I recently stayed at the Seaview Reserve Apartments, and it was truly wonderful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a real home away from home. The location was perfect, with peaceful surroundings and stunning views that made every day special. A big thank you to the HomeWatch Agency team as well — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. I’m genuinely grateful for such an amazing stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Homewatch. They were very accommodating when requesting an early check-in and late checkout, nothing was ever too much trouble. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, very spacious. So much storage throughout the apartment. The pool/Terrace area was lovely and clean. We will most definitely be returning.

Homewatch. They rent out properties using old photos, taken when the apartment was still clean and in good condition. In reality, it was dirty, smelly, and full of worn-out furniture. We were forced to stay there for two nights because it was impossible to find another place immediately. After we left, the agency kept the €350 deposit, which has still not been returned. I have contacted them many times via WhatsApp and through Booking, but they completely ignore all messages. They also kept €142 for “cleaning”, even though we left precisely because the apartment was filthy. This agency is dishonest, unprofessional, and irresponsible. I absolutely do not recommend renting from them or trusting their listings.

Laat ik beginnen met alle positieve punten; het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Vaatwasmachine, wasmachine, goede douches, centrale airco etc. Bedden lagen ook erg goed. Het was ook heel erg schoon, geen muggen of kakkerlakken tegengekomen. De garage was ook goed toegankelijk. Dan de negatieve punten: de kookplaat had 1 defecte pit had wat koken lastig maakte. het park zelf bied ook toegang tot de zwembaden maar die waren regelmatig dicht vanwege storing en de kinderbaden waren ook niet erg schoon. Verder vraagt de host 50% van de nachtprijs om later uit te checken, wat naar onze mening erg hoog is, ze bieden hierin verder ook geen flexibiliteit. Al met al hebben we een oké verblijf gehad.

Nos encanta Marbella y somos viajeros habituales en verano , esta vez nos decidimos por Homewatch era la primera vez, pero vimos que tenía buenas referencias. El apartamento estaba impecable todo perfectamente colocado con un set de bienvenida, bien decorado, bien cuidado sinceramente de 10. En mi caso en mi apartamento tenía una terraza privada que era ideal para salir de noche con mi mujer a tomar algo fresquito , todo el tema del check-in y check-out super fácil y con la última tecnología . Volveremos

Super residence, superbe appartement situé au calme à moin de 10 minutes de tout. Je remercie également Homewatche pour leur service et accompagnement. J'ai passé 2 semaines avec ma femme et mes enfants et je reviendrais car c'était juste parfait.

Las instalaciones, libres dentro de la reserva y magníficas. El apartamento, es igual que en las fotos limpio, con todo lo necesario y amplio. Y sobre todo la ubicación, dispones de la playa, supermercado, la zona de ocio y restauración, todo cerca.Además de la plaza de aparcamiento, muy necesaria en Fuengirola en agosto. Dispone de servicio de conserjería, y decir que han sido muy amables. Se hecha de menos un juego más de llaves y tarjetas de acceso, es algo que se podría mejorar.

La casa está muy bien de ubicación y de servicios, ha mejorado nuestras expectativas, es espaciosa y está perfectamente conservada, así como la atención de homewatch para cualquier duda o incidencia ha sido puntual y fenomenal. Si podemos repetiremos el año que viene

WARNING DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CASH! THIS REVIEW IS BACKED UP BY A POLICE STATEMENT ATTACHED They will ask you for a cash deposit which i am still to this day waiting for. Secondly one of their employees will ask you to meet him at a cash point for another cash deposit which they will steal (1000 euros) police has been informed and complaint filed against the company. Another way they will try and scam you is message you asking to transfer money to their private bank accounts because of an emergency. (photos attached below) They will even ask you if you need another property after to send them 300 euros to their personal bank account. (photos attached below) The police have been involved and the agency refuses to say anything and just drag it on for weeks. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CASH! So please to everyone thinking of renting with them you have been warned! I have attached photos so you can all see the type of whatsapps they send you to try and scam you out of money.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Haus gemietet mit allem was es im Urlaub benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da auch die Betreuung vor Ort hervorragend war. Bei Fragen wurde uns umgehend geholfen, sodass wir einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen konnten. Wir werden Homewatch jederzeit wieder kontaktieren und auch weiterempfehlen. 👍

2 wkn Villa Vista. Top lokatie vlak bij de zee en restaurants. Ook Villa Vista heeft alles wat je je maar kan wensen. Een heerlijk zwembad met relax mogelijkheden. Barbecue en ook binnen is het huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Een aanrader.

We have stayed at this apartment from the beginning of January to end of March and so have a reasonable experience to share in a review. The apartment is very well appointed with good facilities and is comfortable to live in. The showers in both bathrooms are good, the second bathroom having an excellent shower, with a good supply of very hot water. The terrace is well placed to catch the sun from midday to when it goes down in the evening behind the hills in the distance. There are two comfortable sun loungers which were ok for us but may create a few squabbles when more than two occupants are using the apartment. The instructions to use the washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and alarm system are provided as an app only, so if you aren’t comfortable using smart phones etc, it could be a problem. However, the app is very comprehensive and easy to follow. Sadly, there are no instructions on how to use the TV box connected to the television and, unless you are a tech wiz, you will have to watch Spanish tv, which we found quite annoying. However, considering the quality of the U.K. tv programmes nowadays, this was no great loss. The biggest challenge for us during our stay was the incredibly noisy residents living immediately above the apartment. It appeared to us that they never slept and the banging doors, thumping on the floor, scraping of furniture and occasional screaming arguments we were treated to, ensured most nights sleep was disrupted. Just to complete the joy of our vertical neighbours was their small dog which would certainly benefit from the attention of the tv dog trainer. The piercing and incessant yapping tested the patience of even the most ardent dog lover. On a positive note, the contact we had with our Homewatch representative, Nani, made our stay more palatable as she sorted out a couple of issues we had with charm and efficiency. She is a credit to Homewatch and we recommend you ask for her as your contact for this apartment. The location of the apartment means that a car is essential to get anywhere. If you are looking for a place where you can take the occasional evening walk, you will need to be very fit or a budding mountain goat so not a location recommended. With a car, most amenities are within easy reach and on the whole the apartment is ideal for a short stay.

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, das wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Sie befand sich in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage, mit schönen Garten und sauberem, großen Pool. Die Betreuung durch Homewatch erfolgte durch WhatsApp und war vom Check-In bis zum Check-Out sehr zuverlässig. Fragen während des Aufenthaltes wurden sofort beantwortet. Gerne wieder mit Homewatch.

Very bad experience through AirBnb, rude customer service

Leider hält das Unternehmen nichts davon Kunden nach dem einchecken weiterhin zu betreuen,wir haben ein paar Probleme gehabt und weder über Telefon noch per Email wurde uns geantwortet man hat uns die ganze Woche einfach ignoriert!!! Wir waren zwar nur 6 Nächte da aber leider war der Pool 2-3 Tage gesperrt und keiner wusste warum und keiner hat natürlich geantwortet!!! Mein Fazit ist das die nur bis die Objekte vermietet sind und Das Geld überwiesen ist erreichbar sind und überhaupt keine Kapazität haben um danach Reklamation zu bearbeiten und zu korrigieren!!! Unserer Kaution mussten wir auch hinterher bis es überwiesen wurde!!! Schade das es so war das hat uns leider viel Geld gekostet und viel Nerven geraubt sowas möchte man im Urlaub nicht erleben!!! Normalerweise müssen die uns ein Teil der Miete zurück zahlen wegen der nicht voll erbrachten Leistungen!!!

Se retrasaron en entregar la casa y la dejaron bastante sucia. No contestan a los mensajes.

Nulla da dire circa la casa presa in affitto ma peggior esperienza mai avuta con una agenzia di affitti. Innanzitutto, abbiamo richiesto un check-in anticipato un paio di giorni prima e non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta salvo lo stesso giorno in cui era previsto il check-in dicendo che ci avrebbero chiamato non appena le pulizie fossero terminate, ma non abbiamo mai ricevuto nessuna chiamata. Non appena siamo entrati in casa, nel giardino erano presenti cesoie abbandonate in mezzo al giardino e residui di piante che in una settimana non sono MAI PULITI o portati via nonostante le ripetute richieste telefoniche, e messaggi inviati via whatsapp. Anche qui nessuna risposta ricevuta. Abbiamo dovuto spostare da soli i rifiuti in quanto intralciavano il passaggio. Inoltre, non vi erano chiare istruzioni sulla funzione della casa (dove si trovava la lavatrice, le chiavi, come si aprisse la porta, il Wi-Fi aveva la password errata). Alle ripetute telefonate fatte, l’unica risposta che abbiamo ricevuto è stato “è alta stagione (il 23 luglio) e che dobbiamo aspettare che ci vuole tempo per ricevere delle risposte”…dobbiamo aspettare una settimana per avere qualcuno che rimuova dei rifiuti e delle cesoie in mezzo ad un giardino? Una follia. Inoltre, la casa era sprovvista di asciuga capelli. Lo abbiamo richiesto 3 volte, la risposta ricevuta è che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a comprarlo ma ci voleva tempo e che dovevamo aspettare, di nuovo. Abbiamo fatto il check out dopo una settimana e ancora stiamo aspettando che portino l’asciuga capelli. Siamo andati a comprarci l’asciuga capelli da soli. Alla fine del soggiorno, nonostante abbiamo ricevuto zero assistenza e il servizio è stato ai limiti dello scadente, hanno anche avuto il coraggio di contattarci lamentandosi che il divano della casa era sporco perché c’erano dei peli di cane (abbiamo pagato 120€ di pulizie proprio per questo motivo, ed il cane ha pagato il supplemento per stare nella casa). Nonostante siano spariti per una settimana, e le pulizie erano già scadenti di per sé (tra le altre cose abbiamo trovato un cerotto usato nel guardaroba), hanno avuto il coraggio di lamentarsi, quando abbiamo lasciato al casa più pulita di quanto l’abbiamo trovata. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Kompetente Betreuung vor Ort rund um die Uhr. Hilfestellung als wir kaltes Wasser hatten für den Reset. Wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem Check out noch ein paar Stunden im Appartement lassen und es dann vor dem Transfer zum Flughafen holen.

Besonders Gute, kompetente und freundliche Betreuung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, liegt in einer guten ruhigen Gegend, bietet Sicherheit für Kinder jeglichen Alters. Die Möglichkeit für Super Erholung ist gegeben.

Been renting with HomeWatch Marbella for the past year. Have visited 4 of their properties and they all outstanding, especially the ones in Elviria. Thomas is leading company to success and Sandra is such a good person. I would highly recommend HomeWatch Marbella. Keep in mind all the best properties they have are booked well in advance !

La verdad me encuentro muy satisfecha, con ésta inmobiliaria encontré justo lo que buscaba. En cuanto a la atención, no hay queja alguna pues son muy profesionales y atentos a las necesidades de cada cliente. Increíble experiencia amigos.

Agence catastrophique, qui néglige les clients, ils n’ont pas vérifier le bien avant de le louer! Pas d’eau chaude pendant 24h, pas de climatisation durant 4 jours avec des températures de 30 degrés! Lumière qui fonctionne mal! Piscine fermé non indiqué dans l’annonce! Ils se justifie tout le temps et ce n’est jamais leurs faute par contre on promis un geste commercial de remboursement d’une nuit mais ont décidé de ne pas le faire finalement! Vraiment passer votre chemin, ils existent des agences bien plus sérieuses et compétentes.

Wir haben unser Penthouse über Homewatch, Marbella in die Lang-und Kurzzeitig Vermietung gegeben. Sind mit der Vorgehensweise, Betreuung, Zuverlässigkeit und den zugeführten Kunden Mietern sehr zufrieden. Können wir absolut weiter empfehlen!!! Familie Karl-Heinz Pohl

Excellent villa with everything you need and it is few minutes from the beach. Very spacious and great outdoor pool. Sandra was very nice and accommodating. Would stay there again if I go back to Marbella.
