We have been really happy with Just Rent Marbella. I can recommend them to everyone that wants to rent out their house or wants to rent a house. The service is great!

Wonderful house at a superb location right at the beach. 2 active pool areas in the compound. Yera was a wonderful host from Just Rent Marbella. She was friendly and nice with wonderful communication both in written and spoken English. When we needed assistance, she mediately answered and solved our queries. I would give both her and Casa Leon the highest of recommendations.

Verkligen fin och rymlig lägenhet som är välutrustad med allt man behöver. Rent och frächt, fint inredd med en stor och fin terass. Trevligt poolområde. Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande av den supertrevliga värden Yera vid incheckning. Vid frågor svarade Yera snabbt och vänligt. Utcheckning var efter överenskommelse med Yera jättesmidig. Åker vi åter till Marbella skulle vi utan tvekan bo där igen!

Stayed here for a week for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships. Only doenside was it was far from Race Central(P.Banus). But other than that this was a really great home away from home.

Appartamento pulito e completo di tutto! Posizione fantastica vicina al centro di Puerto Banus. Anche se non si ha l’auto si arriva ovunque (mezzi e Uber). Consigliato!

Fantastic stay in Casa Colline. Very comfortable and spacious apartment with great view in a wonderful neighborhood. Great for a family. Even though it is a part of an apartment complex it feels very private. It has everything you might need and more. Excellent kitchen. Comfortable parking for 2 cars. Great value. We were greeted by Yera who has allowed us to check in earlier which was much appropriated. Communication was easy, fast and clear. Thank you

We booked an apartment with them for Christmas for our whole family, and after confirming the reservation and even transferring the deposit, they contacted us several days later to say that we could no longer stay there because some friends of the owner would be using the apartment instead. Absolutely unacceptable! No apology, no real explanation, and no effort to help us find an alternative. We had already organised everything around this booking, and their lack of professionalism completely ruined our plans. This company clearly prioritises personal convenience over their clients. Terrible customer experience. I would never recommend booking with them.

We booked a villa with them for Christmas and 4 days later, with all the flight tickets booked, they sent us a short message at 22h saying "unfortunately we cannot accommodate you", not even a call to explain the situation and give alternatives solutions. OUTRAGEOUS!! After calling to get more information, they informed us they cannot accommodate us because the friends of the owner of the villa will be staying during that period... This company has its priorities right. They gave us two solutions; to move to a smaller villa where two couples would have to share a bedroom or move to a villa that was double the price. Since none of the solutions made any sense, they told us to find an alternative place ourselves. Worst customer experience ever. I would never recommend this agency.

Very nice villa with a big pool and roof terrace with sea view. The villa is equipped with what you need, also for cooking for a big family. Very charming and cozy villa. The beds are very comfortable. Aircondition in all rooms. Nice outdoor seating area next to the kitchen. 5 minutes walk to a nice sandy beach and to some nice restaurants.

Lovely apartment but a little bit residential/remote for us. You really needed a car which we wouldn't do. The restaurant across the road from the apartment ( La Antigua) was brilliant for a good job as there wasn't much else!! Pool area was fab. The apartments next door and down below were undergoing refurbishment and was rather noisy.

We rented a flat in Nueva Andalucía for two weeks. Wonderful! Yera was our property manager, and she was lovely. Check in and check out were very smooth. When we had questions or needed a couple of items (that the cleaners had forgotten), Yera was very quick to respond and tend to our needs. We highly recommend!

Wir haben eine super erholsame Woche im herzigen Häuschen Casa Leon genossen. Das Haus ist nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt und ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man jedoch schnell in Estepona selber, wenn man noch etwas mehr Action sucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Managerin des Hauses, Yera, war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und wir haben jeweils sehr schnell eine Antwort auf unsere Fragen erhalten. Ein Aufenthalt ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

I spent a week here with my 2 adult sons. We loved the location and the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. The terrace was the highlight- lovely views, peaceful, great barbecue. The location was super convenient- close to supermarkets, cafes, etc. The pool was perfect- clean and refreshing! I would definitely recommend this property and working with Marie, who was available to answer questions the whole time .

We loved standing at Gran Marbella as it is in the perfect location. It is right on the boardwalk so it is near shopping and restaurants but far enough away that it is not as crowded. We thought it was in the perfect location as it was far enough away it wasn’t as noisy or busy. We walked everywhere including into the old part of town and lived every minute if it.

We had a lovely stay at Mirador del Rodeo. The apartment was spotless and spacious. Our host Yera was very helpful and was there when we arrived to show us around. She was also very responsive throughout the week if we needed anything about the apartment or the area. I would definitely stay again.

Menara beach is nicely located between Puerto Banus and Estepona. Lovely views from terrace and form pool area. Couple of pools on site and a gym. Good breakfast at Amarillo and couple of beach bars along the sea front. Ramon made check in and check out process very easy and communication through WhatsApp was very convenient. Would happily stay here again.

Nueva Andalucia is fantastisch...het weer was r heerlijkk, de locatie was prachtig, uitzicht van ons balkon niet normaal mooi ...we hebben ontzettend genoten van al 't moois wat Marbella en omstreken te bieden heeft en komen zekerrr terug !! Great resort Apartment modern and clean

Villa Serenis is a fantastic accommodation with very modern and stylish interior, the most comfortable beds I ever had in holiday home, a fantastic and modern kitchen and a two super stylish and cozy living rooms. On top of that we made daily use of the modern pool area, the gym and sauna installations which made the stay a 10/10. But what it made really fantastic was Yera, our coordinator. Her warm welcome and super kind, humorous, flexibel and straightforward manner was the basis of a great stay incl. check-in and check-out. She helped us with numerous questions around the house but also with regards to activities in Marbella which was essential for our planning. She was always reachable and provided us very quickly with great tips and ideas and actively asked how we were doing and if everything was fine and helped us to find easy solutions (e.g., birthday party reservations, late check-out). We felt very welcomed and Yera was definitely the main driver behind that - thank you Yera for this unforgettable stay!

I stayed at Villa Miramar.The experience exceeded my expectations by a country mile.I'd like to mention the young man Ramon who looked after us.He was nice, kind, well spoken and went far and beyond when we asked for his service.5* plus from us.

We stayed at Palm Ridge in Marbella for the second time with our family, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The villa is absolutely beautiful, a true paradise where you can relax and enjoy every detail. Ramón made sure we felt very welcome and cared for, and Carlos was always attentive, ensuring everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more – Palm Ridge is the perfect place for a family getaway, and we look forward to returning again!

Took 9 of my team out to Marbella for our second Fitness and wellness retreat and couldn’t of stayed at a better place, the rooms were all clean, spacious and modern The views from the villa are stunning, and the location for us was perfect it was only a 15 minute drive into Banús and I loved how quiet and secure it was at the villa Will be staying here again next year and coming back for our next retreat, highly recommend if your coming away with family or friends

Everything went very smoothly – the accommodation was just as described and really beautiful, and the service was perfect. The only small things were that there wasn’t quite enough cutlery, and we missed having a coffee machine. Otherwise, everything was excellent. We are very happy and would love to come back.

Locatie was goed, service en. Begeleiding heel goed. Zaten best wel wat gebreken in het huisje. Water liep slecht weg bij 2 badkamers, rolgordijn ontbreekt in de kleien slaapkamer. Rolluik kamer werkte niet.

We just got back from an amazing vacation staying at Los Flamingos in Calla de Mijas. The apartment was incredible. Lots of room and modern amenities. Very clean and a great view of the ocean including lovely sunrises. The host from justrentmarbella was excellent. Our arrival and departure were perfect and if we had questions she was always available. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed in Villa Jaz, the villa was a lovely space, a few little niggles but were sorted quickly. Vera was amazing from start to finish, she was very helpful and was always on hand when needed! Will definitely use again - thank you!

Excellent accomodation, amazing balcony and facilities in the complex outstanding. Yera was extremely helpful and with the few minor issues we had to begin with she was there very quickly and sorted them out without any fuss. The pool was one of the highlights. The only downside for this wonderful apartment is the lack of parking which can be a complete nightmare but this seems to be a problem right throughout the area in summer.

A fraudulent company that has not returned the deposit money for several months. They do not answer calls or messages, complete disregard.

Everything was amazing, appartment was equipted with everything you need for a cozy stay. Location is perfect, peace and quiet is garanteed. Yera was great, very helpful and thoughtful.

Via deze organisatie een appartement gehuurd, Mirador del Rodeo 1.2. Appartement op zich was oke. Maar het gebouw waarin het gelegen is is waardeloos. Sterk verouderd, niet goed onderhouden. Het zwembad waar je gebruik van mag maken is jaren niks aan gedaan. Het onkruid in de tuin staat hoog. Douches werken niet. Bovendien zijn er geen bedjes of parasols. Bij navraag krijg je te horen building policy. Je wil toch op vakantie met je kinderen aan het zwembad liggen op een bedje en niet in het zand op een handdoek. Aan de overkant van het appartement zit Real Club Padel, een grote sportschool met padelbanen. De hele dag hoor je dat als je op het balkon zit. Nooit van te voren gerealiseerd natuurlijk. Maar dat komt omdat het een outdoor gym is. Harde muziek de hele dag. Felle lampen de hele avond en nacht. Meerdere keren per dag en nacht valt de stroom uit. Die gaat ook niet vanzelf weer aan. Wat heel irritant is want als je de hele dag niet thuis bent en in de avond thuis komt is de koelkast/diepvries en airco uit. Als het buiten 35 graden is is dat toch minder. Ook in de nacht meerdere keren wakker geworden van de hitte omdat de airco het niet deed. Bij melding hierover komt er een monteur langs maar zegt gelijk, hier kunnen we niks aan doen. De eigenaar van dit appartement moet meer stroom bij kopen. Dus dat is een bekend probleem waar ze niks aan doen. En dan betaal je met creditcard, je klikt voor de algemene voorwaarden voor akkoord anders kun je niet boeken. Dan moet je dus achteraf (wordt met de borg verrekend) 1,5% kosten betalen over het te betalen bedrag. In ons geval Eur 64 is wel zuur, zeker als dan de vakantie niet naar wens is verlopen. Toen ik hierover belde werd ik absoluut niet vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Werd gelijk verwezen naar de voorwaarden die ik heb goedgekeurd bij boeking. Het was niet hun probleem, liet me niet uitpraten. Ik heb opgehangen, daar ga ik geen energie meer in steken. Erg jammer, voor mij een reden om niet meer via deze organisatie te boeken.

Die 2 Etagen Wohnung war wunderschön, modern und sauber!! Der Ausblick über Puerto Banus war sensationell. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und nicht weit von Puerto Banus entfernt. Ramon, der Mitarbeiter von just Rent Marbella, war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert!! Die anfänglich nicht funktionierende Spülmaschine wurde rasch und kompetent repariert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Marbella!

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Casa Alyssa. The apartment is superbly equipped with first class air conditioning and all mod cons. The location is second to none, right in the centre of Estepona and overlooking the beach and the promenade. We loved the rooftop pool! We had a very nice experience! The host was very nice and helpfull with everything. The house was very clean and had everything we needed during the stay. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

Very nice location, big beautiful appartement. Large balconys, extra + for the outdoor shower. Poorly mounted doors in the kitchen area. Otherwise a great penthouse. We found our freezer as a solid block of ice, one quick message to Yera (our check-in agent) and two minutes later staff arrived and fixed the freezer. Very smooth check-in and check-out thanks to Yera from all of us.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa La Colina! From the very beginning, Marie was incredibly responsive and helpful, even outside of normal hours, which made everything run so smoothly. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Marbella and Puerto Banús, and we loved having a wide range of restaurants, supermarkets, and even padel courts just a short walk away (which we made great use of!). The villa itself is really well set up for families, we had five children under two years old in our group of ten adults, and it worked out perfectly. The facilities were excellent, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. We had a brilliant time and would absolutely recommend this place to others!

We stayed at Villa Calais near Puerto Banús as a group of five couples with young children, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is modern, well furnished, and very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight – clean, spacious, and ideal for both kids and adults. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the layout made it easy to enjoy both private space and group time. The location is great too – peaceful and safe, yet just a short drive from the shops, restaurants, and beaches of Puerto Banús. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!

Had a lovely stay, the villa was ideal for the type of vacation we were looking for. We were met when we checked in with some snacks and drinks which was a nice treat. We had one issue during our stay but it was dealt with immediately and sorted. Would highly recommend

Solare är en fantastisk lägenhet i nyskick med perfekt läge i Marbella! Modernt inredd och utrustad med allt man kan önska. Läget är idealiskt – nära både strand, restauranger och shopping. Det gemensamma poolområdet var mycket bra och lugnt, perfekt för avkoppling. En riktig pärla för en bekväm och avslappnad semester. Rekommenderas varmt!

What a beautiful place to stay! The furnishings were so nice, we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio, which had terrific views of Mountain and sea. The beds were comfortable. The place was super clean and well cared for. Our host Yera was incredibly gracious, responding to our endless questions and small dilemmas with ease… She told us about the local Saturday market, which was a huge hit, and she was just a wealth of information. Renting this place was completely stressless and the location was just perfect for what we needed. I would highly recommend!

Отличные новые апартаменты в тихом и уютном месте. Все в прекрасном состоянии, очень чисто, уютно, без неприятных запахов, продумано для комфортного проживания и пользования. Все красиво как на фото. Сделано с душой и добротно и мы чувствовали себя как дома. Для этой локации необходим автомобиль, но это не проблема. 7 минут до моря, все магазины рядом. Проблем никаких не возникало, но все вопросы Zain решал и всегда был на связи. Это был отличный отдых и я с удовольствием вернусь в это место. Очень бы хотелось, что бы следующие арендаторы тоже бережно относились к этим апартаментам.

We had a good vacation and the house we rented was very nice. The service was fine before and during the vacation. The service afterwards was not. I have sent them messages about the deposit i paid, which they are very slow to respond to. I didn't get a clear answer, so i send them an email about it. No answer. When they want money they know where to find you, when i have questions about my money they don’t seem the need to respond anymore. If you can respond quickly before and during the vacation, why can’t you do so afterwards? In my eyes that’s part of the service.

We stayed at the gorgeous Ocean Blue apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Marie was very helpful and also kindly let us check in as soon as we arrived. Will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Marbella!

The location was perfect for us just 10 minutes walk to either the beach or town with plenty of bars and restaurants. For several years we have been meeting with our family in different places in Spain in October. This year we chose the Marbella area and decided to rent Villa Palm Ridge because it has 9 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a generous terrace with a dining table for 14 people. We liked the pictures and we were happy that it is far from other villas because we are a happy family, we party and dance with maybe louder music. But what I found when I arrived at the villa was a stylish palace, incredibly well maintained, very very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. It's the most beautiful location we've lived in and we're ecstatic about the comfort it offers, the huge yard with fruit trees, flowers and people who clean all the time! The tennis court, swimming pool, billiards and sports hall, laundry, ironing, cold room and many other extraordinary facilities made us feel wonderful! We are sorry that we only have two more days and we have to leave, but we are determined to come back next year and retell the same story as in "1001 nights"! The agency Just Rent Marbella was always close to us and although it was more difficult to communicate on Airbnb at the beginning, we managed to have a very good connection in the end. I congratulate all those who take care of Villa Palm Ridge to make it a fairytale place where a large family can spend a dream vacation!

Wanted to give a shout out to Just Rent Marbella, the whole team, and in particular Anthony. The house that we ended up staying at was fantastic. Spacious and with more amenities than most homes come with, our family thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the it. The location allowed us to be central to all of our activities while feeling like we could retreat back into the home and relax. The many different outdoor seating areas as well as the backyard and pool allowed us to not feel as if we were on top of each other. The outdoor dining table was a hit as we enjoyed at least 2 meals out there a day! And much praise to Anthony and the team that addressed any concern immediately and in the most professional manner possible. The outcome? Was more than satisfactory! 5 🌟 ! We will use them again and again. Gracias por todo!

We enjoined a magnificant apartment at Albatross Hills in Marbella. Our expectations were high due to the professional pictures in the booking description. These were exceeded when we arrived. The apartment and the wole area were beautiful, perfect equipped, clean and well manged. We got a warm welcome and a professional service support during our stay by Zain of JustRent Marbella. The area is located in the upper hill area at the quiet and luxury golf valley of Marbella. The 24h security service within the gated community let us feel very save. The pool directly in front of our spacious terrace had clean blue water and a very private atmosphere. To get around it is advisable to have an own mobile vehicle.

Dear JustRent Marbella Team, we spent in lovely Casa Playa Bella Marbella two amazing weeks. The house was well prepared, immaculately clean, beautiful scented with quality aircon. It had all we needed. Comfortable beds, fully equipped pantry with quality utensils. Washing machine and dryer with available washing pods. I appreciated the nice touch of available amenities (tea, Nespresso, even beer in the fridge 🙂) Sometimes we did BBQ on the available grill, several times used jacuzzi that was super-easy to navigate and relaxing with the sound of the sea just behind our back. The best about this townhouse is that the beach is literally a few steps from the lodging. We just opened the garden door and we were basically on the beach. Great sea view from first and second floor terrace. Relaxing evenings with a drink in my hand and resting on a lounger. Several restaurants in the neighbourhood, i can recommend NOSSO beach club with amazing signature drinks. I absolutely recharged my batteries and had a lovely stay. I will certainly come back.

We stayed at apartment Milo. Beautiful modern Scandinavian design, well equipped apartment, quiet and friendly complex with a very nice pool. Balcony with barbecue for a relaxing night in. Comfortable beds. Good WiFi and large TV with AppleTV, Netflix, etc.

Second visit to Villa Amfora and I rarely stay at the same place more than once but this villa just has a fabulous Spanish, homely feel. It carries off authentic Spanish style combined with the modern touches needed for a comfortable stay. Marie arranged a slightly early entry time and we were able to access the property on arrival. Fantastic villa in a great location. Only a short walk to the beach promenade. Pool was heated and very clean and suitable for small children. Only downside was the beds (incl. pillows) were not very comfortable. Overall we had a wonderful time

We spent a great week in the villa which proved to be both spacious and beautiful. As a villa you have pretty much everything you need … games room, large kitchen, pool , roof terrace which makes it ideal for a larger group. Location wise it’s ideal for the beach (across a bridge over a main road) and a half hour walk into town .. a car is recommended for a little more flexibility around groceries etc - there is space for one car. Justrentmarbella were fantastic … communication was great as was the local support once we arrived .. I’d recommend both the villa and their professional service. Had a great time - thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Alyssa! Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing stay at this Los Granados apartment in Puerto de Cabopino. The location was perfect, in less than 10 minutes you can be in the Marina where there are a selection of restaurants to choose from. The boardwalk is on your doorstep which was beautiful for walks in the morning before it got too hot. My daughters (9, 13, 15) used the pool everyday and it was always clean and manned by a lifeguard. The security is also very good. There was never an issue with getting sun beds etc...... all very relaxed. The apartment was so beautiful, the owner has great taste as it had a hotel like finish. They kindly left us beach towels and beach baskets which we used when we went to the pool and beach. The views from the apartment are breathtaking and we loved the sound of the sea as we sat on the balcony. At night you could close the electric shutters to escape the noise and daylight and get a really good nights sleep. The apartment was so well appointed that it felt like a home for our family holiday. Beautiful furniture throughout. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget that you could think of and had plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to cook family meals - which we did on a number of occasions. There was even high quality hairdryers in the bathrooms ..... so no need to bring your own. The rain showers in both bathrooms were brilliant. The apartment had so many zones for relaxing meant that we could all have the space we needed for a family of our age and size. The two TV's had Netflix which was a hit with our kids in the evening. This property is a gem and the love and attention to detail that the owner has given to this apartment has made it an amazing holiday property!

I was in Marbella for one week with 3 friends, we had a very big apartment in Nueva Andalucia (only 2 km from Puerto Banús), and the apartment was very beautiful and big, with a modern design and the place was very quiet too. If I’ll go again to Marbella I’ll choose again JustRent.

The host was so helpful and the place is exactly like the pictures shown. The location is walkable to everything you wouldn’t need in Marbella from beach to gyms to restaurants. One of my favourite ever stays, very much recommended.

Heel sfeervol ingericht. Ruim balkon. Grote slaapkamers met goede bedden. Mooie keuken. Kortom eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt voor een vakantie. Het complex is rustig gelegen maar je bent in 15 min lopen in puerto banus of je pakt een Uber. Dus is er ook in een paar min. Je hebt dus wel een eigen auto nodig of zoals wij hebben alles met een Uber gedaan en een keer fietsen gehuurd. Wij komen er zeker nog een keer terug. Service van Maria was ook erg behulpzaam. We konden haar altijd appen. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

We stayed at Casa Sonrisa. Excellent apartment. Looks better than the pictures and have a wow factor when walking in. The apartment is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. I definitely felt at home as soon as I arrived. Was welcomed by Adam who sent me a message before I arrived to introduce himself. We missed our flight and ended up having to check in out of hours which costs an additional €50 cash. Upon arrival, Adam showed us around the apartment to get us settled. There are cameras inside the living room, bathroom and terrace which were off putting but they were covered by tissue when we arrived. The beds are really comfortable and there is an alarm for security. The apartment complex is extremely clean and quiet which was perfect but there were construction works going on next door which was noisy during the day. Apartment is roughly 15mins from Puerto Banus (approx. €10/20 4 seater bolt). All in all loved our stay and will definitely be booking with JustRent Marbella again

We were met by Maria who kept in touch with us when we arrived in Malaga & was waiting for us at the apartment. She was very helpful & it was nice to know that she was there if we needed anything. We had a super time at this most comfortable apartment. As soon as we walked through the door it felt like a home from home. It was light, clean, welcoming & was so well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need & more. The beds are extremely comfortable & the underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely on the cooler mornings. The balcony was spacious & a wonderful place to end the day with a glass of wine & a BBQ. Loved it so much that we will definitely visit again. Thank you to the owners for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home.

We rented a luxurious villa from this company in the Marbesa urbanisation and it was great. The only issue we had was the company has moved it's office and yet all the paperwork still shows the previous address. If you want to visit their office, then go to the Google listed address.

Amazing location, less than a four minute walk to the beach. The house was extremely spacious and the outdoor space had numerous options to enjoy the wonderful weather. The house was extremely well decorated and appointed, and did I mention the location! Shops, restaurants, bars, and more all within a 10 minute walk. Rented a great penthouse apartment in Cancelada from JustRent Marbella at a significant reduction when compared to other online sites. Service was excellent (Anthony was particularly attentive). The location and apartment were perfect being is a quiet community 150 meters from the beach and local amenities such as restaurants and boardwalk. The apartment had lots of space, well appointed with a solarium 2 barbecues and a jacuzzi. It was nice to get in the morning to sea views.

Me and my friends stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouse in Casa La Heredia. It was absolutely beautiful, the house was so clean, views were immaculate, and most importantly it felt very homely. We even met the neighbours and they were so lovely and welcoming! We loved staying there and would definitely be returning there if we come back to Marbella again. There were some minor issues that we faced but whenever I called Anthony, any time of the day, he fixed them for us right away! The whole experience staying in this house was such a smooth and stress free one. I would 100% recommend. Thank you so much for the lovely home 😊

We spend a week with our family in this House. It was magnificent! The view is fantastic, all the rooms are very luxurious as well as all the facilities. Everything was in order and complete. We enjoyed the swimming pools, the cinema, the gym, the sauna, the billiard and especially the outdoor kitchen and barbeque very much. Lots of space everywhere with a private space for everyone. All very well arranged and advised by justrentmarbella.

We rented Villa Sander in La Gaspara in August 2023 and had a wonderful time. The pictures were accurate and the villa clean and as we expected, which was great given the pictures were really very impressive. The Just Rent Marbella team were professional and responsive, I had no problem dealing with them from initial booking to receiving my deposit back at at the end of the stay... all in all we had a stress free, enjoyable holiday - thank you to the team.

We had a wonderful 12 night stay at the beautiful Costa Lita apartment. Helena met us on arrival to ensure a hassle- free check in, handing us the keys and also came to ensure a smooth checkout on departure. She was friendly and could not have been more helpful. The apartment is beautiful with stunning views over the sea, set in beautiful gardens with a large swimming pool. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk, with Pepe’s Beach bar and La Antigua Beach Club literally across the road. Supermarkets are within walking distance and the wonderful Estepona is a 15 minute drive to the west, with the bustling, Puerto Banus 15 minutes to the east!! The apartment is on the top floor, up two flights of stairs so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a chilled, beach holiday on the new Golden Mile

Marie was very friendly and helpful. She met us on arrival and when we ran out of gas for the barbecue, this was very quickly sorted. Nothing seemed too much trouble and she gave us her details to contact her if we had any trouble at all when we were on holiday.

The villa was great, clean and looks exactly like the pictures or better. We had some issues at the beginning but Anthony handled it perfectly. He was very patient and helpful. He stayed till 3 am trying to solve the problem and then came again in the morning just to make sure it was solved. I was going to cancel my stay but Anthony promised to fix everything and he did, he was answering all my phone calls and texts, other agents at the company they never replay for days but he was answering anytime. I strongly suggest if you book with JustMarbella to Anthony to be your agent definitely not Sascha he never answer for days and if he answer he will only say (sorry there’s nothing i can do) Stay away from him just useless Thanks Anthony for all your support and help

Villa Paraiso is an amazing space. We stayed with our extended family including grandchildren. The villa is spacious and well appointed and the garden is fabulous. A beautiful pool, pool house with shower and toilet and a well appointed gym with its own patio overlooking the pool. The villa is a place for children and adults alike so spacious that people can just find a quiet area or you can use the terrace and kitchen for gathering for dinner or drinks. The outdoor kitchen was amazing with barbecue, pizza oven and preparation area. The villa feels like a high class hotel. Our host was Maria. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small plumbing issue (blocked shower) which was sorted within a few hours. Marie advised us on the local beaches and was so friendly too. It was all absolutely lovely. Thank you.

Would definitely book again with these guys in the future. 1 small hair splitting piece of feedback, would be good if you had a digital/online way of completing the rental agreement rather than having to faff about printing and scanning it. Stayed at a property in Eliveria for a week place was just lush, quiet but also close to everything, and the local square had everything and just a 3 min drive. There is a very nice beach two stops/junctions down in cabopino - beach bars, chringuitos, sun loungers and the sea is not too deep/waves rough- really good for young children. Back to the property... it is just 30 secs away from the pool and it is so spacious and cool inside. Kitchen had everything we needed - even a juice machine so was making fresh OJ every day 🙌. All appliances easy to use. The rooms are large and the living room is as big as it looks. Bathrooms are nice - two showers and showers are large walk in ones and the ensuite also has a bath tub which is akin to a mini swimming pool! We even had use of the underground garage for the car so kept out the heat. Marie was absolutely amazing from checkin through to check out, couple of issues popped up and she was quick to respond and find solutions which made it hassle free. If you holidaying there with young children highly recommend it. Garden and terrace space is awesome as well to let them play outside and it's a really secure gated urbanisation security on patrol doing rounds 24/7. Spent many evening outside till late eating on the terrace which was bliss I would 100% stay there again. Thanks Marie and thanks Just Rent Marbella for an amazing holibobs Hasta pronto A

Our family enjoyed a lovely holiday at this apartment with Just Rent Marbella. It was very well equipped, with plenty of utensils and glasses, dishwasher and a very handy BBQ on the balcony. Great showers and comfy beds. Very nicely decorated with good storage and great air conditioning! Just Rent Marbella were great to deal with - everything went smoothly at every stage. Pool was great too, with a nice depth for our young kids. Spacious balcony with area to dine and a nice lounging area.

We kwamen ‘s avons aan in het appartement, er was niemand aanwezig van het agentschap. Ze had wel filmpjes gemaakt met aanwijzingen. De man van de security was niet op de hoogte van onze komst. Aan de voordeur lag heel veel stof (aarde). Het appartement zelf was niet netjes, ik heb zelf moeten poetsen, bloedvlekken op de matrasbeschermer gevonden, de tafel op het terras lag vol stof. Geen aangename manier om toe te komen. We hebben dit meteen laten weten en er is een poetsvrouw langs gestuurd die eerst alles ontkende, maar toch uiteindelijk nog eens gepoetst heeft. Het positieve was dat het appartement goed gelegen was en ruim genoeg voor een gezin van 3. Op mijn mails (meerdere mails) die ik naar het agentschap heb verstuurd heb ik tot op heden nog geen reactie mogen ontvangen. Onze waarborg hebben we ook nog niet terug! Ze verwachten dat de huurders zich aan regels en termijnen houden, maar dit is in 2 richtingen! Het was de eerste en laatste keer dat ik via dit agentschap gehuurd heb.

Amazing apartment & stay over all. No faults at all, very clean & perfect location. We were greeted with snacks & a bottle of wine! On the last night we accidentally locked ourselves out the apartment at 11pm, they drove straight over and came & to meet me with a spare key. Can’t recommend enough!

Everything was exactly as described. We had a Brilliant week at the apartment and the choice of restaurants within walking distance is very good. Special mention to Anthony who met us at the apartment and took the time to explain all the modern gadgets to 2 old dinosaurs, thank you Anthony.

The house is even better than pictured! The rooms are all large and bright and the kitchen has everything you will need for cooking. The beds and furnishings are tasteful and extremely comfortable. The pool and outdoor areas are gorgeous, plenty of space with sun or shade depending on your mood. The rooftop terrace with a view of the water is the perfect place to be during sunset. Marie, the property manager answered all questions promptly and rearranged her schedule for us when we had to arrive later than expected. I will definitely rent this villa again if I’m ever back in Marbella!

The apartment was spotless! The whole experience from start to finish was great, especially thanks to my Host.. Anthony, I had a few minor occurrences which he was always a message or phonecall away to help with, we even left valuable possessions when leaving the apartment which were promptly returned by Anthony, now you just don’t find trustworthy people like that nowadays! Would 1000% book accommodation through JustRent again.. don’t even get me started on the apartment and location itself!

The apartment and layout was beautiful. Large balcony to have barbecues, greenery across the compound, and lovely facilities. There were a few issues that came up in the apartment, but I was really impressed at how Anthony quickly resolved them and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. His after care was also great, making sure everything continued running smoothly.

We rented the Villa Las Torcas with my family. We had a great time at the villa! It is close to the beach and close to some bars and restaurants as well. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it, Anthony was superb! and Just rent Marbella were also very easy to work with. Thank you!

Wonderful place and very clean and safe neighbourhood just like the pictures…

We arrived at the villa and received a very rushed handover. Several key items were missing from the grocery order for 15 people. Both dishwashers were full. We noticed some areas were not as clean and prepared as they should be so to cover our position we sent images. The response was that the cleaners had not had time to complete prior to our arrival. There were no beach/pool towels but we found these in the washing machine. Only 8 for 15 people and were stained. Pool towels were required because the sunbeds (only 8) were also very badly stained. On our departure we carried out a thorough clean and the agent arrived very early to inspect. She explained not to worry about the kitchen or remaining provisions (full bottles of wine and unopened food) as the cleaners would deal with this. She mentioned this was why there were no basic provisions on arrival (salt and pepper, olive oil etc) as the cleaners take everything home with them. There were also 3 pedal bin bags of rubbish left which we offered to drop off at the refuse bins 300m away on our way back to the airport but she offered to do this for us. The agent looked around and said everything was okay and we had done enough cleaning. About a week after our departure we were contacted by the agent requesting to leave a review as it would enter us into a competition. We agreed and asked about the status of the unreturned 3500euro deposit. We were told that everything had been checked in the villa and they were in order and the deposit would be returned in full within a week (we have this in writing). Foolishly we left the premature positive review. After several more weeks of chasing, the deposit was not forthcoming and we were then informed that there was a contra charge of 900 euros to cover cleaning, stained towels and sunbeds, and a broken parasol (broken prior to our arrival and unusable throughout our stay) and a missing part of a large ornament (images show it was never there). The charges also covered extra cleaning, 200e and 100e for the agent to carry the 3 pedal bin bags to the refuse bin which she had happily offered to do. All items which we were carrying out at the time of the agents inspection and told to leave for the cleaners. Also a 100e for alleged damages to a stained mattress. They also deducted an additional and further 366euros in fees for a DEBIT card payment for the deposit payment. We had made no complaints at all during our stay although there was very little hot water in the villa (the outdoor pool shower was the only place to get a warm shower). We enjoyed the villa amenities but would not recommend renting through Just Rent as they were most difficult and unprofessional. I feel that the villa owners should be aware as this would prevent us returning to or recommending this villa.

After researching various agencies to book a 10 bed villa we discovered JustRent Marbella. They made the booking experience really straightforward and were quick to come back on questions that reassured us we had made the right choice. The villa was superbly appointed, made even better by Marie, who was a brilliant host. She made the check-in and check-out really easy for us all and was always available throughout our stay to answer queries, give recommendations and to make sure we were getting the most from our villa. A definite 5 star experience!

Fabulous villa! We loved our stay here for the week in August. The villa had literally everything we needed plus all the extras from candles to really decent hairdryer, coffee machine, wine fridge, excellent sonas speakers, everything was top notch 👌 the interiors were beautiful also, high tech high spec. Anthony our rep was lovely to deal with, so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the whole experience. Location was excellent, some of the best restaurants in marbella on our doorstep and the beach only a 5-10 min walk.

From the moment we booked the property we had a wonderful experience. Marie looked after us throughout and was able to help us out on the day of our arrival when we had an issue. We were able to contact Marie via whatsap with anything throughout our stay and she was always on hand. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth and Marie ensured that we were able to check out at our preferred time to avoid waiting in the airport for more hours than necessary. Casa amfora was a joy to stay in, easily enough room for 13 of my family to spend time together and get some much needed space… it was very clean and looked after. The pool was lovely with with a plethora of sunbeds. Location is amazing, 2 minute walk to the beach. Recommend to anyone whos looking for a lovely holiday with a larger group of people !

Villa Magna is a wonderful home with a fantastic view of the golf course and in a distance a sea view too Great layout and the owners of the property have furnished it beautifully . The house comes with a great music system and a perfect cinema room . The whole area is a golfers dream !! My Italian and British family really enjoyed their time there, and we all felt extremely comfortable.

We stayed in thé appartment a little bit more than 2 weeks.It was incredible : thé location, the view from the appartment that was amazing. Even the appartment dans fully furnished (everything necessary un the kitchen to welcom friends for a barbecue, pool towel, etc) Nothing was missing! If I come back in Marbella I will not look for other location, I’ll rent this une without any hesitation. Then the host Michelle was so kind and very was available in case of probleme. I recommend thé appartment !

We had a great 4 weeks at Villa Casiopea. The villa was fantastic. We were welcomed by Marie, who was very helpful and assisted with all issues very promptly during the stay.

We have stayed for a week in the beautiful Costa Marinsa Penthouse. The stay was lovely. Nice centrally located. The penthouse is fully equipped. Nice roof terrace with jacuzzi and sea view. We were received by Michelle. She showed us around and explained things. During our stay we could always message her for any questions. We enjoyed it very much with our 2 children of 8 years old.

This was our first time using JustRent Marbella and it is human nature to be slightly sceptical when booking something online for the first time, but anyone who is considering doing so should not think twice as the overall experience was 11/10 and we would thoroughly recommend and will be returning customers in the near future. Michelle who handled our booking was fantastic all the way prior to our stay she has great communication and answers to every question. She also provided us contacts for a concierge service who were able to arrange the best value airport transfers and a pre-stocking of the villa with a large food shop, plus many other services that are worth considering (private chef, yacht charter, golf bookings etc). Michelle was waiting for us at the Villa when we arrived to give us a tour and show us how everything worked, she was also on hand throughout the week if we had any questions she always responds immediately. Villa los Naranjos itself catered for all aspects of our trip, we had a group of 8 guests and we all had plenty of space within the villa. We had everything at our disposal in this villa, from bbq nights, close location to local amenities, lazy days around the pool and the different outdoor areas in the villa were fantastic. It’s in a great location to play the local golf courses, in particular I would recommend La Zagaleta (best golf course I have ever played and I have played many golf courses), also great location to get into Puerto Banus, 11/12 mins taxi. It’s a very secluded villa and we had no disruption from any neighbours nor did we receive any noise complaints in return, the perfect place to enjoy yourself. We had a €1,000 refundable damage deposit included into our booking cost, which honestly can be concerning as you are not sure if you will ever see it again. We did accidentally break 2 plant pots in the garden which we informed Michelle about and I must say how accommodating and reasonable Michelle has been in communicating and handling the repairs since we have left. Michelle is a 5 star asset in the JustRent Marbella team and we will be booking again in due course and would highly recommend to any other group who are considering using JustRent Marbella, and Michelle.. You will not regret it.

I went with my family , 8 in total. Everything was fantastic! The house is perfect, and when we got there Marie made us feel at home going over everything detail so that we could take advantage of what the house could offer. The house was clean and organized and when we had a small inconvenience with the air conditioner Marie helped us solve our problem within hours. She also helped us organize chef services (which were really good) and house cleaning. Marie was always at our disposal and happy to respond to our messages, something that made our vacation very relaxing and stress-free! I will definitely come back again!

We rented apartment Jardines for 10 days with high expectations as photos looked great and it was one of very few with 4 bedrooms. Unfortunately, when we arrived, reality appeared. This apartment was poorly cleaned, stains of red wine in carpets, outside sofa covers and even in beds. We had no duvet sheets in our beds, towels Jere stained, despite being washed. 40 wine glasses are great for 6 people but you would also expect more than 5 normal glasses and coffee cups. I contacted Marie immediately and she did her best to help and we did get sheets to main bedroom and found others from shelves. I washed all outside sofa covers myself as there was no cleaner available on sunday. Despite my big dissappointment about the apartment, Marie did her utmost to cool me down and provided some sharp knives and bbq coal. She is a star👍

We stayed in Penthouse La Fuente for a week hosted but JustRent Marbella. We were really impressed by this rental company and felt very looked after by Anthony who provided a seamless check in and check out and was always so helpful throughout our stay responding to our questions. We were impressed by Anthony’s professionalism, friendliness and hands on approach in all our communications with him and couldn’t ask for a better host! The property was in top condition, being recently refurbished it felt modern, fresh and clean and matched the specs of the listing. Would therefore really recommend this company to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Marbella!

Had a great stay at the villa in estepona. Did not want to go home! Michelle was great and met us at the check in and check out. the villa exceeded expectations with a beautiful view of the rock of Gibraltar. The view from the master bedroom when the blinds go up in the morning is amazing!

We had THE BEST time in nueva andalusia this week. We stayed at a lovely 4 bed apartment with a shared pool super close to everything you need - shops, cafes, beach etc. Anthony checked us in and out and was awesome, flexible, great communication and just made the whole process really easy and straightforward. Great holiday, will def rebook.

Family holiday at the fantastic Villa Amfora, Elviria. What an outstanding Villa set in magnificent gardens with a beautiful swimming pool. The place is enclosed and very private with mature trees and flowering hedges around the perimeter, so perfect for our family and all the kids. Beautifully decorated inside with large bedrooms and lounge areas that easily accommodated 16 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and led straight out to a huge outdoor shaded dining area, which we used every night to gather around for meals. The swimming pool was fantastic and where spent most of our time lying on the sun loungers relaxing. It also has security fencing from the sitting/patio areas of the garden which was brilliant as we had young children to keep away from the pool at night. All in all this place was perfect and as a bonus it is only a 2 or 3 min walk down to the beautiful beaches or 10 min to the larger supermarket, restuarants and bars. We are missing the place already. JustRent Marbella were excellent to deal with from start to finish and made the whole holiday so easy to organise. Especially Marie, whom met us on our arrival and couldnt be more helpful when we had questions. 😁

My family and I have just returned from a week staying at La Princesa in the old town in Marbella. It was the perfect venue for an extended family get together- the courtyard pool was a refreshing midday break from the heat, the decor was stunning and the location couldn’t be better- Marbella’s best restaurants and shops were only a few steps from our door. The house has such a lovely feeling, it really felt like we were staying in a home rather than a holiday rental, and Marie’s welcome, help and support throughout only reinforced this feeling. Nothing was too much trouble to ask and her professionalism from first point of contact through to check out, meant that we felt like we were in a safe pair of hands. I definitely recommend the villa and Marie for anyone looking for next level service and an unforgettable experience!

Had a marvellous vacation in this Villa which is very conveniently located in the old town. The furnishings had clearly been chosen with care and the Villa had a beautiful peaceful atmosphere that was perfect after a hard day of partying.

We stayed for two weeks in Villa Flamenco that is managed by Just Rent Marbella and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. First the booking process was simple and smooth, the contract was very clear and to the point. One week before our arrival date Anthony got in touch with us to arrange check in. He was assisting us with small and big requests during our stay (you know that when a group of 10 people is renting a house there is always something to ask help with). The check out was also smooth and Anthony was helpful to accommodate our departure time. We loved the Villa, the swimming pool, the garden, perfect location, quite, 200 m to a grocery shop, walking distance to a small local beach with a great restaurant, 5 min walk to another nice local restaurant. No noise form outside as villas around were mostly country houses which are used on weekends only. The only thing I was missing was Vitamix :)).

We rented a villa for the first time in June, using JustRent. Communication was very good, checkin and departure went very smoothly. Our villa was of a very high standard and any queries we had were dealt with very efficiently. We would definitely use JustRent in the future.

The perfect company to deal with in Marbella of you plan to visit. 5 stars accommodation services where I had a wonderful experience. Michelle and her team was delightful and eager to help in each aspect. Smooth check in and out, complete tour during arrival. Magna Villa is truly gorgeous property and amenities, it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in toward the pool area where view is stunning. Well maintained property where it smells fresh and looks new, bedroom mattress is amazing, bathrooms contain full shower set (towels with different sizes,shampoo, shower gel, hand soap). Home appliances are polished. I’ve contacted the company to fix a minor technical issue and they were extremely efficient and problem got fixed within the same day. For sure will deal again with JustRent Marbella.

The apartment is spacious and fresh with a large pool in the communal garden. We love the terrace and ate all our meals there. Our host was absolutely fantastic and helped us with recommendations. He really made sure we had a great trip. The location of the apartment was perfect, close to a supermarket and not far away from the beach. There is nothing really to complain about.

The beach front property was spectacular; it had so many special areas, I.e. patio, family room, pool, upper deck with jacuzzi, & sauna; very convenient location to sites around Marbella

AVOID THIS COMPANY From start to finish this company are shocking to deal with. The communication is terrible it took 3 attempts to even book the apartment through air bnb as the host kept letting the time period run out. We were told we needed to book an extra nights stay if we wanted to check in early the next day… did that and when we turned up the next day there was still workmen in our apartment - should have been sorted a day before. We then looked around and realised it was filthy. All of the outdoor areas were dirty, fag ends, food on the floor etc The bed sheets were stained the showers were dirty. We had to strip and change our bed sheets before we could sleep in them and clean the showers before we could use them - we had paid a £200 Cleaning fee so I expect the entire apartment to be clean! The company sent cleaners who did not clean any of the areas we complained about. We were then told as it was the weekend they couldn’t get any other cleaners to come, so we had to avoid all dirty outdoor areas (there was literally super noodles and cigarette ends on the floors) The electric went off once a day which meant we had to throw the food out of our fridge on multiple occasions aswell as the fact we kept having to go to the fuse box to manually reboot to get any electric - no offer was made to resolve this we were just told it had never happened before. The company/host refuse to even give us the cleaning fee back which I would think was the least they could do given the state of the apartment. AVOID JUST RENT.

Na de zomer een appartement gehuurd voor de week tussen kerst en oud en nieuw. Bij de boeking gevraagd of het mogelijk was om de boeking te cancelen als het met de coronabesmettingen de verkeerde kant uit zou gaan, dat was geen enkel probleem. Nu de besmettingen wereldwijd weer opliepen hadden wij aangegeven niet meer te komen met de kerstdagen en dat wij bereid waren een gedeelte van de huursom te betalen ( als het appartement niet meer verhuurd zou worden ) en een nieuwe boeking te plaatsen voor eind april 2022. Het appartement werd niet opnieuw aangeboden op de website, dus kon het niet verhuurd worden. Conclusie, geld kwijt. Zeer onprofessioneel en erg klantonvriendelijk. Geen nieuwe boeking en wil niets meer met deze club te maken hebben.

I’ll just have to say that JustRentMarbella has executed a perfect vacation rental service, from the beginning to the end! Our expectations are more than well fullfilled. The Villa was in a perfect condition and located with a most wonderful coastline view. It’s a pleasure for us to recommend JRM.

Viveka is the person in charge of seasonal rentals. I contacted her beginning of the week, detailing the age, the number of people, the number of beds and rooms we needed. She tells me that she will come back to me the next day around noon. Not having any news from Viveka I recontacted her and she tells me that she has too much work and that she has not found any property corresponding to my request and gives me their website so I can look at it myself. I found 3 villas that matched our request ... After struggling for several hours to get more information about the 3 villas, we made our choice on a house. I ask her to confirm 3 things about this villa, once again she tells me that she has too much appointments and that she will do it later that day ... 1:30 pm I receive a message telling me that the house has been let in the morning… If you want to waste time, feel free to contact JustRent Marbella SL

AVOID THIS COMPANY, absolutely shocking! (with racist staff too) I have never left a bad review on a travel business before in 30+ years, but this one - JUST RENT MARBELLA - has left me speechless. Having spent a five-figure sum on a ‘luxury 6-bedroom villa’ in Marbella (July 2021), all booked, confirmed and paid for, they emailed me a few days before arrival telling me they could no longer let me have it! They then offered me ‘2 great alternatives’…one with 5 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms! With 4 very stressful days to go before arrival, we couldn’t find another suitable 6 bedroom one, so 2 of our friends had to cancel their whole holiday with us as a result, as we had to take the 5-bedroom one instead. Which was a disaster! And we received no refund for losing a bedroom either. The property we were given was not ready or suitable for rental. It transpired they had got the keys from the owner the day before! We listed 14 different issues with it (I won’t bore you with) - from not having the right number of beds promised, terrible security on outside doors (resulting in us getting burgled and thousands of pounds of jewellery stolen), serious health and safety issues, getting locked into the garage for hours as door was broken, dark rooms as automatic blinds stopped working, no provisions at all and paper thin bath towels etc…. hardly a luxury villa experience as describe on their own website. To finish it all off, we invited one of their staff for drinks one evening with us, who then went into a RACIST RANT about the villa owner, saying they should never have taken this property on as they were so tight with money and not spent on anything they had asked them to. All BECAUSE OF THEIR RELIGION. I have never heard anything like it! Notwithstanding this shocking experience, I asked for 1/6th of our payment to be reimbursed as a very reasonable compensation for losing one out of six bedrooms (and our 2 friends who could no longer join us!) - but they have ignored this and NOT APOLOGISED FOR ANYTHING! Pretty shocking for a business that tries to present itself as it does. I had actually been warned about this company by another agency that I know in Marbella, as they knew they are not reliable. I should have listened. BEWARE, you’ve been warned!

The villa as amazing… and I couldn’t think of a better location. The team at Just Rent Marbella were top notch from meeting us at checking (almost 10pm 😬) to being sure that everything was cared for along the way. Was very impressed with the service and will use them again!

Best booking site in Marbella - Great apartment and houses !!

Work in progress paradise (that can be hell). We spent 5 weeks at this amazing aparment, stunning views and a potential home in heaven. However, we got very disapointed by the situation we encountered (that not was specified on the ad): - contruction works every day at the next building (from 8am on) - Construction works every day at the same building, same aparment (from 8am on) - Impossible to work nor relax due to the extreme and so annoying noises all day long - Hot water stopped working almost once per week - Heating floor not working (and we were not lucky with weather) - Tv not working after less than 1 hour of usage - We had to manage to deal with workers to fix these and other problems in our apartment, like a replacement with a crane of huge window in the living room, so we wasted the whole day and everything ended up being completely messy and dirty, in vane (when We never paid for this) - and no one came to clean it - We started booking process on Airbnb, but they asked us to change to their own website - response time can be delayed of several days, having to call and chase them several times to get an answer or confirmation. Definitely worth paying when everything is done, since the services (towels, sheets, cutlery, BBQ, etc) were fantastic, but not ready yet.

We rented a great apartment in Nueva Andalucia, we've stayed here twice now. Lovely terrace with access from the living room. I recommend!

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Marbella just leave it to JustRent Marbella specialists. They have a very impressive selection of great villas for reasonable prices. Do not search popular rental properties portals but go to professionalists from JustRent Marbella. We have spent three weeks there and that was a lovely time. Villa has everything we need - great equipment and furnishing. You will not only have a great place but fantastic service as well. Villa was very clean and ready for us with an exquisite warming welcome. Additionally during our stay all of our questions and requests were responded to and sorted out immediately. Smooth check-in and check-out. Definitely we will use JRM once again we are back in Marbella!

Guadalbeach appartment : Отличная квартира, для 2х семей подойдёт идеально. Либо для большой семьи из 5-6 человек. 3 просторные спальни, у каждой своя ванная комната и туалет. Прекрасная терраса, на которой отлично загорать, она закрыта с трёх сторон, и когда светит яркое солнце, чувствуешь себя как в солярии. Очень тихая квартира, достаточно далеко от дороги и бульвара, без машины сложно ходить пешком. Мы были без машины, очень устали наматывать километраж в конце стали просто ездить на такси. Двор маленький, теннисный корт для Игры в сквош, для большого тенниса мал, бассейн был, но всегда был закрыт, мы не купались, видимо зимой его не используют. Сама по себе квартира очень приятная, не затасканная, сантехника Vilerey&Boch, техника тоже качественная. Есть кофеварка, тостер. Мы попросили автоматическую соковыжималку, ее сразу нам предоставили. Был большой запас кофе. В каждой комнате кондиционер. Простыни и полотенца свежие, ковёр чистый, коврики в ванных добротные. Есть пылесос, если что можно прибрать самому. В квартире есть все для приятного семейного отдыха. Однозначно рекомендую!

Terrible allover. There were several issues with the house we rented that should't happen at all, for instance not working AC, a guest villa that wasn't prepared for our arrival even though it was included in the rental, outside lightning that didn't work. Some of the issues wasn't solved during large parts of our stay and the company wouldn't take responsibility for these faults. Just terrible!

We had an excellent stay in Marbella in a pretty, very pleasant house. we were received by Bianca who was adorable, always wanting to help us and very at our service. many thanks, we will come back

A quick note just to tell you that we spent a wonderful holiday from December 24 to January 14 in a pretty penthouse rent with Justrent Marbella, we had a very good welcome with the people from just Rent Marbella, they took care of us throughout our stays in a very professional way, the apartment we rented was very well equipped and very well located on the Costa DelSol. Great experience, great Holiday!

The House is a Hollywood dream !!! Luxurious, beautiful, stylish and lots of fun. Huge pool & jacuzzi and fantastic 5 sleeping & 4 bath rooms ... the large kitchen is a social melting point !!! Great location - walking distance to beach, quiet surrounding - highly recommended when you wanna feel like a billionaire

OWNERS AND POTENTIAL HOLIDAY TENANTS: BE AWARE!! These guys are not to be trusted! They say they only do business with families, yet they end up letting out homes to people with very questionable backgrounds that end up being bullies and doing whatever they please with your place. We rented out our home through them and ended up having to cover all damages as they released the deposit on the same day even when we specifically asked them not to. Their poor service meant that in the end, both, the tenants and us home owners, where equally angry with how things were handled on both sides. I have e-mails to prove how poorly we were treated! Walk away if you want to enjoy your holiday! ________________________________________________________ CUIDADO CON ESTA COMPAÑIA, ESPECIALMENTE SI PIENSAS RENTAR TU CASA CON ELLOS! Esta gente no es de fiarse ni por un segundo! Dicen que solo traen familias y gente respetable a tu casa y al final, acaban trayendo gente prepotente con antecedentes muy cuestionables. Rentamos nuestra villa a través de ellos y terminamos teniendo que cubrir los costes de los desperfectos nosotros mismos ya que no tuvieron las agallas de enfrentarse a esta gente prepotente que metieron en nuestra casa y acabaron devolviendoles el depósito íntegro el mismo día de su partida (incluso después de que les pedimos no hacerlo). Su falta de profesionalismo hizo que al final, tanto los inquilinos como nosotros acabaramos furiosos. Una experiencia que realmente no le deseo a nadie, menos en sus vacaciones! Tengo pruebas de la forma en la que tratan a la gente y no dudaria en compartirlas de ser necesario.

I decided to rent a villa with JustRentMarbella, at first everything seemed to be fine, but I had to be behind them all the time for the confirmation, if it did not become my insistence I could still be waiting. After a week they tell me that the villa is not free because the owners are going to go on that date. Which is clearly that they did not want to accept family with pets and on the web it says they accepted pets. If you are going to rent with them, think about it beforehand or you can run out of vacations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Decidí alquilar una villa con JustRentMarbella, en principio me todo parecía ir bien, pero tenia que estar todo el rato detrás de ellos para la confirmación, si no llega a ser por mi insistencia todavía podía estar esperando. Despues de una semana me dicen que no esta libre la villa por que los dueños van a ir en esa fecha. Lo que es claramente que no querían aceptar a familia con mascotas y en la web pone que aceptaban mascotas. Si vas a alquilar con ellos piénsalo antes o te puedes quedar sin vacaciones.
