We rented one of their villas in Benahavís through Airbnb to celebrate our wedding. The villa was beautiful, the check-in/check-out process was seamless, and Veronika, our coordinator, was a pleasure to work with—she made everything easy and stress-free.

Scammers and horrible service. Avoid at all costs. Will promise to give your security deposit back when you get back home but don’t give it back. Scammers and horrible,horrible people.

We rented a villa from Alexey and his company, specifically Rancho Paraisso, more than six months in advance for a very special event we were incredibly excited about. After extensive back-and-forth communication, we confirmed the number of rooms and beds available — a critical detail on which we based all of our planning: number of guests, event flow, activities, logistics, and accommodations. Our guests flew in from five different countries. Every element of the event — vendors, services, schedules — was planned, discussed, and booked based on the information Alexey provided. I explained and reviewed every event detail with him to avoid any surprises. He confirmed everything, even saying that he will help me obtain an event license (for a fee) which I agreed with, and I moved forward with months of meticulous coordination. Then, just two weeks before the event, Alexey informed me of drastic new restrictions: no DJ allowed, everyone must be inside by 9 PM with no exceptions, and a list of additional limitations — all due to supposed issues they had with a neighbor calling the police in the recent past. These restrictions were never mentioned before and completely undermined our planned event schedule. At that point, it was too late to change venues, guests had already booked travel, and service providers had been fully paid. As if that wasn’t enough, when I arrived at the villa two days before the event, the villa administrator told me the number of rooms and beds we had agreed upon was incorrect. This left me scrambling, without accommodations for all our guests. The only solution offered was to add extra beds for €75 per bed per night — costing me an unexpected additional €1,000. When I raised this with Alexey, he claimed simply that he “didn’t know” and offered to cover only half the cost of one bed, saying anything more would cut too much into his commission. Regarding the newly introduced event restrictions, he again said there was “nothing he could do.” This experience caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress for me and my family. I had to rework the entire schedule, adjust vendor services, and manage guest expectations — all within days of the event. It’s hard to understand how someone can operate a business like this — handling high-value properties and events — and take so little responsibility for mistakes, misinformation, and last-minute changes. I had been following up with Alexey consistently for months prior, often receiving no response for weeks at a time. Deeply disappointing.Will not use this agency again any time soon. ⸻ Update: Alexey, as a business professional, it’s important to understand that being sarcastic with clients is not just inappropriate—it reflects poorly on your business and can seriously impact customer trust. My review was genuine and honest. I’ve also noticed a similar tone in your replies to other reviews, which suggests a concerning pattern. This kind of communication damages credibility and discourages future clients. For this reason, I feel compelled to adjust my review to one star. Alexey Vinogradov and his company Rentamania are a COMPLETE Scam This wasn’t a rental. It was a psychological experiment in how far you can push a family before they break. And Rentamania — along with its spineless owner Alex — is at the center of it all. We paid over €100,000 for a two-month stay, expecting a relaxing, luxurious escape for our family and 4-month-old baby. Instead, we walked into one of the most traumatic, infuriating, and disgusting experiences of our lives. Before we even arrived, we sent our nanny to check the place. She called us within minutes, panicked. She was horrified. Cockroaches were crawling around the baby’s room. The pillows were covered in mold. Hair — not one or two strands, but clumps of it — was stuck to the bedsheets. The cups in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and the cupboards were littered with dead bugs. The lawn hadn’t been touched in what looked like months. And somehow, there wasn’t even a toilet paper rack in a single bathroom. For €2,000 a night, this was mind-blowing. We have over 20+ photos of this nightmare. I will be uploading them below. Every lie. Every bug. Every disgusting corner of the home. When we brought these issues up to Alex the owner of the company we rented from— calmly, respectfully — he didn’t apologize. He didn’t take accountability. He gaslit us. He said our nanny caused the mess. He genuinely told us the cockroaches “fly into the house to have sex.” That’s the kind of behavior you can expect from this guy. We had just gotten off a 9-hour overnight flight from Dubai, carrying our baby. We were exhausted, excited to settle in and relax. Instead, within an hour of arriving, we were forced to pack up our bags again and check into a hotel for five nights just to give our baby a safe, clean place to sleep. We sent a full list of what needed to be fixed before we could even consider staying there. Not only did Alex refuse to refund us for the hotel nights — he started threatening legal action when we pushed for it. And when we suggested that at the very least we deserved our money back for the week the house was literally unlivable, he doubled down, blamed us again, and offered us “extra nights” instead. As if anyone would want to spend another second under the roof of someone who treats paying customers — let alone new parents — this way. This wasn’t just a bad experience. It was betrayal. It was stress. It was emotional abuse disguised as hospitality. If you’re reading this and thinking about booking with Rentamania — don’t. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy spend a night there. And I guarantee you, if you do book it, and anything goes wrong, Alex will do what he always does: lie, deny, and gaslight. You’ve been warned.

The Most DISGUSTING, Deceptive Rental Experience of Our Lives – AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE We paid over €100,000 for a two-month stay here – close to than €2,000 per night – expecting a five-star experience. What we got was infestation, filth, deception, and emotional trauma. We were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. Ahead of our arrival, we sent our nanny to inspect the property and get things prepared for our arrival. Within minutes, she called us in a panic. The condition of the house was absolutely horrifying: COCKROACHES in the baby’s room. Yes, you read that right. Cockroaches crawling where our newborn was meant to sleep. Moldy pillows. Hairs on the bedsheets. Dusty cups that had not been cleaned in weeks. Dead bugs all over the cupboards. The place as an absolute disaster. For €2K/night, that’s inexcusable. The photos and videos sent to us in advance were blatantly misleading. The property was nothing like what was shown. We have photos of every detail — every bug, every hair, every lie. I’ve uploaded them all below so you can see for yourself. When we addressed these concerns with the person we rented from, the owner didn’t apologize — he gaslighted us. He started BLAMING OUR NANNY saying she did it? (Photo attached). The contract we signed said the house was "perfectly furnished and equipped". Go have a look at the photos below and ask yourself if that looks like a perfectly furnished house to you. The owners response to cockroaches? Rather than taking ownership and apologizing, he started justifying it by saying this time of year they "fly in the house to have sex". Let that sink in. This man is renting out a cockroach-infested house to families and justifying it with sex jokes. It gets worse. The house was so unlivable, we had to check into a hotel for five nights with our infant — out of our own pocket. We sent a detailed list of things that needed to be fixed before we could even step foot inside again. His only response? Started making legal threats saying posting the review was a "criminal offense". No refund. No responsibility. Just arrogance and blame-shifting. To be clear, Jorg, the housekeeper from a separate company, was the only redeeming part of this mess. He did his best to make the house habitable — but the damage was done from the moment we arrived. Keep in mind - when we arrived, we had an overnight flight from Dubai with a 4 month old baby. One of the most stressful travel experiences in our lives. We were so excited for this trip, and had paid a ton of money to rent this place. We were so excited to finally arrive and relax, and were met with absolute disgust and filth. So much so that when we were unpacked....we had to pack our bags again and move into a hotel because the place was not even livable. Rather than being understanding and taking ownership - Rentamania said we were being "unreasonable", blaming our nanny, and making legal threats when we asked for a refund for the nights that the house was uninhabitable. He continued offering "more nights for free", instead of a refund. Ask yourself this: would you be interested in staying more nights for free with a company that treated you like this? The trauma of this experience — especially while traveling with a baby — is hard to put into words. But here’s the bottom line: If you value your money, your time, your peace of mind, and your health – AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER SPENDING A PENNY WITH THEM. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy deal with this company. You’ve been warned. This was hands down the most disgusting, dishonest, and stressful rental experience of our lives.| Note: I can already warn you that "Alex" one of the owner of Rentamania is going to make some ridiculous reply filled with lies to try to justify this situation from their side - do not believe a word of what he says; the guy is a total scammer and con artist who will do anything other than take ownership for his horrific service.

Just finished our week of vacation in beautiful Marbella Spain! We used rentania as our contact and Veronika helped us coordinate everything flawlessly! The house was amazing! Better than the pics, the location was excellent, walking distance to D&G beach club and numerous beachfront restaurants! Spent many hours in the wonderful pool and gardens! In all a perfect vacation! Just not long enough!

We rented an apartment in Puerto Banus through Rentamania. Apartment was great and just like photos, easy communication and check-in / out with Alexey and Nika. Fast to transfer back deposit. Overall perfect experience - will for sure use them again.

I stayed at the beautiful villa Atalaya and it has a great neighbourhood and beautiful sea views. Nice outside terrace and a lovely pool. The hosts where great and helpful.

Our vacation was simply unforgettable! We spent time in a wonderful, beautiful house where each day brought new experiences and vivid emotions. Gorgeous beaches, crystal-clear water, and friendly locals made our holiday truly magical. We will definitely come back again!

We stayed here in January 2024. After skiing in the mountains, we wanted to bask by the sea. But it was very difficult to find a suitable place! Many thanks to Alex and the team. His offer was the best on the market, the price-quality ratio is simply ideal! We did not even expect to find such service, attention to all the details, communication on any issues 24/7. The villa itself is very spacious, bright, modern and has stunning sea views. The beach is very close and the center of Elviria can be reached on foot or 3 minutes by car. We definitely recommend it! As predicted, a stupid response has now been supplied. These people really are the lowest of the low (and obviously don't know the names of the Beatles either). Alex is not a person I would give money too. I have given up trying to get our deposit back, which is his plan from the start. He will keep your deposit for no reason. Obviously he will come up with some clever reason on here, but it doesn't change anything. There are many reputable agents in Marbella. Pick a different one and avoid these lot.

Great villa and great service from Rentamania. Pros: late check in, (we came at 2 am due to flight details), daily trash removal and cleaning, free concierge service, sauna and hammer in guest house. The villa is bigger than seen on the pictures. Actually, two villas and a few apartments. Great for our large family. Cons: 15 min drive to Marbella, sometimes have to wait for taxi. Overall 5 stars, we surely come back some day

Not a great experience with them, we booked on booking.com and they took advantage of us, they tried to keep the money from the security deposit. Be aware if they ask cash deposit, they will give you any excuse to keep the money. Finally, booking.com, refunded our money, but it took 2 and a half months!! Not people to trust, Alex or Veronica, scammers!

haben mitte 2021 für 4 personen in marbella von 19-26.02.22 eine wohnung gebucht, kurz danach wurden 50% gleich abgebucht, haben flug und 7 golf startzeiten bzw auch das leihauto gebucht und teilweise schon bezahlt! 7 tage vor anreise wurden die restlichen 50% abgebucht und wir freuden uns schon auf die reise! einen tag vor abflug der schock!!(am 18.02.22) wurde ich über SMS uns Airnb informiert das wir aus der wohnung storniert wurden!wir hatten damit keine unterkunft! mit angabe die vermieter wollen keinen lärm! wir sind alle 52-56 jahre alt und den ganzen tag am golfplatz das aber hatte Rentamania nicht interessiert, bitte bitte an alle die über Rentamania buchen, Finger weg von der agentur!! wir haben zum ersten mal über airbnb gebucht, und schon das pech gehabt bei so einer Unseriösen Agentur Rentamania zu buchen! ihr habt 4 sterne von 7 bewertungen, habt ihr die gekauft?? und zur info wir haben noch nie probleme gemacht! meine freunde und ich sind sehr erfolgreiche geschäftsleute! und halten was sie versprechen! einen tag vor dem flug ohne grund bzw ohne uns zu kontaktieren (dafür wäre über ein halbes jahr zeit gewesen!)uns zu stornieren ist kriminell! ich musste meine arbeit absagen um für uns einen neues quartier mit 4 schlafzimmern um einen ähnlichen preis zu finden, das ist auch in dieser jahreszeit nicht einfach , auch die golfplätze waren in der nähe gebucht! und jetzt mussten wir viel weiter zum golfplatz fahren! wenn ihr eine gute agentur währt dann wüsstest ihr was bei so einer reise für eine planung dahinter steht, und würdet nicht so eine saudumme antwort von euch geben! und es ist mein recht meinen anwalt einzuschalten und alle anderen von Euch zu waren lg mario

This company canceled my rental apartment 48 hours before departure because they had a double booking. Their mistake, but not their problem. my reservation had been standing for 9 months. In the same complex they last minute arranged a smaller app for twice the price. Which we had to pay ourselves. So I would never recommend this rental agency.

Great villa that is central to everywhere!

A dreamy villa! Such a great location, private whilst being close to everything and just as incredible as it looks! Communication was amazing throughout and Alex was on hand to answer any questions we had - even down to booking our transfers to and from the airport. It was so seamless and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Worst company to work with, they take no responsibility and let guests destroy your property completely. If you consider rentamania to rent out your property, think twice..

We (family of 5) just returned from a fabulous stay in this villa. Location is amazing, just a few minutes from the promenade in San Pedro. But with the pool in the Villa we normally used thatl during the day and had drinks and dinner on the prom in the evening. The master suite is brilliant, with walk in wardrobe, huge bathroom and jacuzzi. The villa is well stocked with anything you would need during your stay. The WiFi is excellent all over the property. There is great space outside for a bbq and off street parking too Alec and his team were extended responsive to any requests. We look forward to returning next year.

We were on a family trip. This was our first time in Puerto Banus. Overall the location is exceptional when it comes to easy access to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I highly recommend this place the apartment was very very clean and the furniture was perfect. It was remodeled recently the bathrooms were clean and neat. The host Oksana was very very nice and respectful and polite and always there on time and if you need any help she will do I will definitely go back again God bless

Deze mensen zijn pure oplichters! Dieven die alles behalve normaal zijn. Na 1 uur met hen in gesprek te zijn geweest over een woning op airbnb waarvoor ik diezelfde nacht ervoor een aanvraag tot reservatie voor had gedaan hebben ze me 2800 euro aangerekend. Schoonmaakkosten inbegrepen voor een woning die ik nooit gebruikt hebt en waarin ik hun na een uur in gesprek te zijn geweest liet weten wat ik het niet ging nemen. Ze maakte beroep op annulatievoorwaarden van airbnb maar we waren net in gesprek. Ik was zelfs al op de luchthaven in malaga zo last minute zocht ik iets. Het verhaal is veel langer maar houdt het hier kort.ik heb alles gedaan om met hen in gesprek te gaan maar ze negeren mijn verhaal volledig. Verwijzen enkel dat ze door mij aan niemand anders dat huis konden verhuren. Als ze op een uur tijd zoveel kandidaten gemist hadden door mij dan zullen ze het uur erop zeker geen probleem hebben het zo weg te krijgen dus waarom mij alles aanrekenen. Als ze in deze situatie zo kunnen zijn zou ik voor elke boeking via hen oppassen!! . Ze zouden je schade aanrekenen dat je niet gedaan hebt en je bancaire gegevens misbruiken. Vieze ervaring waarvoor ik een advocaat inschakel en ze waar ik kan alles zal doen om mijn verhaal neer te zetten. Ben 43 jaar en dit nog nooit in enige vorm gezien of meegemaakt. Sprakeloos ben ik.

We spent an amazing holiday. The house is modern and spacious. Terrace with dining table for family feast. Swimming pool with gentle entrance, as on the beach. The location is perfect. Just 3 minutes to the sea. Definitely stay here again! Special thanks to Rentamania team for the comfortable transfer to the villa and quick settlement.

Incredible Villa, we hired Number 12 on the Villa Marina Urbanization and it was truly incredible, breath taking in every way. We had great services from Alexey and his team, really good communication. The villa was gorgeous, really easy check in process and managed all the very small changes we asked for. Rentamania also organised all of our airport transfers that went like a dream. Thank you so much we will be back!

Great company. Rented a property for long term rent in Nueva Andalucía last year, and everything was in top-condition. My friends have also rented a couple of properties with them for vacation in summertime & everyone are very happy so far!
