My apartment was basic but adequate for what I needed. Loved the views from the balcony. The pool facilities are great. The little cafe has a friendly, helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again although I would appreciate more available hot water. ( We had to have a cold shower on the morning of our early departure!)

We have just enjoyed another fabulous break in Marbella staying at the SKOL Apartments. We have been coming back to SKOL since 2021 and the apartment, location and security are first class and we recommend for anyone who enjoys the sun, walking and great food all within easy walking distance of the apartments.

We love Marbella and have stayed in various Skol apartments which have all been very good as is the location and facilities. We've just spent a brilliant week at Skol 811A which is exceptionally well decorated and the owners have very thoughtfully provided everything possible to make it a "home from home". The view from the balcony watching the sun go down is stunning. Would definitely recommend the Skol and Marbella Holidays who very efficiently booked everything for us including taxi transfers from Malaga airport. Hope to be back soon.

Lovely little apartment x beautiful location

Just back from a holiday in Marbella We stayed in the skol and can honestly say was a beautiful apartment. The best view Gorgeous garden with three pools Daniela from whom we rented the apartment was on hand if needed She allowed us a late check in as our flight was very late Made a huge difference to our last day We have booked for September and for May and September 2026 Also on arrival. Water in fridge. Soap in both bathrooms. And other necessities And Spencer

Once again, and this is the fifth time we've stayed at Skol, we had a really enjoyable week, with brilliant weather. Such a nice apartment with its balcony and fantastic sea-view. It had all we needed in terms of comfort and equipment. We found the swimming refreshing, never too crowded, and we used it every day. Skol is really convenient for food-stores and has great restaurants nearby. Our favourite was El Barca, about 200m down the Paseo going east. Thank you Daniela and Vincenzo - we'll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at apartment 529A. A bright, airy studio and was suitable to my needs for a few days. My only suggestion would be a grab rail in the shower. Hope to visit again. Marie

Sehr enttäuschend – unfreundlich, unorganisiert und kein Servicegedanke Schon beim Check-in begann der Ärger: Uns wurde an der Rezeption gesagt, es gäbe keine Buchungsinformationen, und wir könnten nicht einchecken. Anstatt uns zu helfen, hieß es nur, das sei „unser Problem“, wir müssten selbst die Frau von Booking kontaktieren. Keine Telefonnummer, keine Unterstützung – nichts. Erst nach längerer Zeit klappte es dann, aber eine Entschuldigung blieb aus. Im Zimmer selbst war nur eine Decke vorhanden, obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Die Betten waren zwei zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die ständig auseinander rutschten – sehr unbequem. Die Dusche war stark verkalkt, und es gab keine Seife. Nach fünf Tagen erlebten wir eine gefährliche Situation: Wir saßen abends auf dem Balkon, und die Tür ließ sich von außen nicht mehr öffnen. Der Schlüssel war im Zimmer. Es gab keinen Hinweis, dass sich die Balkontür von außen verriegelt. Mein Partner musste über die Terrasse herunterklettern, um Hilfe zu holen. An der Rezeption bekam er wieder nur die Antwort: „Das ist Ihr Problem, wir haben keinen Ersatzschlüssel.“ Keine Hilfe, kein Verantwortungsgefühl. Die Frau von Booking teilte uns später mit, dass ein Ersatzschlüssel im Büro liegt – dieses sei aber erst am nächsten Morgen um 9 Uhr zugänglich. Wir hätten also bis dahin draußen bleiben müssen. Warum befindet sich ein Ersatzschlüssel im Büro und nicht im Hotel selbst? Hätten ältere Gäste oder Kinder in dieser Situation festgesteckt, wäre das brandgefährlich gewesen. Auch danach wurde der Aufenthalt nicht besser: Am Pool mussten wir erfahren, dass jede Liege 3 € pro Tag kostet, obwohl auf Booking ausdrücklich stand, dass „Liegen inklusive“ sind. Selbst als wir fragten, ob wir uns stattdessen auf die Wiese legen dürfen, wurde uns das verboten. Das Personal war durchweg unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit.

Myself and my family had a fabulous time in the Skol. Daniela could not have been more helpful,. The Skol is so central and safe and the apartment suited our needs perfectly, it was also beautifully decorated. Will definitely book again bext year. Thank you Daniela

The apartment is perfect, it was immaculately clean and has everything you could possibly wish for. The proximity to the beach and several excellent restaurants is amazing This is the view from the balcony, just wonderful.

I would like to say thankyou for a lovely week in marbella .The apartment is situated in the perfect location ,which we loved .Unfortunately our first experience of the skol apartments ,was the rude man on reception. When we went back as we had trouble locating our apartment he was very rude ,so not a great start. The apartment On opening the door we had the most disgusting smell,which I would say smelt like stale tobacco/ cigarettes. So for the week we kept the door open ,even through the night I personally think the smell had got ingrained in the sofa bed ,as at night when you were laying down you could smell it . The sofa bed needs a better mattress as I had to use the long pillows to lay on as you could feel the springs .. The Skol Apartments, had come recommended to us by my son ,who had stayed with you last October, but in a different apartment. The shower door did not fit properly along the bath ,so we were forever mopping up water ,even though there was a mat down I'm not quite sure how long this apartment had been on the website for ,but found it odd that we had to hunt for a kettle ,which we found in a top cupboard still boxed .Sorry if this feed back was not what you were expecting ,but better to be honest .

Excellent Apartment everything you needed loads of space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet, really quite so a good nights sleep, we stayed two weeks and got clean bedding and towels after a week. Sun shade on the balcony was great in the morning when you are having breakfast, we will be booking again for next year.

Great location. The apartment t was clean and tidy well looked after. Will definitively return. One negative is the reception staff. They are not very helpful or polite. The younger gent was OK. The eldest gent, He needs to get another job!

Just back from 7 night in the skol apartments . We had a wonderful holiday . Very central to every amenities possible .

The view from the balcony is spectacular. The Apartment was fairly clean and bright but the size of the bed was compromising for a tall person such as myself and despite there being plenty space, the bed is very small. The apartment is poorly equipped, no bedside cabinets and no wardrobes, instead a very Heath Robinson hanging rail. Storage is limited. The result being a very untidy looking apartment. The sunbathing area compared to Skol Apartments was very disappointing. Not very clean, poorly maintained and there’s only a handful of not very good sunbeds which is a shame because the Pool looks amazing but we were not tempted to use it because of its lack of appeal.

We’ve stayed at Skol a few times over the past few years and we love it. Feels like coming back to an old friend. This time we stayed in 703a which is a lovely apartment with a separate lounge area and a balcony with fabulous sea view. We enjoyed spending lazy days around the pool and beach. There are so many restaurants and bars you’re spoilt for choice but our favourites are La Ola and Basillio on the beach. Would definitely recommend and we will be back again ☺️

We loved our time at 402A apt. The addition of a few basic essentials made it feel like an effort was made to help our holiday get off to a good start. Lovely bright and modern apt and have booked for next year again. Pillows could be updated perhaps with inner covers. Daniella was very informative and friendly. Will be back next year.

Fantastic location with everything on your doorstep. Beach restaurants and shops. Dealing with Daniela is so easy . Couldn't ask for more . Apartment was newly refurbed and absolutely lovely .Staying longer next year so a fresh supply of bed linen would be great .

Apartment was clean and tidy, and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday. A duplex apartment is perfect for a family of four to enjoy. View of the ocean & harbour is spectacular. Our host Daniela was quick to respond to any requests we had. Skol apartments are perfectly located, central to all shops, bars & restaurants. Would highly recommend and definitely return again. We have visited 3 times now and are looking again for next year.

We Stayed at 811A at SKOL , a fabulous apartment. Very spacious. Had everything you would want , it was like home from home . Balcony was lovely, it was lovely to sit out there and have our breakfast. Beautiful Views . We booked this apartment in March with Daniela. She has been wonderful to us . Making sure everything was ok and was at the end of the phone whenever we had a question. We will definitely be back . I would highly recommend staying here . Spent a lovely week in Marbella at the Skol Apartments. Apt 117A first floor, amazing views. Apartment was compact but had everything we needed. The terrace was a good addition with plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine 🌞 Check in & check out was easy. The strawberry daqueri from the pool bar was delicious 🍹I would recommend Skol Apartments to Friends & would stay here again in the future 😊 Daniela was very helpful & quick to reply to messages. Thanks for a lovely stay !!!

We spent 11 nights in a catastrophic apartment. There is a major sewage problem: the bathtub and shower smell really bad. In addition, a neighbor from C146 smokes marijuana all day long. You have to keep all the doors closed, otherwise the smell of the drug will get into the apartment. I should also add that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. One piece of advice: stay away from this apartment!. Skol Apartments se sont des arnaqueurs, ils cherchent juste le profit. Ils s'en foutent des gens.

Apartamento reformado y en muy buena situación. Situación inmejorable, tanto para ir a la playa como salir a pasear. Todo perfecto.

Lo bueno es el sitio que tiene, el apartamento no está mal , pero el tema de la piscina es horrible no hay hamacas suficientes para todos te cobran tres euros cosa que no te lo dicen en la página si quieres una tienes que levantarte a las 6 de la mañana, y encima los propietarios de los apartamentos te miran mal y muy desagradables, la experiencia no volveré a los apartamentos.

Nice small apartment with a view on the swimming pool

El apartamento está muy bien, pero lo han dejado demasiado minimalista. Es un apartamento amplio pero no se puede comer ni sentarte más de dos personas y los taburetes de la cocina son demasiado altos, no se puede comer en la barra. Por lo demás estupendo.

Found the apartment very small, not clear in pictures, as soon as you open the door you find the bed and there is hardly any walking or standing room between the bed and the wall. The living room has a sofa bed and a little kitchen, no table or chairs so you are bound to eat in a sofa or in the balcony with 35 degrees sun hitting you at 8:30 am. Except for a little cheap open drawer, there is no space for storage or your clothes and suitcase. A couple minor maintenance issues like shower door. Pool only opens at noon so that didn’t sit well with the kid. Otherwise host is great! Easy to reach, checking and checkout easy. I would believe Skol is better than this building

Nice apartment, clean, comfortable, if a little dated. Very well equipped with everything. An information sheet about the apartment would be very useful. On the first night we had no hot water. One of the switches had tripped, so several of the sockets weren't working. I contacted the hosts and received a reply next morning. All fine after that with hot water but the switch was constantly tripping. For instance, you had to turn off the air con if you wanted to use a hairdryer, which in the heat is not good! The balcony doors didn't lock properly, we had 3 young children with us so that wasn't good. The pool area is very nice and spotless clean. Very good location close to beach and 10 mins walk to the Old Town.

What a really pleasant surprise as we entered a very spacious and well laid out studio apartment, it was much bigger than we expected and all the facilities were of a good standard. Parque Marbella was a great, fairly private apartment centred in a perfect location to the beach and promenade. Highly recommend. A perfect base for our beach holiday. Also Thanks to Skol Marbella for a very easy booking and so many services if we had needed them.

La atención ha sido inmejorable desde el primer momento y siempre que hemos necesitado algo han respondido con muchísima rapidez. No estuvimos en skoll sino en otro edificio igual de bien situado y con la playa y todo a un paso.Si tuviese que poner un “pero” sería que los colchones de una de las habitaciones necesitan ser cambiados,por lo demás todo fenomenal. Lovely apartment, excellent location. Stayed in 602A Skol. The apartment was spotless and has everything you need! Beautiful views from the balcony. Air conditioning was fab as it was really hot whilst we were there. Storage was great. Only thing missing is a full length mirror! But obviously that’s a very minor thing and if you’re not a group of girls (which we were) you probably won’t miss that. Would definitely stay again! Loved it!

I booked an apartment for my parents this July. The service received from Daniela + Vincenzo Skol Apartment Marbella has been exceptionally. The apartment itself was fantastic, fully furnished, clean and felt like a home from home. It's close to the beach making the location perfect for all. The complex is large but secure. Daniela was very professional and her efficiency made the booking process very easy for me. She was mindful of the fact my parents are elderly and made the entire process seemless (checkin/check out etc). Vincenzo meeting us on arrival was a welcomed personal touch. I would highly recommend Skol Apartment Marbella.

We absolutely recomend Daniela and Vincenzo without doubt. Our apartment was the perfect location, on the beach and close to the old town. Clean and with all you need/lots of info on the local area. We were a large wedding party and Daniela and Vincenzo could not have done more to assist us in advance and while we were here. I dont know how they did it. All questions answered very promptly and helped with anything we needed from airport pick up to locating remote controls for the balcony umbrella. Thank you both so much for you support.

Wir hatten das Apartment für 6 Personen gebucht. Es gab ein Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten und ein Schlafsofa. Allerdings war das Schlafsofa ungeeignet. Küche war klein aber voll ausgestattet. Man konnte jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Lage war super, direkt am Meer. Pool war auch toll.

The apartment was clean, secure and well-appointed to facilitate a pleasant stay. The communication and helpfulness throughout the booking process arrival and stay was excellent. Agent was excellent, they get 5 stars but apartment was quite dated, especially the kitchen that really needs updating. Not enough sockets in the kitchen and one didn't work so had to move the microwave and the toaster to use. However the main negative point was the beds. These were so uncomfortable, you could feel the springs from the mattress digging in every night. One of us had to sleep on the sofa as the mattress was unbearable. This is a simple fix with a mattress topper or a new mattress, neither are expensive. The air con was great and the location superb but that is obvious from when booking. This could be a really nice apartment with a little effort but given the cost to rent, you would expect all of the above to have been addressed.

The apt was generally good. Could do with a balcony shade and the balcony glass appears cracked all along the bottom which would be a concern. The shower rail was and is broken.

So have been staying at the Skol in various apartments over a period of nineteen years. Have also travelled the world visiting forty two countries so far in total. The fact I keep returning to the Skol when visiting Spain says it all. Daniela and Vincenzo are professional in all that they do and have built their reputation over many years. They deserve their success and long may they continue to offer such a plethora of lovely apartments in which to stay. Ours was superb - enough said!

Fabulous location, very clean and kitchen has everything you need, bed is very comfortable and plenty of hot water. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday. We most definitely will be returning to this gem.

We stayed in 337B, a newly renovated bright and modern and spacious 2 bed apartment. All the mod cons needed were there, the beds were super comfortable and ample towels provided. The location is perfect, a minute walk to the promenade with fantastic views, lots of amazing shops and restaurants,- so much to see and do in beautiful Marbella 😍

Hi, we stayed in 27B Parque Marbella from 8th to 18th of June 2025 and were very happy with everything, the apartment is spacious and very clean and the location is very good, and Daniela and Vincenzo replied quickly to all our questions when booking and we had no problems during our stay. El apartamento ha sido remodelado y ha quedado muy bien. Quedaría arreglar el toldo para que no dé tanto sol y hacer un armario para poder guardar la escoba, el recogedor, la fregona y el tendedero y así poder disfrutar de más espacio en la terraza. Por lo demás, todo estupendo.

perfect location ,worst apartment i ever stayed in , nothing worked when we got there , following phone call a man came and managed to get some things going however he could not help in the bathroom so i could not wash my face or my hair in the normal way all two weeks . disaster

Best place to be is Parque Marbella and 3/2 b gets the best view and the best distribution of rooms in the flat ; Both terraces are well equipped and comfortable,the cushions have been changed and cleaned which is much more pleasant . In spite of the two leaks we had a good time in 3/2B and will come back for sure

Once youvget past the appearance of the building its a great place with 3 pools and well managed gardens to relax in. Nice cafe inside and managed to keep it nice.

Information booklet left in apartment by Daniela and Vincente along with contact details . Very clean Facilities . Washing machine , iron and ironing board , cleaning utensils. We had a fabulous stay at this lovely apartment. Clean, well appointed on two levels. The downstairs has a compact living/dining/kitchen space with a generous balcony which made the living area feel more spacious. Easy access up a short staircase led to two double bedrooms with king size beds, one of which can be separated in to twin beds on request. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom with twin sinks and stand alone shower and a separate bath in one bathroom. Brilliant communication from Daniella and Vincenzo who were on hand to iron out a few queries. All in all could not fault a thing. Would highly recommend and already looking forward to our next stay.

Nice apartment. Good views but noisy and an awful bathroom. When we complained, we were told that's what we paid for and nothing was done to address the broken items, smell, mould and inadequate shower. Horrendous aftercare and no resolution offered. We were termed "professional complainers". The corridor had a bumpy trip surface and we were told we were unstable to walk. We felt scammed.

Superb location and lovely sea views. Our apartment had good facilities overall, gardens and pool area well maintained and we had a relaxing holiday. Our dark blue apartment was quite different from what we expected from online photos but was comfortable if a little tired in style. We enjoyed our break and would hope to return to this complex in future.

Got to Skol Apartment at 11.30 pm took over 25 min to get keys as receptionist could not find booking. Corridors and public areas in apartment not nice. Gardens and pool area fine, road noise from apartment bad. (7th floor) Bedroom's to bathroom and kitchen/living room, old and outdated furniture and appliances, could not use air-conditioning due too noise from unit, bedding very poor quality. Did try to contact the owner, (no reply) Location of apartment excellent

Situated right on a sandy beach, overlooking the Mediterranean in Marbella, Spain, this recently renovated apartment had everything we needed to relax and unwind. The apartment worked well and had a nice well appointed kitchen in case you wanted to prepare meals. Though other than a bowl of cereal, we chose to eat our meals at the many restaurants that lined the Paseo which runs from Marbella to Porto Banus. While sitting on the balcony you can see both Gibraltar and the coast of Africa. It is a perfect place to sit, have a glass of wine, and watch the sunset. As an added bonus there is a beautiful park one block away, pictured below. Vincenzo was our contact and was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Great views west from our apt. downstairs fully renovated with small two piece bathroom and large upstairs which needs renovation. Upstairs had two bedrooms although suitable for family with small child as bunk bed in adjoining bedroom with folding doors. Beds really comfy with lots of closet space in two wardrobes. Bathroom definitely needs a make over. comfy ikea chair in living room and comfy reclining wooden chairs and table on balcony.

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation in Marbella (my first) in large part because of the comfort and location of our Skol Apartment rental. We were pleased with the rental process, the layout, condition and furnishing of the apartment, the building, and the view. The beach, the promenade, and all levels of dining were available directly out the door. We look forward to repeat visits.

Was in a great location. Daniela & Vincenzo were always quick to respond during the booking process and during our stay, and were very hospitable and efficient. The apartment we chose was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. It had wonderful views as we chose a west facing apartment in block A. The only downside was that a few times, it took about 15 minutes to get the hot water to come through for the shower. You had to open the kitchen and bathroom taps and let them both run, which seems a shocking waste of water.

Rented a cheap small appartment, with a great view just by the ocean. The appartment it self was not in top condtion, but I didn't expect that for the price I paid. All in all a very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay in sunny Spain and particularly Skol Marbella once again. A little cool on our arrival but it warmed up making it another fun time. I had a super pre -Christmas holiday in apartment 217A. Skol Apartments . The apartment had unrivalled views of the sea and passio. It was spotless ,well equipped and very comfortable. It was wonderful to relax on the spacious balcony in the evening and listen to the waves and the chatter from bars and cafes down below. Daniella is very attentive and always available. This was our first time in A927 and as soon as we walked in we booked again for two more years. The apartment was well set up for the 3 of us, the two bedrooms and 2 baths were ideal, bonus was the powder room and storage room on the main floor. 5 Star for sure. Our view was to the East, fantastic sun rise in the morning of course. We were able to soak up some rays in the morning with minimal wind. The view was of the Marina and the coming and goings were alway of interest. The apartment was well stocked for all our needs in kitchen ware etc...

Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird: Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser…. Das Bad war modern und hatte eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine. Alles war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Anlage mit Pools, direktem Zugang zur Promenade und zum Strand und idealer Ausgangspunkt zu Gaststätten und zu Golfplätzen. Für Strandliebhaber wurde einen Monat lang der weggespülte Sand wieder aufgefüllt. Daniela ist eine freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin.

Stunning location and views, well equipped condo. Could use some updating! -- eg. Couches, fridge. Would be better to have a window in second bedroom (not mentioned on website). And the key entry was sometimes very difficult to use. I enjoyed the setting and surroundings very much.

The Diana studio apartment was fabulous. Ideally located on the water front with stunning sunsets. Daniela was always available if needed and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them and have booked to return.

Sehr zu empfehlen Super Lage. Leider aber Baustelle erst am Strand dann indoors und am Pool. Februar ist eben vor-saison und es wird fleißig renoviert für die nächste Sommersaison. Die Dusch-Badewanne war zwar groß leider lief das Wasser nicht ab vom 1. Tag, wurde aber zügig repariert bei Kontaktaufnahme. sehr freundliches Personal Tolles Zimmer mit Meerblick und allen Notwendigkeiten. Kleiner Balkon mit Meerblick & Parkblick. Allerdings auch eine Strasse dazwischen. ab Sonnenaufgangüber dem Meer busy Auf der Promenade und auf der strasse. Dafür gab den Sonnenaufgang auf der Seite (nur ein bisschen hinter den anderen Höhen Häusern, Sonne bis ca 13 Uhr ☆) Leider Sehr wenige gratis Parkplätze (hatte glück). Sehr hundefreundlich und zuvorkommend.

The location is steps away from the restaurants, shops, and beach, yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful. The host was extremely accommodating and provided excellent communication. I was quite comfortable with the room and especially loved the boardwalk setting. It was a little chilly in early January but sunny and the sea views were breathtaking.

Great holiday home - Skol apartment. The room looks very nice, clean and tidy. The only thing you can’t open balcony doors , no food or drinks Served here , make sure you get your own water and food. Annoying thing is that every corner you have stickers or notes don’t touch this or that / as we charge you 100€ , don’t open the balcony window as you getting charged 100€ , leave the towels at the same place as you getting charge 25€ ;)) and so all…. looks like everything you touch you can be charged:)) apart of that very nice and clean room! Very close to the sea side.

A wonderful stay as always. Great location, lovely apartments and fantastic service from the team.

Das Appartment wurde zwar vor unserem Einzug gereinigt, war aber nicht sauber.Unter den Sesselnlagen Scherben von zerbrochenem Glas, unter der Couch eine defekte Gardienenstange, die Dusche war stark verkalt, um das WC gelbe Flecken. Im gesamten Appartment roch es extrem nach Chemie/Desinfektion. An schlimmsten waren die Kakerlaken in der Küche und im Bad. Wir haben das reklamiert, worauf das Appartment nochmals mit einem Mittel ausgespritzt wurde. Es roch dann noch stärker und meine Frau bekam einen alergischen Husten. Der wöchentliche Wechsel der Handtücher und der Bettwäsche wurde nur nach Reklamation durchgeführt, nicht einmal zum Termin. So wurde bei 24 Tagen Buchung ein Wechsel gespart. Wir würden Skol nicht nochmals buchen.

Great stay for 24 days in November 2024 ! Trouble free ,spotless apartment ,very quiet neigbourhood ! Daniela is very organized and always ahead of anything. She advised us that a storm was headind in Marbella and how we should prepare! When you book with her ,she become your protector and she make sure that your stay is perfect! It's a nice place for a family or a group of friends to stay. Right next to the sea, really close to the city center. It has 3 pools inside the yard if the sea is way too cold for you.

A very lovely 2 bed apartment right on the beach with 3 pools and a restaurant/bar open until 6.30pm. And enough beds for everyone, at a very reasonable price of €3. Apartment is small, but perfectly formed. And very clean. Great wifi tv and everything you need in the. kitchen. We were 2 adults and 3 children under 11. And it was perfect, i cooked twice a day for the children with no problem. A good price for the centre of Marbella. I highly reccomend.

Perfect location … two minutes across the walkway to get to the beach. Lovely Urbanisation with everything provided, pools, on-site restaurant with varied menu and friendly service. Close to everything. 10 minute stroll to Orange Square and the Old Town with multitude of restaurants and shops along the way on the Paseo. Small problem attended to quickly and efficiently by Daniela. Great efficient service. Well run holiday accommodation. Lovely Apartment with everything you need for a hassle free holiday. La ubicación es estupenda; en primera línea de Playa pero con un jardín con piscina tranquilo y acogedor; cerca del centro a unos 20 minutos caminando relajadamente; y las vistas son espectaculares!!.. Amanecer mirando al mar preparar una cena mirando al mar; no muy lejos de la estación de autobús; volamos desde Suiza y del aeropuerto de Málaga a estación de autobuses de Marbella y de allí al piso fuimos andando unos 2 km; todo por colinas hacia abajo ; de regreso en Taxi porque el trayecto es empinado por cuestas. Recomiendo el piso y la comunicación con Daniela es rápida y directa.. al llegar teníamos agua; papel higiénico y dispensadores con gel de baño; cerca hay un súper y también por el paseo marítimo está el Hipercor para hacer buenas compras de carnes y pescados y cenar mirando el mar desde casa. Repetiría sin duda !

Another wonderful stay at Skol apartments. The apartment was beautifully appointed and had wonderful sea views. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the Old Town and is right on the seafront. The pools and cafe in the gardens are excellent and there are always plenty of sunbeds. Highly recommended.

Loved the studio and the balcony had a great view. Sun from 12-7 every day. Pool was supposed to be closed 15th September but got extended to 30th September which we didn’t know which was a pity as we had asked beforehand but it was ok didn’t ruin our holiday.

The apartment was great, very clean and the location you cannot beat, sitting on the veranda looking out to sea or using the two pools right on your doorstep. Literally hundreds of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Daniela was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. We will be back every year!

We recently had a 3 night stay in the Skol apts. The apartments are in a great location, next to the seafront and a 10 mins stroll to the old town. The apt we stayed in was a good size, very clean, with the bedroom on a mezzanine floor. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is well maintained and there is a very nice snack bar onsight too. The price was reasonable when compared to other accommodation in Marbella. The only minus I would have is that our apt was road facing which meant it was noisy at times. Maybe an apt facing poolside would not have this.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in skol apartments in marbella. The apartment was exactly what we required. Had everything especially strong broadband and sky channels was a nice touch. Had perfect views of mountains and park and harbour. The complex is superb and gated so extremely safe for family with 2 huge pools. Lovely snack bar great food. Very central for everything. Thanks again daniela for excellent service but unfortunately I can only give you 10/10 wish I could give you more I be back in May can't wait

Great location, close to beach and old town is within easy reach. It was lovely when we arrived to be able to hear the sea, which we hadn't expected. The apartment was clean and well equipped, a bit tired but we expected that. No air.con in the bedroom which was fine for us in September but I imagine would be a different story in July/August. A great spot for a week away.

Had a large wedding party stay at Skol last week of August into September 2024 and we had a fantastic time. Daniela was responsive with any issues we had, all our guests were very happy. The location, the pool, the rooms were excellent. It's a no brainer to book your stay here being in the heart of Marbella, will definitely be back!

This year was our 7th time at Skol Apartments and it was another fantastic stay, great location a step away from the beach and a brilliant pool which caters for children, so a superb family destination. Only a short walk to the harbour, with its bars and cafes but far away enough for peace and quiet to get a good nights sleep. It's also only a 15 min walk to the beautiful Old Town. Daniela is very helpful and sorts out any problems, arranges taxi transfers and is always around if you need anything. Highly recommended!! This is basically the same review I left 2 years ago, will always return! 👌🏻👌🏻

The perfect apartment cross the street of the beach, with 24h reception, really beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools. Only 10 min from the Old town of Marbella.

The duplex apartment we rented was really nice, there are 2 pools, a kids splash pool and a cafe on the property. The location is amazing, right on the beach, near the harbour, a 15 min walk to the old town and tons of restaurants around.

3.5 Stars. Based in a great location right on the beach front, with lots of places to eat and bars right on your door step. The apartment had all things needed for a self catering holiday, few things let this place down. A terrible smell from the drains when running water in the bathrooms, not ideal when brushing your teeth. Shower could do with a really good scrub and extra pillows provided for sleeping on the sofa bed.

My family and I stayed at Don Paco edificio managed by Skol's team. We recommend since it was spacious, clean, well-equiped and with a good location (close to the paseo/beaches and old town).

Bonsoir, nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Skol appartement. Le logement qui nous a été affecté était très bien avec vue sur mer. Il disposait de tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer des vacances confortables. La proximité de la plage et des commodités : restaurants, supermarchés, jardin... était un plus pour que notre séjour soit meilleur. Seul dérangement, était à cause es pigeons qui ramenaient des parasites. Nous y reviendrons bientôt. Merci Daniela.

Fantastic holiday. Apartment had absolutely everything we needed. Extremely clean and great location. Nothing was a problem to Daniela and always available. Organised airport transfers and made everything so easy so holiday had no stress.

Daniela was amazing, helpful and swift to respond when we were in complete chaos with Covid 19 ! The apartment is convenient with two super new bathrooms and a spacious kitchen and patio area ! The beds were comfortable. The decoration is a little dated but nothing a lick of paint wouldn’t put right ! All in all a wonderful break at a difficult time arriving home in time to avoid self isolating!! Thanks Daniela we will use you again Julia

We ( couple with a child ) just had 2 weeks in the 5th floor .we had a lovely stay ,amazing view ,clean, studio has a compact kitchen with all what u need . Daniela & Vincenzo were wonderfull hosts ,really good communication and quick response . I highly recommend !

Unfortunately there is a problem with getting a sunbed at peak holiday periods. Queueing started almost 2hrs before with people taking as many as 9 beds at a time. All sunbeds were taken when the queue ended. The staff are very fair and uphold the rules. I don't know what the answer is but I am.very reluctant to stay at this time again.

Beautiful place and a great location you can hear the ocean, I got very frustrated we had to wait for a response and walk with our luggage 2blocks down to get the keys from elsewhere then walk back in order to get into the building They should meet you at the place or do a self-check-in

This was my first time staying in Skol - out of many years coming to Marbella - and I was really pleased to have finally stayed! I had a first floor one bed studio with sea views. The apartment was clean and well presented. It was great to have facilities like the coffee machine and the washing machine. I loved the pool and poolside, very relaxing and I found it easy to get sunbeds in the morning time. There is direct access to the prom from the poolside. There are numerous cafes, bars, restaurants, and markets in close proximity. Daniela and Vincenzo were wonderful hosts, really good communication and quick response times to queries. They even arranged airport transfer which worked perfectly!

I stayed in flat 509A which is a 2 bed studio flat in Block A, and it faces west into the middle of the hotel grounds across the pools. This flat is well presented, lovely and clean and just feels 'loved'. It has a small, but functional kitchen with a modest but adequately sized living area with a comfortable sofa and armchair with two single beds to the rear and separate bathroom. Someone has obviously gone to a lot of trouble to think about what might be needed whilst staying on holiday in the flat. I particularly liked the way the kitchen has all the little things you might need like strainers, jugs, bottle opener, vegetable peeler etc which so often are missing in rented apartments. The view from the balcony is wonderful and looks right along the paseo towards Puerto Banús and the reception, hallways, pools, and grounds are all spotless. The block is located close to many bars, restaurants and is only a couple of minutes walk away from supermarkets, chemists and other interesting shops and some 10 minute walk from the old town of Marbella. There are two pools and sunbeds are available for hire in the grounds if you want to lounge beside the pool, together with a small cafe serving drinks and light meals. I have rented through Skol Apartments before and found Daniela helpful, as always with a couple of queries I had. The flat was lovely and I will definitely be staying here again if it is available when I want to visit in the autumn.

Lovely spacious apartment in the excellent Skol complex. Super convenient. A couple of little changes would make things even better. The shower tray has a gritty finish and looked grubby even though it had been cleaned. Also some new mugs and glasses would be nice. Overall we had a very nice stay

We have stayed in the Skol, hosted by completelymarbella for a number of years now, sometimes twice a year. The service we receive has always been excellent and painless from booking through welcome and thank you emails, and in-holiday support. They have a wide range of apartments and all are clean and well fitted out. I particularly enjoy the regular communications telling us what is happening in Marbella throughout the year and information on places to eat, etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending Daniella and Vincenzo to anyone planning to holiday in Marbella and look forward to doing so again next year.

J'ai loué l'appartement 246C pendant 10 jours au mois de mai. Il était très bien situé, accès à la plage, à la promenade en quelques pas. Les piscines étaient ouvertes et le petit restaurant aussi donc très agréable et on y a très bien mangé. L'eau n'est pas chauffé par contre mais ce n'était pas gênant. L'appartement en soi était bien meublé et propre. Les seuls bémols sont : vis à vis assez important avec l'immeuble d'en face, beaucoup de bruits quand les gens sont sur leurs balcons ou si les voisins parlent fort (simple vitrage et murs fins) et des ustensiles de cuisines de base qui manquent comme des ciseaux, des couteux qui coupent, une planche à découper etc. Mais les propriétaires répondent rapidement présents si on a une demande.

Location was perfect, apartment was very clean. Everything my parents needed was there. Only complaint would be the mattress was way to hard could do with being changed.

Apt 402 in A Block is very comfortable and spacious facing west and overlooking the pool with a view of the paseo and beach. I had everything I needed for my annual week of "Me Time" and felt safe and secure in this lovely complex. Daniela was, as always, friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend booking through her. I'm looking forward to returning in 2025

We had a lovely stay, breathtaking views of the promenade and beaches. The studio had everything we needed for a short stay. The pools and ground are kept excellently and there lots of lovely restaurants and shops very close by. Highly recommend walking to Puerto Banus to take in all of the views!

Great apartment location (713) with a good view of the coast and sunsets. The staff were helpful and polite. The apartment does need updating, though. The kitchen is very basic & small. The hot water very erratic in the mornings, often lukewarm at best. The bathroom is very 80s dull pink and the bath is quite short. The Air-con is good and works well. There is a seaweed problem on the beach, just outside the block and they often come to clear it early in the morning (5.30 - 6.45 am) at low tide using a digger, with the resulting 'beep, beep' as it reverses. Occasional music noise from the local bars, but this stops by 10.30pm. Grounds & pools area are brilliantly tidy and safe.

My wife and I really enjoyed Marbella, and our accomodations at the Skol so much we actually extended our stay from 5 to 10 days, as fortunately the unit was available. Daniela proved to be a great host - very responsive and always available, and the unit was all that a traveller could hope for - its right on the boardwalk, but the only sounds that rise up to the unit at night are the waves meeting on the shoreline. We took full advantage of this - opening the bedroom window each night to take in the sounds of the sea. The split level layout of the apartment - with the bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs - and the kitchen / sitting room, small bathroom and balcony on another was ideal - and would work well for couples as well as a family with a couple of children. It is very clean and well maintained, as is the property itself. Marbella is very safe - with lots of people out walking late into the evening, and there is a person on the front desk 24/7. We ate out most of the time as there are plenty of options along the boardwalk and in the historic old-town - with cheaper options just in the sidestreets of the surrounding area. Having said that, the kitchen was well equipped for our breakfasts, and whenever we chose to eat-in. Marbella proved to be a great base location for our day trips to places such as Gibraltar, Ronda, Caesars and the Cominito del Rey - about 45 to 90 minutes away - all of which we would highly recommend. When we weren't day tripping - we enjoyed hikes along the beach/ boardwalk to Puerto Banus (~6 km) - or into the scenic old-town of Marbella (~10 minutes). The two pools and surrounding garden, along with the poolside bar/cafe were great places to hang out for some sun - never crowded - and again very clean and well maintained. We'll definitely return ... for hopefully a longer stay next year.

We were in Unit 713A for 5 weeks and we really enjoyed our stay. Daniela and Vincenzo were great to deal with and the apartment itself was fine. There was no trolley (for groceries) when we arrived and although I'm sure it isn't required that one be provided, when I mentioned it, they quickly brought us a new one for our use during our stay. As for the building, it's old but in good repair other than they had some problems with the water a couple of times during our stay and had to shut the water off for a few hours each time while they worked on it. They told us in advance though and it didn't create a huge problem. The pool isn't heated although I heard that the plan is to heat the pool sometime in the future. A hot tub would be wonderful - I'm not sure whether that is in the long range plans or not. Overall, we were very satisfied and if we return to Marbella, we would definitely consider renting in Skol again.

I couldn’t recommend SKOL apartments anymore! We stayed in apartment 336C & had the best time. Perfect location, everything you needed & a beautiful apartment. Gorgeous balcony with the sun facing onto it, the most stunning view of the ocean & a shop right outside for everything you need! Our host was wonderful & super helpful, she made sure we knew where everything was & if we needed her just to call. Apartment was clean & organised, books to read, water in the fridge waiting for us & amazing cooking equipment if you wanted to do a family meal. Perfect pool area & garden gate that faces right onto the street if you wanted to go on a long walk. Lots to do & only a 10 minute taxi from Puerto Benus. I would definitely LOVE to come back!! First time in Marbella but certainly not my last! Thank you for such a wonderful stay & amazing holiday x

Nice east-facing apartment with a good view of the park and the sea. Two floors with bedrooms upstairs. Stairs up missing handrails at the top. One bedroom only has an internal window. Uneven access to hot water. Wine glasses were missing, but we bought them and put them in the kitchen cupboard! Easy to get help with any errors or deficiencies. Daniela and Vinzenco are very helpful. Have stayed at Skol Apartamentos many times before and would love to return!

This is the fourth year, in 3 different apartments, that we have stayed at STOL Apartments Marbella. Each unit in this well situated building has been unique and well furnished. Unit, 717A, has a galley kitchen with modern appliances and an eat at counter, a living room /dining room, two bathrooms, an upstairs bedroom, and a room opposite the kitchen that can be used as a second bedroom or a private dining room, or a hobby and art room. The L shape balcony allows a fabulous view east to the sunrise and overlooking the marina and south over the Mediterranean and west to Gibraltar. Amazing! Marbella has over 1100 restaurants providing almost every kind of food and decor you imagine and SKOL is within walking distance of most. 3 are on the same building. The miles long beach is paralleled by the paseo, a paved path with many restaurants and shops that you will encounter on your walks. Back in SKOL, the staff is friendly and helpful and pleased to make your stay enjoyable.

In general everything was perfect, great appartment, confortable beds, well equipped, except diner chairs need to be recover. Only reason why I put a 4 stars is , when we arrive to appartment , there was no water for showers , later when it back ,water was black and unserviceable during a time. Great service from Daniela + Vincenzo . We have loved our stay there.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week in this lovely studio on the 5th floor with the amazing views of the sea and the promenade. The studio has a compact kitchen with all that you need should you wish to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fabulous stay at Skol, great location & apartment.

My daughter and I had a short trip to Marbella a few days ago, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Skol Apartments! The views from this property are worth the money alone, there’s nothing quite like waking up to the sound and sight of the turquoise waters first thing in the morning - and our sea-facing terrace provided plenty of room to enjoy a coffee (or catch up with emails) too. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and furnished so we literally felt like we were walking into a real home upon arrival. I was very impressed with the additional features - there was more than enough clean utensils, towels, extra cushions etc, so we didn’t to ask for anything. Location is perfect, as Skol is just a stone’s throw away from a bunch of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops - it took us about 7 minutes to walk to old town. The hosts, Daniela and Vincenzo are INCREDIBLE and always happy to help if and when you need. Thank you Skol, you’re our guaranteed go-to every time we’re in Marbella!

I always look for a few things to make a stay comfortable! Great shower, great views/location, great mattress, great comms and the expected amenities. Skol had it all and the company knows what it is doing and cares! Plus I could see dolphins transitting across the bay one morning, even they love Marbella!

We have just returned from another visit to the Skol Apartments Marbella. This time straying in apartment 542. It is very well equipped for self catering, but we ate out frequently which we intended to do this year making it a total holiday. Emma and Michael of Cafe Jardin in the Skol garden , provided us with beautiful food and smiles.We highly recommend the Cafe/restaurant/bar , the hosts give you a lovely welcome. Skol is in a great location, so near to the beach and a view of the sea from the balcony. Good one bedroomed apartment at a very reasonable price. Will be back again.

The views from the balcony and the bedroom are great especially the sunsets. The apartment has been renovated and it’s lovely it has all your need for a comfortable stay. As it’s a duplex having the toilette downstairs really helps. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Beware of Good Reviews - Disappointing Experience in Otherwise Well-Located Rental Apartment While the apartment's location was convenient, the experience turned sour due to unexpected issues and the host's abrupt change in behavior. What initially seemed like friendly hosts took a turn for the worse when problems arose, and they unjustly blamed us for pre-existing issues. Moreover, there was a noticeable odor of mold in specific areas of the apartment. Approach this rental with caution despite positive reviews.

We just love our stays at SKOL Apartments in Marbella. The location is superb; you are in the middle of the city, nice all-year-open pools, 30 m to the beach, close to hundreds of restaurants and the beautifil boardwalk just meters away. Our host is really friendly and quick to respond. The apartment is not top notch, but definitely good enough with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We will definitely return!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht over de zee en op 50 meter afstand van de boulevard waar tal van leuke restaurants te vinden zijn.

Location location location, could not have asked for a better location. Our room had everything we needed to feel right at home. Excited to invite our wedding guests here next year

Another fabulous stay in Skol, Marbella. We have stayed in other apartments in the complex but 841B is our favourite so far. With two small children it was very convenient to have all rooms on the same level. We have rented duplex apartments in previous years and the stairs are always a concern with little ones. The sea views are amazing. The apartment is clean, bright and fresh. We had a fantastic time and would love to return x

It was a pleasant stay in Marbella at Skol Apartment Marbella. A spacious apartment for 6 adults with 3 bathrooms and private pools. The location is relative to the beach (110 meters) and to the center of the "Old Town" (800 meters) fantastic. Ample public transport arrangements to various places. Affordable taxi facilities. Beautiful beaches, various eateries and shops on the promenade. Highly recommended for young and old.

Oh my days!! I almost don’t want to post as it is SO good I want to keep the secret!! Our first time at Skol but it won’t be the last! Everyone is so friendly. We spoke to one couple who had been coming here for 30 years!! We feel we have some catching up to do!! The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is heaven with sea views and everything you need for a quiet stay. The pools are beautifully clean and the gent that gives out the cushions is so helpful. It’s 2€ per person per day to rent a cushion but they are so comfy it is worth every cent. There are plenty of trees and beautiful vegetation everywhere leaving you feeling at peace with the world. The cafe is excellent. The staff there have so much local knowledge that they are happy to share. The location couldn’t be better! Right on the beach with a locked gate to let you in and out of the property. The promenade is flat and beautiful with amazing shops, bars and restaurants. We were thrilled to find we weren’t constantly bothered as we walked along (well I am in my wheelchair) and the accessibility is excellent. England could learn a lot!! We will be back. Again and again. I have found my happy place!

I recently stayed at Skol Apartments. They are lovely apartments in a great location. They are on the promenade which is a lovely area, great walks, restaurants and cafes on the door step. Also only a short walk to the beautiful old town. This is my second time staying at the apartments, will definitely be back.

Apartment is clean and lovely but horrible beds. Too small and horrible matrases. Back problems after staying there.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at the Skol Apartments Marbella 929A. Can highly recommend this apartment as its bright, open, clean and with marvellous views. We love the area and that is why we keep coming back. Best holiday regards from Joy and Fiona

We have been coming to the Skol for over 20 years and nothing compares to the location, gardens and sea view. However, we were very disappointed with the standard of apartment 133. The apartment was not as described in the property listing. There was no bath, and no “large terrace area for Al fresco dining or sun bathing”as mentioned. It is not suitable for 7 guests, the third bedroom is no bigger than a walk in wardrobe. In addition the fixtures and fittings were dated and not clean. The sofa was covered in multiple stains underneath the throws and both showers were not clean. The hand rail which led from the apartment steps to the garden was an enormous health & safety risk as it was completely loose and almost caused one of our pregnant guests to fall down the steps. The one advantage of this apartment was the double entrance which was great to go straight out to the street or to the gardens and the kitchen is modern with most mod cons. Some small easy fixes and TLC would make this a wonderful apartment but unfortunately it fell short this time.

Really enjoyed our stay at Skol, its the perfect location right infront of the beach. The apartment was perfect, kitchen and bathroom very modern and balcony had a nice view. Pool area is also lovely only downfall is the bar is cash only. Overall very nice stay in skol, would highly recommend.

Staying skol apartments is a wonderful experience. The cleanliness is second to none. The garden and pool area are well maintained and location is very central and right on the beach. Daniela and vincenzo are such a pleasure to deal with and they facilitated all our requests.

bad experience from the start ,not a bit pleasant at reception from check in felt like an inconvenience to him ,stayed in appt block c 544 ,very out dated walls painted a dark blue not professionally painted ,old furniture, old fridge, old beds no headboard, s ,on the positive side pool area lovely, and location very good ,didn't get to meet Daniela, will never return here again.

A fantastic location - so close to everything you need - restaurants, the beach, shops etc - everything a short walk away. Great apartment - clean and well equipped. The process of checking in and getting the keys was so simple. It’s a very nice complex with several pools and a cafe on site - all-in-all a great experience

Our apartment, 839B, was perfect. The view was amazing and it was easily reached. There were 4 adults and there was plenty of room and storage. We didn't come across anything that we needed that wasn't already provided. It was spotlessly clean and any query was always dealt with quickly by Daniela. This was our second time at Skol apartments and the location is perfect being in the middle of restaurants and bars and right on top of the beach. The on site cafe serves wonderful food and is very reasonably priced.

Great holiday in apt 811A. We were delighted to return to this lovely apt it has everything we needed,wonderful views,great location and spotlessly clean.Thank you Daniella we had a fabulous holiday and will hopefully return to Marbella next year.

Had 10 wonderful days at the SKOL.The apartment (839B) was as seen on webside Clean and cosy with beautyful view of pool area. ,the sea and on a clear day Gibraltar and Africa. Daniela and Vincenzo and All their team were extremly friendly. All common areas are kept clean. Like the mail with links that is sent out with confirmation of arrival the next day . While at the Skol Try the Jardin cafe at the skol (skol sandwich) The old town well worth a visit. I wasour first visit and it will not be be last

Just back from staying in Skol Apartments they definitely need to be spruced up. No headboards on beds, couch bed was very uncomfortable to sit on not mind sleep on. They need to be made feel more homely

Good ol Skol! The best location in Marbella, with fantastic facilities for everybody! Sitting on Marbella Promenade, everything is on your doorstep, beach, bars, restaurants, shops. And a very short 10 minute walk away is the beautiful Orange Square. All the staff are great, friendly and helpful! Have been staying at the Skol for years, honestly wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Marbella. Always a fantastic booking experience with Daniela + Vincenzo. See you again soon!

Situación inmejorable enfrente del paseo marítimo. El apartamento 743- Edificio B, no tenía lavavajillas, nevera y mobiliario antiguo y tenía mala conexión de wiffi (no se podía trabajar).

Nous étions déjà venus à la Résidence Skol car niveau localisation il n'y a pas mieux vraiment. Cette année nous avons loué le Skol 542C. Appartement très bien. Le canapé est très bien pour dormir. Seulement attention à ne pas y dormir à 2 et l'ouvrir car dès qu'on bouge lorsqu'il est ouvert il fait beaucoup de bruit. Balcon très agréable. Tout était bien. Heureusement qu'il y a la Clim. Seul Bémol la propreté en arrivant aurait pu être mieux... Micro ondes pas du tout nettoyé et qui laisse ressortir des odeurs pas supers et vaisselle que nous avons dû laver à chaque fois avant de manger. Les piscines sont vraiment biens. Elles ne sont pas bondées même en Août et c'est agréable.

Lovely and well appointed apartment perfectly situated with a superb view out towards the beach and Puerto Banus with Gibraltar in the distance, and also with a balcony just above the fabulous gardens and pools below. I’ve loved going to the Skol Apartments since the 1980s and Skol 306A last confirmed why that is!

Reservamos para ocho días, pero lo que menos me gustó, que tuvimos que cambiar de apartamento al quinto día, con las molestias que eso conlleva.

Een prachtig appartement op een geweldige plek met alles wat je wilt dicht bij. Heerlijk uitzicht op zee en het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het is schoon en rook zeer fris bij binnenkomst. De airco werkt perfect en hebben heerlijk ook op het terras/balkon gezeten. Daniela van Skol apartment antwoordde meteen als we een vraag hadden en de app van hen was ook zeer nuttig en makkelijk. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad, hopen gauw weer eens terug te keren.

View from the studio apartment is amazing, think it's getting a revamp soon which will make it more comfortable. It was our second time staying at Skol and loved it, everything is so close, lovely pool area and pool bar. Close to marina and Old Town.

I had a 4 night-stay in the apartment SKOL-627A. Everything was great. Especially the warm welcome from Daniela and Vicenzo who do their best for the guests. Thanks to them.

It has been a pleasure to stay in this apartment for the week.We were situated in a brilliant location.The apartment was clean and the air on was great! The balcony had great views to the sea aswell. The only negative issue is that we we’re unable to use the sun beds at the complex as they were always full and has a charge in which we didn’t use the pool once.

El departamento es espantoso, viejo, sin mantenimiento, sabanas y almohadas ESPANTOSAS, los aires acondicionados no funcionan, de 17 a 20:30 imposible permanecer adentro porque es un horno. No lo recomiendo, abstenerse si quieren pasar unas lindas vacaciones y no llevarse un horrible recuerdo, encima CARO.

Perfect apartment over looking the sea, ideal location for families. Fantastic pool and pool bar. The size of the apartment was perfect for a family of 4 with excellent cooking facilities. We couldn’t ask for anything more 5 stars! 💛💛💛💛💛

Las fotos son engañosas, los aires acondicionados no alcanzan para enfriar los ambientes, imposible permanecer en el departamento entre 17 y 20:30 porque es un horno. Sábanas y toallas horribles y viejas, los utensilios de cocina, uno de cada pueblo, un departamento abandonado, con mucha falta de limpieza y cero confort. NO RECOMENDABLE!!!

A lovely apartment 324c on 3rd floor. Very clean and has all you need. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Apartment is in ideal location beside everything. Skol is great and we return yearly. Emma and crew in cafe are fantastic as always. Thanks to owners for lots of contact.

929A is a very dated apartment, really in dire need of modernisation. Skol is in great central location overall & good pool facilities however foul stench from drains around pool in sunny weather was very offputting. Pool area not cleaned regularly enough by a long shot.
