave, miraculously seeing 4 monkeys, one of which we saw from inside the bus. Then we went down whereas all the other trips went higher. And best of all, there was 1 seat missing on the bus and my friend had to sit on an extra seat. The organization of the trip is a total joke, when we got to Gibraltar, the guide repeated 5 times that we now had free time and people who were going to the Rock had to wait at 12:50 by the bus, after which suddenly getting out of the car, the guide started shouting not to go out and changed the plan of the trip. We went somewhere to the top of the parking lot where the old buses I mentioned earlier were waiting for us and then the “tour” started, a trip that was practically not in any way consistent with what was promised before the trip. Furthermore, agencies such as these mainly work with hotels and the hotels also misinform people about what's included in these trips to make you buy them so that neither the hotel nor the agency lose, either way we didn't even get the trip that the agency offers as we didn't visit the aforementioned skywalk. 90€ wasted and I remember the trip very badly. If you don’t want to be disappointed like the three of us, don’t buy a trip with this travel agency.

Mala experiencia por la guía que nos ha tocado ,se llama Ori en excursión de Ronda y Setenil Incomprensible el trato

Pengalaman kepergian ke Gibraltar adalah pengalaman yang buruk. Tidak ada kejelasan informasi bahwa untuk masuk ke Gibraltar harus memiliki visa UK dan tidan cukup dengan visa schengen, sehingga saya tidak bisa masuk dan harus merelakan uang saya terbuang, 3 jam perjalanan dari Malaga menjadi sia-sia, dan saya harus merelakan jaket saya tertinggal di bis, karena bisa diparkir di area yang memerlukan visa UK. Tidak ada nomor kontak guide yang diberikan, sehingga akhirnya saya pulang kembali ke Malaga dengam menggunakan bis umum tidak bersama rombongan. Untuk yang akan ke Gibraltar, hati-hati untuk paspor Indonesia/Asia karena kemungkinan perjalanan anda akan sia-sia.

Bus tour of Cordova April 24,2025 Air conditioning on their relatively new bus did not work - completely unacceptable since the temperature was 90 degrees Also no way to file a complaint ??? On the good side, Wallada, the English speaking tour guide provided in Cordova was excellent in every respect

Alptraum! Wir haben über die Agentur den Ausflug zum "Caminito del Rey" gebucht. Bei Abholung 30 Minuten zu spät am vereinbarten Pickup-Point, den Bus gerade noch erwischt, wir waren fast schon zurück auf dem Weg zu unserem Apartment. Wir wurden vom etwas verpeilten Tour-Guide begrüßt. Gefühlt an 20 weiteren Pickup Points wurden weitere Leute abgeholt. Anstatt dann direkt zum Caminito ging es für 1,5 Stunden Aufenthalt in ein Kuhkaff Ardales, da noch auf einen 2ten Bus gewartet werden musste, der wohl viel später eintraf. So früh am Morgen natürlich nix geöffnet. Mega Krawatte - aber zum Glück hat die Tour durch den Caminito dann alles rausgerissen

Did the Gibrolter tour today departing from the Sol Principe. My first thoughts were to give it a one star or no star as we were quite dismayed by the tour guide. Totally unprofessional and equally disorganized. After doing the milk run stopping at numerous pick up points along the way we arrived in Gibrolter where our group was handed off to another guide by the name of Jesus. We'll, a complete 180 to what we had experienced by the young lady tour guide on the bus. Jesus gave us a professional, albeit somewhat comical presentation of what we were shown. I would recommend anyone visiting the area in Spain to do the tour just do not do it with Diversion Tours. There was 37 people on our tour. During dinner this evening back at the hotel the views I presented were the general concensus.

3.5 hours to Seville, almost four hours back. Our guide I'll call him mumbles pointed out all the places we were not going to see,but never explained where we were going, just said the bus leaves Minutes from now so hurry back. After two hours free time get back on the bus that was left in hot sun all day, how about turning on the a/c for a bit before the cattle get back on.

Took tour to Ronda from Malaga led to believe that it was a 2 hour bus ride, it turned out to be 4 hours each way! No stops on the way and also and no toilets on board.

The day trip to Tangier, North Africa, proved to be quite disappointing. Participants endured a taxing 10 hours of travel, during which they were persistently confronted by aggressive vendors, fostering an atmosphere of intimidation throughout the journey. It appeared that this situation was orchestrated by both the tour guide and the local guides in Tangier.

On a recent visit to the Costa of De Sol. We decided on a trip to Tangier in Morocco through Princess Tours. It cost us €390.00 for three of us on the day. Been picked up from our hotel at 6am. Our tour guide was quite friendly the ferry trip was enjoyable. On our arrival we had a second tour guide who gave us the history of Tangier he also seemed quite nice. I would not recommend this trip as we were intimidated on every stop with traders trying to sell their goods. The tour guides did nothing to prevent this,it became very obvious that the traders and tour guides were working together, If anything they seemed to encourage it. To me it was all set up to bring us to areas where these people were. Lunch was included showing us the Moroccan tradition dish with music from the locals. We had to pay for our drinks which is fair. However a guy came around to pickup payment, we paid as we thought for our drinks, for another lady to come back and ask for payment telling us it was the music we had paid for. The travel time going and coming back is approx 10hrs hours with only 3 hrs over there. It seems very obvious that the traders and tour guides work together to force us unknowing to make purchases from these guys so they would leave us alone. The trip would have been better if we were allowed to walk through the streets looking in all the lovely small craft shops and stalls on the narrow streets through out Tangier Also be aware of using your phone as extra charges will be incurred once you enter Morocco. Our tour guide asked us for a tip as he said it had nothing to do with the bus driver and should give it to him before boarding the bus on our return trip. I will let you make up your own mind on this situation.

By a country mile, the most unprofessional tour company I have ever used. Rude and condescending staff. Following our trip my wife made a complaint about the tour guide to which they couldn’t even bothered to respond. Even if they disagreed with us, we would have expected some sort of reply. I suppose we shouldn't have expected anything else from this ‘tin pot’ outfit. Avoid this company at all costs.

The pick up from the hotels took 2 hours.

Just returned from day trip to Caminito del Rey booked through hotel Bluesea Cervantes. Guide- ZOLTAN- the rudest guide ever. I had problems with my helmet, he said the girl at CDR had explained, i replied that that may be the case but i was having problems. He then said ‘so you’re calling her stupid?’ Unbelievably rude. During the walk he was rude to a Swedish lady whose radio battery had run out- everyone could hear what he said to her. He criticised people at the back for not keeping up, clearly lacked both tolerance and patience at one point saying ‘is anyone listening to me?’ Upon leaving the coach at drop off i asked for his company(ie employer) details- he refused to provide them saying it depended where you booked your trip - it doesnt- thry all come under mara diversions. He told the driver to start driving effectively running over me and said i should not be travelling. UNBELIEVABLE- NB ZOLTAN is his name. I intend to take up with Bluesea Cervantes but i doubt they will care.

Turen var fin, guiden var temmelig håpløs. Greit at de har et ansvar for oss, men å true voksne mennesker til å gå på linje en etter en etter hverandre helt i kanten av en halvannen-to meter bred veg fordi det er fare for å falle ned blir for mye for meg. Den sjansen er jeg mer enn villig til å ta. Vi ble delt i grupper etter språk, hvor hovedguiden vår gikk med en annen gruppe. Vi avtalte med vår språkguide at vi kunne gå alene istedenfor med gruppen, men da vi tok igjen hovedguiden fikk vi passet påskrevet - hun ropte og skrek til oss foran de andre gjestene at vi IKKE fikk gå alene og pisket oss nærmest inn i hennes gruppe. Hun fikk det til å fremstå som vi var opprørske rebeller og nektet å høre på at vi faktisk hadde avtalt med hennes kollega. Rett og slett en ubehagelig og helt unødvendig opplevelse.

Wir haben eine Tour nach Cordoba gebucht. Was positiv zu bewerten war: Der Busfahrer war sehr freundlich und die Fahrt reibungslos. Auch die externe Stadtführerin hat einen ausgezeichneten Job gemacht. Negativ aufgefallen ist jedoch erstens, dass uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde, dass die Reise am größten regionalen Feiertag stattfand und viele, angepriesene Attraktionen geschlossen und nicht zugänglich waren. Der Reiseleiter ist ebenfalls negativ aufgefallen, da er zu Beginn der Tour gesagt hat, wir könnten Taschen und Rucksäcke im Bus lassen, da auf der Rückfahrt die gleichen Plätze zu besetzen seien. Dies scheint aber nicht für spanische Landsleute zu gelten. Ein älteres Ehepaar, auf der Hintour direkt vor uns, wurde auf der Rücktour getrennt, da sich ein unfreundliches spanisches Paar auf die Sitze gesetzt hat und die Taschen und weitere Gepäck einfach achtlos anderswo im Bus verteilt hatte. Auf die gerechtfertigte Beschwerde des älteren Paares reagierte der Reiseleiter gar nicht, sondern wischte diese wie lästige Fliegen einfach beiseite und kümmerte sich nicht weiter darum. Wir wenden uns das nächste Mal wieder an ein größeres, professinelleres Unternehmen und können diesen Anbieter nicht empfehlen.

Tragedy! The trip to Ronda and Setanil lasted 10 hours of which we spent 8 on the bus. The bus under the small hill was unable to drive up. The guide did not control the group. I don't recommend!

Wir haben am 10.10.24 über das Hotel Feungirola Park eine private Tour nach Gibraltar gebucht. 4 Personen und ein Minibus. Preis 786,00 Euro all in. Termin 14.10. Es wurde alles vorher geklärt. Heute am 11.10. Wurde die Tour storniert. Grund Probleme mit dem Bus. Hat diese Firma nur 1 Bus?? Wir wären auch am 15.10. gefahren. Das ging auch nicht. Diese Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen. 1 Stern ist noch zuviel. Ich komme nie wieder hier her. Vielen Dank dafür. Rainer Schulze aus Berlin P.S. Ich bin noch bis Mittwoch hier.

We have just returned from a day trip to Rhonda with Diversion tours. The reviews on here had me worried but by gosh we can tell you this Diversion tour company are brilliant. Marcus our tour guide was polite friendly and so helpful. We went to senetil and Rhonda loads of info from Marcus and he speaks 3 languages brilliantly. From pik up to drop of was seemless and punctual. Tge coach driver was proffesional and also very friendly and drove steadily and the coach was super clean with brilliant comfort and AC. Bof. Trop peu de temps libre,pas d'indication sur ce qui est intéressant à voir durant ce temps à gibraltar Un effort est fait pour la traduction y compris par le conducteur sur place. Les touristes sont réputés indisciplinés,passer la douane avec un groupe est sans doute stressant pour l'accompagnateur de diversion tour mais je trouve qu'il n'était pas très agréable,un sourire ça coûte rien,il ne reflète pas en tout cas l'amabilité des espagnols Les horaires ne sont pas respectés par l'entreprise de transport.9h20 pour mon arrêt,nous sommes partis à 9h05. Merci quand même.

Caminito del Rey abril 24,guiA Patricio,prepotente y básico :tour multilingüe, caro para lo q explica, y si estás en minoría como yo no traduce casi nada d lo q explica en alemán , y info muy básica q ya la sabía por Internet. Así que mejor por tu cuenta en transporte público y a tu aire. La excursión a Ronda con Rossi bien pero un rollo y pérdida de tiempo enorme la recogida en los hoteles.

No la recomiendo , el tour a Gibraltar a cargo de un guía no calificado, que dijo llamarse Pedro. Nadie le entendía cuando hablaba el inglés , francés ni yo el castellano, es más ya a lo último todos se reían. Fue así que se crearon confusiones. Después de comentárselo a él , se fue vociferando y le dijo al chofer "tenían que ser argentinos". El micro y el chofer Rafael estuvieron muy bien.

Terrible experience with this tour company, would not recommend. No clear communication or instructions when being picked up from the hotel. The guy that booked us on was just rude.

Wir sind mit diesem Unternehmen für eine Tagestour mit Besichtigung des Felsens nach Gibraltar in einem vollbesetzten Bus und einem Guide mit guten Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch, englisch und Spanisch gefahren. Mit ca. 1 Stunde Verspätung, die uns leider nicht erläutert wurde, dort endlich angekommen, gab es nur knappe Hinweise auf die vielfältigen zollfreien Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, leider nicht auf die touristischen Highlights. Diese sollte es in den kleinen örtlichen Bussen geben, die wurden aber lediglich vom "Band" auf deutsch abgespult. Die Zeit für die Besichtigungen war zu knapp bemessen, auf den sky walk des Felsens wurden wir leider gar nicht gefahren. Gern hätten wir individuell die Fahrt mit der Seilbahn dorthin angetreten, das ging nicht, da die individuelle freie Zeit nicht zusammenhängend zur Verfügung stand. Selbstverständlich wurde die Rückfahrt pünktlich angetreten, leider dann ohne weitere Pause, da es auch hier wieder zu einer Verspätung durch einen Stau (gleicher Bereich wie bei Anfahrt) kam. Eine der Damen hielt es nicht mehr aus, musste bei einem Halt zwecks Ausstieg von Teilnehmern in einem Hotel der Notdurft nachgehen und wurde anschließend wegen dieser zeitlichen "Verzögerung" böse beschimpft bzw. abgekanzelt. Weitere Gäste wurden nicht mehr an ihren vereinbarten Treffpunkten, sondern an zentralen Punkten an der Hauptstraße in Fuengirola abgesetzt. Diese Tour würde ich so in dem Umfang mit Besichtigung nicht mehr buchen.

We went to Tangier with this company. I would not recommend this company at all. As others have mentioned, Miguel our tour guide did no guiding. He was rude and worried more about getting his paperwork done. It was dark when we went to the ferry, so not surprised there was no interpretation. However, coming back there was plenty of time to point out points of interest, historical, information etc. we were too large a group for one guide to manage, 50+ people, but Miguel didn’t really try. For someone in the hospitality business he certainly lacked people skills. Once we got on the ferry, Miguel vanished. We did see him later helping someone who was having walking difficulties. It was a rough crossing. We stood for the whole time trying to get our Tourist cards stamped by the Moroccan authorities. This isn’t the fault of Diversion. I would have made sense for Diversion to work with the Moroccans to come up with a better system. Once we arrived in Tangier we were loaded onto another bus with a new guide, Aziz. We sat on the bus in the parking lot for probably 30 minutes before we left. We were driven to a wealthy part of town and got to stop at a place where there were men with camels waiting for us to spend 3 Euros to sit on the camels for a photo op and to ride on the camel for about 15 seconds. From there we went to the old city. While there no one kept track of the people in the group. If someone wanted to take a photo, it was at their peril. Everything was rush rush rush which was unfortunate since the market area could be very interesting. Lunch was included. The restaurant had musicians performing which was nice, but the food was not great. Our next stop was a herbal pharmacy. The “pharmacist “ was entertaining, but again it was too rushed. After the pharmacy we had 10 minutes of free time! Then it was back to the ferry to wait for our crossing back. Once again we were in Miguel’s hands. The crossing was even worse coming back. One of our group had a very bad fall. Miguel again was no where around. Thankfully the ferry employees helped this gentleman as Miguel sat in the smoking area chatting up the smokers. Frankly, Miguel has no business working in this field. However, the blame for this debacle lays on the company. We used this company because they stopped at our hotel. Not a good enough reason. We spent 240 Euros for a 12 hour trip, of which 8 hours was spent going by bus to and coming from the ferry, over one hour standing in line to get our Tourist cards stamped on the ferry, sitting in a bus for close to half an hour waiting to start the tour without explanation, and at least half an hour sitting in a waiting room waiting to get on the ferry. Diversion tours operates by other names so be careful. This company does not deserve your business. You would be better off getting to Tangier on your own and hiring a private guide. I’m sure it would be cheaper and much better. We were so sorry we read the reviews after we came back.

I took the tour from my hotel in Estepona to Seville. The tour was very well organized and on time. With adequate bathroom and snack breaks. They brought us to some beautiful places at a comfortable pace. I enjoyed the day.

Heute Morgen, 6.30 Uhr wurden wir vor unserem Hotel in Marbella abgeholt, um nach Tarifa zur Fähre gebracht zu werden, um nach Tanger, Marokko überzusetzen. Der Bus war randvoll besetzt 50-60 Reisende. Allein das ist schon ein Wahnsinn! In drei Sprachen waren jeweils die Durchsagen im Bus und vor Ort, obwohl in unserer Beschreibung des Ausfluges stand, dass diese in deutsch sei. Dass, was wir gerne gesehen hätten bzw. Freizeit unter anderem in Tanger zu haben, hat sich das Ganze mehr oder weniger als die sogenannte "Kaffeefahrt" entpuppt. Das fanden wir absolut unmöglich wir haben pro Person 150 € x 2 = 300 € bezahlt. Wir mussten uns Teppiche anschauen und wurden dann noch in eine Kräuterapotheke geschleppt. Sind durch die Medina geschleust worden. Ein kleines Mittagessen war in einem typischen marokkanischen Restaurant dabei. Das war okay. Freizeit oder Alleingänge waren nicht möglich. Sehr schade, Tanger scheint ein sehenswertes Hafenstädtchen zu sein. Allein schon die Fährüberfahrt war der absolute Wahnsinn. Da die Zollkontrolle auf der Fähre für Marokko stattfand, standen alle Passagiere in einer "Schlange", um den Einreisestempel zu bekommen. Ohne Einreisestempel kein Ausstieg und gemütlich Kaffee zu trinken auf der Fähre ging deshalb nicht. Die 300 € hätten wir uns sparen sollen und wären auf eigene Faust nach Tanger gefahren. Wir können diesen Reiseanbieter nicht empfehlen.

No recomiendo esta empresa. Miguelito, Micky, o Miguel, tiene mala onda, y habla mal de los turistas que están dentro del colectivo (una falta de respeto). La excursión de 7 a 19 a Gibraltar, nos pasaron a buscar en horario, pero, estuvo buscando gente y lo que nos había informado la vendedora de 2 horas y media se convirtió en 3 horas y media. Llegamos a las 10.40 h. No para, para ir al aseo, nos dio re poco tiempo para recorrer y comer, nos pidió que estuviésemos a las 13 en el estacionamiento para el resto del tour, que después de esperar 45 minutos que se pelearan y organizarán entre los coordinadores, recién salió. El tour por las atracciones duró 68 minutos, y no cumplieron con lo que me vendieron (el túnel museo de la guerra), porque al cambiar al mini bus, el chófer dice que el no tiene nada que ver. Nos trajeron al bus, 15.15 h y el bus no salio de regreso hasta las 16.20 hs todos esperando en el bus. Miguel muy ofuscado y mala onda, porque tenía una cena 20.30 en Ronda y no llegaba. Tok dagsturen Malaga/Tanger med Diversion tours sammen med venner. Vil ikke anbefale noen å gjøre det samme. Et av turens desiderte lavpunkt var når guiden fra Tanger ikke tålte kritikk på atferd, og ropte og skrek til en av deltakerne i alles påhør. Tanger er vakker, men ville forsøkt annen turoperatør/reisemåte enn det Diversion tours tilbyr.

Four of signed up for a tour from the hotel in Torremolinas to Gibraltar. We were not informed that it would be a full-sized tour bus with many pick ups along the way. It took over 3 hours to arrive when it should have been than 2. The guide was abrupt and never introduced himself. He was not aware that we understood Spanish, and made comments about us to the driver. Once we arrived in Gibraltar we transferred to a mini bus and the tour was great. On our return, no group was returned to their exact point of pick up. My group was let out 3 blocks from our hotel and was told it was not safe to drive the bus to the hotel where we were picked up.Overall I cannot recommend this tour company.

We went to Granada. We were sold tickets that did not include the alhambra. The tour guide was dismissive and rude. We paid 70 euros for the trip and ended up seeing almost nothing.

Good, quite long drive from Benalmadena, to Gibraltar, but expected, tour guide was great, explained everything, trip up to Gibraltar on mini bus was absolutely brilliant thanks to bus driver Louis

I took the tour to Ronda. Ronda is beautiful. The local guide there was great (Antonio?). Everything else sucked. Uncomfortable bus that was hot and crowded. They will give you a bottle of lukewarm water if you give them a euro. Poor organization of meeting times . We were left standing in the hot sun for 20 minutes waiting for our local guide (not his fault). Bus driver was good, but tour guide on the bus was obnoxious. Stay away from Diversion Tours!

Very nice trip to Gibraltar

Bus failed to arrive two days in a row for a trip to Gibraltar..Company blamed driver/ guide. Guide said he wasn’t to blame and as he was a freelancer “ he didn’t care anyway”. We caught up with the bus In Benalmadena by taxi. They all blamed each other and didn’t care we were messed about. To their credit the company did later apologise though it did still spoil our trip on both days.

Utilizzato per una escursione in giornata a Cordoba. Perfettamente organizzata, accompagnatrice efficiente, guida locale superlativa.

Excursion d'Estepona à Gibraltar. Tout se fait au pas de course, traduction très bien de la guide belge, puis le chauffeur en minibus ne connaît pas le français... Nul, heureusetsue le paysage valait la peine

El viaje a Gibraltar ha ido bien. Solo creo que no se les debería recoger a los clientes del hotel Medio paraiso golf arriba en la recepcion, porque ello supone 20 minutos adicionales para todo el resto del bus.Todo lo demas bien.

Esta agencia no es nada recomendable, nos han pegado el sablazo por ir a hacer el Caminito del Rey, 55 €/per. Nos han cogido a las 8.30, teníamos que recoger en más paradas, en dos ocasiones nos hemos dado la vuelta porque los clientes no estaban. A las 10.30 nos dejan en un pueblo que tenía poco que ver hasta las 11.30 que nos invitaban en un bar a un vino dulce con Olivas y patatas fritas 😟, a las 14 ruta andando los 8 km del Caminito casi corriendo, ni tiempo para fotos, todo con auriculares que no se escuchaban y a 30º, hemos acabado a las 16 horas, sin tiempo de comer porque mientras la ruta no se puede, subida al bus, repartiendo a gente y llegada a nuestro destino a las 6.30, menudo día que hemos echado. Se echa de menos un poco por lo menos de interés por parte del guía del grupo, más organización y mínimo una botella de agua.

Soha többet nem utazunk a Diversion Tours-al. Szervezetlen, pontatlan. Nincs program dokumentáció. Sajnos mi egy Torremolinosi hotelben lévő ügynökségnel foglaltuk le a Gibraltari kirándulás. Egy biztos mikor rakerdeztem a kirándulás összes költségére 4 főre 140 eur mondtak és írtak le. A plusz fakultatív program 120 eur költségről szó se esett, ami összesen 1,5 orara vonatkozott volna. Nyilván azért hogy ha ott vagyunk akkor úgyis kifizetjük. Nem volt korrekt elhallgatni, a plusz költséget. Sajnalom, de szerencsére mi megoldottuk olcsóbban, mint 120 eur azt amit meg akartunk nézni, meg is néztük.

Gewinnmaximierung auf Kosten der Urlauber oder die reinste "Touristenverarschung". Die schlimmste Erfahrung mit einem Tourguide seit vielen Jahren. Zusammengepfärcht in einem riesigen, vollen Reisebus, mit grausamer Übersetzungen hiess es am Zielort Gibraltar die Touris ausschütten. Wegen 45 Minuten Verspätung am Abholort(Hotel) wurden dann alles im Vorfeld an Leistungszusagen gekürzt. Wir wurden in Gibraltar im Eilzugtempo durchgeschleust, eine Besichtigung zugesagter Sehenswürdigkeiten erfolgte in 20 Minuten und statt zugesagter 2,5 stündiger Freizeit wurde auf diese auf knapp 60 Minuten gekürzt. Eine konkrete Orientierungshilfe, wo sich sehenswertes befindet, gab es nur eine Handbewegung vom genervten Reisebegleiter, die die Himmelsrichtung angab. Am Zielort herrschte dann Organisationschaos und eine einstündige Wartezeit im Parkhaus, in dem die Busse gewechselt wurden. Es handelte sich um eine Tagestour und es blieb nicht mal Zeit etwas zu trinken geschweige denn etwas zu essen. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser gab es. Wichtig war dem Veranstalter derpünktliche Feierabend - DIE RÜCKREISE!! Hände weg von diesem Veranstalter!!!!!!!!!!

I somehow ended up with a Diversion bus tour to Gibraltar even though I thought somehow I was booking with Rusadir. Bus was 45 minutes late. Guide gave trivial information on the way there in 5 languages which was impressive but took forever for each snippet of info. We arrived so late that we had a scant 1 hour for lunch before being sorted onto minibuses to see the sights. The sorting took forever. The minibus driver was just ok. St. Michael's caves and the monkeys were of course great. When we got back to the parking garage it took forever again until we were back on the bus. A long day without much substance. I've taken this tour with a different company in the past that was much better organized and left enough time for sightseeing and a ride up the cable car. Do yourself a favor and find a different tour operator

Esperienza deludente. Abbiamo prenotato l’escursione a Gibilterra: oltre al tempo infinito per arrivare, una volta sul luogo la visita alla parte più rinomata, la riserva naturale, si è esaurita in 20 minuti. Una giornata buttata in autobus. Abbiamo provato a parlarne con la nostra guida miguel, che non ci ha ascoltate. Una stella solo per L’autista Antonio, che è stato bravo e paziente. È meglio comunque organizzarsi da soli

Une visite à caminito del rey superbe gâché par une organisation déplorable nous devions rentrer à 15heures à 16heures 50 nous en avons encore pour plus de 2 heures pour rentrer merdiqueeeeeee

Un espanto de agencia. Para ir hasta Gibraltar demoraron 3,5 horas desde Torremolinos. La coordinadora del bus se desentendia de todo, para colmo habia 50 personas en un bus gigante totalmente completo y muchas de ellas sin mascarillas. La excursion a los monos tan mala como lo demas y encima la ciudad es muy fea (que es lo unico que ellos no son culpables). En fin, mejor buscar otra agencia o mejor aun no hacer la excursion porque no vale la pena.

Un horror!! El punto de encuentro confuso, llegamos y estaban todos los viajeros en la misma. Además, el bondi cayó 1/2 hora más tarde. La guía, llamada Alicia no dijo ni buen día, muy mala onda. El conductor llamado Francisco, toda la excursión con una cara de no querer estar ahí, le consultamos en una ocasión cual era nuestro bondi y nos tomó el pelo y respondió mal. El bondi estaba repleto de turistas, me pareció mucha gente para esta época llena de COVID. La guía, hablaba 3 idiomas, y decía una oración en español, otra en inglés y otra en francés…. Así todo el tiempo, súper tedioso, todos los viajeros estábamos aburridos!!! Deberían no vender la excursión con tanta gente… más ahora!!! Otra cosa súper importante, el bondi tenia inhabilitado 4 asientos, porq se le había roto el vidrio! Un peligro! Deberían haber cambiado el bondi!! Cuando llegas a Granada, tenes muy poco tiempo para conocer el lugar. El bondi te deja a 25 minutos del centro, no se nos explicó el porqué…. La guía te acompaña hasta el centro, tipo para que no te pierdas… pero todo ese tiempo mal gastado. Incluso a la vuelta nos tomamos un uber para llegar al punto de encuentro. Mención especial, es que a la hora exacta el bondi partió y la guía no pasó lista ni nada, si alguno no hubiera llegado, se quedaba tirado!!! Una locura!! Además, de ser súper tedioso todo lo que contó y en 3 idiomas, imposible de seguir, estaba desinformada, ya que nos contó sobre tapear, y estaba todo cerrado, y abrían 1/2 antes, de la hora de encuentro, x lo que, claramente en 1/2 hora no se puede “tapear”. Por otro lado, una viajera tuvo problema con el documento en la Alhambra y la guía que tuvo que acompañarla a la taquilla para arreglar su asunto, lo hizo primero haciendo “caras molestas”, para nada ubicada. En fin, un horror!!

Bus very full and no checking of Covid digital certs. I had to sit with a stranger and no social distancing. Bus to Ronda took over 2 hours to get there and back. Short time in actual sites. Tour guide only average. Too many languages to cater for and lost in translation. Nice to see the sights nevertheless!!

Si te gusta viajar en autobús esta es la mejor opción. Llegábamos a los sitios y te dejaban muy poco tiempo en Setenil de las bodegas solo estuvimos 50 minutos. No te explicaban nada allí mismo solo en el autobús y te dejaban a solas. En cuanto a las medidas de seguridad, la gente no se ponía las mascarillas en el autobús en ningún momento.
