Fantastisk vistelse i ett drömhus med pool i Marbella! Vi hade en underbar semester i detta vackra hus med pool – perfekt för både barn och vuxna! Allt var rent, fräscht och väldigt välskött. Barnen älskade poolområdet och vi vuxna uppskattade verkligen de lugna omgivningarna och närheten till både strand och restauranger. Ett stort tack till Novum Rentals för fantastisk service och ett proffsigt bemötande. De var mycket hjälpsamma, snabba att svara på våra frågor och såg till att vi kände oss välkomna från första stund. Allt gick smidigt från bokning till avresa. Vi kan varmt rekommendera både huset och Novum Rentals till alla som vill njuta av en härlig och bekymmersfri semester i soliga Marbella. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

The pre-arrival communication was excellent, providing all the information we needed for a smooth journey. ​Upon arrival, we were met by their representative, who was friendly, professional, and gave us a thorough tour of the property. We stayed in one of their apartments in the Nueva Andalucía area, and it was even better than the pictures. The property was immaculate – spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything a family could possibly need, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a fully stocked kitchen. The thoughtful welcome pack with essentials and a bottle of Cava was a wonderful touch after a long day of travel. ​What truly sets Novum Rentals apart is their level of service. Mid-way through our stay, we had a minor issue with the air conditioning. We contacted them, and they had a technician at the apartment within two hours who resolved the problem immediately.
