We stayed with Banus Rentals in Marbella. While the unit (H marina Banus) needed a little extra cleaning (I did not ask for them to rectify during stay as it was minor) the communication and instructions from booking to arriving to vacating was 5*. I would only use a Banus Rentals property when returning to Marbella to have such excellent staff on hand if any real problem arose. Do not hesitate to book with them and have staff available to answer all your questions on your holiday!

I had a wonderful stay with Banus Rentals. The accomodation was perfect, spotlessly clean and well equiped. The location was excellent, so close to all the facilities and the beach. The staff were super friendly and couldnt do enough for me. Thank you to all the staff for everything and I can't wait to return. I strongly recommend Banus Rentals.

As long-standing clients who have rented from Banus Rentals on many occasions, it is with genuine regret that we must share this review. Our recent stay at Apartment 403 was a deeply disappointing experience, as the property was, from the moment of our arrival, not fit for purpose. We were met with a catalogue of fundamental failures that rendered the apartment unsuitable for a comfortable or safe stay. The most critical issues included: Ineffective Air Conditioning: Despite attempts at repair, the air conditioning did not work, making the apartment uncomfortably hot, particularly at night. Serious Safety Hazard: We discovered exposed electrics under the stove, which posed a significant safety risk. Non-Functioning Appliances: The oven was completely non-functional, resulting in wasted food. There were also persistent hot water problems and a blocked, foul-smelling kitchen sink. Inadequate Amenities: The apartment was advertised to sleep four, yet there were insufficient towels, plates, and cutlery, adding to the inconvenience. When we raised these concerns, the rental agency’s response was frustrating and difficult to accept. While they offered a partial refund for the nights we vacated the property, they refused a full refund. The agency claimed that we “chose to remain” in the apartment, which is highly misleading. We were explicitly told that no alternative accommodation was available, leaving us with no choice but to stay while hoping for a resolution to these critical issues. A partial refund does not adequately compensate for the stress, inconvenience, and additional costs we incurred by having to relocate on a day’s notice. The apartment's uninhabitable condition from the very beginning of our stay fully justifies a complete refund. Our long-standing loyalty to Banus Rentals was not met with a fair resolution. This apartment was simply not fit for rental, and the agency’s handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend this property or the agency based on this experience.

The air conditioning was checked and repaired during your stay, and the other reported concerns were also attended to promptly. We also assisted you in finding additional accommodation for your family member or a larger property to better suit your needs We understand that your frustration was heightened by the fact that you were expecting a family member and had not noticed in advance that the apartment has only one bathroom. We also recognize that this may have influenced your overall perception of the property. Regarding your request for a full refund, we agreed to reimburse the nights you did not stay with us, which we believe was a fair resolution given that the reported issues were addressed and the main concern was dissatisfaction with the apartment’s layout rather than its habitability. While we respect your right to share your opinion, we feel that this review does not fully reflect the efforts we made to assist you nor the reality of the stay. L’expérience a été catastrophique. Le logement était sale et il y avait la présence de blatte des toiles d’araignée partout au mur. J’ai signalé le problème immédiatement mais aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé aucune solution aucun changement de chambre. Je déconseille fortement.

Très mauvaise expérience avec cet appartement à Marbella. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté : • Un logement sale, plein de poussière. • Présence de cafards. • Mobilier cassé. • Taches sur les plaintes. Ce n’est pas du tout conforme aux photos et à la description de l’annonce. Nous avons dû supporter des conditions d’hygiène inacceptables pour un logement censé être prêt à accueillir des locataires. Malgré nos plaintes à l’agence rien a était fait … pour conclure le séjour et Nous remercier l’agence a pris 50€ de frais supplémentaires pour 35min de retard au Check out. Photos à l’appui. Je ne recommande pas cette agence.

Dear Nassim and Sarah, First of all, we are sorry to read that your overall impression of your stay was not positive. However, we would like to clarify some important points for the sake of accuracy and fairness. The apartment was delivered to you in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the listing. The photos you have published – with the exception of the cockroach and the loosened table – were in fact taken at the end of your stay, after a full week in which the property was occupied by you. During that week, you did not report a single issue to us, which makes it surprising that your review describes the experience as catastrophic. If you had contacted us earlier, we would of course have been able to assist you immediately. Regarding the cockroach, we understand this was unpleasant. Given that the property is located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden, it is possible that it entered from outside. Nevertheless, it is not a nice experience and we are sorry for the inconvenience. As for the late check-out, you were informed in advance that we could not confirm a late departure beyond 12:00 noon, since new guests were scheduled to arrive on the same day. Despite this, you left the apartment 35 minutes later than agreed, which led to a late check-out fee being applied as per our policy. We value all feedback, but we believe it is important to respond when comments do not reflect the reality of the stay. We just returned from a short break here. The apartment was lovely. Very nice and very clean. Was just perfect for us. Location is perfect. literally 2 min walk to the nearest beach. 5-10 mins to a good supermarket and maybe 15 mins max to the Harbour & shops area. Or you can walk along the beach, it really isn't far at all and such a nice little walk. The apartment had all the facilities you would need and everything so clean. We didn't use much but very handy to have there if you want to cook etc. Lovely apartment grounds too all kept very nice and the pool was nice too, not even that cold so that was pleasant and was very refreshing. Security desk at the front so all very secure too as need your fob to gain access. very nice stay and would recommend.

WE HAVE BEEN TRAVELING IN EUROPE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND WE HAVE RENTED A NUMBER OF APARTMENTS FROM BOTH AIRBNB AND VRBO, BUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH BANUS RENTALS WAS BY FAR THE BEST WE'VE HAD. THEIR APARTMENTS ARE LOVELY AND WELL KEPT, AND THEIR TEAM, ESPECIALLY EDU AND PAQUI, ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND THOUGHTFUL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Un apartamento perfecto. La ubicación cercana a todos los lugares que queríamos visitar. Las habitaciones limpias, amplias y bien iluminadas. Un servicio estupendo, donde nos solventaron las pocas dudas que nos surgieron y nos ayudaron a encontrar el transporte para movernos. Destacaría que la cocina está muy bien equipada aunque comimos fuera siempre y no cocinamos. Fuimos con compañeros que no hablaban español y les atendieron sin problema en su idioma, lo que facilitó mucho la estancia. Repetiremos sin duda.

Apartment is falling apart. Shower door hanging off, door handles hanging off. Toilet broken, had to clean the clothes drying when we first arrived, it was BLACK with dirt. The agency tried to charge €35 euros to change the bedsheets!!!! They haven’t put any spare bedsheets in the apartment so they can purposely rip you off. There’s banging and drilling 10 hours a day from building works. The front concierge are rude and shout at you if they have to open the gate to pull your car in (WHICH IS THEIR JOB TO OPEN THE GATE) unfortunately google reviews won’t let me attach videos so I can show you exactly what this place is like. Once you pay the agency to stay here you’re stuck. They don’t help or care at all!!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!

We, Banus Rentals team, try hard to make every customer experience enjoyable and we always aim to deliver a great experience but hosting Mr. James Richmond has been an unfortunate exception, although we tried our best from the very beginning. We would like to thank him for choosing one of our rentals and we sincerely regret that his experience did not meet his expectations . Unfortunately,, there were not expected building works going on the floor below which is something absolutely legal and beyond our control but at the same time we completely understand how frustrating this situation is while you are on vacation. James Richmond contacted us for the first time on the 14th February explaining the problem and we offered the opportunity to change his accommodation. As we had not other apartments available for him to move, we kindly suggested to contact Airbnb to look for something similar and of course without cancellation fee from our side. James and his girlfriend decided to stay and we offered a complimentary cleaning with bed linen and towels change. On Monday the 21st of February he contacted us again to demand fresh linen and towels, this time, we explained that we use an external laundry service under a supplement which he refused to pay. From that time on, the accusations, false allegations and threats on his part began. We received further calls and messages through Airbnb demanding a 50% refund, compensation that we were not able to accept since we offered the opportunity to solve the situation at the very beginning but he refused. We must also regret James reaction with disrespect and rudeness which caused us a great concern. Not enough with that, we discovered that the apartment was left in deplorable conditions which is something very unpleasant. In conclusion, we can only regret the bad experience and point out that it could have been solved in a friendly and effective way but he simply did not want to be helped. We would like to express our disappointment for the disrespectful, discriminatory and threatening behavior of Mr. Richmond as well as the damage caused to the accommodation and would definitely not recommend him to any host.

What an amazing place. Booked the villa for 5 adults and a toddler for my husbands 60th birthday and I couldn't have chosen better. Everyone loved their time there. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa and Banus rentals as everyone I spoke to were friendly and very helpful

We have stayed with Banus Rentals a couple of times. Everything was absolutely flawless. Friendliness, booking, cleanliness of accommodation, check-in and check-out, even special requests like local support / recommendation of doctors, change of location, parking. There is no pain-in-the-butt question they weren’t at least trying to help with. I couldn’t think of anything that didn’t go well. For us, they are a keeper and always the first address when in the area. Strongly recommended. Attached pictures are from Las Gaviotas and from Andalucia Del Mar apartments. Both recommended. We’ve stayed multiple weeks in January.

Un servicio increíble. La casa espectacular y recién reformado. El personal super amable. Nos atendieron ante una emergencia por una estafa de una persona que nos dejó en la calle y nos dieron una casa enseguida. El conserje del sitio es el mejor y gracias a él nos envió a este lugar y le agradecemos su sugerencia porque de verdad el mejor trato que hemos recibido.

Büro arbeitet sehr höflich und professionell sowie zuverlässig.Es gibt jedoch strukturelle Probleme die das Büro nicht lösen kann: Lärm von Dienstleistern ( Bauen, Garten usw. die von Dritten beauftragt werden) sowie Lärm von Kurzzeitmietern insbesondere aus UK. Die Mietkomplexe haben durchaus einen eigenen Charakter und Charme aber auch Baustandard.

Booking experience was excellent and checkin was good. I booked following surgery so was very specific about the need for no construction. When this started outside my terrace they did nothing to solve it. Just made an excuse that they were not told about it even though it’s a huge project to put a fence around the pool. Apartment is lovely and well maintained but construction above my apartment and now outside with metal cutting is very unfair and they said they will not even consider a discount but said I could leave. Shame as the check in and everything else was so nice but the service then goes away. Use an agency and at least you have some sort of guarantee

Dear Mr. Varley, We firmly believe that we have been helpful and sincere with you from the very first moment you contacted us and I am very sorry to read your comments as it gives the impression that we have not been honest with you. I feel obliged to explain the situation as it occurred. You made it very clear that you needed a quiet place to recover from surgery and asked us about two of our accommodations. We responded that the two apartments were a good choice but we could not guarantee 100% that you would not be disturbed by noise, that's why I suggested a 3rd option where calmness was guaranteed, but you declined. You arrived at the chosen apartment on the 1st of May and as requested, the unit was ready for you to check in at 11 am (normally check-in is from 16 pm), a member of our team assisted you on-site and there was no construction work going on. Yesterday, Wednesday 7th May at 8.53 am (6 days after check-in), you reported that the community pool was being fenced off and that it was noisy but it was fine since you closed the windows , so we were reassured. At 14h15, you texted us again on WhatsApp and sent us pictures/video of the works by the pool and stated that the noise was unbearable. Unfortunately, we have no available units for you to move and we kindly encouraged you to find a better place for you to recover, but replied that you do not have the strength or desire to change again and asked for a discount in favour of your daughter for a future booking. We understand the inconvenience caused by the noise but a compensation does not mitigate the problem. We are willing to work towards finding a resolution that meets your needs and will be happy to assist you. Regards, Banus Rentals

We were 4 friends who rented a 4 bedroom apartment via Banus Rentals. Communication was easy/fast. Via WhatsApp. Apartment was gorgeous, all en-suite. Very clean but also very nicely decorated. 2 minute walk to the beach, buses are excellent. Absolutely recommend. A bus trip to Ronda essential, 6 euro each way. Rosa's at the end of the road is the perfect brunching spot.

We have spend a great week in this splendid house! We were astonished with a great design and superb equipement! Everything is fresh and new! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were More than than we needed for 4 people. Additionally roof terrace, pool and 2 minutes walk to the beach!!! Good location - 10 min to Marbella and 1-1,5 hours drive to Gibraltar, Ronda, Malaga, Granada We are already recomending the place to our friends!

The accommodation, and hosts, were absolutely perfect! The hosts were very efficient and friendly, they always came back to us quickly with any queries we had. The apartment was a very high standard, and situated perfectly, with a few mins walk to the beach and ten minutes to the marina.

Great experience as the apartment was very convenient, spacious and well located in Puerto Banus. The agency was very responsive to answer any queries we had during our stay so would definitely recommend !

Lovely, spacious apartment with all the amenities and we loved the two terraces. The apartment was very close to the beach and marina. Everyone at Banus Rentals were amazing. Lots of communication before we arrived and very quick to respond. They made the whole experience a pleasure.

One of the best apartments in Marbella, quite spacious, the view from the balcony is amazing and the location is great, its a three minute walk to a gorgeous beach club. The apartment itself was really clean and the Benus Rentals team is there to help you with anything you may require. One thing to note is the master bedroom bathroom has no doors, so if you're sharing that room with someone you may want to take that under consideration. Definitely will come back!

It’s a beautiful comfortable apartment in a great location. The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of 5 stars is the window coverings. No privacy and to much light to sleep past 6am. The sun hits the windows at first light and continues to heat the apartment all morning. Also the second floor is hard to manage luggage and groceries.

We rented an apartment managed by Banus Rentals for 5 nights in September. We arrived quite late by car but were taken to the apartment which was clean and as described. All formalities were handled very smoothly and we received our deposit in full within a week of our stay as advised. During stay, l also asked for some local information which was generous and forthcoming. I will recommend and woyld certainly book through them in future.

Great reception and friendly staff! So nice that we could leave our bags in their office. Our appartment in Medina Garden had a great location, was clean and modern. Great balcony! We would definately recommend Banus Rentals!

Cuidado con esta empresa porque no tienen nada de serios, piden fianza de 300€ y CUIDADO porque no te devuelven tu dinero, cuando reclamas te dicen que has roto algo del mobiliario siendo esto mentira y no te dan ningún tipo de solución, he pedido que porfavor comprueben bien las cosas porque de verdad que en mi estancia no hubo ningún desperfecto y visto que no dan solución he puesto hoja de reclamaciones, aconsejo a todos que pongáis hojas de reclamaciones para que quede constancia de todo tipo de inconveniente y lo siguiente si no disponéis de abogado con la Omic ( oficina municipal de atención al consumidor) Experiencia horrible, siempre veraneo en marbella y no vuelvo a repetir con esta empresa.

Según el contrato firmado y aceptado por ustedes, tal como se pide en todos los sitios, hay una fianza para cubrir los costes de algún accidente o desperfecto que puede pasar durante la estancia. El hecho que le hemos ofrecido nuestra ayuda, por escrito, para gestionar su reclamación online es opuesta a su afirmación que no le hemos dado ninguna solución, y cuando alguien falta a la verdad pierde toda credibilidad en su reclamación. Usted anima a otros de poner reclamaciones, pero si no han roto nada no hay nada que reclamar. Este asunto tiene que ser resulto a través de la oficina del consumidor que tendrá todas las pruebas pertinentes de lo que ha pasado. Y por supuesto, si el año que viene elige otra empresa para hacer una reserva les pedirán una fianza e igualmente no se le devolverán si rompen algo. Cientos de reservas nos avalan y jamás se retiene la fianza de nadie sin un motivo justificado.

Banus Rentals is one of the best company to deal with for leasing apartments in marbella. I have tried the company in 3 different trips and i would really recommend the apartment managed under them. At one of the trips we have faced a problem and their solutions to deal with the situation was excellent! Their check-in process is very swift and quick, available amenities are hotel standard, 24/7 assistant through whats app is available and the prices are unbeatable across all other agencies.

Soy clienta asidua desde hace años, y si repito año tras año, por algo será. Os puedo asegurar que cada vez que nos alojamos encontramos los apartamentos muy bien ubicados, perfectamente limpios, con un personal organizado y muy atento a cualquier necesidad que sintiéramos. Un trato cercano desde el minuto cero. Empresa seria, honesta y con años de experiencia en el sector. No quiero despedirme sin mencionar a las chicas de recepción que fueron muy amables en todo momento y a la directora de Banús Rental que siempre es muy atenta y cordial con nosotros. ¡Por supuesto que recomiendo Banús Rental, es como sentirse en casa!

Our experience with Banus Rentals was very positive. The ladies we dealt with (Elena and Silvia) were very friendly and helpful. The apartment we rented was spotless and very modern, just like it showed in the pictures. We have already booked to go back later this year.

I had worst experience ever with this company. I arrived in Marbella at 2 a.m., the host said to me is gonna leave the key in a safe box outside they're office, but the key was not there. I spent the night at my sister place. After a couple of days i asked for a refund for that night, they didn't want to give me anything because they said is against they policy, after i said i'm gonna leave them a very bad review they said I'm gonna get the refund until 10th of January. It passed more than two months from that date and i still didn't received anything. Avoid this very unprofessional company to save yourself from any head ache.

We are very happy that we booked an apartment at Banus Rentals. As soon as we arrived the staff was punctual, kind and professional. The apartment they gave us was exactly like in the pictures, with new furniture, very clean and bright. After a few days there, with a little supplement, we asked for our apartment to be cleaned and we also received new towels. The staff was so available with us, they helped us even after they finished their working hours. We will absolutely recommend the Banus Rentals Agency to our friends and return any time we will have the chance.
