Fantastische plek voor de deelnemers van ons ontwikkelprogramma La Cala coaching&advies. Straalt rust en ruimte uit. Overweldigende luxe en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ons aanspreekpunt was makkelijk bereikbaar en reageerde snel bij vragen. Aanrader!

Zeer luidruchtig, elke dag overlast van bouwwerkzaamheden omdat het gebouw super oud is. Interieur van de appartementen is van de jaren 70/80 Miami/ scarface tijden. Respectloze schoonmakers komen om 10:00 jou het appartement uit gooien. Ze proberen ook je borg van € 200,- te stelen met onzin.

We enjoyed our holidays at both owner's places a lot! The appartments were clean, very well equiped. The communication with the owner was excellant - they provided us with all necessary information and provided nice tips for places to visit! Beautiful beaches close to the place! Really great holidays :) 😀 I can fully recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our arrival was perfectly arranged followed by a warm welcome. The information was clear and we enjoyed our days there. Top location, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, sea front with ancce to anything you might need. Everything was clean, well prepared and beautifully organized. Hopefully we will manage to return next year.

Had an amazing 7-day holiday in the villa with a big group of people. The property is stunning and has all of the necessary amenities needed to have a great time - anything from built-in speakers in all entertainment areas to the rarest cooking utensils, smoothie blenders & barbecues. There are a lot of sun loungers for sunbathing and a good mix of sun-lit and shaded areas for those who don’t want to sit in direct sun, yet still stick near the group. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, which is extremely convenient. The villa is in a quiet residential location, which means that ideally you do need to drive, however we did not have any issues getting an Uber :) The only downside is that the rubbish bins are a bit far away, but all in all we had a 10/10 holiday!

Een heerlijke herfstvakantie gehad in de villa aan het strand nabij Marbella. Uiteraard speelt het lekkere weer mee, maar ook het complete huis, de locatie, het contact met Marika, etc. waren wederom prima. Voor de derde keer op rij een villa gehuurd bij Espana Holiday en weer erg tevreden.

Vi havde 5 vidunderlige dage i det smukkeste hus i Mijas. Huset overgik alle forventninger og var en perfekt ramme for 14 gæster i alderen 11-80 år. Huset ligger flot og vi nød både solopgang, solnedgang og stjernehimmel fra tagterrassen. Optimal kombination af privatliv på de velindrettede værelser, små terrasser og hyggekroge - og fællesområder der indbød til samvær. De to pools var til stor fornøjelse for både børn, unge og voksne. Marika har været en fantastisk værtinde både før og under vores ophold. Vi drømmer os allerede tilbage - og vil helt sikkert leje gennem Espana Holdiay næste gang.

Absolutely fantastic agency. The property was as good as the photos, bust most importantly the service and support provided was great. Meet and greet at the property was really helpful and being available to answer any questions on WhatsApp. We had a lovely holiday, thank you.

It,s a priviledge and wonderful place. We love It. But the closets didn't have drawers and this was very uncomfortable. The agency staff was very kind.

We had a great time in the townhouse. It was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The decor and furniture was top quality and it was so easy to relax and enjoy our environment. The location in the complex was perfect. Close to the pools, but not too close. The terrace was quiet and the view was lovely. The location to la Cala was great for people able to walk, but due to being on a hill, was difficult for older members of our party. Similarly the townhouse being on three levels was challenging at times for the older family member and it was often commented that a handrail would be beneficial to make the stairs easier. I have added a couple of pictures, one of the view on the Terrance, and two of the roof. The bbq/kitchen area was amazing, and great for spending the evening if able. We bbq’d and took the food downstairs to accommodate our whole party. . All in all we had a great stay in las valvegas and would recommend both the townhouse and espana holidays who gave plenty of detail before arrival, were very welcoming on our arrival , and responded to any questions via WhatsApp in great time. The site manager was also great and always around the complex. Thank you for helping us have a great stay in our accommodation.

Just finished a 2 week stay here. Apartment is modern, clean and spacious. Lovey big balcony to enjoy. 2 lovely pools and 2 minute walk to the beach. Really lovely, will stay again.

We verbleven in woonblok Samara op een 5 tal km van Marbella. Een zeer rustig en hoger gelegen blok met 3 zwembaden, jacuzzi en een fitnessruimte. Het appartement (we hadden de penthouse) was zeer mooi, ruim en heel proper. En mensen wat een panorama over Marbella, de zee en de kustlijn tot aan Gibraltar. Bij mooi weer zie je zelfs Marokko liggen. Als enig minpuntje vind ik dat de keuken iets beter mag voorzien zijn van potten en pannen voor wie graag eens een eigen potje kookt (er kunnen 6 personen logeren) en de waterkoker was verdwenen. Monica van España Holiday ging dit echter allemaal in orde brengen 👌. Voor de rest is alles aanwezig tot een wasmachine en droogkast toe. En niet te vergeten: de ontvangst was TOP, zowel in het bureau bij Monica als op het appartement! Ze zijn daar goed bezig bij España Holiday 😉 Groeten, Hans

Rented a lovely villa from Espana Holiday,. Villa was clean and very well equipped as described. Location was perfect being just off the boardwalk. Communication including a bit of flexibility on checking in/out was appreciated and welcomed. Would definitely use them again

Zeer mooi appartement! Goede locatie, op wandelafstand van supermarkt, restaurantjes, marktje, … Vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Aanrader!

First time visit to this particular village/centre. Peaceful neighbour hood but beach and 3 restaurants walkable but a good walk so not for infirm. Plenty of car parking at the beach. The apartment was excellent. Especially the terrace and pool being so close and almost exclusive to use. Perfect for toddlers and families. Large dining area outside and BBQ . Bathrooms really great and anything you need for full self catering and laundry room all provided. Great broadband and streaming services available. Very quiet at night so no noise issues. Just a few minutes drive to Calahonda or Elviria both have several restaurants and late bars. Cabopino 10 minutes drive for the marina and beach. Overall the apartment is a real find and we would consider a return visit no question.

Amazing service, the greatest holiday I’ve had yet! Everything was clean and just as presented online. I would recommend espana holiday to anyone who wants a stress free holiday!

Our deposit was stolen - we stayed in a beautiful holiday home in June for 9 days. 12 days later I get a text to say they couldn't find a set of keys. My father was last there and everything was left. Why come back to us 12 days later?? Shocking. They then took our deposit, without speaking with my father and she refuses to answer his phone calls. AVOID if possible!!! Marika I the ladies name, who works for the company. Our fist holiday in 3 years, despicable.

OUR DEPOSIT MONEY STOLEN! We took over the keys of the house in the espana-holiday office and returned it there. After our holidays, we were accused that we broke the window. The real estate agent Marika claims it there was no crack in the window before and there was one after our visit - and we know we did not make any damage to it. So it is our word against her word - but she has our deposit and will now charge it. In addition, Marika was extremely unkind, she insulted us that "our behaviour is not normal" (!?) not to report this when we saw it (the window was not broken, it had one crack, something you see very often in holiday houses). Let me guess - the window will not be repaired - why it should be for the crack, so the next guest will be charged his deposit again. AVOID THIS AGENCY!

Amazing holiday rental company that helped us make this one of out greatest holidays yet! There was an amazing service from the beginning to the end. The house was perfectly clean and presented just as on the pcitures. Espana-Holiday offered help with anything we needed and it was a great exsperince all in all. Very disappointing. Our unit was not checked before our stay. There was a musty bucket in the kitchen, towels left out on the drying rack, towels missing, Internet didn't work and the power was off upon our arrival. The shower leaked (they knew ahead of time, and had attempted to repair it). A 2nd attempt was made to repair it, but we had to leave keys etc and make arrangements around our vacation plans. It never was repaired. No compensation offered. The other problems mentioned were rectified. The bedding was a sheet only (single beds), and I used a beach towel for a blanket.
