While visiting Malaga, Spain we took 2 tours with Tanya. We were impressed and when we return we will book again.

OPLICHTERS !!!! Opgelet !!! boek niet met dit bedrijf! In februari ganse dagtrip met bus naar Granada + Alhambra geboekt voor einde mei, en net de avond ervoor werd alles geannuleerd met gevolg dat je onmogelijk nog iets anders kan plannen! DIEVEN! Ons hotel heeft proberen bellen en ze slagen gewoon telefoon toe bij de vraag waarom geannuleerd werd, terug proberen bellen en dan nemen ze zelfs niet meer op. En dan sturen ze later via WhatsApp dat het de schuld van de Alhambra is...????

À FUIR !!!!! A FUIR !!! LAMENTABLE ! On réserve une excursion qui est annulée deux jours avant et l’explication fournie est la mauvaise gestion de l’alhambra… Quelle mauvaise gestion ? Pas de réponse … A cette occasion, la lecture des avis Google précédents permet de comprendre que l’agence est habituée à annuler au dernier moment… Quand on demande les tickets de visite de l’Alhambra pour réorganiser le trajet, il n y a plus de réponse…. Bref, surtout ne faites pas confiance à cette agence et recherchez en une autre.

Kurzfristig abgesagt – enttäuschend und schlecht organisiert Wir hatten unsere Tour zur Alhambra mit mehr als einem Monat Vorlauf gebucht – abgesagt wurde sie jedoch völlig überraschend am Vorabend der Tour um 19:00 Uhr. Da Tickets für die Alhambra oft Wochen im Voraus vergriffen sind, blieb uns keinerlei Chance, spontan eine Alternative zu finden. Die Absage enthielt weder eine persönliche Anrede noch ein Angebot für eine Ersatzlösung. Auf unsere Rückfragen per WhatsApp reagierte der Anbieter nicht. Ein Blick in andere Google-Rezensionen zeigt: Diese kurzfristigen Stornierungen sind leider kein Einzelfall, sondern treten immer wieder auf. Trotzdem scheint der Anbieter keine bessere Lösung entwickelt zu haben. Für uns war das sehr enttäuschend – eine Tour, auf die wir uns lange gefreut hatten, fiel einfach ersatzlos aus.

It was the Alhambra trip in April 19 that got cancelled the night before departure. Same as the previous that complained- wouldn’t repeat the whole detail but that was susposed to be the highlight of my trip. The fact this company cancelled last minute is ridiculous. I am sure most of us traveled in from a different country. I came from Uk and was looking forward to this Alhambra trip for a long time. It was preplanned- at least a month prior. Don’t book through them please. It will ruin your trip.

Te cancelan la actividad con menos de un día de anticipación, cuando uno ya está en la ciudad… y sin alternativas o algo. Te dejan a la deriva. Actividad comprada con más de un mes de anticipación. No son serios. Llamando por teléfono a la alhambra directo nos dijeron que seguramente vendieron algo que no tenían. EDIT: te dicen que compras una posible excursión Y NO LO ACLARA EN NINGUNA PARTE DE LA PUBLICACIÓN DE LA EXCURSIÓN. Y si debe comprarse la excursión 4 meses antes, ABRAN EL CALENDARIO CON 4 MESES HACIA ADELANTE! encima tratan de tontos a la gente

NO CONTRATEN CON ELLOS! Nos acaban de cancelar una reserva para mañana 9am. Es una falta de respeto. Estoy leyendo comentarios y les pasó a muchísima gente.

I don't recommend this agency, very bad experience. They don't care about customers and they don't have way to contact them nor refund. Please look for other alternatives.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We booked a “Granada Full-Day Trip with Alhambra” via Get Your Guide. At this point there were still entry tickets on sale direct from the Alhambra website. As we were travelling from Malaga, we thought it would be easier to book an entry ticket with transport to Granada. It is also important to note that we flew from the UK to visit the Alhambra as a special surprise birthday gift. At 18:40 on the night before our trip, we received an email and a What’s App message from the company informing us that the Alhambra tour was cancelled. This is what the message said….. “We regret to inform you that due to the alhambra's ticket policy your ticket has been cancelled, we have already informed GetYoutGuide to refund your money, we are sorry”. When we tried to call them they would not pick up. We then challenged via What’s App and asked why, we received the following response. This made no sense. “We are sorry but it is due to political mismanagement of the monument”. We checked with other Tour operators and directly with the Alhambra, there were no issues with the monument and no political protests planned. The tour operator also had all of our required ID details. As expected, everyone else was sold out so we were unable to go. It appears that this company has cancelled tours to the Alhambra on many occasions and caused the same poor customer experience. It is also obvious that this company is selling tours to the Alhambra and not making immediate ticket reservations. When they come to eventually buy the tickets it is obviously sold out. We really wish that we had booked directly with the Alhambra and made our own way there. This company cannot be trusted (see all other Google reviews and TripAdvisor reviews under the name of All In Malaga). AVOID!!!!!

Had my trip booked for Monday, unfortunately we got food poison on Sunday and u was trying to contact them to reschedule the day. No contact after 1900. Contacted get your guide and they said that they were unable to help. We were sick all night, contacted them At 0600 and 0700 nothing. So I sent them an email and at 0900 I received a reply that sorry but they can help, reschedule or refund. I do get that they policy has 24h cancellation however that was an emergency. I lost money and the experience sorry but next time I would hire a car in the morning and do it myself probably cheaper and more to do.

Canceled our trip to Alhambra 12 hours before the trip, and we booked it a month earlier over Get your guide. They didn't offer any excuse, or dates change, just refund.

Esperienza a Ronda e Setenil de las bodegas molto bella. La guida molto simpatica e disponibile. Unica pecca il poco tempo a disposizione per visitare Setenil de las bodegas(avrei gradito 1 ora in più).

Guide von Malaga bis Granada war nicht sehr motiviert. Es fühlte sich an, als seien wir ihm lästig. Ausser die Guide in Alhambra, sie machte einen super Job, sie verdient 5 Sterne! Der Car gab auch seltsame Geräusche von sich.

Great tour - prompt coach, good driver and guide. Very good guide around the Alhambra - plus they sorted out our tickets when I booked a voucher instead of the tour!! Would recommend.

Fizemos um tour para Nerja partindo de Málaga e tivemos uma experiência extremamente desagradável. O nosso guia Frank era muito ruim, não fez o menor esforço para orientar ninguém durante o tour e por fim, quando nos perdemos em nerja (eu estava com duas crianças pequenas) se recusou a nos ajudar quando pedimos ajuda,gritou comigo no telefone, nos deixou na cidade perdidos e não respondeu mais nossas mensagens. Estou tentando contato com a empresa para recuperar meus pertences deixados no ônibus e não consigo, nem com o guia, nem na empresa. Empresa zero confiável. Não rsservem.

Ci siamo affidati a loro per due tour durante il nostro soggiorno a Málaga: il primo a Granada (con visita all’Alhambra) e il secondo a Setenil de Las Bodegas e Ronda. È stato tutto perfetto. Antonio è una guida spettacolare! Assolutamente consigliato!

¡Experiencia fatal! Compras un tour con dos meses de anticipación y 12 horas antes te cancelan la actividad por no haber conseguido entradas a la Alhambra. No pueden ofrecer algo que no están seguros de poder cumplir. Malísima experiencia, me he quedado sin poder visitar La Alhambra 😭. Llamas y dan solo excusas. No recomiendo comprar este tipo de tour a través de Get your guide, solo comprar la entrada a través de la web oficial del monumento.

DON’T BOOK WITH THEM! They cancelled our trip to Alhambra literally the night before the trip due to ‘alhambra’s ticket policy’. They left us no chance to find other tickets in such short notice. After reading the reviews apparently we’re not the first customers that fell for their scheme. We planned this entire trip from Germany just to see Alhambra and couldn’t because of this company. They even tried to blame us saying to read the description more carefully. Book your tickets directly with Alhambra to avoid this huge disappointment.

It was a long day, the trip from Malaga took 11 hours, but our guide on the bus was amazing, giving us a rundown of the history of the area, and even took us on a walking tour of Grenada which is a fabulous place. The actual tour of the Alhambra took 3 hours, the palace and then the Moorish castle are extensive and included the gardens.Our guide was very informative. We got back to our hotel exhausted but very glad we made the effort.

We booked the Alhambra and Granada tour. Guides were professional and everything was well organized at Alhambra with the local guides and that part of tour was excellent. I only wish we would have had more than 1hour at Granada. I know they change the entrance times at Alhambra and this affects the schedule, but still it felt bit disapointing that we really did not have anything to do in Granada due to short time and everything being closed during siesta. Bus AC also was not working during our trip back, which made it quite a sweaty trip.

I unfortunately have to echo all the other reviews that this tour company is not to be trusted. I booked the Granada and Alhambra tour with them in advance. I got a cancellation message the night before "due to the bad management policy that the monument currently has." Luckily I had some extra days on my holiday, so I booked it again about a week later. Got the same message 13 hours before the departure time. Word for word. Not sure if they overbook or they are just really bad at running their business and don't care about people's time but I wouldn't trust this company if you're planning on actually participating in a tour. Seems like it's a gamble who gets kicked out when things inevitably go wrong and in my case, I miss out on seeing Alhambra.

It was indeed a 5 star experience mainly due to the two excellent guides we had.Alain from the travel agency very knoeageblw nice and helpful.Thank you! And last , but not least the local guide in Cordoba, Myriam who walked us through all layers of her town history..fantastic job.It will remain forever in our hearts.A huge Thank you!

If only it were possible to give a rating of 0 or even -5! Friends, please read my review and all the reviews below before ruining your vacation! Like many other tourists, our experience started with a message at 6 PM about the cancellation of our Alhambra tour due to a "political event" (according to GetYourGuide) or "Alhambra policy." This is such a lie!!!! Shameless. We contacted Alhambra, and we have many tour guide friends here who visit it daily without any issues. Clearly, they just didn’t gather enough people and didn’t buy the tickets in advance. As tourists, this means we won’t get to visit Alhambra at all since tickets need to be purchased a month in advance. Do not use these scammers! P.S. We received money back, at least this is adequate.

AllinMalaga is irresponsible and not trustworthy. We are a family of 4 from Sweden, boked a trip from Malaga to Alhambra 2 months a head of the scheduled trip. 13 hrs before the departure time, the agency informed us by mail that the trip was canceled. The reason was "due to a policy change occured in Alhambra." The next morning, we went to the bus station to check if the whole trip was canceled. There, we met the tourguide while he was checking who should board on the bus according to a namelist . Apparently, still there were some people on the bus who were traveling to Alhambra. Among the travelers our names were not included. His explanation again "it was due to a policychange in Alhambra. You will get your money back". He told us to contact the office when we insisted for a better explanation. We went to the office, rang on the door bell but got no response. Not even when we call on the telephone and wrote e-mail we got response. What we have experienced is that we are left behind and our vacation is spoild. And the agency did not care. Dont use Allinmalaga!

Horrible ! Groupe trop nombreux. 70 pers et une seule guide qui parle deux langues. Anglais et espagnol. Visite de Ronda et Setenil le 25 janvier 2024. Le lieu de rencontre pour repartir de Ronda : c’était dans une gare routière en périphérie. 1) On distribue des audio-guides pour mener un groupe à la queue leu leu. Impossible d’être constamment à entendre. 2) Je conseille à Carmen de regrouper ses clients devant l’église à l’entrée de Ronda puis soit de les conduire à pied jusqu’au bus. 2h de temps libre pour 1h de visite expliquée. 3) Ayant été refusée pour 2 minutes alors que j’étais tout près de la gare, j’avais des rues qui se divisaient en branches devant moi pendant que j’étais à pied, le bus est parti à Setenil sans moi. Carmen m’a dit Vous prenez le taxi et vous nous rejoignez à Setenil. J’ai dit OK mais elle paye, elle a répondu hi hi ! 4) J’ai été avertie et sans aucune explication le 23 janvier 2024 que mon tour journalier du 24 janvier 2024 pour la Nerja a été annulé. Soit la veille. Que les clients de cette agence comprennent que AllinMalaga est là pour se remplir les poches. Et qu’ils croient que les gens connaissent les lieux nouveaux comme si on a toujours vécu là ! Du chiffre d’affaires d’abord ! Comptez le nombre de personnes sur une place publique de Ronda une demi-heure avant le départ prévu du car et amenez-les au bus. Ce groupe n’aurait jamais dû dépasser 25 personnes. Une solution : faites payer plus cher et limitez. J’ai quand même eu la politesse de prévenir immédiatement l’agence que je rentre seule à Málaga par le transport public ! Un merci, ça se fait.

Eine Tagestour zur Alhambra wurde vor Monaten reserviert. Am Tag vor der der Reise wurde gegen 19 Uhr eine formlose Absage wegen einer politischen Veranstaltung übersendet. Das ist vollkommen inakzeptabel, da alternativen Buchungen so kurzfristig nicht möglich sind. Wir können nur dazu Raten, direkt bei der Alhambra zu buchen.

Good trip, good guide. Ronda lovely & very interesting, busy, could have had a bit more time. Setinel, ancient cave dwellings, now many pretty cafes set into the rock face. Scenery on route beautiful, trip involved a bit more walking than had realised.

Booked three tours from nerja, two were cancelled due to "political events". Same tours are still available from malaga. I guess there were not enough people to be profitable from nerja. At least be honest about it. Neuer again.

This is a total scam. i planned my trip to Granada from Malaga and to visit Alhambra including Nasir Palace from more than month and they cancelled it on the very last moment!! They said it was because of political reasons but when i called to the Granada tourist information center they said that nothing like that is happening. This ruined my whole vacation and i was unable to visit Alhambra another day because this was my last day before my flight here in Spain. Liars!

It was an amazing experience. I fully enjoyed. A big thank to the guide Antonio who was very competent and kind. Thanks also to Mrs Lopez !!!

Great company for tour guides around Málaga

La excursión está bien. Pero como no son los mismos guías los del autocar, que en el Caminito, si no se explican bien, no sabes dónde esta el bus de vuelta. Nosotras tuvimos que hacer una llamada a la oficina, para saber dónde estaría el bus?

The guide was very friendly, I enjoyed the trip to Ronda with them. The only thing they should reconsider is to minimize the size of the group. We were walking like a parade 😂

Cancellata l'escursione a Granada con ingresso all'Alhambra 10 ore prima della partenza!!! Pertanto ci è stato impossibile visitare l'Alhambra in quanto i biglietti vanno sold out in pochissimo tempo! Ci hanno rovinato la vacanza! Darei zero stelle

Avoid booking with this company. I booked a full tour to Granada and the Alhambra. The evening before, we received a message that the tour was cancelled because of a "political event". After exchanging messages with the company the next day, that event was because the company did not have tickets for entry to the Alhambra the next day. This company blames the ticketing policy of the Alhambra and says it is out of their control. This may be the case, but then the risk that this could happen should clearly be stated in the tour description. The late notice meant that we were unable to arrange any other alternative to visit the Alhambra during our stay in Malaga.

For us it was a perfect trip. The guide, Antonio, is a very pleasant person, very knowledgeable and he made shure that everything was fine. We also really liked the young lady guide from Alhambra. Thank you for this experience

Avoid this agency at all costs. Abandoned half tour group in Tarifa. The day-long tour from Malaga to Tangier is fundamentally flawed as after you finish the tour, you get 15 minutes to make it on to the ferry, which is impossible. The Spanish guide that accompanied left us to fend for ourselves for the traumatic border process in Morocco. The whole tour group nearly got into a fight with hostile passengers. The tour guide did nothing to keep us together. Half our group was stranded in Spain, and the other in Morocco. The absolute worst part was when the group that arrived in Spain, we called our guide to get us back to Malaga. When we called, she pretended not to know who we are even though we called her earlier in the day and knew it was her! The group was left stranded, with no help. The agency texted the group 2 hours later to tell us to wait another 2 hours for the bus. Some of us paid a 250EUR taxi and the rest (14 of us) waited on a sidewalk til midnight. We received nothing to compensate for their poor planning and gaslighting.

Organizzazione straordinaria e posto bellissimo Alhambra

I had a great time with Tour to Tanger. Love Ana and Abby. Both are really great tour guides. Everything was planed very well. I travel a lot and usually i'm planing everything by myself but it was really comfortable to not worry about anything.

An amazing guided tour of Ronda & Setenil by Carmen & Leo

We had an amazing day in Tangier, Morocco! Our guides, Anna and Addy, were knowledgeable and entertaining. We learnt a lot about the history of the Costa del Sol area on the bus to the ferry and had an awesome tour of Tangier, a delicious Moroccan lunch and some time to browse shops in the souq. Definitely worth experiencing the culture of Morocco! It’s only a 45 minute ferry ride from Spain.

Hicimos el Caminito del rey con guía y todo estuvo perfecto. Puntualidad, amabilidad y la información que nos iba dando el guía en cada parada hizo mucho más interesante el recorrido. Además íbamos a nuestro ritmo sin que nadie nos apurara. Recomiendo

Il caminito merita di essere visitato, la gita è ben organizzata, bus di trasporto confortevole, Miguel José, la nostra guida, è stato molto simpatico e preparato. Ci ha spiegato molte cose lungo il percorso, parlando perfettamente sia inglese che spagnolo, ha reso ancora più divertente e interessante l'escursione. Consigliato, soprattutto per chi non ha un mezzo proprio con cui raggiungere il caminito

The best Caminito Del Rey experience ever with All in Malaga team!! It was our first visit to Spain and we booked a tour with All In Malaga for Caminito Del Rey. It was pretty last minute but we got tickets from their website. It has all the information you need. If you are a tourist, I would definitely recommend a tour with transport because it's really convenient and we don't get lost on your own. The team was extremely proactive, answered the smallest queries very promptly before the tour. Very very helpful in explaining the entire process. Our guide Pablo was extremely knowledgeable and very funny. The team was very hands-on with everyone on the tour and went out of the way to ensure our safety and comfort. We had a fun experience walking along the steep cliffs and kudos to Pablo & Estrelle to make it happen for us. :) ¡La mejor experiencia de Caminito del Rey de todos en el equipo de Málaga! Fue nuestra primera visita a España y reservamos un recorrido con todo en Málaga para Caminito del Rey. Fue un minuto bastante, pero tenemos boletos de su sitio web. Tiene toda la información que necesita. Si usted es un turista, definitivamente recomendaría un recorrido por el transporte porque es realmente conveniente y no nos perdimos por su cuenta. El equipo fue extremadamente proactivo, respondió las consultas más pequeñas con respecto a la gira. Muy muy útil para explicar todo el proceso. Nuestro guía Pablo era extremadamente informado y muy divertido. El equipo estaba muy práctico con todos en el recorrido y se fue al camino para garantizar nuestra seguridad y comodidad. Tuvimos una experiencia divertida caminando por los escarpados acantilados y kudos a Pablo y Estrelle para que nos suceda. :)

Viaje al caminito del rey bien organizado, te llaman el día antes para confirmar sitio y horario de recogida y son puntuales. Autobús cómodo. Durante la visita están pendientes del grupo y dan explicaciones amenas. Destacó en particular la atención del guía Pablo, profesional, ameno y conociendo bien la historia del lugar. También la conductora Pepi, muy profesional. Repetiría sin dudar

Guapísimo aquello muy recomendable ir y hacer la guía turística con Luis un hombre muy simpático.

Un 10 desde el día de la reserva. Tuvimos un problema con el pago y nos avisaron días después para solventarlo sin perder la plaza. Si no lo hubieran hecho nos hubiéramos presentado en el sitio sin entrada. Una vez allí, nuestro guía, Manolo, simplemente inmejorable. Ameno y profesional a partes iguales. Super recomendables.

A pesar de que el precio es elevado no solo en esta compañía si no en todas las que ofrecen la visita guiada al caminito del Rey, te quedas con una magnífica sensación ya que nuestro guía Luis explica todo de maravilla, aporta un valor extra a la visita, demuestra interés y conocimiento, un 10 para él. En resumen si no consigues entradas por tu cuenta o si quieres hacer una buena visita guiada está es una muy buena opción

En primer lugar decirles que son unos sinvergüenza. Bueno contaré mi experiencia, después de ponerme dos días antes por wuassap en contacto con ellos ya que me cambiaron la hora de la actividad, aproveche para preguntarles por las restricciones. Me dijeron que no había ningún problema. Pues nos paro la guardia civil y no nos dejaron entrar en Málaga. Son unos sinvergüenza, no me quieren devolver el dinero, después de estar en contacto con ellos en todo momento. Los pondré una denuncia en la oficina del consumidor. No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, el problema ha sido ajeno a nosotros en todo momento.

No contraten con esta web porque son muy informales,teniamos una reserva 8.30 y la cambiaron a 13 h
