We stayed in Skol 639, which is a very nice apartment, it has great views over the sea and the garden, really uplifting! The livingroom is big, with many windows, also from the complete kitchen there's such a nice view! The sleepingrooms are on the other side, which is also a very quiet side. The building and the gardens are very well maintained, there are big entrance-spaces, where a guard is always available for guests. The MarbellaSkol office is very professional and kind! Everything was arranged smoothly before we came. The communication is flawless, they thought of everything. No difficulties at all: all communication went by mail, they answered back immediately! We really appreciated that! We want to come back no doubt!!

SKOL apartment 212 is has a well sized open-plan lounge/Kitchen downstairs. Upstairs there are 2 well sized bedroom and a bathroom. Also a downstairs toilet. The apartment has a nice outlook onto the Parque de la Constitución and a sideways view to the sea. It is comfortable and well equipped but would benefit from a refresh and attention to some details. The SKOL building is excellently located on the waterfront.

Great view, walking distance from many great restaurants. Slightly misleading car parking advertisement. Clean room. Never got the TV to work but used the Internet mostly.

Stayed in this apartment last year and enjoyed enough to book again this. Lovely size apartment, well equipped with comfortable beds and quality bed linen and towels (good they provide beach/pool towels) . Air-con in all rooms.Perfectly placed 5minutes to the sea and 10 to the town. Good size balcony with table and chairs, great place to sit and watch the world with a good book and glass of wine

We hebben hier verbleven tijdens de Marbella 4 daagse van Marbella. Op loop afstand en erg centraal. Mooi appartement, is schoon. Matrassen kunnen wel beter, er zit een kuil in het matras. Maar verder liggen de bedden goed. Is ook een wasmachine aanwezig. (zelf niet gebruikt). Mooi uitzicht, hadden zicht op het strand en op de zee en kijk direct op de boulevard. En genieten van de gezelligheid. Geen overlast van het uitgaans gebied. Er zit een schuifpui in en een rolluik voor.

We stayed for 1 x week, it was a great location, lots of space and very clean. We did have an issue with Air Con in one bedroom, we contacted management and it was dealt with immediately. Pool area was clean and drinks/coffees are available. This is the first time i witnessed people queuing for beds!!! Over all i would return, we had a great holiday made better by staying at this location.

We had a lovely 1-bed apartment with views from its two balconies over the pools and garden and out to sea towards the southwest (Gibraltar). The apartment was fully equipped for our holiday needs and was very comfortable. Staff in the complex were very pleasant and most helpful We used the garden cafe and would recommend a meal or snack there.

As a group we stay a couple of times a year. We love the location. The apartments are self catering with washing machines Wi-Fi etc. During the summer the queue for the beds at the pool starts quiet early maybe 6/7 o’clock but the pool person doesn’t open up to give beds until 10 o’clock. We book through Marbella Skol apartments nothing is ever a problem. We love our stay here.

Skol appts are amazing the location is just perfect. We stayed in room 639 on this occasion and it was fab. Two beds two bathrooms and all the things we needed with an amazing view. Highly recommend it. The appts are right beside the sea with three pool and a cafe on site. All staff are lovely and one phone to Marbella Skol and any issues fix. Amazing holiday

Apartment 1A was not as described, furniture was shabby, patio furniture had to be replaced during our short stay with cheap white chairs which at least were stable. Dirty dishes in cupboards I had to wash before we could use.. Very uncomfortable bed and dining cushions and sofa throws are very worn. Very overpriced given the basic standard of apartment, not what we expected at all, so annoying and in no way should be described as ‘amazing’ or charge €235 per night to rent in its current state. The pool area costs more to use daily €3 per person daily, and be warned guests queue up to get their beds from 9am until 10am. Given the trees in sunbathing area, most areas aren’t in sun until 1pm anyway, and people are constantly moving beds around all day to get some sun. Love Marbella but Skol Apt let us down badly on the holiday so we didn’t spend much time there.

Generally everything is great, the location is excellent, however in 438c it was clear that the smoke alarm was missing! There were dark spots that I assume was mould in the shower, and one electrical socket behind the TV unit did not look safe.

Literalmente un paraíso. Situado a dos pasos de la playa y de la zona de turisteo, restauración y zona de ambiente nocturna del puerto deportivo. Y a 10 mtos de la zona vieja a la que se llega tras un cómodo paseo. Estuvimos en un piso alto(9º) con vistas a la piscina, en el 708 y las vistas impresionantes. Sin ruidos nocturnos y totalmente equipado para estar como en tu propia casa. Hasta cubitera enfriadora para el vino tenía. El cuarto de baño está arriba, pero hay un cuarto con lavabo y ducha abajo para la vuelta de la playa. Hay q madrugar para reservar y pagar las tumbonas, pero todo se hace con un ambiente social muy respetuoso y agradable. De 10!!!

You constantly see the cleaners cleaning the reception area. |Negatives - we were apartment 108 and the music from the Irish bar underneath is very noisy and on until late. |Negatives - the pools don’t get sun on them until 1 pm so if you want a good spot you need to get down there at 7am and que until 9 am when they open to pay for your mattress. This causes a lot of arguments in the morning with people pushing in.|Negatives - I came back to the room one day and found a maintenance man working in the bathroom. I called Daniele to say please could you give me a heads up next time as sometimes my children chill in the room. She said she would do that and was unaware maintenance was entering the room. 2 days later my son was chilling in the room and phoned me panicked that three men were downstairs. He had cut his foot open and was on crutches so was u able to get to the door. My husband ran upstairs and told the maintenance men you should or arranged this with us or let us know. My son was really scared! They siliconed a tiny patch in the bathroom I’m not sure why three of them needed to attend. I called Daniele and told her this had upset me as I don’t want strange men in my apartment with my kids inside. She told me they have a right to enter whenever they want without letting me know. I find this unacceptable, we would have allowed them in anytime but I would have liked a heads up to make sure my child was not in the room on there own.|Negative - my child cut his foot really bad on the ping pong table, I asked security do they have a medical kit he said no and walked away. I ran to the life guard who looked at the cut which was quite bad and needed stitches he looked at the cut and started shaking and couldn’t even put the cleaner on it and gave it to my husband, I would of thought a life guard would of been able to deal with this clearly not.

Fabulous stay in Skol Marbella Cathy and Noemi always very easy to Contact Love the skol appts location is fab One small Thing .. cleaning materials could be left there . Everytime We go we buy some plus toilet roll etc but there is never any there .. it really would help people staying there if cleaning materials were left there etc .. the basics ! We will definitely be back

Pasamos 11 noches en un apartamento catastrófico.|Hay un gran problema de alcantarillado: la bañera y la ducha huelen realmente mal.|Además, un vecino del C146 fuma marihuana todo el día. Hay que mantener todas las puertas cerradas, de lo contrario el olor de la droga se sentirá dentro del apartamento.|Añadiré que no hay aire acondicionado en el dormitorio.|Un consejo: ¡huyan de este apartamento!

Apartamento con gran ubicación y excelentes vistas Instalaciones con dos piscinas fabulosas y gran jardín Apartamento con excelentes vistas y cómodo. A mejorar citaría el mobiliario de las habitaciones un poco antiguo con algunos cajones que se desmontan al abrirlos y en el baño superior la tapa del water que se mueve y desencaja.el extractor de la cocina no tiene salida . En general satisfecho con la estancia y volvería a reservarlo. Buen servicio y comunicación con la agencia. Lo único es que teníamos dos juegos de llaves pero solo una del acceso al paseo marítimo y para darnos otra nos pedían 10 euros .

We recently stayed at Skol for the third time. We don’t normally return to the same place/apartment but there’s something very special about Marbella and Skol apartments which has made us happy to return each year. The apartment block is in a perfect location - right by the promenade and nearby to lots of nice restaurants, shops and cafes. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. The balconies are a real joy to us - both have the most magnificent views, they really do take your breath away. The apartment block itself is well maintained with lots of amenities. The only thing to highlight was the need to queue early for a sun lounger - these are available from 9am daily but we realised people started to queue from 8am to purchase this and to ensure a good spot - though to be honest there are many loungers and most areas get the sun all day. We also overheard other guests say that people from outside the apartments were using the loungers which was a little frustrating as these are for residents only. The onsite cafe is perfect to pick up a drink or snack and the staff on reception at the apartments are really nice and they’re always on hand to assist. If you’re considering visiting Skol, we would urge you to do so. You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back again!

We recently stayed at Skol 803 which was the third time we booked with this agent. We found there were a couple of upgrades since our last visit - we’d reported exposed wiring in the bedroom and this had been repaired showing that the hosts really do take care of the property very well. We made a request during our booking and the hosts were so lovely and accommodating despite this being last minute - they went above and beyond to help us and to ensure our stay was perfect. Their kindness, professional and helpful manner is another reason we have continued to return each year. The apartment block itself is well maintained with lots of amenities. As a large family group in Marbella for a wedding we booked various apartments in the Skol complex. ||My husband & I stayed in 328C which was perfect for us both.||From the initial request for information, the team at Skol Apartments Marbella Holidays were proactive, positive and helpful. In particular, Daniela. From booking the apartment, answering our many queries with patience, to booking numerous transfers, all done in a professional manner. Once there, any questions or any little issue (we couldn't find a pole to lower canopy on patio) were answered very promptly and positively.||The apartment we stayed at was very good. A kitchen with full oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine we're a bonus. We didn't use them as we were there for a short period but for an extended stay it would be helpful to have them. The cupboards with Delph are high and so for short people like us (under 5'9) once we had what me needed we just left them down!||The bathroom had been modernised and shower was a walk in unit, great pressure & plenty of hog water. Hairdryer supplied, a nice touch.||Bedroom was 2 single beds and good wardrobe space. ||Patio was small but perfect for us two, got the sun in the morning and had a canopy that could be lowered to create shade.||And the location..... perfect. Front row on beach. ||We had one small issue in that as early as 08.30/09.00 sunbeds would all be booked by residents placing towels on them, but nobody on the beds until later in the morning. I guess this is common but it's the first time we were unable to occupy sunbeds earlier in the day during our stay.||Three pools, one for very small children, one for older with differing depths and then one with a 2m depth throughout. Spotlessly clean. Pool side cafe was a good to have also. ||All in all an excellent location to stay. Restaurants, cafes, bars etc plentiful within minutes walking suitable for all ages, and welcoming of large groups too. Old town about a 15-20 minute walk.||Beach literally out the gate, across the boardwalk.||If we're ever back to Marbella we'll book into Skol and have no hesitation in recommending.

Management offered air fresheners. |The building is 50 years old and infrastructure in decline.|The apartment was grubby and also in need of an upgrade. Toilet and dishwasher both failed during our stay.|Partial refund suggestion did not materialize.|For prospective guests. Ensure it’s an upgraded apartment, and don’t stay in 716a if it rains, unless you bring a clothes peg.

We had a very enjoyable holiday in apartment 134C. Location is great but of course a little noisy as the block is fronting the promenade. Communication was excellent prior to our arrival. We had specified that we needed separate sleeping spaces but found the sofa bed in the bedroom. A roll up bed was supplied - not the best for a seventy year old with a bad back. I didn't read the small print on the reservation and assumed the sofa bed would be in the living area. As it is 4 people would be sleeping in one room. Also, the first aid box should be replaced.

Just returned from a 2 weeks stay at Marbella Skol. It's beautiful and close to everything. No need for a car rental. The apartment was exactly as the photos. No surprises. Small and cozy! Kathy from the Management Company answered all my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend staying here.

Sadly due to illness we had to cut short our stay by 2 days & return home, but as usual the Marbella Skol ladies were very helpful and understanding. We have booked at Skol apartments before, but this time a different experience. On arrival we noticed there was not even a single role of toilet paper available. Bad service. And in our apartment (Mediterraneo building, 7th Floor, door 2), we found multiple cockroaches in our living room. Apartment itself can use an update. Especially the beds which are extremely uncomfortable. You feel the mattress' springs in your back. But location was perfect, close to the bars and restaurants and a beautifull view.

Excellent location, nice seaview (you can hear the sea when you are in bed), clean appartment, good beds. Although the appartment is a bit dated, it has all the ingredients for a very nice stay. It has a washing machine, only a dishwasher was missing. We will definitely come back!

Apartment 427a is located on the noisy side of the complex. Getting a good night's sleep is difficult. Lovely sunshine on the balcony in the morning. Kitchen is good. TV is old and needs replacing with a modern one. Shower area good. I think that 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 days is not sufficient. Great swimming pools. Late checkout was great.

Myself and my family booked two apartments 704A & 623A in the Skol apartments to celebrate a big birthday. The apartments were wonderful! El apartamento dispone de una buena terraza y estupendas vistas al mar. Además está adecuadamente equipado para una estancia agradable, sin demasiados muebles, ni adornos. Me gusta el edificio por las piscinas y la seguridad 24 horas. Además cuenta con salida directa al paseo marítimo.

Rented a newly renovated apartment, clean and nicely furnished. The only downside is that you could hear the neighbours quite clearly through the walls. Good location, close to everything. The garden was very spacious and green. Recommend :)

Ideaal gelegen appartement. Netjes en alles functioneert goed. wat extra toiletpapier en afwasmiddel zou handig zijn. Drie liften in het toch wel grote gebouw werkten al een paar maanden niet. Er was enkel één dienstlift beschikbaar waardoor soms lang wachten.

Great apartment-have it booked for the 4th time in a row. There are 5 girls and so central for us. Love it! Very central for promenade walks, walking up to Orange Square, heading to the beach or just the pool. Love this place....

Apartamento genial. Amplio, claro, limpio, todo exterior y todo nuevo. Amplia terraza para tomar el sol, comer en ella, etc. Pegado al paseo de la playa y de la playa. Con bares, restaurantes y tiendas en las inmediaciones.

Just returned having a wonderful holiday with my partner. Our apartment on the 2nd floor was a little tired but we were expecting that. However , we had everything we needed and the view from the balcony certainly.made up for it... wow !! I have stayed in other apartments on the complex over the last 12 years. I would always return to skol apartments as I feel safe in the knowledge there is concierge on entrance to the building. The rear is gated with private swimming pools, plenty of beds for sunbathing and a cafe/ bar for refreshments. There is a secure key exit from the outside pool area leading to the beach and promenade with plenty of bar/restaurants. What more could anyone ask for!! Also only a 15 min walk to the amazing old town. I'm returning to skol apartments with several old friends next month , cannot wait.

Great apartment, very clean. Had everything needed in the kitchen, great big tv. Lucia from skol was very helpful. I think there should be some sort of discount for repeat bookings. The loungers on the balcony are old and not in keeping with the high standard of the apartment, hopefully will be improved when we are back in June.

Schönes Appartement, direkt an der Uferpromenade und Nähe zur Altstadt. Wenig Parkmöglichkeiten. Empfohlene App für öffentliches Parking gibt es leider nur auf spanisch und ist so nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Unding an so einem Touristenott wie Marbella.

Fantastisk utsikt och rent och snyggt i rummet. Innan uthyrning se till att allt fungerar. Vi hade stopp i avloppet från diskmaskinen köket. Bra med diskmaskin. Lampa utomhus fungerade ej. Fixades under vistelse och det var snabbt fixat. Likaså trasig lampa i vardagsrummet. Fanns ingen ny lampa. Ingen brandvarnare. Bra med brandsläckare. Dåliga batterier till fjärrkontrollen till A-C. Jag klagar sällan men detta behövs kollas innan uthyrning. Annars toppen lägenhet för 2 personer.

Bed in room I had was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. It was the room with dressing table. My back was aching all night. Pillows are too thick for me so I swapped for a flat cushion I found in closet. This is my only issue. It's a great apartment and great location. Maybe just change beds and offer an alternative flat pillow. I couldn't stay here again in that bed.

Läget utmärkt med butiker och restauranger i närheten. Soffan som var enda sittplatsen var väldigt obekväm. Sängen var bekväm men väldigt låg. Rekommenderas inte till äldre som kan ha svårt att resa sig.

My husband and I have rented Apartment 2A a few times. It is a large, comfortable apartment consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large sitting room with dining area, a Kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the sea. On our most recent visit in 2025 we were very pleased to see that the kitchen had been completely redone. We very much appreciated the new appliances, all Bosch appliances.— hob, oven, Refrigerator, and microwave. In addition, a new larger dishwasher was installed. The laundry machine works very well. The apartment is in a very convenient location, a five minute walk to a major supermarket and very short walks to many cafés, restaurants and other shops.

Our apartment was very comfortable and well equiped apart from a slightly troublesome hob. Good Wi-Fi Service N/A The main bedroom upstairs was not double glazed like the lounge so was the road outside was a bit noisey early morning

Just checked my family in to the Skol i recommended it as I live here in Marbella. To say Luciana on reception is the RUDEST most unfriendly person I’ve encountered on a hotel reception ever. Seriously it’s extremely unprofessional to have someone like that as front of house!

This apartment has an amazing view of the sea and is on the beachfront with a side gate from the pool area direct to the promenade. There are 3 pools which is great for the whole family. You do need to get down early to get sunbeds together in the area you like and need to pay per sunbed per day but it is not a lot and they provide towels by the pool. The apartment has 2 bathrooms which are small but clean. The bedrooms have good storage (though some of the drawers in the wardrobes were broken or missing). There is no main light in the master bedroom which is strange and inconvenient but there is air conditioning in each room and the living area. The balconies (yes, two - one wraps around off the kitchen and living area and one smaller one off the 2nd bedroom) are great and equipped with table, chairs and sofas. There are two sunbeds as well. Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There is a big dining table and chairs. The only down side is the apartment is a bit tired looking with some cracks and some sockets are missing or don't work. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would definitely return.

Vi har nu bott på Skol cirka 12 gånger och har alltid sett fram emot våra vistelser där. Tyvärr måste vi säga att denna gång var vi besvikna på lägenheten vi fick. Möblerna var gamla och i ett mindre tilltalande skick, vilket påverkade vår allmänna upplevelse. Det mest frustrerande var att kylskåpsdörren var helt av när vi kom dit, vilket innebar att vi inte kunde använda kylskåpet under vår vistelse. Vi anmälde detta problem, men tyvärr hände inget under vår tid där, vilket gjorde situationen ännu mer besvärlig. Trots dessa problem måste vi erkänna att läget är perfekt, och det är en av de främsta anledningarna till att vi återkommer.

Har benyttet Skol og div leiligheter over flere år og er stort sett veldig fornøyd. Leide 216 i blokk A nå.Leiligheten var grei , men kunne ha vært bedre utstyrt med glass. ( rødvin,coniac)Ikke bare store øl gass. Koke og stekeutstyret hadde volum som passer bedre til storfamilie. Veldig bra renhold. Raskt og greit internett Meget god service i hovedresepsjonen. Vil framheve den unge herren fra Ukraina som betjente resepsjonen. Utøvde meget god service i hyggelig tone

Saubere kleine Wohnung in bester Südlage direkt an der Promenade. Die Wohnung liegt in der 9. Etage. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer und über die Promenade bis nach Puerto Banus und bei klarer Sicht bis Gibraltar und zu den Bergen Marokkos ist unvergleichbar. Ich habe die Wochen im November- Dezember dort sehr genossen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.

This is an amazing place. We stayed in apartment 715. One of the best places to rent in Marbella for a couple. it is so good that we are booking it again. You will be walking on the beach within 2 minutes from locking the apartment door (fort knox door 7 locks). Wrap around balcony gives almost 100% views. It is centrally located with an underground carpark (90 euro a week) right beside it. Has everything you need. Kitchen, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with loads of channels and fire stick. Double height ceilings. 15 minute walk to old city. Several supermarkets with 5 minute walk. 150+ restaurants and food with 10 minutes walk all directions and types of food. 1 hour to Gibraltar, 50 minutes to Malaga airport. The bad bits, Some tiny things could be repainted and freshened up but honestly you will not care. The apartment is one of the best places I have ever stayed.

My wife and I stayed at the apartment for 4 weeks in November. Perfectly adequate for 2 people, if a little basic. It also felt a bit damp and some of the paintwork has signs of black mould growing. Having said that, the apartment is in a great location being very close to supermarkets, restaurants and the sea. It was also extremely quiet, overlooking the park. Unfortunately, the trees in the park are quite dense and mature, restricting any view and also cutting out a lot of natural light. One very positive note is the staff at Marbella skol' who bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and quickly dealt with a few issues that we had.

The view of the apartment was the highlight of my month long stay. I liked the large balcony and ate breakfast and lunch out there. The kitchen was small yet I still managed to cook a lot. When I noticed the pipes under the sink were not connected correctly, plumbers were sent out the next day to fix them. The bed was soft due to the topper which I liked, but the sheets never stayed on and the topper moved all over. I think the issue could be resolved by using a proper fitted sheet, instead of a top sheet and just tucking it over the foam topper. Also, it was cold at night, and I had to dig through the closet to sort out a duvet. They did not look very clean so I chose the one that looked the best, and it was too small for the bed but I made it work. For the amount I spent for a month rental, I did expect better bedding already on the bed. The bathroom towels were amazing though, and the bathroom was a comfortable size with a big shower. I could not figure out how to exit the building on the back side which is where you have to take out the garbage. Instead I had to walk out the front of the building, in front of all the stores and restaurants, and then around to the back street. If there was a shorter way, that could be communicated better in the welcome letter. With a few changes to this rental, it could be fantastic.

Excellent apartment close to the beach with generous balconies and a beautiful view of La Concha, the mountain that is the backdrop of Marbella. This apartment was recently renovated and is in excellent shape. The staff at Marbella Skol are very prompt, courteous, helpful and professional. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, helpful with any queries the service could not be faulted. The views from the apartment were amazing and we saw some incredible sunsets. One small criticism the TV was listed as UK stations/ Sky available which was not factual but fortunately we could watch through our laptop. Had a super break and would go back again.

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in one of Daniella's apartments in the Skol.We had a lovely time. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. Daniella couldn't have been more helpful. Great location by the beach. Plenty of loungers with two large swimming pools in the gardens.

Disappointing. After staying in the skol on and off for the last 14 years and stayed in various apartments i would not stay in this one again. Stained pillows in the closet. Duvets with no covers on them. Shower holder could not be adjusted so had to use it by holding it. Heavily stained sofa needs to go to the nearest skip. I love the old style of the skol but this was unacceptable in my view. Love the outside space and of course the location.

We hadden een heerlijk ruim appartement, keurig onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie is top! Wel ad drukke straatkant, maar dat is te overzien. Vind de medewerkers aan de receptie wat minder. Amper gedag zeggen, niet vriendelijk, jammer maar dat staat volledig los vh fijne appartement.

Skol apartments are clean, family friendly, quiet and in a nice central location close to everything. Desk staff very nice, apartments generally well equipped (save for a couple that need basic items like a toaster etc) and the atmosphere is lovely. ||One area they could improve on dramatically is the attitude of their poolside assistant - her demeanour , aggressive behaviour and general lack of personal skills ( language barrier notwithstanding ) left a sour taste for everyone in my travelling party. Her constant need to chase three euro for a day bed (in all cases the fare had already been paid ) became insufferable by the end of trip - perhaps she might be better deployed elsewhere in the building?

No me gusta dejar malos comentarios y nunca he tenido experiencias así pero espero que esto pueda ayudar a mejorar y ser lo que antes esta empresa era y ofrecía. Llevo años alquilando con ellos pero esto ya es el colmo. La habitación no había sido repasada antes de la llegada. Además del intenso calor dentro, no había sido ni ventilada. Había mucho polvo en el suelo y escaleras. El sofá también estaba sucio y tenía marcas de suelas de zapato por varias zonas. Además la cortina de la ducha estaba en un estado lamentable y muy sucia. Básicamente no es lo que esperas cuando te vas de vacaciones y vienes cargado con maletas solamente pensando en descansar y disfrutar. Si bien es cierto que tras la queja, nos dejaron unas sábanas para cubrir el sofá… si eso se llama solución. La lavadora no funcionaba y estuvimos varios días sin poder utilizarla hasta que la repararon. La solución a todo esto fue la devolución del dinero de una noche solamente cuando estuvimos 17 noches en pleno agosto. Imaginaros el precio total.

Skol is in the perfect location for the beach, the paseo, for walking, food and transport. After many years, we still go back each year. |November is my birthday, it’s relatively cheap, it’s usually warm and Marbella is preparing for Christmas. The shops and restaurants are cheaper and its not as busy

Highly recommend The apartments are clean and well equipped with towels , bedding and equipment. Superb location on the beach. No need for a car as everything is on your doorstep. We had a problem with our washing machine and Kathy’s team were there in 20 minutes and fixed the problem quickly. There are pools for both adults and children and the poolside restaurant serves great food and drinks and is great value. Security deposit was returned very quickly!

Perfect location for paseo, beach and old town. Amazing view from apartment - straight out to sea at the front, up to the mountain at the back. Good size rooms and great kitchen area. Lovely pools with good, friendly snack bar- great to have the large adult pool for swimming. More information (and warning!) about the ridiculous sunbed procedure would be really useful for new visitors, as this did have a negative impact on the holiday (and I know others were similarly affected). Or even better, look at using a booking app similar to some of the beaches. This would avoid the current horrible early morning hostilities.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni a luglio. Tutto perfetto. Ritiro delle chiavi presso box indicato da loro tramite video. Appartamento esattamente uguale alle foto del sito, attrezzato di tutto il necessario e arredato con mobili nuovi. L'appartamento si trova a 50 metri dal mare e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Vicino alla casa ci sono tantissimi locali dove mangiare.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Appartememt 706 sehr genossen. Die Lage direkt am Stand, Blick auf Pool und Meer - ein Traum! Der Service war super - bei Problemen wurde sofort geholfen und das Problem behoben. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir im Urlaub brauchten, es fehlte an nichts. Alles funktionierte, aber der Zustand war teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt und sollte erneuert werden. Wenn die Waschmaschine läuft, sollte man nicht zu Hause sein. Diese war sehr laut. Selbst mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Türen konnte man sie auf dem Balkon lautstark hören - die armen Nachbarn! Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon darauf!

Un apartamento cómodo, muy limpio y perfectamente equipado. La terraza da a la zona de jardines y piscina y resulta silencioso. Tiene una localización perfecta, en pleno paseo marítimo y cerca del casco antiguo de Marbella. Servicio de mantenimiento muy eficiente en caso de necesidad. Muy recomendable.

The apartment is simply furnished but comfortable enough. Updating would really make a huge difference, new sunbeds etc. However, the main selling point here is the location (close to everything) and the wonderful views from the balcony. You will not tire of this view! Due to the apartment being on the 6th floor, it can be quite breezy on the balcony, at times too windy to sit out but for the most part the breeze is welcome. There is almost always a shaded spot to be found on the balcony but it is nice that you can sit in the sun too for a good part of the day, no evening sun on the balcony. The noise from people is not too bad considering this apartment is very central and right on the promenade but there is quite a lot of noise that starts up in the night or very early morning when they clear the beach - tractors etc constantly moving sand deposits. It can be very noisy, I ended up buying ear plugs at the pharmacy which helped. All in all this is a great apartment and I was very happy with the management of it by Skol. Communication was good before and during my stay. I also though it was very good value for money. I would certainly recommend number 617. The views really sell it! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed 2 weeks, 7th time using Marbella Skoll. All lovely apartments with 2 great pools and serviced sun loungers. Apartment faced onto the park but could still see the sea, so cool enough to sit for breakfast on the balcony and able to sit in the evening with a drink. Has all needed facilities- washing machine, cooker, coffee machine etc. to make your stay comfortable. Simple layout - it made it easy to keep today and find everything.

La plaza de garaje muy estrecha, con un vehículo algo ancho no se puede entrar o se hace con mucha dificultad. Las indicaciones para "no robar" las toallas de baño me parece que pueden herir la sensitibilidad , deben redactarlas , en mi opinión, de forma menos ofensiva. Hacen uso preferente del idioma inglés, no es nada grave, pero estamos en España (no dudo que posiblemete la mayor parte de sus clientes sean extranjeros) La equipación del apartamento muy completa. The team at Marbella Skol are always so helpful. I have booked through them for quite a few years. They respond quickly, are happy to offer guidance and are my first point of contact when booking in Marbella. This time we stayed at Skol 617. Fantastic view and location - but could do with a little bit of internal renovation in the bedrooms. However, a great 2 bedroom apartment.

Heerlijke locatie, prachtig appartement, 2 grote zwembaden. Lekker restaurant op de zonneweide en gewoon betaalbaar. Restaurant DaBruno gelijk onder Skol is een echte aanrader 👌. Zie tiramisu foto zo lekker. Heel goed en dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Wij hebben fantastische dagen gehad.

We stayed in apartment 424. Apartment was beautiful, spotless clean. Close to all amenities, restaurants, bars. Beach only a 2 minute walk. Pool area was perfect for us. The cafe and the two ladies working there are fantastic, highly recommend. Easy check in and check out.. Will definitely book again.

Las vistas del apartamento son espectaculares, y es uno de sus encantos, pero las cortinas están muy sucias. Además la parte de arriba de las cortinas no funciona con lo que no se pueden abrir. Desde la zona de la cama no es posible ver el mar, que es uno de los encantos del apartamento. El sillón individual estaba también sucio y medio roto. Las cuatro sillas de la terraza y el sofá sí son cómodos. El edificio cuenta con seguridad y el acceso a la playa es directo.

Lamentablemente, los apartamentos dúplex no se pueden mover las cortinas desde la planta de arriba por la gran altura, porque es muy complicada su manipulación y por el peligro que conlleva. No es sólo en este apartamento. Y mandaremos a lavar las cortinas, no lo hemos hecho antes porque ningún profesional se ofrece a hacerlo, pues se requiere un equipo especial para hacerlo. El sillón vamos a comprar uno nuevo. La propietaria está constantemente invirtiendo en su propiedad para que podamos ofrecer un buen servicio. Pese a todo, imaginamos que ha disfrutado mucho de su estancia.

Excelente ubicación. Apartamento con todo lo necesario y muy acogedor. Camas muy cómodas. Todo limpio y perfecto. Servicio recepción amable y correcto. Urbanización con varias piscinas. El único problema ha sido que se han alojado jóvenes que llegan tarde y haciendo bastante ruido, pero entiendo que se escapa de lo que que son los apartamentos.

El estudio 904 del edificio Cibeles estaba bien ubicado con vistas al mar pero la cama es un poco pequeña para 2 personas, no era muy cómoda para dormir varios días. Por la noche se oye la tele del vecino y es ruidoso. En el balcón vienen las palomas a dormir por la noche y dejan sus excrementos en el balcón. Faltaba jabón de ducha, jabón para fregar platos y pastillas de lavavajillas. El wifi del estudio iba un poco lento y la tele no iba muy bien. Estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos y facilidades para hacer el check in si llegas tarde.

Estimada Rosa La vivienda que usted reservó es un estudio y la cama como se aprecia en las fotos no es una queen size, siento que la haya visto pequeña para dos personas pero en tal caso tenemos más propiedades con camas grandes que podría haber reservado. Referente al ruido, la vivienda está completamente reformada, pero no deja de ser que es una vivienda en un edificio en pleno centro de Marbella y además cerca del mar por lo que hay mucha vida. En cuanto a los dispensadores de jabón, en su carta de bienvenida hay telefónos de contacto a los cuales podría haber llamado para que se lo rellenemos y además ver si la Televisión no iba bien y no tengo ninguna constancia de que se haya puesto en contacto con nosotros. Le recomiendo para las futuras estancias que además estoy disponible 24h al telefono de emergencia que se le indica en su carta por lo que con una llamada le podría haber solucionado esto. Le agradezco su estancia.

Emplacement idéal sur le paséo. La vue est magnifique. L’appartement est comme l’immeuble un peu vieillot, mais a du charme. Très agréable d’avoir deux chambres, si besoin. La cuisine est assez bien équipée. Quelques détails doivent être améliorés: Un aspirateur manque dans l’appartement. Le personnel de ménage doit vérifier après chaque locataire l’état de la cabine de douche: Problème d’écoulement dans la douche du bas de l’appartement; pommeaux de douche entartrés, l’eau s’écoule trop lentement. Les casseroles devraient être changées lorsque celles-ci ne sont pas en bon état (rayées). Le personnel du bureau du Marbella Skol est réactif et fait de son mieux pour trouver des solutions. Ceux qui louent doivent savoir que parfois des fêtards rentrent au milieu de la nuit, sans tenir compte de ceux qui dorment.

We stayed in Diana 206 for 1 week. Very clean and fresh apartment, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Comfortable beds with outstanding views.Close to restaurants, old town... Hemos estado del 23/ Marzo al 29/Marzo… el apto súper limpio con unas bonitas vistas al mar, temperatura estupenda, cocina con casi todo lo q se puede necesitar en una semana, los empleados de recepción encantadores y amables, cuartos de baño prácticamente nuevos y muy céntricos!! No nos ha gustado q el baño de arriba olía todo el rato a alcantarilla ( no tiene ventilación) y el agua caliente no funciona …. El apto en general necesita una mano de pintura….

Muchas gracias por tu comentario de SKol 727, miraremos que pasa en el baño de arriba, no es normal que huela así, cualquier problema que tenga nos lo puede comunicar como el tema del agua caliente y lo solucinamos ya que es algo imprescindible. Este apartamento se va a ir reformando y pintando en los próximos meses, ya se han renovado los baños, la barandilla de la terraza, aires acondicionados... Tenemos más de 50 apartamentos en el edificio Skol y muchos más en los alrededores donde estaremos encantados de hospedarte. Dear Guy, Thank you very much for your stay with us. After seeing my channel manager I can see that you stayed in the Apartment Skol 508 which is completely renovated. Skol building was built in the 60´s and had a great location. Corridors are being renovated and the communal area (gardens and pool) very well kept. Hope to see you again.

715 Skol is a very nice one bed duplex on the seafront in Marbella. the views are spectacular and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately during our stay there were 2 days of heavy rain and the ground floor was flooded and electricity went out. There are 2 sliding doors on the ground floor and the rain came in all around them. One of the locks is broken and the door does not close properly.

We liked our stay in studio located in the Parque Marbella complex. Studio was larger than expected, sleeping area separated from the rest. Furniture was modern, bathroom facilities good. Location close to seaside promenade and public transportation. Street parking paid and nearby garage available for a fee. Bus station is about 25 min or 8 min by car.

As an older property, SKOL doesn't offer some of the amenities of newer resorts. However, the location is perfect and extremely walkable to everything we needed, and the accommodations are a very good value. It is a friendly place. We really enjoyed meeting new people who have stayed there for years. We also liked having the Cafe Jardin right on the property. All in all, we are quite satisfied and plan to return next year.

Apartment 508 in Skol block A facing west. Very nice apartment,clean, comfortable with all appliances Inc 55”Smart TV with all English channels. Only problem we had was lose fitting strip lighting under kitchen cupboards. Trying to switch on and the bulb fell into my hand !! Other than that I would definitely use again. Terry.

We stayed in SKOL609 for one week. The (duplex) apartment is located very centrally along the beach of Marbella. Perfect place for 2 people. The apartment itself is a little bit outdated, but the teras and the view are compensating all.

Hemos estado en el edificio Neptuno. Habitación 902. Todo excelente. Sobre todo la comunicación con las gestoras del alquiler, Noemí en especial. La habitación tiene una ubicación excelente, frente al mar, aunque en segunda línea y recomendable para parejas que tengan pocos enseres porque es un estudio muy, muy pequeño. Pero pasar hasta 5 días en Marbella es suficiente para disfrutar de la ciudad y la playa. Estaría bien que pusieran unas perchas en la pared, detrás de la puerta, porque cuando tenemos abrigos/chaquetas en invierno es más fácil colgarlos y unas baldas en el salón enfrente de la cama y también dos o tres baldas o armario colgado en el baño.

No es aceptable que por 7 dias me hayan cargado en cuenta dos reservas de 300 euros cada una, 600 euros en total.

Buenos días Manuel, no vemos justa esta puntuación ya que para empezar no es correcta la información que usted está manifestando. Los depósitos de seguridad, como ya se le ha explicado, no se pueden retener más de 7 días, como se retiene el día antes de la llegada, el último día este depósito se liberó y se volvio a bloquear, no cobramos, bloqueamos, los cobros incurren en costes adicionales para nosotros. El problema que usted tiene, como se le dijo, es que su banco no refleja los movimientos de su tarjeta de manera correcta, nosotros no podemos hacer nada si su banco no hace las cosas correctamente como usted comprenderá. Se le envió las capturas de pantalla de su reserva, donde pone que se libera y se retiene otra vez, además de las transacciones donde usted ve perfectamente que pone 300€ no 600€. NO obstante, se le dijo que si su banco no entraba en razón, se pusiera en contacto con nosotros por si necesitaba de nuestra asistencia, pero no volvimos a tener noticias suyas hasta hoy con este comentario. Cuando pasa esto, con lo que se le envió a usted es suficiente pero si en su caso no lo fué, podría haberse puesto en contacto con nosotros antes de perjudicarnos de esta manera. Como le he dicho no es imputable a nosotros, es su banco el que no hace las cosas como debería. Si necesita de nuestra asistencia no dude en contactarnos, nosotros no cobramos nada que no proceda, nuestro objetivo es fidelizar a los clientes no estafar a nadie, sino no llevaríamos tantos años de negocio. Somos muy claros y siempre intentamos dar el mejor servicios. Un cordial saludo. Marbella Skol Team

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. Fantastic views of the sea and the park and local to many shops, restaurants and bars. There are 2 pools and a children’s pool set in a beautiful garden area on the seafront. Check in/out was very easy. I would highly recommend.

This was our second stay with Marbella Skol Apartments, for a long weekend break for some winter sunshine and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Excellent value for money and a very professional service, from start to finish. Good communication and quick to respond to any questions. Apartments are in an amazing location for sightseeing and within walking distance of everything Marbella has to offer. Would definitely recommend and return again!

From the start and throughout our stay, the communication with Marbella Skol was excellent The location of the apartment was in Block B, 6th floor, with a magnificent view. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were first class. There is a washing machine in the apartment but better still there is a laundry just across the street! The location of the Skol is excellent with many first class restaurants within walking distance We will be back!

This was the time renting with Marbella Skol. I already booked for the forth time and am planning the fifth time. So you can imagine, that I am very satisfied. This time I was in Diana 808. It is a very nice appartement with one of the best views of the beachfront houses! From the building you have a direct access to the Paseo Maritimo The staff was, as always, very friendly.

Het is een prachtig appartement. Maar bijna de hele dag ruik je de geur van het braden in de keukens van de restaurants. Het is niet mogelijk door die stank van het balkon te genieten. Ook binnen ruik je het soms. De stank gaat in je kleren zitten. Jammer.

Het gebouw ligt heel gunstig aan de boulevard met diverse restaurants en terrassen en niet ver van het oude centrum van Marbella. Het heeft diverse te huren appartementen verschillend in grote en prijs. Ons appartement was mooi en schoon met een ruim balkon met zij zeezicht. De service vanuit het boekingskantoor is zeer goed en ook het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Despite the apartment being a little tired, it was safe with very secure door lock and the sea view was stunning. Overall, all of our needs were met. Having stayed twice before in recent years in Marbella Skol apartments, we did notice this time that there was no welcome bottle of wine, chips and olive oil like there had been on previous occasions when we stayed there! 🤔

SKOL has prime beach front location offering you easy ability to go from beach to pool. On-site cafe is excellent. Our room had great view from patio where we spent most of our time while in the unit. Unit was clean, kitchen well equipped. It was a bit dated, which was clear from pictures, however clean and had all we needed for our stay. We would go back.

Appartamento recente ben ristrutturato, forse un po' piccolo per quattro persone. Materassi un po' sfondati e balconcino che non dà nessun tipo di privacy in quanto il condominio di fronte disterà massimo 3 metri ( magari una tenda da sole non sarebbe male).

Gracias Elena por su reseña. Se trata de un apartamento de 1 dormitorio con sofá-cama. Son 50 metros, como la gran mayoría de los apartamentos de la zona. Quizás usted debería haber alquilado uno de 2 dormitorios, y tendrían más espacio. Este apartamento está completamente reformado y bien decorado, por ello los clientes salen muy satisfechos. Y en las fotos se aprecia la posición de la terraza y donde se encuentra el edificio de enfrente. La orientación es oeste, por ello no han decidido poner un toldo, pues les quitaría la luz, pero lo comunicaremos al propietario. Saludos

I have been renting apartments in Parque Marbella for many years and i really enjoy coming each year. Apartment 81N is a great size and good balcony. On this visit though i was extremely disappointed due to lots of disruption. I feel that there should have been warning that there was construction work’s happening on the three floors above us as this started at 8.30 in the morning until early evening Monday to Friday with constant drilling, banging and dust being brushed over onto us below. Because of this we could only sit on the balcony for short times as it was very unpleasant. We had small children with us and this made things difficult as the noise kept everyone awake and the kids couldn’t play on the balcony. We also had issues with hot water for the showers as this was limited and most definitely not sufficient for the number of people staying. There was only one sun bed for use between five as the others where broken when we arrived. The agents did provide some help when asked but i feel for the extremely high cost for this apartment i was very unhappy on this occasion as i go on vacation to relax and unwind but found that very difficult to do on this time.

Hello Emmalouise, We are very surprised by this comment, the hot water in the apartment is from natural gas, that is, there is no limitation on hot water, there is a recorded incident that they did not have hot water but because the tap was closed, we do not know why, we never closed them but hey it could have been the maintenance team. We did not know about the noise issue, in fact the previous client was a friend of the owners and did not tell us anything, we do know that there are works going on, we will inform you but we had no knowledge from the community, neither from you nor from anyone else. We are not a hotel that knows every moment that it is done, this is holiday rental and we do everything possible to make your vacation as pleasant as possible, but there are things that are out our control and if we are not informed either, as you can understand, nothing can be done. The sunbeds, it's true that one was broken but it had been ordered and until the new one arrives we can't put it in... they put two because they can't fill the terrace with sunbeds, it's big but not that big. I understand your situation but I repeat that the only problem registered during your stay was the hot water issue and it was solved immediately, if you do not inform us of this type of situation we cannot do anything. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 3 personnes, très calme alors qu'il n'est qu'à quelques mètres de la place des orangers, lieu très fréquenté. Il est idéalement situé dans Marbella à proximité des plages, des activités nautiques, des restaurants et les boutiques sont au pied de l'appart. L'accueil a été super et les échanges avec l'agence très satisfaisants. De quoi passer un agréable séjour au coeur de la vieille ville

The location is perfect. The three pools (two bigger ones and one for babys) are very nice. The building is very old and the room was very simple and not nice looking. I mean you simply do not get a holiday feeling. The elevators are simply to slow and small, so you have to que up quite often.

The building is from 1963 and is considered an emblematic building so the façade cannot be changed. Inside it is being renovated little by little but not as fast as we would like. Al salir de los apartamentos, se me olvidó una pulsera de plata con forma de estoque de torero q me regaló mi padre antes de morir. Me puse en contacto con Daniela, se lo expliqué y me puso una foto de dicha pulsera, esta es.?, la tengo en mi oficina, le respondí que sí y el valor sentimental q representaba para mí. Me prometió que me la iba a mandar, bajo pago por supuesto por mi cuenta. Asi me tuvo un par de meses sin mandarmela, incluso le dije q si no podía mandarmela que la dejara en recepción que iba a ir yo personalmente desde Córdoba a recogerla y al final me dice que en los apartamentos pone en muchos carteles q ellos no se hacen responsables de los objetos q se puedan olvidar. Para que os hagais una idea del tipo de persona q estamos hablando, con una falta de sensibilidad y tacto enorme.||Ahí lo dejo.||Si lo lees, gracias Daniela.||Creo q es la dueña o la hija del dueño de los apartamentos.

Initially we were very impressed with Skol Apartment 706. Easy check-in. The views from the 9th floor balcony are spectacular and the evening sun very enjoyable. However, during our stay the air-conditioning units in both upstairs bedrooms leaked on three separate occasions. The double bed was saturated in the main room and the chest of drawers containing our children's clothes was saturated in the triple room. A technician came after the first leak and reported no problem, we were not there at the time. There was no offer of fresh sheets or towels to clean the mess. There is evidence of mould on the skirting board where regular leaks have caused the wood to swell behind the bed. We were told if the technician came a second time we would be charged a call out fee for him. After we got home I had my husband's new suit dry-cleaned at a cost of just €25.50. The manager refused to cover the cost. We stayed for seven nights and had two nights of interrupted sleep due to the leaking air-conditioning units with no offer of any compensation, not even fresh towels to clean the mess.

Hi Olivia, the only thing that is certain about everything is that the air conditioners had problems. 1. My colleague Noemí was in contact with you all the time. 2. You were provided with clean, dry linen. 3. You were compensated for the stay, you don't mention it. 4. You were not paid for the suit because it was supposedly for a wedding, the strange thing is that if it was dirty for the wedding, how did your husband put on the dirty suit for the wedding and then you send us the ticket 4 days later? In addition, air conditioners release distilled water that does not stain. We have done everything possible for you, we have no doubt about that and we are very proud of the service provided. We stayed at Urb. Bahia de la Plata, 8-B 2ºA, Estepona. The apartment was fantastic and any issues quickly resolved by Marbella Skoll. Unfortunately the apartment is just by the motorway so when sitting by our pool or terrace you could hear a lot of traffic noise. The location of the apartments by the sea is lovely however, with the heat, the walk to Estepona was quite difficult. We got an Uber into town instead which wasn’t very expensive. The restaurant near the apartments was very expensive so definitely worth the trip into town.

Beautiful apartment lovely view of sea. All mod cons. There was a lovely welcoming pack there for us that had sweets crisps water beer and cans of coke. What a lovely touch. Definitely return to this apartment it had everything you needed in the apartment. Host very easy to get hold of. It’s a top class apartment really lovely made our holiday.

A fabulous view although could be noisy with people late at night and machines working on the beach at 7am. The apartment is well equipped and the main bedroom was fantastic with a massive bed. Lots of towels and everything you would need. The pools were excellent with lots of company for our children with other families. Cafe/ Bar on site is amazing too

The apartment was very clean with a lovely balcony and in a superb location, close to all amenities. However, we were awoken very early on our first 2 mornings with the noise of very loud industrial cleaning machinery. On the 2nd morning it was on our floor and right outside the door. They knocked on our door and tried to gain access which we refused. We should not have been accommodated there whilst this cleaning was in progress. It was very messy and we had to watch our clothes and shoes so they were not ruined by the mess. I addressed this with the company who did not acknowledge or address it

Jennifer, it was a surprise to read this of which we had no idea, I have searched the emails and I have not seen anything and the customer service team did not know anything about this situation either, we would have talked to the community or relocated the apartment. Do not open to people without knowing it, there are many scams and we inform customers if someone has to go for repair issues. We have blocked the apartment this week and a few other days last week but due to a pipe connection issue but nothing to do with cleaning, we don't like customers being disturbed during their stays. Next time contact us and we will solve this type of situation, understand that we are not a hotel that controls everything that happens, we are an agency with many apartments in Marbella center for vacation rental but each of these buildings has its own community and if they do not inform us, we cannot get ahead of ourselves. Great apartment in perfect location for all you want to do in Marbella. thoughtful additions like providing beach towels, water in fridge on arrival made us feel welcome. The balcony is perfect with comfy seating for reading and dozing! Will be back

Great apartment with a brilliant view. 2 bed, 2 bathroom with huge balcony which was great (great power shower). Good wifi and air con. Best location in Marbella with everything on your doorstep including private gate onto the paseo. Company were great to deal with too.

We had an amazing stay, apartment had everything you needed, very clean and spacious and in a great location. Only thing I would say only 1 mirror in the bathroom was a bit of a squash when 3 girls trying to share it 😀 but that was only minor. Would definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Their level of service was outstanding, very professional, the flat was better than described in photos, super clean! I didn’t spent much in it but it was a peace of mind knowing I was heading to a pleasant place after a long day of conferences and dinners! I will book again with them next year

Fijn app-contact, goed geïnformeerd. Penthouse eigen zwembadje (1x in geweest), we waren meer bij het zwembad beneden en je loopt je poort uit en bent bij het strand (kiezels). Een heerlijke wandel-/ hardlooproute langs de zee. Fijne eetgelegenheden in de buurt, stukje lopen of een klein stukje rijden. Wij komen hier regelmatig terug. Top-plek om lekker bij te komen met of zonder de kids. Merkte wel dat de reguliere bewoners bij het zwembad last hadden van geluiden die van kinderen kwamen. Er waren onderhoudswerkzaamheden gaande, weinig last van gehad. Alleen qua uitzicht niet sierlijk.

We’re just home from our seventh stay at Skol. We have stayed in 5 different apartments (this is purely based on availability), but all were lovely with beautiful sea views! The apartment was very well equipped Everything you needed Check in and check out was easy. Although apartment was right beside Orange Square it was very quiet for good nights sleep. Some things needed fixing or updating but nothing major. No English TV channels but again not big deal We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back

L’appartement réservé était idéalement situé dans la résidence, avec vue sur la mer, 10/10 pour la propreté! Le Check-in était disponible assez tard (16h) mais j’ai pu laisser mes valises à l’accueil sans soucis! La résidence est très bien située proche des restaurants, de la mer et des supermarchés. Elle est équipée de 2 grandes piscines et une pour les enfants. J’y retournerai! :)

Goede locatie en prima service. Alles erg schoon, leuk uitzicht. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Keukentje volledig ingericht met koffiecups en biertjes/cola in de ijskast. Prachtige tuin met zwembaden en ligbedden. Cafetaria open voor take away met lekkere drankjes.

Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf in het appartement. De voorzieningen en ligging konden niet beter zijn. Wel vonden wij het kookgerei (pannen) beperkt en het dekbed veel te war waardoor wij de airco moesten aanzetten. Wij komen hier zeker volgend jaar terug.

Apartamento en primera línea de playa y con unas vistas inigualables. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso sin preocuparte de nada del apartamento. Tiene conserje 24 horas así que da igual cuando llegues que te dará las llaves sin problema

Stayed at apartment Calle Nuestra Señora de Gracia for a week and loved the location. Near a lot of restaurants, shops and only a short walk to the beach. Was very spacious for 2 people and also had a decent size pool on the roof which was never too crowded. The staff at Marbella Skol were also lovely and friendly. Rafa had waited in the area for us to arrive after us getting stuck in some traffic from the airport to hand over the keys, and also allowed us to keep our cases at the office on our last day since our flight wasn't until later on the night. Unfortunately didn't get the ladies name who had also spoken with us too but would definitely recommend staying here or at any of their apartments 😊

We had a lovely holiday - the accommodation was perfect for us - pools were fab - and no early 7am queuing for sun beds. Staff are all really helpful and location can’t get any better. Would definitely book again.

Condominio molto bello e comodo. Ve lo consiglio. Ma affidatevi ad una agenzia seria! Purtoppo io sono capitata nel monolocale ||115A by Completely Marbella che è stato un disastro. Stanza vecchia e consumata ma soprattutto con TUTTE le tapparelle rotte ||E senza tende oscuranti. Solo tende gialle trasparenti. Alle 6.00 di mattina stanza invasa dalla luce e impossibile dormire. Ho chiesto assistenza. Cioè riparare tapparelle o fornire tende pesanti. Risposta arrogante e senza soluzioni e mi è stata oltretutto negata la cancellazione della prenotazione. Forse sono più interessati ad incassare i soldi che a far stare bene gli ospiti. Pessima esperienza. Pessimo servizio. State lontani!!!!!!

The location is perfect and pool is very nice as well I did like the apartment, but the beds were of poor quality. Which to me is one of the most important things in an apartment. I needed a back massage after a few days because of the bad matrass and poor bed steas The organisation and staff is very good and friendly. Clear and fast communication

Bright, clean, pleasant accommodation although not 'Wonderful' as advertised. Some accessories low budget or dated, many plates and glasses mismatched and was dissappointed only to have 3 full size mugs for hot drinks when booked for four guests. Towels were years old and crusty, the iron has seen better days, the air con box on the balcony needs a lick of paint/camouflage and bedroom doors and surrounding wood work needs attention if wants to earn the title of 'Wonderful' as advertised. It is a lovely apartment, in a great spot but would class it as 'very nice' or 'pleasant ' rather than 'Wonderful'. I feel really picky, there was nothing major and the apartment was bright and clean and beds were comfortable, overall we did have a really lovely weekend stay xx

I booked the studio for my boyfriend birthday and it was the best choice ever , the studio was cleaned 👌 but the best part was the view ! Sooooo beautiful, every morning to wake up on the 8th floor and see the sunrise or to go in the bed with sunset 🌇 view . I'll definitely be back soon. I love Marbella ❤🙏

Estuvimos en el apartamento 223, que realmente es un estudio.||El tamaño, la distribución y lo nuevo que en general está el mobiliario es correcto.||Punto a favor, que en la cocina el menaje y electrodomésticos es bastante completo, hasta el punto de que tiene un buen microondas, lavadora, tetera eléctrica, tostadora, una máquina de café de cápsulas o batidora, todo nuevo o casi nuevo (no se puede decir lo mismo de los frentes de los armarios ni del frigorífico). Y también, punto a favor aunque del complejo, las piscinas, que son fantásticas y compensan las playas tan mediocres que en general tiene Marbella (llenas de piedras hasta del tamaño de patatas, aunque algo menores precisamente en la playa frente al Skol).|| Sin embargo, nos pareció muy cutre la puerta de entrada al apartamento, "apañada" con un tablero que cerraba las lamas de la puerta original y que debían de dejar pasar el aire del apartamento al corredor, y que se cerraba con un triste cerrojo de los de antaño (las puertas de la inmensa mayoria de los demás apartamentos de la planta eran de seguridad). Además del armario para la ropa, "adecentado" con unos tiradores modernos pero cuyo interior desmerece completamente del apartamento: pequeño, con la barra y la tabla superior vencidas, con fondo irregular, con una cómoda que debe de tener treinta años repintada de blanco y, para colmo, ocupada con la aspiradora, la tabla de planchar, colcha, plancha y... ¿una caja fuerte?!||En cuanto a la limpieza y protocolos COVID, ya nos encontramos al llegar en el lavabo como arenilla, además de tierra y agua en la ducha... La responsable que lo gestiona nos decía ante nuestras quejas que eran restos del cubo, que al tirar el agua habían quedado pero que nos aseguraba que esta perfectamente limpio (y digo yo: ¿no se puede echar algo más de agua para quitarlo y que parezca realmente limpio?, ¿o es que se limpia tan a la carrera?). Po no hablar de que en el chiringuito del propio complejo, junto a la piscina, el protocolo COVID brilla por su ausencia: el vinagre, las cajitas repletas con sobres de mostaza o ketchup saltan de mesa en mesa sin ningún pudor.||Por último, el parking. No está en el complejo, sino que es un parking público que está cercano y se llena rápidamente. Y lo que cuesta es un poco "impreciso", porque cuando reservé aparecía que sin cargos, luego quienes lo gestionan me mandaron mensaje que las seis noches eran 80€ por toda la estancia a pagarles a ellos al llegar, pero al final, cuando les digo que estoy en Marbella y que necesito entrar al parking, me mandan una aplicación vinculada al mismo y con ella me sale por 52€...¿? Pero atención porque este parking de Arias Maldonado, que no tiene la tarifa detallada ni en la calle ni en la barrera, resulta que cobra cinco euros la primera hora y, tras cuatro horas en el parking, ya puedes estar todo el día (es decir, que puedes entrar sin saberlo, calculando en base a lo que pone en la entrada peatonal de que en julio y agosto son 20€/día, y si sales a las cuatro horas, te cobran 20€!!).

Estuvimos en el apartamento 603. Las vistas, espectaculares, el apartamento muy limpio y bien amueblado. Desde la cama se podía ver el mar. Fabuloso!!. Además, es una urbanización con 2 piscinas, abiertas todo el año, y con recepción 24 horas. Hay que pagar por las tumbonas,pero son sólo 2 euros.

Estudios y pisos de 1,2,3 habitaciones. Situados en el centro del paseo marítimo. Se alquilan por semanas y meses. Tienen portero las 24 horas del día y seguridad privada. También tiene un magnífico jardín con tumbonas a disposición de los inquilinos y tres piscinas. Tiene una puerta de acceso al paseo y a la playa. Muy frecuentados.

Superbe complexe d'appartements au bord de la plage et idéalement situé au centre de Marbella. Restaurants, magasins et toutes les facilités à quelques dizaines de mètres. Certains appartements superbement rénovés. Trois piscines dans un jardin très bien entretenu. Gardiennage 24h/24.

Excellent location and facilities. Close to an abundance of good restaurants and right on the beach. Waling distance from the Old Town. Apartments are well equiped and many have great views - overall, fantastic!

Not the best fancy place in marbella but we just love going their every year with the kids, extremely central with direct access to the beach and very close to the shopping and restaurants areas
