Marbella Sun Trips

My partner and I took the trip to Tangier from Benalmádena. It was a very long day (14 hours) and we did not see much of Tangier. It was great that we were picked up close to our hotel, but there were SO many stops for other passengers. Over five hours transportation each way but only about three hours in Tangier including an hour for lunch. Be aware that, other than lunch in Tangier, there are no stops to find food other than a sandwich on the ferry. No rest stops (bathroom breaks) on the way back. The first guide in Spain was not friendly and made the group sort through a pile of ferry tickets to find theirs. My wife ended up calling out guest names to distribute the tickets. On the Tangier side, we were repeatedly rushed through the tour by the guide, then the group was sequestered in a room for a sales pitch about beauty products for over half an hour when we could have been actually at the market we were rushed through. The operator obviously gets a kickback. The highlight for me was the food market but we only spent about three minutes walking through! We are pleased that we had a taste of Morocco/Africa, but if you feel you need to go, I'd suggest checking for other options. At the very least, bring some food, but don't drink a lot of liquids unless you have a strong bladder!

Hello, I went on a trip to Gibraltar, I bought this with Marbella Sun Trips, and I wanted to appreciate all good attention and help I received to book this. The trip itself was splendid, really enjoyed this.

I had trip to Ronda from Marbella inJune. All was fine and on time - thanks to good driver, but on the way back from Ronda to Marbella AirConditioner worked bad, and the guide said that it is maximum for now.For me it was awful. I am traveling 30 years and never experienced such a bad AC in the tour bus. I really glad that I did not booked longer tour with them. Another annoying things was that the guide was speaking mostly German on the way to Ronda, ever after I am asked to speak a little bit more in English, because in the bus was appr. 25 German speaking persons and appr.12englishsprskingpeople. But all of us paid the same price. In Ronda we were separated in2 groups according. It was better except ofguide was interested where are English speaking people are coming from and did some comments instead of being more concentrated on his duties.

Fixemos unha excursión a Granada que foi perfecta. Tanto o guía que nos levou no autobús a Granada como o condutor foron moi profesionais e simpáticos. A guía da Visita á Alhambra foi moi eficiente, estaba moi ben formada.

Would highly recommend using Marbella Sun Trips. Made connection with Helena before leaving Ottawa for Marbella. Helena answered all my questions and assisted me with my bookings. Took 4 tours through this company. The tours are well organized. The coaches were early and on time. Best part, the pick up point was very convenient, in front Puerto Azul. Will definitely book again with Helena when ever I return to Marbella. Thank you Helena!

Hola contraté una excursión a Tánger me cobraron un servicio que no cumplieron y no me dijeron que necesitaba visa para ingresar a Marruecos ,ojo!!!! Son peligrosos!!!

Pésimo servicio!!! Como prestadores de servicio turístico deberían dar información clara y completa (no poner info fundamental en un link a una web no oficial). Compré dos tickets a un país que requería visa, y no fueron capaces de advertirme para cancelar a tiempo y no tirar mi dinero ni perder un día entero de mis vacaciones, ya que me enteré cuando llegué a puerto que no podía desembarcar. La respuesta a mi reclamo más que insatisfactoria. Muy desconforme con lo ocurrido y mas aún con la respuesta.

Had a great day trip from benalmadena to Gibraltar with this company. The coach was clean and tidy,and the driver and guide was knowledgeable and humorous and multi lingual. Once in Gibraltar we had booked the rock tour and went into the caves and saw the monkeys. Great experience

We took a day trip to Cádiz. Michele, our guide was so lovely with our group and we really felt that she cared about us and what we wanted. She was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Our driver was also very friendly, a pleasant driver and prompt. Nobody rushed us and we were really looked after on the day.

Si hay que poner un pero del día, es que la comida en Gibraltar no es para tirar cohetes. Por lo demás muy recomendable y ojo con los monos que son manitas robando

We used Marbella Sun Trips few times and had great experience. This year we visited Granada and Alhambra Castle it was a magical experience. The bus was on time and there's great variety of pickup points locations we chose one close to our hotel. Any queries were answered quickly by Helena over email. They take care of the guide and entry tickets. We highly recommend and will use their services in the future.

Day trip to Tangier was well organized, good guides, lovely lunch, all on time….

terrible company, booked 3 retered females onto Caminito del Ray spent 2 hours in a village we were told would me 50 min Changed guides when arrived and then left to find our own way to coach. Guide left with out us and had to phone emergency number. Had they came to where we were told to wait they would have seen us waiting, obviously no head counton coach home, a very very dangerous situation to be in. We had to find our own way back to Fuengerolla an absolute awful company with complete disreguard of the danger they placed us in. No apology , and basically said it was our own fault,. Dont book with them

Booked multiple tours with this company, including Gibraltar, Seville, Cordoba and 4x4 safari in the Sierra nevada mountains. Unfortunately, the trips are not as advertised. They ram as many passengers as they can on the coach but atleast you have a seat on the coach! Sadly no seat provided for the 4x4 tour which was outrageous! Gibraltar is advertised as 3 hours of free time but reality is you have barely 1.5hrs so hardly time to shop and explore as you need to get back to the carpark to meet the guide for the tour of the rock which takes about 1.5hrs. There was far too much waiting around and abit disorganised as the guides spent alot of time sorting the groups by language. The local guide for the tour of the rock, Alex was very good and provided detailed information. However, the main coach never stopped for a toilet break from Malaga to Gibraltar or for the return journey. Fortunately trips to Seville and Cordoba included toilet stops but the guide for Seville, Paco was quite bad tempered and shouted at the group within 5 mins of being on the bus! The guide for Cordoba was good and very informative. The reason I score this company a single star is for the lack of customer service and absolute nonchalant attitude towards passenger safety. The company is meant to be part of the hospitality sector but ironically they lack hospitality and good manners. I had emailed the team 24 hours beforehand to query if I was able to cancel due to sickness but they never had the good manners to reply. Therefore I forced myself to attend the tour. The 4x4 jeep safari tour vehicle was not fit for purpose. It is advertised as private/ group tour but again this is misleading as it gives the impression you would be part of a group with own 4x4. The price you are paying is an absolutely overpriced and unacceptable for the disgraceful way they expect you to travel. For an EU country I was completely shocked at the lack of safety. 8 people crammed into a 4x4 that only adequately seats 4. The other 4 paseengers seated on a make shift, torn, rickety seating with no proper or stable seat or anything to hold on to. Having my 72 year old father with me, I was absolutely livid at this and I rang Marbella sun trips to complain and the receptionist stated she didn't care and hung up!! I further complained to the local tour lead who was as equally nonchalant towards safety, stating they being doing these tours for 18 years. This is completely irrelevant and does not address the issue of safety or why they expect people to travel in such a pathetic way. I refused to continue the tour and the guide agreed to a full refund but refused to drop us back at our hotel, dumping us in Mijas. Absolutely abhorrent service, overpriced tours with no value for money. Horrible service, holiday ruined! Do not use this company!

We booked a trip from Malaga to Gibraltar with dolphins boat trip. The boat trip was very nice, we had a chance to see many of them. The only thing to improve is time organisation, its not a lot of free time. We have an hour before the trip and hour and a half after so is not a lot of time to see any other attractions, you need to rush and stress if you want to be on time.

Booked all of trips with this company whilst in Spain. Fantastic. Would recommend them. All my tours had highly experienced guides and I felt very safe with all the drivers. I did a tour to Granada, the caminito del Rey and Ronda. On time too. Totally professional. 5 stars
