Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Viktoria bedanken, unserer Führerin auf dem Caminito del Rey. Sie hat die Wanderung mit ihrem tiefen Wissen über die Geschichte und Natur des Ortes unglaublich bereichert. Sie war jederzeit sehr aufmerksam, hat alle Fragen beantwortet und eine tolle Atmosphäre in der Gruppe geschaffen. Die Zeit auf dem Caminito war dadurch ein absolutes Highlight. ​Auch der Bus-Service und unser Fahrer verdienen ein großes Lob. Die Abwicklung war reibungslos und pünktlich. Der Fahrer war professionell und sehr freundlich, was den Transfer zum und vom Caminito del Rey sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die gesamte Organisation war spitze und hat unseren Ausflug zu einem vollen Erfolg gemacht.

I thought our guide was great! She spoke to all of us in our native language, which made things easy to follow. Alice, the guide at Caminita del Rey was fabulous. She was very patient and personable, explained the history, animals, plants. Overall, a fabulous day!

Nicht von Torremolinos nach Ronda reisen. Eine Frechheit war die Anreise von über 3 Stunden, da so viele Pick ups auf der Strecke angefahren werden müssten. Dafür gab es dann in Ronda dementsprechend wenig Zeit. Der Guide wiederholt alles, auch Belangloses,1000 Mal, sehr nervig und langatmig. Besser wäre ein öffentlicher Transfer gewesen. Julia Reisen rät ubrigidavon ab, weil das 2 Stunden in Anspruch nimmt. Mit Julia Reisen waren es aber weit mehr als 3 Stunden. Finger weg!

Magnifique et impressionnant

Esperienza bellissima, siamo partiti da Malaga per il Caminito del Rey. Sono stati puntali, l'autista è stato molto bravo nonostante i tornanti non ho sentito per niente il viaggio. Le guide molto attente e simpatiche, noi avevamo José persona molto preparata e disponibile. Camminata con viste meravigliose, nonostante sia un tour impegnativo lo staff non ha fatto sentire la fatica, lo consiglio.

Costretti a dare 3 stelle poichè per una incomprensione con il tour operator non siamo stati aggiunti alla lista pick up, perdendo un giorno e la prima escursione. Per fortuna il signore dell agenzia ci ha posticipato al giorno dopo l’ escursione a gibilterra, permettendoci di recuperare. A parte questo disguido, l’esperienza a gibilterra è stata gradevole, per quanto mi riguarda i tempi di sosta alla grotta e sulle terrazze panoramiche sono troppo corti.

Tur til Caminito del Rey: ALT for mange Pick up steder, alt for mange mennesker med bussen, stoppested i Ardales varede for længe, egentlig ikke nødvendigt. Selve gåturen på Caminito del Ray og guiden var rigtig fin. Alt det andet tog for lang tid og var meget kaotisk.

Absolutely fantastic service for the duration of our trip. Both very friendly and accommodating. Clear communication throughout our whole journey so we always knew what was happening next. Clean & tidy bus with great air-conditioning. Highly recommend!

We did two trips with Julià Travel: Granada and Sevilla. Both were well managed, but you need to be aware, that you will collect other participants for up to 1,5 hours (depending on where you enter the bus).

Excelente servicio, muy atentos y profesionales. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y hacer la experiencia más fácil. ¡Muy recomendados!

Our tour of Sevilla was really good except for the guide we had in Sevilla. We were on a German and Spanish language tour of the Cathedral and the guide there was speaking more German than Spanish. She was very nice, however, we have a feeling that we may have missed some information there. Cesar our tour guide for the whole tour, was really great! The bus was very confortable also. All in all, this tour should not be missed, Sevilla is breathtaking.

Had a good day to Séville using this service. They arrived on time and had interesting info along the way with a good, multilingual guide. The guides around the city were interesting too. Only significant gripe is a lack of time built into the schedule to explore the city on our own. On a smaller note, the Plaza de España was lovely and would have welcomed more time there.

We went to Caminito del Ray with this company and we really liked it! Place was amazing and we had such a lovely, kind and professional guide - Mar. She made our trip perfect. We were in a english group. :)

Bonjour, nous avons passé une très bonne journée à Nerja et frijiliana. Je croyais qu’on fait une excursion avec des adultes mais c’était des enfants de grande taille qui se battent pour les places, à chaque fois qu’on descend et qu’on on remonte on cherchent de nouvelle places en sachant que je suis avec mes deux deux enfants on était dispersés ma fille dans un siège en avant, mon fils au milieu moi toute auuuuu fond. On laissé nos bagages au bus et quand est revenu on a trouvé toutes nos affaires déplacées. C’est quoi ce bordel. L’agence ne devrait elle pas donné à chaque réservation des numéros de siéges, c’est de la mal organisation. On était déçus Je déconseilles cette agence.

Everything was planned and booked I was 45mins early at the pickup location and after waiting by 4.5hrs the cs helpline told me to contact booking.com no cancellation email or anything not even tried to help me I would suggest use other travel agency as i was not been picked and I have All the proof if anyone interested please let me know. GRAN ESTAFA!! Contratamos la excursión a través de civitatis, así que fijaros si es con Julia travel y si es así no la cogéis, estuvimos esperando en avenida Andalucía, 10 de Málaga para ir a Frigiliana y Nerja a la hora indicada y como no venían llamé y me dijo Julia (que se supone que ella está en Barcelona) que sí que iban pronto llame 3 veces más y la última vez (pasados 40 minutos)me dijo han pasado ya!!!! Y es mentira nadie pasó y pregunto por nosotros ni por la excursión ella me dice que sí que el guía se había hecho una foto para demostrarlo, es una zona muy concurrida me hizo dudar pero estaba seguro que era mentira, ahora leyendo los comentarios de los demás me lo creo son unos auténticos ESTAFADORES, os lo aviso para que le pase a nadie más!!!!!!

No pongo menos estrellas porque no se puede. Una auténtica vergüenza. Contratamos a través de Civitatis la excursión Frigiliana y Nerja. Hemos estado a la hora y lugar indicado para recogernos, ya conocíamos ese lugar de recogida porque hemos hecho todas las excursiones desde allí . Alli no ha aparecido ningún autobús ni guía, Llame al teléfono de referencia dónde contratamos la excursión y nos dicen que han pasado por el lugar de recogida 10 minutos tarde. Si es cierto, cosa que me crea duda. Me parece fatal que el autobús no fuese señalizado con el nombre de la excursión de ser así nos habríamos dado cuenta o que dicho guía si ha estado no haya dicho algo al bajar en la parada. Conclusión la empresa no hace cargo del error, nos quedamos sin excursión ni dinero.

Massenabfertigung. Das Geld (79 Euro) ist es nicht wert. Mussten beim Einsteigen, nachdem der Bus 45min zu spät angekommen ist, unsere zuvor frisch gekauften Getränke (Softgetränke) wegschmeissen, da dies angeblich im Bus nicht gestattet sei. Die Tour zum Affenberg, Gibraltar, wurde lediglich durch einen Audio-Guide begleitet. Vor Ort hatten wir ca. 20min Zeit, den Ort/die Höhle anzuschauen. Zeit zum den Ort entdecken blieb keine. Beim Aussteigen aus dem Bus wurden ungefragt Fotos von uns Teilnehmenden gemacht. Diese wurden dann auf Magnete geklebt, welche man später kaufen konnte.

War nicht gut. Fahrt länger als die Tour. Wir hatten nur einige Minuten, um uns umzusehen.

Opinia dotyczy wycieczki z Malagi do Kordoby. Niestety, do synagogi nie weszliśmy, choć ta pozycja widnieje w programie wycieczki. W autokarze klimatyzacja została włączona dopiero na wyraźną prośbę, po trwającej półtorej godziny podróży w dusznym pojeździe. Autokar w drodze powrotnej nie do końca sprawny...Słaba organizacja podziału uczestników na grupy wg. języka. Wcześniej odwołano wycieczkę do Grenady, choć na stronie widniała jako dostępna.

JULIA Travel : En sous traitance de CIVITATIS, un tour au camino del rey, payé (cher par rapport au marché) 146 Euros. Difficultés pour trouver le RV, pas de guide sur place c'est un pick up en bus. Le temps de trouver le bus,celui ci est est parti un peu avant l'heure ET SANS ATTENDRE. Pas de possibilité de remboursement, pas de remplacement prévu. UNE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE QUE JE NE SOUHAITE A PERSONNE. SOCIETE A EVITER

Nicht buchen, wenn du in Malaga startest! Wir haben zwei Touren gebucht, die Guides und die Orga war super, aber die Fahrt eine Katastrophe. Alle Touristenorte werden bevorzugt abgefahren und die Leute dort eingesammelt und abgegeben. Wir wurden zuerst eingesammelt und als letzte rausgelassen und saßen 8 Stunden im Bus für gerade einmal 3 Stunden vor Ort bei der Tour nach Ronda

Ich habe eine Reise hier gebucht am 24.10.2024 Die Reise sollte am 26.10.2024 nach Gibraltar gehen. Der Bus sollte um 07.30 Uhr los fahren. Ich war um 07.20 Uhr da. Es kamen 3 Busse. Ich holte meinen Zettel heraus und zeigte es dem Beifahrer/ Guide. Er sagte nein Name ist nicht auf der Liste. Beim 2. BUS sagte die sehr unfreundliche Beifahrerin no Germans. Und beim dritten Bus sprach endlich mal der Beifahrer deutsch. Er fuhr aber nicht nach Gibraltar. Ich bat ihn mir zu helfen und er sagte nur frech " Ist nicht mein Problem". Ich fuhr wieder von Torremolinos nach Malaga und schilderte den Fall im Büro. Man sagte mir ich wäre schuld und bekäme mein Geld nicht zurück. Auch bekomme ich keine Ersatzreise. Ich kann Euch nur warnen!!!!! Das sind Betrüger und Abzocker!!!!! Die heissen Julia Travel. Bucht hier keine Ausflüge!! Ich habe auch Beweise. Dass ich da war. Habe Fotos gemacht. Die sind wirklich das allerletzte!!!! Haben mir den Urlaub versaut. Werde eine Anzeige erstatten bei der Polizei. Geht hier bitte nicht hin. Die betrügen und hintergehen Euch. VERBRECHER!!!!!

The entire experience from the moment we got on the bus in Estepona was fantastic, Cesa is unmatchable, not only knowledgeable but also takes the time to address all my questions and concerns and provides me with all the options available. Antonio the bus operator is kind hearted, friendly and super skilled. I was completely impressed with Ali and Yassin professionalism and highly respectful attitude, their outstanding quality of service made the trip delightful. Thank you Julia Travel

We booked a trip to Tanger with Julia Travel. They were supposed to pick us up at the hotel at 4:45 am, but they never showed up. We waited outside from 4:40 to 6:30 am and we kept calling them, but no one picked up the phone. We ended up not going to Tanger. The hotel gave us a full refund, so it was ok in the end. Beside that, the trip to Gibraltar was deeply dissapointing. The organization was really bad, we waited about an hour just to get in the tour bus. The tour lasted less than 1 hour and we did not have more than 5-10 minutes to see the attractions, so we were always running around. All in all, I really do not recommend booking with Julia!

Visite de gilbratar aujourd'hui le guide en dessous de tout pas aimable nous a laissé dans la ville seul pour faire du shopping pas prévu au programme limite grossier quand on lui demandé des explications 1h d attente dans un parking déçu de la prestation pour 80€

Nous sommes partis hier pour la visite de Gibraltar, nous avons tous été très déçu. Une partie du groupe à visiter la grotte et l'autre à été voir les dauphins. Pour les dauphins, on vous jette sur place et démerdez vous pour revenir au bus. C'est pas cool pour les personnes d'un certain âge. Visite de la ville impossible, on a juste le temps de manger 🤬 Pour les autres, c'est visite express 🤬 Payer si cher pour faire 3 heures de bus aller, 3h retour, ne pas voir grand chose, en plus avec une guide nulle, c'est de l'arnaque.

Pase mis mejores vacaciones gracias a Elena de la oficina de calle peligro ,gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa y explicarnos todo tan bien las excursiones fueron de lo mejor,gracias.

La experiencia fue de 10, la chica que nos atendió Elena es maravillosa ,un encanto y una profesional,volveremos a contactar con vosotros para otras excursiones.

No volveré a contratar nada con Julia travel ya que a pesar de seguir todas las indicaciones y confirmarlas por teléfono en 2 ocasiones (48 h antes y el mismo día de la excursión) no me recogieron en el punto de encuentro acordado dejándome tirada y perdiendo la excursión y el dinero.

We book a day trip to go to gibraltar and go up the rock for a extra £46, we was sold that we would go up the rock visit the caves then on to the monkey sanctuary, after all this was done we would then have 3hrs free time to look around gibraltar, we'll we went to the caves we did see 2 monkeys before we went into the caves was told not to worrie as we was going to see loads more at the top, they was the only monkeys we saw, after the caves we got back on. The bus did another stop to look at the view, that was it back to bus station, I did email into the Julia company and make a complaint straight away, the tour guide didn't seam to belive what I had said about not going to the monkey sanctuary, until ,another lady that was on Our bus repeated what I said and that her daughter had been crying because she didn't get to see the monkeys, after sending my email 2 days ago I have still not recieved anything from the Julia company, I would not use this company again avoid at all cost as you don't get what you pay for, still waiting for. My requested refund 🤔🤔

Fantastische ervaring op caminito del Rey. Bus kwam iets te laat maar de gids was heel vriendelijk en sprak vele talen (Engels, Frans, Nederlands, Spaans). Propere bus met sterke airconditioning. Vanwege het warme weer hebben we zo vroeg mogelijk afgezakt naar caminito del Rey. De bus maakte ook nog een tussenstop bij een cafetaria met gratis toiletten. Op caminito del Rey was er in het begin van de 5km lange wandelweg ook een toilet en op het einde. Genoeg mogelijkheden om water te kopen. Hou er echter wel rekening mee dat de bus vele haltes doet voor personen op te halen. Dankjewel!!!!

Ragazzi, fidatevi di ME! La peggior esperienza della vita mia! Una vera e propria TRUFFA! State alla larga da questa agenzia! Ho prenotato un tour da malaga a Gibilterra 180€ per due persone, 11 ore, di cui 8 passate nel Pullman sballottolati da un autista incapace...1 ora scarsa di visita alla rocca e due fermi in un parcheggio sotterraneo con l'intento di farti fare shopping! Tralasciando tutto questo, tralasciando tutte quelle ore di viaggio senza neanche una sosta, senza neanche una pausa per andare in bagno ecc la fregatura più grossa è nell' aver pagato il biglietto italiano guida in italiano (la più cara) e appena saliamo in autobus ci dicono che purtroppo la guida in italiano non c'era....e vabb la faccio scendere anche se mi rode dentro...ma quello che più non mi scende e il fatto di non averci portato nel punto più alto della rocca e non aver avuto il piacere di passeggiare in mezzo alle scimmiette... "Come diceva la descrizione del tour" si sono giustificati dicendo che il bus loro non può salire in cima alla rocca e che anche se vai in cima scimmie non ne vedi perché si nascondono...ma stiamo scherzando? Quindi cosa ho pagato? 8 ore di autobus tra andata e ritorno e 50 min di mini autobus tutto scassato in giro per la rocca, senza guida, con 2/3 fermate di 5 Min??? Cioè ma seri?Ho girato quasi tutta la spagna e dopo quest'ultima brutta avventura ho messo una volta per sempre una croce a questo paese!

Service irréprochable rendu par Elena, merci à elle pour les bons conseils et son professionnalisme. Excursions intéressantes pour découvrir la région andalouse présentées par des guides polyglottes et très professionnels. Un clin d’œil à notre guide francophone d’Alhambra (Chus? Je ne suis pas sûr de l’orthographe de son surnom) très « lunaire » et habité par un humour subtile. Mais aussi à Pauline pour nous avoir bien présente le Gibraltar. Tout ça sans oublier les autres ! Tous ils nous ont offert des souvenirs inoubliables et une grande envie de revenir pour de prospections plus approfondies dans la région. Grand merci pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et professionnalisme. Bravo !

Ottimo tour Setenil+Ronda

Dupa o vizita in Tanger, la 20 km de hotel soferul Juan a decis ca nu mai poate conduce. Am stat 30 minute intr-o benzinarie Repsol (pustie), cu motorul in functiune. Am pierdut masa de seara, dar mai enervanta a fost atitudinea dispretuitoare a soferului si a ghidului Miguel.

I would give a zero star if that was an option. My husband and I spent February in Malaga Spain and booked a full day trip on February 27th to Tangier Morocco through website HAPPYtoVISIT. Julia Travel happened to be the tour operator. I received email confirmations from both Happy toVisit and Julia Travel confirming the date and time of pick up and the pick up location. We were advised that we had to call JuliaTravel within 48 hours of the date of the tour to reconfirm our tour dates with pick up time and location which we did as instructed. From the very beginning of the booking to the phone call confirmation we were told that we were going to be picked up at 5:30 am at a bus stop in central Malaga. We got to the spot at 5:15 am that morning and waited until 6:30 am and no one came to pick us up! We called the company at 6 am and the person picked up the phone doesn’t speak English. We finally spoke with a woman ( name Marta ?) at approx 9 am who could speak English and were told that the bus was there at 4:30am. This is simply not believable given the previous confirmations of the 5:30 pick up time. We met other people who had booked a similar tour to Tangier through different tour companies at the same bus stop that were picked up at 6:30am. Obviously Julia Travel lied to us. HAPPYtoVISIT refunded the full amount within 24 hours after we filed the complaint, however the experience left us with very bad taste. Since the tour was towards our last days in Malaga that we were not able to rebook the tour with another company. My husband and I travel extensively and this was the worst experience we ever had! Avoid using Julia Travel would be the advice! Never forget this advice! Never book any tour that Julia Travel is involved with! This is to follow up on the response from the company. It was never mentioned 4:30 am pick with our booking or during the call in to Julia Travel 48 hrs before the tour date. Why would we want to get up at 4 am to get to the bus stop at 5:15 am if the confirmation of pick up time we got from Julia Travel was 4:30am? Someone from Julia Travel lied to us period! On the top of this that they refused to take responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Took a tour to Morrocco. Not well organized, arrived late for the ferry, not only because the traffic, but mostly because of too many stops to pick people, and the worst - the driver needed to stop after 4 hours driving. Tour was ok, lunch was average, visited a mat store…boring. At the end, pick another tour, not the best.

Ayant passé 6 semaines à Torremolinos, nous avons découvert l’agence située sur Pelligro,2. Elena qui y travaille a été d’une gentillesse et d’une efficacité hors pair. Les excursions réservées ( et elles sont nombreuses ) ont été telles que décrites par Elena. Le fait qu’on puisse avoir un service et des excursions en français a été très apprécié. Merci encore pour le professionnalisme d’Elena.

Do not waste ypur money , on gibraltar! Or grey lines . Waste of time , no proper guide when you are there! No information! Quick turnaround, then the rock tour is a joke , 10 min , at each place ! No time to really see anything and of course no guide ! Back on the bus , another 2 hrs ,

On the way to Ronda, we stopped at a roadside cafe which did not have enough toilets for a bus full of tourists. If we were brought to the Olive oil shop, it would have been nicer. Ronda is truly beautiful, our guide Antonia was very informative. We had more than 2 hours to ourselves and we were told it was easy to get back to the bus station. We found it difficult and met a couple from the US who were also lost. Together we found our way with about 3 minutes to spare.

Excursion à Séville au départ de Malaga. Nous avons "visité" la place de l'Espagne en un temps record. 20min pour profiter de cette endroit fabuleux, 25 min d'arrêt pause toilette sur la route. Donc j'en conclu que j'ai passé plus de temps dans un air de repos que dans cette endroit qui aurait mérité minium 1h de temps pour profité pleinement. La journée commence bien. On a visité des jardins inintéressants pour ensuite flâner dans le "vieux" Séville avec des explications "brefs" d'un guide local. Direction la cathédrale de Séville où par la même occasion nous avons eu des explications très "brefs" également. Enfin tout ça pour dire que nous aurions dû préparer notre excursion nous même sans passer Julia Travel. Nous l'avons pas choisi, c'est notre hôtel qui nous l'a organisé mais pour votre bien c'est à fuir. Je comprends pas comment les hôtels peuvent proposer cette compagnie d'excursions avec autant de mauvais avis. On aurait aimé visiter l'Alcazar mais ils ont préféré nous donner 2h de temps libre ou il y avait rien à faire puis soit disant même de nos propore moyens nous avions pas le temps de visiter l'Alcazar. Excursion hors de prix pour la prestation proposée. Ne pas perdre son temps avec Julia Travel !

Hemos hecho Nerja y Frigiliana. Literalmente hemos pagado por un viaje en autobús, ida y vuelta. Te sueltan en mitad del pueblo y te dan tiempo libre. El viaje en tren de Frigiliana no está incluido y hay que pagarlo aparte.

We ended up waiting for the bus for an hour. After the tour, there was no more shopping, but we went back home. Trip organizer Julia Travel The organizer of excursions in Gibraltar is Persian Rose. Avoid these companies.

Nous revenons tout juste de l’excursion à Ronda au départ de Torremolinos et comme c’est précisé dans les panflets et au moment de l’achat, nous devions arrêter 45 minutes à Marbella pour visiter et ce n’a pas été fait. Lorsque nous avons demandé au guide pourquoi il n’avait pas arrêté, il dit ne jamais avoir dit ça et pourtant, en début de journée il avait précisé l’arrêt lors de l’explication de la journée. J’ai pris cette excursion pour une de ses raisons et parce qu’il nous embarquais directement à notre hôtel. Ronda est une magnifique ville qui peut être visité sans guide puisque la visite de 2 heures à pied ne vaut absoluement pas le prix payé. Aller su Omnio, acheté un billet d’autobus au départ de Malaga, aller/retour, ça vous coutera la moitié du prix, ça vous prend la moitié du temps pour vous y rendre parce que vous n’aurez pas a aller chercher tout les gens à chaque hôtel et la visite sera libre et beaucoup plus agréable.

Nous sommes allés au caminito del Rey avec cette agence. Tout s'est bien passé : bus à l heure, point de rendez-vous précis mais surtout un guide très chaleureux, intéressant.

Went to Ronda on Tuesday 28th March as solo traveler. All rush rush rush. Had a pick up in Marbella which clearly cross about. Stop in middle of nowhere for toilet and coffee. I’ve been on other tours when We have stopped somewhere decent. Worst thing was the bud left 10 mins early without me!!! Except for the other passengers who insisted they went back, apparently the driver was happy to leave me there! Then we went back on the normal Bus route and we were not dropped at hotels but within walking distance as tour guide said, too busy! Your guide command of English was poor.

Malísima experiencia con esta empresa, nos equivocamos de fecha y se han negado a hecer el cambio, porque según ellos no se puede, claro que nos ofrecen volver a hacer la excursión, pero pagando otra vez, muy mal por su parte, desde luego con cualquiera menos con ellos, por lo leído en otros comentarios, no me parecen nada aconsejable

No le doy menos porque no existe esa opción. Compramos 2 tickets para Caminito del Rey, mediante otra agencia en explanda de la estación, el punto de partida no quedaba claro y perdimos el bus, sin opción a reembolso ni a parte del mismo, o acomodarnos otro día. Ninguno se hacía responsable, fue entonces cuando miramos las reseñas ya que no teníamos referencia de la agencia y constatamos que habíamos caído la peor de Malaga. Perdimos 122 euros mientras ellos siguen ganando mala reputación.

Pesima experiencia con la impresentable Julia travel. Empresa poco seria. Ponen una hora en la confirmacion de nuestro Tour a Caminito del Rey y nos dejan tirados poniendo solo excusas y no se hacen responsables por nada. Eramos un grupo de mas de 12 personas en la misma situacion todos.

BOEK HIER NIETS!!! OPLICHTERIJ!!!! Wij stonden (samen met nog drie anderen mensen die een tripje geboekt hadden) te wachten op de afgesproken plek maar er kwam niemand!! Via booking geboekt en bevestiging ontvangen! Na een telefoontje met Julia Tours bleek dat ze een uur eerder waren vertrokken!! Ik had moeten opbellen of zo om hierachter te komen. Pffff wat een zakkenvullers zijn dit joh. Doe dit alsjeblieft niet!! Laat ze geen geld aan je verdienen!!

El día 7 de octubre hicimos una reserva para visitar el caminito del rey, y sorpresa, pasaron de nosotros, nos dejaron colgados, explicaron al servicio del hotel que nos habían estado esperando, mentira y más mentiras, no pasaron por el punto indicado, donde llevábamos esperando 20 m la llegada del bus. No sigo más. ATENCION USIARIOS, EVITAR IR DE VACACIONES O PROGRAMAR UN DIA CON UNA EMPRESA TAN POcO SERIA.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy mala, metió gente en el bus que no deberían haber ido con nosotros, ademas siempre nos andaba apurando pese que estábamos en los horarios establecidos y lo peor es que dejaron completamente inservible mi equipaje debido al viaje en el bus, le rompieron la rueda y la abollaron toda, ya ni abre ni cierra

Esta agencia es un desastre. Contrate 3 tours distintos con ellos. Todas las experiencias fueron muy malas. No quisieron devolverme el dinero, llegan muy tarde, los paseos son a las corridas y los guías no tienen buen trato con la gente. De lo peor que he visto hasta ahora.

Sábado 24 tour Malaga - Marbella: el impresentable GUÍA turístico Francisco nos faltó el respeto durante todo el trayecto, gritaba, amenazó con meter a la cárcel a quien lo criticara por su mal trabajo. A mis 67 años y después de viajar por todo el mundo, FRANCISCO a sido la peor experiencia que jamás haya tenido. Fue una pérdida de tiempo y no vale la pena ni el tour ni conocer al patan de Francisco.

The absolute worst! We booked a tour from Malaga to Marbella, Mijas and Puerto Banuz. The tour guide, whose name was Francisco, was extremely rude and yelled at my friend when she asked which bus we were supposed to get into. Then he yelled at the whole bus that if people did not “shut up” during the bus ride he was not going to continue the tour. My friend told him that it was rude that he said that and ge got very mad. During the trip the guide rushed us through every stop and at the very end he started yelling at my friend and threatening her that because she had told him he was rude he was going to put her in jail! Then he got off the bus and left the bus! He is an unprofessional, rude, and extremely violent man and he should not be giving tours to people, he should be running a correctional facility. Save your money and go with a professional tour operator.

Nous avons réservés l excursion de gibraltar avec un guide FRANCAIS. Réservation effectuée on nous informe d être en avance de 15 minutes au point de Rdv. Le comble, Le bus arrive avec 20 minutes de retard. Départ de fuengirola à 8h50 arrivée a gibraltar vers midi pour repartir à 16h45...temps réel de l excursion 4h30 n oublions pas que le bus a oublié 2 personnes au passage et qu il a du faire demi tour pour les récupérer. La clim dans le bus fonctionnait pas intermittence (une option peut être....) Il n y a pas de guide il s agit d un enregistrement audio (groupe de 15 francais)....ne mettez donc pas guide !!!!! Visite de la grotte en 10 minutes Pas le temps de se poser pour manger Visite rapide de quelques magasins Attention aux prix (dans notre groupe certains on payés 59 euros par personne d autre 110 euros) La visite de gibraltar est a faire mais renseignez vous bien avant... Pour nous c était une excursion lance pierre Dommage !!!! Bonne excursion ...

Esta enpresa tiene un fundamento 0 como un campeonato..... Lo tienen muy mal organizado TODO!!!! Te dicen k te arregles con el GPS como si conocieras dónde estas alojado,aparte hacen lo k kieren ,luego los ingleses no respetan nada y los k tienen hijos no saben respetar ya k están a gritos como si estuvieran en un parke aunk sean niños hay que tener un poco de respeto hacia los pasajeros

Visite de Gibraltar sans guide français. Juste un audio non synchronisé avec les sites. Nous avons fait une réclamation à l’agence qui nous a dit que nous devions être plusieurs à demander. Lorsque l’autre groupe de français a réclamé, Julia Travel a dit que nous n’y étions pas allés. Ils se moquent vraiment des touristes français. Après avoir insisté à plusieurs nous avons enfin été entendu par Julia Travel qui a fini par prendre ne compte notre réclamation.

Afgelopen dinsdag deden we vanuit de Malaga met Julia bustours een trip naar El caminito del Rey. De busbegeleider was al heel geïrriteerd bij aankomst. Hij brulde tegen iedereen dat we de bus op moesten (fijn begin!). Na 5 minuten rijden zei hij dat we moesten stoppen in een bergdorp om te eten en drinken op een specifiek adres. Dat wisten we niet van tevoren. Eens aangekomen in El caminito verdween de begeleider plots met enkele Duits sprekende mensen en liet hij ons aan ons lot over. We moesten daar nog een 45 minuten wachten voor iemand ons oppikte. Na 3u zagen we hem terug aan het eind van de rit. Hij stond ruzie te maken met één van de eigen chauffeurs. Ik vroeg hem specifiek op welke bus we moesten stappen en we volgden zijn antwoord. Toen de bus vertrok besloot hij plots om niet meer terug langs Malaga te rijden, want hij woont in Torremolinos. Hij kreeg een woedebui in een volle bus dat wij naar Malaga moesten. Hij heeft ons uiteindelijk wel met veel tegenzin gebracht waar we zijn opgestapt. We hebben 1 week verlof per jaar en dit soort mannen verpesten je dag. JE VOELT JE ONGEWENST als je meerijdt met JULIA TOURS. NIET DOEN dus als je geen agressie wenst te ondergaan!!

Reservamos para visitar Córdoba y la chica que nos hizo la reserva nos dijo que nos recogían los últimos y directamente a Córdoba... nada de eso sucedió, nos recogieron a las 7;30 y entre recoger a otros viajeros, parar al servicio y viaje llegamos casi a las 11 , otra vez ir al baño y entrar a la mezquita a las 11;30 , después de la visita, un paseo por la judería y tiempo libre en el que hay que comer y después a las 15:30 hay que estar en el autobús para volver. Total un montón de tiempo en el autobús y una visita muy breve a Córdoba que es una ciudad preciosa pero muy poco tiempo para disfrutarla.

Very good service and great deals. We got a lot of support from the lady working there, she tried to accommodate our timetables and worked above and beyond, rang multiple places to find a spot that suits our time. I recommend this place.

Nous sommes allés en avril en excursion à Séville, puis un autre jour à Cordoue. Concernant le trajet, c’est vrai que c’est un peu long puisque le bus passe dans plusieurs ville pour rammasser les touristes mais hormis ca, les guides étaient dynamiques et l’organisation de la journée très claire ! Les lieux étaient juste splendides, j’en garde un super souvenir ! Je tiens à remercier aussi la dame de l’accueil pour ces conseils au niveau des transports en commun dans la ville (elle a fait un effort notable pour communiquer en Français avec nous, c’était agréable).

El guía entró al recorrido sin esperar a la otra mitad del grupo que fue al aseo, y no se dio ningún dato del recorrido cuando nosotros habíamos pagado una visita guiada. No vimos a los guías hasta el final del recorrido. Empezó a llover a mitad de camino y al terminar tuvimos que esperar 1 hora a que llegara el bus a recogernos, sin ningún lugar para refugiarnos de la lluvia. No recomiendo que contraten esta excursión con esta agencia. MUY CARO Y PÉSIMO SERVICIO

Reservamos una excursión desde Málaga a Caminito del Rey. La visita iba a ser guiada pero el guía no esperó a los usuarios que fuimos al aseo y lo recorrimos solos. Se puso a diluviar a mitad del camino y tras finalizar el mismo tuvimos que esperar una hora mojándonos a que nos recogiera el autobus. El guía no se preocupó de que los usuarios mantuviesen las medidas de seguridad anti COVID-19 en el interior del bus, ya que hubo clientes que prescindieron de utilizar mascarilla durante todo el trayecto. No recomiendo que reserven la excursión con esta agencia de viajes. Muy mala organización, guías muy poco profesionales y mal informados. Me parece caro para el pésimo servicio que nos han prestado.

Correcto servicio. Cumplen con lo que tienen que hacer. No es un servício personalizado y muy estandarizado pero esta bien.

We had a trip to Ronda. - The bus was late 10 minutes to pick us up. - The speakers don't work on one side of the bus so we barely heard anything what guide was trying to say. They didn't even tried to solve the issue about the audio when we told them. Lastly, two days ago we've got to Julia agency to book Caminito del rey trip. The agent told us that he will book it on friday and inform us by a call or message but to this day we haven't heard anything from him.

Contratamos el tour Caminito del Rey para 3 personas. Quedamos a las 8:15h de la mañana y a las 8,45h seguíamos esperando. Resulta que se habían confundido con la reserva y por error se habían olvidado de nosotros. Estamos eternamente agradecidos a Pedro, que aun siendo de otra agencia de tours, nos ha venido a recoger en su propio coche para salir al paso del bus que se iba para el Caminito. Si no llega a ser por él, no hubiésemos llegado. La experiencia del Caminito es espectacular (guías incluidas), no obstante, no recomendamos el servicio de Juliá Tours por no ser profesional. A parte del Caminito incluye una parada para "invitarte" a un vino pero donde lo que se busca es la consumición de todos los excursionistas, un "saca-cuartos" en toda regla.

Un desastre de organización. Caminito del rey. Lo contratamos en el hotel y ninguna explicación ni indicación. A cada uno de la excursión un precio, a nosotros nos toca el más caro. No entiendo la diferencia entre unos y otros. Nos recogen a las 7.30 en el hotel y 2 horas hasta llegar a destino, después de recoger por todos los hoteles a otros turistas, cuando el destino está a menos de una hora. No explican nada, el grupo desperdigado, falta de información de todo. Tras terminar el Caminito (espectacular) nos llevan una hora a los lagos, con la gente deseando de volver, y conductor y guías a comer. Sin previo aviso claro. Decepción total con la agencia y con el guía que poco le inporto nuestra situación y dijo que reclamaramos. Aquí nuestra queja. La información es poder y cada uno la gestiona como quiere. MUY MAL.

Caminito del Rey. Recogida en un hotel de Benalmádena a las 7.30h. Madrugón y al autobús. Bien, pues Juliá Travels inicia un tour de casi 2 horas recogiendo gente por Benalmádena-Torremolinos-Málaga. Madruga para recoger hotel por hotel a toda la gente. No sería más lógico indicar 2 o 3 puntos de recogida??? Casi hora y media recogiendo gente. Hasta las 10h no llegamos al Caminito!!! El caminito en sí merece la pena,impresionante,la verdad!!! Peeeero las explicaciones durante el recorrido muy muy escasas. Tanto el guía en español como el traductor, q nunca había estado en el caminito...han dejado muuuucho que desear. Acabamos el recorrido y una hora en los lagos sin previo aviso. Conductor y guías comiendo,el resto deseando volver al hotel sabiendo que nos esperan casi 2 horas devolviendo a cada uno a su hotel. Muy mal organizado, malos guías, no recomiendo hacer esta excursión con Juliá Travels, hay mucha oferta, yo sin duda descartaría esta. Tampoco ellos han mostrado mucho interés,decían que nos quejaramos si queríamos así que he aquí mi queja!!!!!

Muy buen recorrido. Lo único que modificaría es la cantidad de idiomas por tour, tuve que escuchar la misma información en 3 idiomas.

We booked a tour to Gibraltar at the Melia Costa Del Sol hotel in Torremolinos. We liked the tour : the guide Jesus as well as the bus driver were really nice people. In addition our other guide, Peter, was very joyful and nice. However we were disappointed about the following: - Lack of information from the hotel representative. He should have told us the way to Gibraltar would take 3 hours since we had to pick up other guests in other locations. If we had known it, we don’t think we would have taken the tour with our 3 kids; - No bathroom in the bus for a 3 hours drive without opening to stop by at some point; - We felt rushed to visit the caves and to see at the monkeys. We would have thought that after a long drive getting there we would have had a little more time to appreciate Gibraltar. Thus we had 2 hours free time in the town but our main goal was to get on the rock!

Moi et mon conjoint apravonsogrammés 2 sorties avec Julia Travel lors de notre voyage en Espagne. Il est important ici pour nous d'ajouter 2 avis bien distinct car notre expérience en fût tout autant. Lors du tour à Séville le guide, César, maîtrise très bien les langues dans lesquelles il avait à nous donner les informations sur le pays, c'est-à-dire l'espagnol, l'anglais et le français. Il nous a fait connaître une expérience vraiment extra. Le lieu de rencontre était facile et même si l'autobus n'est pas arrivé exactement au point de rencontre, le guide a prit la peine de venir nous chercher personnellement. César était très bien organisé , une personnalité chaleureuse et a rapidement su exercer son leadership lorsque certaines personnes n'avaient pas le respect d'écouter dans toutes les langues, les informations qui ont été données tout le long du trajet. De plus, autre chose très appréciable, le décompte a été fait à tout moment lorsque l'autobus faisait des arrêts, pauses, repas, visites, etc. César a très bien su nous donner toutes les informations utiles pour nous repérer dans la ville lors des moments où nous étions libres. Par exemple, les collants avec le numéro de Julia Travel en cas d'urgence et bien entendu la carte de la ville à visiter, pour nous aider à nous repérer facilement. Il avait prit la peine de numéroter les lieux à visiter , pour pouvoir les rejoindre au cas où nous perdions le groupe. Chapeau ce fut une excellente expérience! P.S. Plusieurs personnes se plaignent que le trajet est très long pour se rendre et que l'on doit faire plusieurs arrêts pour récupérer les gens, mais il est important à noter que l'on nous avait bien informés de tout cela lors de la reservation.

Had a great day trip to Tangier. The coach driver and guide were excellent and punctual and everything was just as described. Be aware that as part of the trip you will be taken to a carpet store for some shopping. Also if you can’t handle street vendors maybe Tangier is not for you.

Si le pongo dos estrellas es por el magnífico trabajo que hizo Daniel, el guía del Caminito del Rey con nosotros. Pero realmente se merecerían 1, especialmente por el tour a Gibraltar. Nunca en mi vida había tardado 3 horas en hacer un recorrido de 50 minutos ni había estado en un tour donde el guía explicaba en 5 idiomas (inglés, español, francés, alemán e italiano). Ni él sabía lo que decía (tuvo mucho mérito, la verdad) ni nosotras, la verdad, estábamos conectadas. Pero además del tiempo perdido en la carretera, lo peor fue el tour, por llamarlo de algún modo, por Gibraltar, donde, pese a ser españolas y comunicar que no hablábamos inglés (yo pscha, mi madre cero) y habérsenos garantizado un tour en español, nuestro guía decidió que lo mejor era hacerlo en inglés y que yo le tradujera a mi madre lo que pudiera. Ha sido el peor tour de la historia de los tours. Huid de Julià Tours como la pólvora.

Meeting point really easy to locate & all explained well on our booking confirmation. We enjoyed the whole day very much! Our guide Maurizio was multilingual & was talking in 3 languages so everyone could understand the history of the places we visited. He was also very polite, cultural and knowledgeable. Happy to answer every question & with a smile on his face for the whole long day! We've learnt so much about Ronda & Setenil and you didn't know where the day has gone! Travel to Ronda was bit long but that's good as well as you can see beautiful Spain countryside from the coach. And Ronda... just stunning. When you visit Malaga, Ronda is your must go stop as well! We also had wine testing booked which we didn't know about so that was a nice surprise. Thank you very much to Julia Travel!

DO NOT USE THEM. I should have known something would go wrong when the tour guide almost left a lady when she got off the bus to use the bathroom. Luckily she was with someone and he told the driver to stop. Unluckily for me I was not with anyone and the second part of the tour left without me. We were told to meet back at the bus at 12:30 for those of us going fo the rock of Gibraltar. I was walking up to the bus at 12:30 and no one was tee. By the time I was able to get my phone to work to call the number OB the sticker they give you, 10 minutes had passed. I spoke with several people (horrible customer service and I kept getting passed around) and they said I must have been late. I told them that I had arrived at exactly the correct time and the fire must have left early or I would have seen them drive right by me. The lady then said I should have been there 10 to 15 minutes early. I asked fire a refund of the difference (on the bus try were selling the added tour for 30 Euros spo I said they should refund me the difference. I was then told they could not do that abs id have to go through whoever I bonded with and get a partial refund there. I booked through my credit card company and promptly called them. When they contacted the company they were not given approval for the refund so I'm screwed unless I file an insurance claim.

Our tour was awful. The pick-up was 1 1/2 hours late. The guide was unprofessional and smelled funny. The lunch was ok. The shopping was hard-sell. We will never use this travel service again. Listen to what the other travelers are posting. It's all true.

Booked a day trip to Ronda /Sentinal .. pick up was at 830 am and fortunately I was at the hotel at 8 because the guide came to the reception at 815 to see if I was on his tour ! This is a very long day with many stops and a long drive .. bus is clean but no bathroom which could be a problem after lots of coffee since we didn’t stop until we got someplace up the mountain for a ‘quick’ coffee break almost 2 hours into the tour . Mostly I’d say the tour was ok but really our guide could take some lessons in manners and maybe a sense of humour !! He just seemed angry and cranky the whole day :( He didn’t engage with anyone on the tour and appeared to really not like his job . I won’t be using Julia travels again .

Trip to Gibraltar Express We booked the "Gibraltar Express" trip thinking we would go directly to Gibraltar from the pickup point at Avenida de Andalucía. Firstly, the trip pickup location doesn't have any bathroom and Julia travel doesn't have any staff available to resolve any issues. There are several tour departing from this location and everyone going on a tour rushes from one bus to the next to board the tour booked. Our tour began with a two hour milk run through the various Malaga beach resorts picking up additional passengers. We also found out Julia travel grouped three of the advertised tours onto one bus. The combination of a poor audio system on the bus and a guide with a strong Spanish accent made it impossible to understand instructions. We barely had one hour to grab lunch once in Gibraltar before being taken on a tour by a local tour operator. The transition was chaotic, as if this was the first time they did this. We spent a lot of time in the parking garage waiting to board the local tour operator's bus and more time in a sweltering bus awaiting our departure.. The local tour felt rushed, possibly due to all the wasted time getting organised. I must say the local tour guide was very good and very knowledgeable. Of course, we were subjected to the same lengthy return trip as all the passengers had to be dropped off at their pickup location before dropping us off at the pickup point on Avenida de Andalucía. Trip to Ronda & Setenil Direct Received a notice less than 18 hours before the trip that minimum number of passengers was not met. Nothing on the website about a minimum number of passengers required. We were really looking to visit Ronda so we agreed to go on the "regular" trip. Again same issues as our trip to Gibraltar i.e. no toilets at pickup point on Avenida de Andalucia, no toilets on the bus, 3 1/2 hours wasted picking up and dropping off passengers on Costa del Sol. We first headed to Setenil where we rushed through the village. Once in Ronda we got a tour of bullfighting arena where there was a lot of wasted time due to local guide giving the tour in two language and trying to justify bullfighting. Very crowded at the gorge and little time to appreciate. We carried on and tour finishes at wine museum where you can sample local wines but no explanation or any comments. There was a lot of wasted time on this trip and very little time to appreciate Ronda & Setenil. We'll avoid Julia Travel in Malaga on future trips.

We took a tour to Gibraltar and another tour to Ronda /Setenil. If you don't mind sitting in a bus for 3 hours (each way) picking up people all over the Costa del Sol, this trip is for you. We started our trip in Malaga and had to walk 20 mins from our hotel to the pickup point. At the pickup point there are no bathrooms and the bus didn't have a toilet. There is no staff around at the main pickup location, so if you have any issue you have to wait until 9 am for the office to open, if you have access to a phone or internet. About 4 hours into the trip we finally had a restroom break. We had 45 minutes in Setenil and about 1 hour free time in Ronda, in which you're supposed to eat lunch and see everything the walking tour didn't cover. We left Malaga at 7am and returned at 7pm. So in 12 hours, half was spent driving the little roads between hotels. We took a tour with another company and they had another bus collect people and brought them to a meeting point. So if you want to see Ronda, I suggest to check out another bus company

SCHLECHT! Einfach nur furchtbar. Laut Verkäuferin der Tour würden wir eine Stunde zum ersten Ziel benötigen. Da wir allerdings erstmal die komplette Küste entlang weitere Touristen aufgesammelt haben, kamen wir dort erst nach 4 Std. an!! Dadurch war die Stimmung auf dem Tiefpunkt. In Ronda selbst haben wir uns von der Gruppe abgekapselt, da wir einfach nur noch in Ruhe die Stadt genießen wollten. Heim gefahren sind wir dann über BlaBla Car. Das hat super funktioniert :). Also Leute. Spart euch das Geld und mietet ein Auto. Davon habt ihr mehr.

Un trajet interminable avant d'arriver pour RONDA. Départ de MÁLAGA 6h55 pour arriver à RONDA à 12h00. Rendez-vous vous donné à 6h40 dans Málaga. On est arrivé à RONDA à 12h00. Plus de 4h00 de temps gâcher dans le bus. On a fait plus de 20 arrêts sur le trajet aller et retour pour récupérer les clients. Le tour opérateur veut absolument remplir le bus.

Wycieczka do Tengieru nie spełniła tego co obiecane. Nie pojechaliśmy do jaskini Herkulesa. Autobus rano przyjechał o czasie ale w porcie Tariffa czekaliśmy ponad 2 godziny. Porażka!!!!! Po co zrywać ludzi o 5tej rano i czekać na prom tak długo?????? Lunch w marokanskie restauracji to nieporozumienie. Napoje w nieprzyzwoicie wysokich cenach. 5 euro za małe piwo!!!!! Jedzenie bez smaku. Nie ma nic wspólnego z kuchnią marokanska. Jedynie herbata mietowa z cukrem stanowiła marokanski akcent. Całość touru trwała 17 godzin, z czego 5 godzin w Tanger. Czuję się zawiedziona i oszukana. Nie polecam!!!!!!

Miserable Tour. Noch schlechterer Guide. Auf unserer Tour nach Gibraltar von Malaga aus haben wir gefühlt an jedem kleinen Ort gehalten. Dann hat uns der Guide am Parkplatz rausgelassen einem aus einer kleinen Gruppe einen Beleg für alle Personen gegeben und uns nur so ungefähr erklärt wo wir hin mussten. Der Guide spricht miserables Englisch so dass nicht mal Muttersprachler ihn verstanden haben. Man hat fast keine Zeit in Malaga, kann im Prinzip einmal die Main Street durchlaufen, wenn man eine Delfintour gebucht hat. Es gibt kein WC im Bus und er hält auch fast 2.5 Stunden nicht an, also besser nichts trinken. Einfach nur schlecht und für mich Touristen Abzocke.

Wir haben die El Caminito del Rey Tour von Malaga aus gebucht. Es wurde alles perfekt von der Zeit organisiert, sehr gut im Bus auf spanisch und englisch erklärt. Die Mittagspause hat von der Zeit genau gepasst. Ein Lob an die Reiseleiterin (28.8.2019).

Wij hadden 4 tickets voor de tour naar camino del Rey. De heenreis en de camino del Rey zelf waren goed. Daarna werden we gedropt bij een ‘Proeverij’ waar we 1 olijf, druppel en broodje met olijfolie kregen en daarna konden we op eigen kosten lunchen. De heenreis was een klein uurtje en de terugreis bedroeg bijna 4 uur. Dit was omdat we langs marbella gingen en hier was geen info over gegeven en niemand in de bus wist hier van. De tourguide was eerder uitgestapt en had ons niks verteld. Er zat geen toilet in de bus als extra bonus. Na ons beklaag bij het bureau is er niks aan gedaan qua excuus of compensatie.

La grossa pecca di questo tour operator è che fa gruppi troppo grossi. Ne deriva uno spreco di tempo eccessivo tra raccolta turisti nei vari hotel da malaga a estepona, controlli passaporti e tutta la burocrazia inerente alla gita. Capisco che i problemi derivanti dalle liti fra traghettatori e governo spagnolo non siano colpa loro ma comunque nonostante il ritrovo alle 7:35 il Marocco l'abbiamo visto alle 14:30. 2 ore di viaggio tra pullman e traghetto, 5 ore di attesa varia e 3 ore di Marocco (di corsa). Secondo il mio parere e la mia esperienza, quelle 5 ore di vuoto in attesa che tutti abbiano esaurito le pratiche dei visti alla dogana, possono essere ridotte di moltissimo usando autobus più piccoli. Questo varrebbe voto 1. Ho messo voto 3 perché la bravura e l'impegno della guida Raphael nel provare a portare a termine la gita ci ha permesso comunque di fare ciò che si doveva fare seppur con fretta, vale 5. Voto 1 alla politica di julia travel, voto 5 a Raphael.

A terrible experience. We booked our trip to Gibraltar for Monday at 07:00, we were there with 15 min early, as they said to us but surprise, there was nobody.. we waited until 8:00.. 8:30 and nothing.. we were calling our “guide” but no one answered. We called back at 9 o’clock and finally someone answered. They said that in their system it was a mistake and our booking appears to be for September.. horror They said we can reschedule for the next day and so we did. Next day.. new story, they were late with 30 minutes.. we had next a lot of endless stops picking people up and no one said nothing about this! No bathroom in the bus so make sure you don't drink anything for three hours (if you use this company). They didn’t said that you will be in Gibraltar only for 2-3 hour.. and not going with the cable car up to see the monkeys.. A waste of precious time. :(

Pt 1. Ronda was a terrible tour. All the reviews are true. It was advertised it was Ronda only. They made a dozen or so stop along the way and 35 min stop in setinal which we never asked for. It was cool but left the Ronda tip rushed. Paco, sorry I feel bad but he was not friendly was speaking like he was reading from a script. Tour was also in 3 languages with a group or 43 people. The time is wasted waiting for you to hear your language. 43 people rushed through Ronda didn't even get to enjoy the city. It is not the tour guides fault, tour company is cramming as many possible people into one tour for all the money they can get and making as many stops as possible making the actual tour of destination very short and rushed. we were promised 2 hours free time, but all the talking and waiting left us only 1 hour because we need 20 minutes to walk back to the bus. Avoid!!! Take your own bus to Ronda or drive! His tour wasn't even that informing or entertaining Pt 2. Granada Again, Granada is 1:45 min from our location, with all the dozens of pickups for 2 or 3 people at a time, morning drive took over 3 hours there! Over 7 hours on bus total. You get home exhausted and depressed you spent your money. You're paying for bus ride and local guide. They are clearly trying to get as much money as they can with cramming in as many people in 1 tour. Tour should not be more than 5 stops.. as I have taken before on small yours. Same issue here only 2 hours of free time but when you subtract 20 min from meeting point, only time to get lunch. Alhambra was stunning and local guide was excellent though. I'm glad the one part I was looking forward to most was great. Tour was only in 2 languages and groups were split. The other guide for Julia was rude.. The tour guides spend time barking orders at guests. This is the issue with having over 40 people to a guide. Next time I will drive myself and hire local Alhambra guide as they were excellent. Hire local! Or book small tour. And avoid Julia travel like the plague. Awful. Seems like theh are taking in to much cash. Bus also drives extremely slow so you'll get there tomorrow. In addition, tour guide made has take a 10 minute detour so he can get dropped off home and left the rest of us on the bus... So unfair that people picked up first need to spend an extra 1.5 hours on a bus than anyone else. It's clear they don't learn from all the negative reviews and trying to make as much money as possible!!! Shame on you Julia for scamming tourists. You also make an unpleasant work environment for your tour guides. Neither of them got tips because of your terrible over booking and commute.

The whole thing is one big expensive scam. In Morocco they rushed us through lunch which was not very good or an authentic experience then took us to a rug shop and a herbal shop. We weren't given any free time to look at other vendors. Then we went north west to the beach. We got to go out and take a picture of a sign, but never got to actually walk down to the beach. Then they took us to a beach parking lot with camels to ride. All of this was done in less than 4 hours and we were back at the dock waiting for the ferry. Do not use these thieves. Go to Morocco on your own or use one of the local guides when you get there.

I booked a Tour to the Alhambra and was promised that they would have a tour in German language but there was no German Guide available. After the tour I went to the office for reclamation. They said they would get back to me. But I never received a call or an email. Trying to get a responsible person on the phone is difficult. Looking back on this tour and what they offer this it is much to expensive. I would never again book Julia travel and never again through their city offices.

Tour was listed as "Tangier from Malaga." After meeting at the central point in Malaga at 5:30 in the morning, the bus proceeded to make more than a dozen other stops at hotels along the Costa del Sol. On the way back, it didn't cut us a break by reversing the order, as other trips have done. Oh no! We were the last stop. I would NOT have booked if I'd known I'd be spending over six hours on a bus. And don't even get me started on the part of the tour where we were forced to listen to a sales pitch for rugs.

Prima excursie naar Cordoba gemaakt, goede gids, schone bus, zeer goede lokale gids tijdens bezoek aan de mosque-catedral. Een aanrader.

Esperienza pessima, il peggior tour mai fatto! Dovevamo partire da Malaga alle 7 del mattino per arrivare fino a Gibilterra dove avremmo dovuto passare la giornata visitando le attrazioni principali tra cui la rocca e le meravigliose grotte, il tutto accompagnati da una guida in italiano. Per quanto riguarda il viaggio tutto ok, tutto il resto un vero disastro! La guida tutt'altro che in italiano, le grotte abbiamo dovuto vederle di fretta perché a quanto pare chi ci accompagnava non voleva perdere il suo tempo e la rocca neanche lontanamente vista con l'assurda scusa che fosse chiusa (quando si vedeva chiaramente gente di altri tour salire)! Un presa per il c**o enorme, da evitare assolutamente come compagnia!

Doua excursii organizate bine ,in Gibraltar si Cordoba cu ghizi locali si microbuze ,bilete de intrare platite. Pretul bun ,autocar curat ,wifi. Felicitari ghidului nostru de Cordoba,dl PACO,un adevarat profesionist.

Well we had a group of 5 going and were super excited. Started with a 3 hour ride down to Tarifa and we stopped about 4 time to pick up more people. Then we took an hour long ferry over the Tangier. All beautiful. We had a delay dude to a inspection (not their fault they don’t schedule those) but when we got to Tangier. Had a nice bus tour around. Getting to the markets and we were excited to run around... NOPE you had to sit through a rug “informational speak” trying to sell you rugs. Trust it’s not for historical or educational purposes. You were NOT allowed to stop at any shops and then sat through an info-Mercial type thing at a pharmacy. We got 20 minutes to look at things in this little area and then we were rushed to leave. It’s like a timeshare thing you have to pay to go listen to! Look if you want to go to Tangier. Take a bus down to Tarifa and do it your self. The Ferry tickets are about 60€ and you can easily pay a person when you get there who will run you everywhere in the Brazar you want to go. On the way back my son ( who is 7) had to use the bathroom ( he went on the ferry and then we got on the bus) and there were no stops schedule. 1/2 way back he had to go again. We went to ask if we could please stop for him and our person said Nope. Thank god the bus driver was kind enough to pull off so he and the other girl who was 6 months pregnant could run in. Would never use this company again. It’s really not worth it at all. Live and you learn. Should have checked the reviews first!

Experiencia desastrosa. Menos mal que nos hemos encontrado con el guía de otra excursión, de otra empresa que ya nos conocía. Si no fuera por eso, no sabríamos nada de Córdoba. Una vergüenza!

La peor experiencia, la visita a Marruecos un verdadero fiasco, un robo en tiempo y dinero. Absolutely the worst experience, it was an scam. Don't waist your time and your money. You won't see anything interesting. THE WORST, VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Coach arrived late and parked 300yds from hotel, no one told us it did not collect from Hotel! The tour guide was rude as if it was our fault they had to come off the main road to collect us. We were not told we needed our passports and he said he needed to leave and would collect us over the road - a busy dual carriageway with a high barrier - we had to walk over a mile to rejoin the bus where again the tour guide was rude and obnoxious - had we been in a bar I’d have knocked him out! On top of this, when we arrived in Gibraltar, they didn’t have a clue what minibus we were in for the Rock tour and had to endure a tour sitting in unsteady seats in a vehicle with no safety belts! Awful service and defo never set foot again

Our guide - Frank was really professional and knowledgeable. He made us stay in line to the ferry a little bit early than other groups but it gave us the opportunity to enjoy the ride on the first row while other people were standing in line for an hour to get their passports stamped. Bus excursion and lunch were awesome! The only but huge disappointment was carpet & overpriced store stop. I believe we spent there almost an hour - from 3 hours total. I would definitely spend more time (we had 20 mins) independently exploring market.

The day started out sketchy as we were un able to find " Plaza Poeta Manuel Alcantara." We board the bus afyer finally running to catch it near the local city buses stop EMT. Once we boarded everything was stress free. Our Tour Guide Paco was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and an overall super cool guy !!! On the Morrocan side we experienced the fullness of haggling and selling. However, our meal was authentic and tasty. Our guide on that end was informative, kind, and patient. Although we got stuck at one of the shops a bit longer than I had liked, overall it was a great experience and look forward to touring with Julia Travel in the future!!!!!

contratei excurçao em 13/09/2017 de Madri/Cordoba/Sevilha/Granada/Alhambra/Toledo. Porem em Toledo nosso grupo foi passado para guia local (Sara)para o tour pela cidade.Enquanto nos distraimos ...batendo uma foto...a guia seguiu com o grupo nos deixando perdidos na praça central.Sem saber onde seguir optamos por uma viela qualquer e por muita sorte os encontramos andando rapidamente em linha reta e apressada ha uns 500mts a frente...sem explicaçoes de nada da cidade....Perguntei se nao havia contado as pessoas do grupo...pois teria sentido nossa falta...nao respondeu!!!!Mas continuou rapido sem ninguem ter visto nada de Toledo.Penso que q empresa Julia Travel seja responsavel pela contratacao de seus guias...locais ou nao... Muito me aborreceu....e nao contrataria novamente essa empresa.

Nice trip. Our guide, Paco talks a lot but think less. Maybe he needs retirement. He told us that in Alhambra you are not aloud with bags and we had to carry everything in our hands. WRONG. After Alhambra he forced us , a group with a lot of old, tired people to walk 30 minutes in Granada just to show us were pickup bus is , instead of driving there. So, be awere of this guy

Terrible start to the day frank the tour guide was very rude and unprofessional he put the microphone into my face and said do you want the mic I was only asking my sister what time we had left because we booked the express service to Gibraltar and it took 3 hours Speaking with people we met who had the cheaper bus and it took them 1and half hours I am going to report the tour rep when I get back to the hotel I was very embarrassed in front of the other passengers felt like a child being told off Manners are needed if all the tour guides have the same attitude 0/10 Well done frank

After deciding to try a tour operator to smooth out the potentially difficult logistics of day transportation to Granada from Malaga, along with tickets and entry, I decided to be opyimistic and try Julia Travel despite mixed reviews. Unfortunately I returned to Malaga at the end of the day feeling completely let down. Warning signs began immediately upon boarding an entirely full coach bus of 50-60 people all on the same tour, and warning turned to dread when we arrived at the Alhambra to find that one lone tour guide would be leading a group of 25-30 people each through the complex. Aside from the logistics of having to use an earpiece audio system so everyone could attempt to hear the guide, which obviously does not work within solid stone castle walls, the amount of things we missed was staggering. I already could tell as we went along that we were skipping numerous paths to other plazas/buildings/towers, but I didn't even realize until later what a travesty this "tour" was. We skipped the entire Nasrid Palace, the very highlight and reason for the Alhambra's existence, including the famous Court of Lions and all the adjoining gardens and buildings. Our Alhambra tour ended up spending half the time in the gardens outside the Alhambra itself, with a quick walk through the small baths, a 30 second peek into the courtyard of the Carlos V palace without actually going through it, and a climb up just one of the Alcazaba towers. No royal gardens inside, no churches, no extensive walks of the walls or towers, and completely skipped the entire Nasrid Palace itself. This was an absolute travesty of a tour, and I don't blame the local guide, the blame goes on Julia Travel who dumped 30 people onto 1 tour guide with a strict time cap. I have ended the day depressed that what I was looking forward to as the highlight of mt trip was spoiled, robbed of time and money, and very regretful that I ever booked with Julia Travel. Do not make my mistake.

To our Ronda Trip: Unfortunately we were too late on the pickuo point! Why? In our first Tourinformation Julia travel wrote, the Tour will beginn between 7:45 to 9:25. Why did Julia Travel change to such an early pickup time, 7:10? Unfortunately we could not be to that time at the meeting point. We had organised to be infront of Caixa Bank at 7:45. I wrote to Julia travel but got nothing in return!

Took a day trip to Tangier from Malaga. Terrible experience. 3.5 hour bus ride to the ferry with far too many stops along the way. The tour guide, Frank, was not helpful or friendly. The guide in Morocco was rude as well. We took a hour long bus ride along a somewhat scenic road, rode camels in a parking lot. Then had a quick walking tour where we were rushed through the market and were sat at a rug store where the owner tried to sell us rugs. Then, we had to sit through another infomercial esque presentation at a pharmacy. Throughout the day it was clear the tour guide had told the locals to harass us to buy gimmicky tourist things. We had 20 minutes to explore the market, those store keepers were very nice though. Definitely do not recommend this tour - would rather do Morocco on my own. Would demand my money back if I could.

Booked a tour from Malaga to Ronda two weeks ago. Instead of 1,5 hours it took us 4,5 hours to get there (picking up people at 8 different places). Guide was very unfriendly. He did not introduce himself, did not talk for 3 hours. Then he started to explain a little bit about the region and mountains - in 4 languages. Unfortunately he knew only 6 sentences in each language and repeated his statements over and over and over again. In Ronda they splitted the groups so we had only 2 languages to follow for the next 1,5 hour. We stood on the bridge and saw the canyon but we did not go down. Visit of a church and the bull ring in a rush - having lunch and back to the bus. The way back took again 4,5 hours. The guide got out of the bus somewhere inbetween without saying a word. One star i give for the busdriver because he was a save driver. Visiting Ronda I would absoluetely recommend but only with public bus or car.

Nous avions acheté nos billets pour une excursion à Ronda parJuliaTravel sur le site de Viator. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette entreprise. Ronda est magnifique mais il y a certainement meilleur "guide" ! Depuis Torremolinos nous avons "ramassé" des gens pendant près d'une heure jusqu`à Marbella pour finalement se diriger à Ronda pour la pire visite guidée que nous avons fait en Espagne. Nous étions mal à l'aise de ne pas laisser de pourboire , mais on pouvait pas faire semblant qu'on avait apprécié. Personne n'a laissé de pourboire d'ailleurs.
