WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME IN MARBELLA. OUR HOST, CLAUDIA, WAS FANTASTIC. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL IN FINDING OUR APARTMENT BY PHONE AND EXPLAINING EVERYTHING INSIDE. THE APARTMENT WAS FULLY EQUIPPED, AND THE LOCATION WAS IDEAL. THE BEACH WAS NOT FAR, AND WE ENJOYED DELICIOUS FOOD AT SEVERAL RESTAURANTS RIGHT ON THE BEACH. WE'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My experience in this house was excellent. The host welcomed us personally and was very kind, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment was spotlessly clean and met all my conditions and needs. You can really see the care and attention in every detail. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it. Mi experiencia en esta casa fue excelente. La dueña nos recibió personalmente y fue muy amable en todo momento, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia resultara aún más agradable. El piso estaba impecablemente limpio y cumplió con todas mis condiciones y necesidades. Se nota el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo totalmente.

While the Marbella location is favorable with beach access, and the property management is readily accessible with a very quick with response time, this experience fell short beyond repair. Waking up to see a very large cockroach scurry past me was startling and disgusting. The management company sent someone to spray the area but unfortunately I could not rid the anxiety of potential future pests. The shower required a maintenance call as well due to standing water filling the bottom of the very small basin. Additionally, the washing machine did not rinse properly causing our clothing to have excess water and no time to properly dry prior to check out.

Dear Mirjana, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As soon as you informed us about the presence of a cockroach, we responded immediately and sent a team member to treat the area. We understand that this can be an unpleasant experience, though in coastal areas like Puerto Banús, occasional sightings can happen despite ongoing preventative measures—especially during warmer seasons. As you say, it was one and only one. And this flat is located in a building over which we cannot have 100% control as you can understand. Regarding the shower, we promptly sent our maintenance team after your report, and they resolved a minor blockage caused by sand. As for the washing machine, we unfortunately did not receive any report during your stay. We have since tested it thoroughly and confirmed that it is functioning correctly. It’s possible that an incorrect program may have been selected, which can affect the rinse cycle, as sometimes happens with newer appliances. Please know that we carry out strict inspections before and after each stay to ensure everything is in perfect condition, as reflected in the feedback of many of our guests. We take all comments seriously and are always working to improve. Thank you again for your message, and we wish you a wonderful week ahead. Kind regards.

We’ve had 4 great nights in the Marbella apartment Eden Roc overlooking the sea front . The location is fantastic . Sunset and sunrise is stunning and everything is really close by . Beautiful promenade. Great restaurants and shops and a 10 minute stroll to the old town. The 1 bed apartment was clean comfortable and modern with everything you need for a short break. The bed was comfortable and there’s plenty of hot water . Hosts Gabriel was so helpful too . Couple of things to mention if you book this apartment - it’s quite noisy (we went between Xmas and new year) We had problems with the neighbours being really loud from 2-4am when they got in. In the end I had to bang on their door and reported them to the doorman . There’s also no sound insulation so you hear everything next door and upstairs. Dragging furniture, kids playing etc . It’s also noisy on the promenade at night and we heard men shouting in the early hours of the morning . It’s probably very noisy in the summer. So if you want peaceful, this is not the best location. Feedback for hosts: you need to install towel hooks or towel racks in the bathroom as there’s nowhere to hang the towels to dry after use . Mugs for tea or coffee . The glass mugs have no handles and are hard to hold with hot liquid in them, get some proper mugs with handles A tea towel to dry the dishes We will book again. We had a great time ☺️👍🏻

Spacious apartment situated just 5 mins away from banus, perfectly equipped to enjoy Marbella to its fullest. We were pleased to find that the neighbourhood was calm and safe despite it’s centric location. Loved the organic market just across the street!

Do not hesitate a second ... The apartments are tastefully renovated and have a lot of comfort. Mariana will be there to direct you to a good restaurant or the nearest or even the cheapest supermarket. The atico Dune Beach is really the best place to have a good time near the beach, 2 large bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a very bright living room and a terrace with sun loungers, bbq, living room and a large table for outside dining. For our next stay in Puerto Banus, we will no longer have to spend hours looking for accommodation, without hesitation, it will be at Mariana's!

Vacaciones de ensueño en un entorno idílico. He estado en Marbella este verano y estoy deseando repetir. Estuvimos en Playas del Duque y en Garden Banús. Buscamos en internet para pasar unas vacaciones en Marbella. Queríamos un apartamento en Puerto Banús y encontramos por internet este maravilloso apartamento de Marbella Banús Suites. Un apartamento como nos gusta, magníficamente equipado con ropa de cama, toallas, wellcome pack... más de lo que podíamos esperar. Gabriel el propietario nos recibió para entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos todo, siempre súper atento a todo lo que necesitábamos. Previo a la llegada siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros Mariana, la propietaria, que quería saber si necesitábamos algo especial o podía ayudarnos a planificar nuestras comidas o visitas a la ciudad. Tanto mi mujer como yo estamos encantados con Marbella Banús Suites. Gracias por tratarnos tan bien. Seguro que volveremos y os recomendaremos a nuestros amigos. ¡Un verdadero apartamento de vacaciones en Puerto Banús!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo splendido appartamento a Marbella. La sua posizione è ottima. L 'accoglienza e la disponibilità degli hosts sono state speciali, l'appartamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, molto confortevole, pulito e funzionale, dotato di tutto il necessario, perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia!

We had the pleasure of staying at Marbella Banus Suites early October -21 in Playas de Duque. Mariana is as lovely as her communication before we arrived - she really looked after us during our stay and answered all our questions before arrival. The apartment is immaculate and perfected located in Puerto Banus - all amenities have been thought of which you might need when you’re in a weekend break (or longer). The apartment has access to several pools and there are also a cafe and a restaurant in the garden! Bonus is you have direct access to the beach via a private walkway. I would definitely recommend Mariana’s place and you will not be disappointed!
