Para mí la mejor zona , cerca de todo y con la tranquilidad de una zona de la periferia. Y la casa, perfecta, ral y como se muestra e el anuncio, super cómoda y practica.

Our stay at Villa Madrugada was just brilliant - a very well supplied kitchen and was home from home. The location is brilliant for getting to the beach and loads of excellent beach restaurants close by. Patrick was very responsive to any needs we had during our stay and gave us some good recommendations. Would highly recommend and would return.

Beautiful apartment, we had the perfect stay, exceptionally tidy, The grounds around the apartment are well maintained our host Patrick was fantastic, amazing service. The apartment is within 15 mins of everything, and within 2 minutes of a supermarket and some restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

Very accomodating with late check in, outstanding customer service with check in. Comfy bed, good shower, lots of towels, comfy sofa, parking outside. Huge, big kitchen, very well stocked, new appliances and many of them. Everything you could need. Books provided Huge terrace with lovely outdoor furniture and amazing views of mountains and sea, Amazing. Wifi good. Big Tv with Netflix. Quiet. Incredible views. Good air con. Hair dryer provided. Nice bed linen, good quality. Separate little office area. Everything very high quality, all the wood and furniture, very clean, well decorated. High standard. Hotel like. Lots of mirrors. Close to Marbella. Nice little cafe in Ohen, supermarkets, bakery, bank, caves, nice restaurants Wish we could have stayed there for much longer. Very very highly recommend!!

We spent 11 days at El Bosque de la Mairena. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment is clean, bright, modern, well equipped, safe. In a good position for exploring Andalusia. Not too close and not too far from the urban centers on the coast. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained with a large swimming pool. We are a family with two children and for our needs El Bosque de la Mairena was a very good choice

Wij hadden een mooie villa aangeboden gekregen in de buurt van Marbella. Bij ontvangst was denk ik de eigenaar Reinier aanwezig en hij heeft ons alles verteld over de regio, maar ook leuke plekken om te bezoeken en natuurlijk alles wat we diende te weten over de villa. De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien en wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. Kortom een vakantie om nooit te vergeten. Bedankt voor de goede zorgen!

Do NOT do business with this agency. Customer service was TERRIBLE. We arrived at our villa to only find out that it had been double booked. Apparently, this happens all the time! Took 9 WEEKS to get a REFUND!!!! WORST experience we’ve ever had.

Dear Linda, I would like to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused during your reservation. It is true that there was an overbooking, and this was a mistake on our part. However, I would like to provide some clarification regarding the points raised in your feedback. While overbookings do occur occasionally, they represent only 0.5% of all our reservations. In this specific case, the booked property was occupied by the owner. Although we initially informed the owner of your reservation, we regretfully failed to follow up and confirm the availability after your payment was made. We did our best to assist by attempting to relocate you, but you opted to stay at a different property. To help mitigate the situation, we covered the cost of your first night in a hotel to give you time to arrange suitable accommodation. Regarding the refund, it is true that it took 9 weeks to complete. However, it’s worth noting that your group took approximately 4 weeks to respond to our email requesting banking details. Once we received the information, additional delays occurred due to issues at our bank, as the details provided were incomplete for processing a wire transfer to the USA. Additionally, after the refund was processed, you requested extra compensation, which had not been discussed previously. When we declined this request, you mentioned the possibility of leaving a negative review, which we are now addressing. I fully understand the frustration and discomfort this situation caused and appreciate your feedback. However, I kindly ask that we stick to the facts to avoid any further misunderstandings. Villa was clean and modern and everything you needed for a lovely stay…would highly recommend as close to shops and beach. I haven’t given the villa 5 stars as when we stayed road works was happening and very noisy from 8 to 5 right at the side of villa.

Good location and good facility for couple only with light-pack but the toilet needs renovation and the kitchen equipment especially the water kettle was damaged and dirty and no coffee maker but overall I recommend it for friends.

Super apartment in a super location minutes from the beach and a short walk to the lovely little centre of Elviria. Apartment clean, modern and more than adequate for a good stay. Time and Homes staff were professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with . Without doubt i will use them and this apartment again.

Terrible experience they are using property owner. We never got any money from the renting of our apartment. Beware of this scam company! Reiner, the owner, ignored our email which caused trouble, overbooking and adventualy we did not even get paid. My recommendation is to avoid any business with them.

Dear Sage Organics, I am reaching out to address your review, which is far from an accurate representation of the situation. First and foremost, the delay in receiving your funds was not due to any negligence on our part. As you are aware, the initial bank account details you provided were incorrect. Once you realized this, you requested another payment. However, since this error was not caused by us, we had to wait until the funds from the incorrect transaction were returned to us, which understandably took time. It would not have been feasible or reasonable for us to pay out twice under these circumstances, as I’m sure you can understand. Regarding the booking period, you had full access to our calendar and the ability to block dates for yourself. Unfortunately, you neither blocked any dates nor checked the calendar, despite having been provided with login credentials and clear instructions during onboarding. It is disappointing to see misinformation shared online when issues arise due to misunderstandings or oversights rather than any failure on our part. Open communication is always the best way to address concerns, and we have remained available to resolve matters professionally and you did receive your money for the reservation after all. We had a great time @casamadrugada at Costabella, Marbella. The villa is very well equipted. You will find everything you need and more! It really took us by surprise. The neighbourhood is friendly and 5 min walk from the beach. Here you will find a lot of nice tavernes. Also Marbella is nearby, we took a bus to visit it. In the evening we watched the moon en stars at the roof terrace. We highly recommand this beautiful place! Time and Home did a great job and we will use their professionalism and hospitality again.
