Went to Tangier, paid 149 € for a 14 hour day which includes 4.5 hours in Tangier, the rest travelling, picking up people on route and waiting about. Brief whizz up the hill, quickly passing the King's residence before being dumped in town. Walked to an ' authentic Moroccan restaurant ' , soup, tiny kebab, a chicken dish, all very tasteless, and frankly if I hadn't been so hungry , would throw straight in the nearest bin. Drinks extra. Next to the guides chosen shops (I suggest on commission), to view ointments, any other old rubbish and a few worthless bits and pieces, saw very little of interest, pestered throughout by street sellers. Could do much better.

Booked this thru the hotel and paid €79 each for the Gibraltar tour ( rock tour) Picked up by the bus at 7:10 and didn't get to Gibraltar untill 11:40 where we were all loaded onto a horrible old bus without air conditioning and with water dripping from ceiling onto our heads. Front driver door didn't open and there was mould that grew over it. He had to jump in his seat from the back of the bus. Driver used language inappropriate considering there were kids on the bus. From then we went on a "speed tour" of the island which was great but there was nowhere to stop for drink until about 2 pm when we visited St. Michaels cave We were told we could get snacks and drinks when we cross the border which was untrue We spent more time looking for people, changing buses and driving around than touring with only 1 hr 15 min left at the end for food and shopping which was not what we were promised. Don't bring young kids on this as they will not enjoy it overall because of bad organization. We didn't get back to hotel untill just after 7 pm which meant we spent about 10.5 hrs on the bus

The biggest issue was with the route that the bus took on the way. We got on the bus at 6:30am and didn't arrive at the first stop until 10:30am. We drove for 4 hours through side streets along the Costa del Sol, stopping to collect groups during the journey, but the bus took the most ridiculously roundabout side streets to get to each destination. The website told us that since we were one of the first groups to be collected that we'd be one of the first to be dropped off on the way home, but this wasn't the case. We had to wait another 3.5 hours on the way back while taking the same rid could route as the way out. Cannot stress enough that this company's Ronda tour is a scam. Above all, we paid double what those who were collected later than us paid, while spending about 5 hours more on the bus than they did. The journey should've taken 1.5 hours each way. Absolute joke

Contratamos una excursión a La Alhambra para el día 30 de mayo desde Málaga, al llegar a La Alhambra no nos dejaron ingresar ya que nuestras entradas por error humano estaban emitidas para el día 31, dato no menor es que ni siquiera el guía chequeo que las entradas estuvieran correctamente emitidas. De 19 personas que habíamos contratado el tour solo pudieron ingresar 4. En principio el guía nos dijo que al día siguiente volveríamos y después, casi por casualidad, nos enteramos que como no habia lugar en el bus que pudieramos hacer el tour. Recibimos malos tratos tanto de su parte como de él conductor del bus. Perdimos todo ese dia esperando volver a Málaga y tuvimos que alquilar un auto para ir por nuestra cuenta el dia siguiente. En resumen la experiencia fue pésima desde todo punto de vista. Perdimos tiempo de nuestras vacaciones y tuvimos que poner dinero de más. Todavía estamos a la espera de la devolución del dinero por no cumplir con lo pactado.

1 estrella – Muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo. Contratamos una excursión a la Alhambra desde Málaga para el 30/05/2025 y, al llegar, nos informaron que nuestros tickets eran para el 31. No fue un error nuestro: el coordinador del grupo entregó los tickets mal impresos a 13 personas. Solo 4 o 5 tenían la fecha correcta. El coordinador admitió que había revisado solo los primeros tickets y asumió que los demás estaban bien. Por su negligencia, no pudimos ingresar a la Alhambra. Intentamos volver al día siguiente, pero cuando ya estábamos regresando a Málaga, nos avisaron que no había lugar en el bus del 31. Esto debieron comunicarlo antes. Tuvimos que alquilar un coche por nuestra cuenta, asumir más gastos y regresar solas, sin guía, perdiendo así todo el valor de la excursión guiada que habíamos contratado. Además del problema logístico, recibimos gritos y malos tratos por parte del coordinador y el conductor, tanto nosotras como el resto de las personas afectadas. La empresa confirmó el error y nos recomendó reclamar formalmente. Una excursión que debía ser cultural y disfrutable terminó siendo estresante y costosa. Perdimos tiempo, dinero y la oportunidad de vivir una visita completa y organizada a un sitio histórico.

Un desastre! Se equivocaron al sacar las entradas de ingreso y se dieron cuenta recién al llegar, el coordinador dentro del micro dijo que él solo miró los primeros 4 tickets que estaban bien, pauperrimo. Son poco serios y maleducados, tanto él como el conductor; nos aseguraron que volveríamos al otro día ya que ese día no había forma de ingresar. Al llegar a destino de vuelta, recién ahí nos dicen que para el otro día no había bus… una cargada! Perdimos dos días de vacaciones, dinero, paciencia y ganas! La atención es pésima, destratan a la gente y son cero responsables. NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA! NO DE HACEN CARGO DE NADA Y SON VIOLENTOS EN EL TRATO

Le doy una estrella porque no hay cero.. contratamos un tour a la Alhambra (eramos 5 personas), en el micro un total de 19, nos subimos al micro a las 8 de la mañana, cuando llegamos e intentamos entrar nos dicen que nuestros ticket eran para el día siguiente, nuestra reserva era para el dia 30 de mayo y los ticket impresos que nos dan arriba del micro decian 31, esto no solo le paso a mi grupo, sino a 15 personas en total. Nos contactamos con la agencia y nos dicen que en 3 minutos me llaman, pasados 15 minutos volvemos a llamar y nos dicen que fue un error, de hecho hablamos con la chica que había hecho mal la reserva. El guía del bus nos dice que podíamos hacer el tour al día siguiente, a pesar de ser nuestro último día en Malaga accedimos ya que queríamos conocer la Alhambra. Esperamos a que se hicieran las 15:30 ya que las personas que si pudieron entrar terminaban a esa hora. Nos subimos al micro y el guía nos dice que íbamos a acordar como hacíamos al día siguiente, esto no sucedio, así que cuando ya estabamos llegando a malaga, 17:30hs, fui a preguntarle y me dice que no íbamos a poder hacer el tour al día siguiente porque no había transporte, nos hablaron muy mal, el chofer hasta nos grito, maltrataron a una mujer que había ido con su marido y nos dijeron que ellos nada podían hacer, terminamos alquilando un auto al dia siguiente, hicimos la recorrida sin guía, y perdimos un día de 4 de nuestra estadia en malaga. No recomiendo para nada. Fue una situación angustiante y no hubo voluntad de solucionar nada por parte de la empresa.

NO RECOMIENDO! Contratamos 5 personas la excursion a la Alahmbra para el dia 30 de mayo, llegamos al lugar y no pudimos ingresar ya que la empresa habia comprado los ticket para el dia siguiente, fuimos 15 afectados de 19 personas que ibamos en el bus, con promesa de llevarnos al dia siguiente y tras haber perdido todo el dia (8 de la mañana hasta las 18hs), nos avisan llegando a Malaga que no hay lugares disponibles para realizar la excursion al dia siguiente, recibimos mal trato por parte del guia y peor del conductor del bus. Por no perder mas de 100 euros de la entrada decidimos alquilar un auto y regresar a Granada. Hicimos la visita sin guia. La empresa dice q deberiamos recibir el dinero por la plataforma Booking pero aun no ha sucedido y ya pasaron 5 dias. Super desprolijos, perdimos un dia completo de vacaciones. NO RECOMIENDO

We booked a tour from Malaga to the Alhambra for October 4 through Alhambra Valparaiso months in advance. Three days before the tour, I receive a message that the tour operator RUSADIR VIAJES has cancelled the tour to the Alhambra on the 4th October. I could not get new tickets for the Alhambra as all days of our stay were sold out. I got a refund from the organisation Alhambra Valparaiso where I booked the tour but I would strongly suggest to avoid operator RUSADIR VIAJES as they do not seem reliable.

Hemos contratado con ésta empresa una excursión a la Alhambra desde Málaga centro en el mes de septiembre (a mediados). La excursión a sido perfecta en todos los sentidos. Sobre todo por parte de la guía ( Michell), un encanto de mujer. Muy atenta y profesional! Nosotros no tuvimos ningún tipo de problema con las entradas a la hora de entrar en la Alhambra aún habiendo muchísima gente. Nos dijeron que tuvimos suerte, entiendo que a veces por el tema de aforo puedes poder entrar o no. No sé muy bien cómo funcionan. Pero nosotros entramos sin problema ninguno. Recomendable!

Wir haben ein Ausflug nach Gibraltar gemacht. Es soll mit ein Reiseführer EXTRA und vor Bestellung auf DEUTSCH bestellt. Nach 3 stundigeger Hinfahrt bekommt ganzen Gruppe ein Führer, welcher kein Wort auf deutsch kann. Dann ca. 1,5 Stunden soll man paar Sätze mit Audioaufnahme bekommen. Und wieder 3 Stunden zurück fahren. Nun ist ein verlorenen Urlaunstag und 150 Euro. Schlimmer kann nicht sein .

Booked a trip to Caminito Del Rey at our hotel Palm Beach La Carihuela. We had an amazing day. Our guide Michele was very knowledgeable & our driver Paco was great. A long day, pick up at 7.45 arrived back at our hotel at 6pm. We had to drop everyone off starting from Marbella. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Absolutely livid, booked with this company for a trip to Gibraltar this morning. Was supposed to get picked up at the hotel principe this morning at 07:20. The man who I booked it with said to watch out for a big red bus like the one on the picture. We waited from 06:55 to 08:00......no big red bus! However there was a silver bus which came around 07:20 so I spoke to the lady giving her my name and giving her the booking slip, she said its not for us and to wait here for the correct bus. Just rung them and it was THAT silver bus I should have got on, I gave them my number so why didn't they ring to see why we didn't get on and surely she must have known how many people were getting on at that stop!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY......ruined my day.....my 50th birthday!!!!!

Excellent tour company, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Morocco is a must .. Full day including lunch, tour and free time.

Last summer we took the trip to Tangier. Easy pick up, good explanation, smooth transit. Highly recommended.

Booked a trip to Tangier through them. Horrible experience in so many ways. Would never consider using them again. Stay away. Probably just better, far more efficient, and less costly to simply take the ferry yourself. I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could!

I didn't find what I was looking for on the website. I asked a question through the online Contact Form and so far, have not received any response since Saturday. Today is Wednesday. It's over a week since I contacted this agency and still they have not replied to me. I want to know if they cancel the excursion if they don't get the required number of passengers and their refund policy, should this happen. Our time in Costa del Sol is limited, which means we only have one date to take a particular excursion before we return home.

Yesterday, my kid and I went on a day tour to Ronda and Setenil. The tour was simple but well planned. Adolfo was our driver, hilarious guy, made us laugh every time. Alicia, the tour guide was engaging and has a wonderful energy, always positive and nice, even when things go a little off planned. She got the job done with professionalism, you can tell she knows what she is doing. Good costumer service! We thank you for an unforgettable experience.

Heute Tagesausflug Torremllinos-Sevilla Positiv:pünktlich abgeholt am Hotel, Busfahrer sicher, Bus sauber, der Reiseleiter kompetent Negativ: der Bus ist im Vergleich zu den anderen bereits durchgeführten Ausflügen eher für kurze Strecken oder für Kindergruppen geeignet, da die Sitze zu eng an einander gepresst sind und der Bus nicht mehr der modernste ist. Der Reiseleiter abgespielt routinemäßig seine Textbegleitung in 3 Sprachen. Die COVID-Schutzmaßnahmen wurden missachtet- 80% von Gästen trugen gar keine Maske im Bus und vom Reiseleiter kam weder Aufforderung die Maske aufzusetzen, noch Information über Maskenpflicht in Spanien., viele husteten und niesten im Bus.Corona möchte ich nicht unbedingt haben Die örtliche Reisebegleitung in Sevilla war sehr sympathisch und kompetent. Jedoch konnte man sie kaum verstehen, da ihr mobiler Mikrofon defekt war und Ersatz gab es nicht. Und als Krönung:am Ende wurden wir nicht mal am Hotel(ohne Erklärung) wo wir abgeholt wurden, zurückgebracht. Fazit:Sevilla ist gut. Ausflug- eine Massenabfertigung mit Coronabegleitung

Contratamos una excursión al “Caminito del rey”, cogimos el autobús a las 8 de la mañana para hacer un recorrido de “una hora”, pero cual fue nuestra sorpresa que había dos paradas en cafeterías para tomar algo… una de ellas no sólo no daban de desayunar sino que te obligaban casi para todo a pagar 5€ e ir al Buffet… la otra cafetería era un poco mejor, pero tampoco mucho. A las 14h teníamos la entrada para el caminito y ahí empezaron las prisas porque no llegábamos a tiempo (si ya teníamos el día echado!!!!!). Lo mejor el guía becario!!!

Disaster tour, do not use this company. Spent 2 hours picking up people in the morning and 2 hours dropping people off after even though we had explicitly been reassured this would not be the case before booking. In addition the guide kept on lying about this. The Caminito del Rey is a beautiful walk but use another operator to get there.

Having visited the Costa Del Sol many times over the last twenty years I have been on quiet a few day trips with this company. I have used Viajes Rusadir a total of 5 times. I have gone on a day trip to, Frigliana and Nerja, Granada, Sevilla and Gibraltar twice. The tours they do are good and I have had a good time with them. However I also booked to go to Cordoba a total of twice yet the trip didn't happen! Reason being my pick up stop in the are where my family have our holiday home in Riviera Del Sol is down the bottom at the bus stop next to Max Beach. For some reason the feeder bus did not stop at Riviera and just drove straight past! I'm guessing the driver either thinks there will be no-one there to be picked up at Riviera or doesn't bother to look at his/her list of who needs to be picked up. It is really a shame as I wanted to visit Cordoba having visited the other main sites in Southern Spain. After I went to get my money back in the shop in Riviera where I brought the tickets from, the man behind the counter was rude and stated I never turned up and the pick up point! I had to stand my ground for a minute or two before he gave me my money back. Over all I have had some good trips with VR especially to Granada and Gibraltar which were my favourite trips and went off without a hitch. They definitely need to improve a few things with regard to their service.

Estupenda organización para visitar Sevilla el pasado Viernes 18 Octubre 2019. La guía nos comentaba en 4 idiomas (español/inglés/alemán y francés -en ese orden-) los parajes por donde íbamos pasando y además había anécdotas que yo, en particular, desconocía. Buen precio. Cómodo autobús y muy limpio. Muy buen conductor ese día, Juan Carlos, porque me sentí muy segura, tranquila y relajada. Trato excelente a todos los pasajeros. Creo que la visita con guía a la Catedral fue excesiva en tiempo porque me quedé sin ver La Giralda. Si quería ver la Torre del Oro, tenía que pagar, de todas formas, recomiendo VIAJES RUSADIR SL.

Awful experience. Please avoid they services. I was on holiday with elderly adult with disabilities.The company said the pick up will be at 8.10am they called in the morning to say they will be earlier.I explained that we planned to be ready for the time agreed and now it's going to be a rush so couldn't be out early.When walked out to the bus at 8.09 the guide started shouting .The elderly lady needed toilet the guide/Michelle shouted and told buss driver to shut the door and they left...they said we can take a taxi to the port and meet them.When taxi driver called them to ask for the meeting point the guide said it's going to be impossible to catch them up...very confusing and rude.

Terrible company , terrible tour ! Did not show us any sights in Tangier , just took us to a load of shops and made us spend money ! Awful

Booked the Gibraltar Express trip through Ruben Excursions (for a Rushdie Trip) for 18th June 2019. Extremely disappointed by the trip. First of all, the “Express” is meant to be a quicker way to get to Gibraltar as it stops at less hotels. Despite this, you arrive in Gibraltar at 11am when flights begin to take off and the runway means a road closure causing a large queue at the border between Spain and Gibraltar. We did not arrive in Gibraltar until 12.30 despite joining the queue for the border at 11am. Quite frankly this can not be described as “express” in any sense of the word. Why would the express trip not ensure it was a quick arrival? Our tour guide, Elizabeth, said that we should tell the booking company because of the queue due to the airport runway etc causing delay they should alter the time of the service because when driver and guides tell them they do not bother to change the times. Therefore, the company is fully aware of the border issues and queue times and is choosing to completely ignore the comfort and is not respecting the money being spent by tourists wishing to visit Gibraltar. Secondly, the bus picked me and my girlfriend up last meaning only two seats left on the bus. One of these was the middle seat at the back which I had to take, a distance away from my girlfriend. This was extremely uncomfortable and Elizabeth (tour guide) suggested she would try to swap seats around to allow more comfortable travel back to Benalmedena, but no such attempt was made. We had hardly anytime to explore Gibraltar once we arrived before the Rock Tour and had to have a rushed lunch because of the delays. Furthermore, the Rock Tour included in the ticket was average. It allows you to get out the bus to see the monkeys and St Michaels Cave but the bitter taste that we had after having to wait so long to get into Gibraltar and the uncomfortable journey did not heighten my excitement for the main part of the trip. The traffic was also hectic on the way out of Gibraltar. I would think again about booking this excursion in the future. I would seriously recommend the earlier service (despite more stops at hotels) because this trip lacked enjoyment and organisation. It was uncomfortable and shocking value for money.

Awfull company, almost impossible to book with. You book for one date, but they says another date. Never had it so difficult to book an excursion!

Wir haben Ende Oktober 2018 an der Tour von Málaga nach Ronda teilgenommen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Bus war pünktlich an der vereinbarten Haltestelle. Unser Reiseleiter Juán sprach sehr gut Deutsch, außerdem Englisch, Französisch und natürlich Spanisch. Seinen Erläuterungen während der Fahrt haben wir mit großem Interesse zugehört, zumal er vieles mit Leidenschaft vorträgt und eine Meinung hat. Gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass wir am Schluss in der Reihenfolge abgeliefert wurden, in der wir auch den Bus bestiegen haben, so dass alle ungefähr gleich lange im Bus waren.

Wir hatten eine Tagestour nach Grenada und in die Alhambra gebucht. Der Aufenthalt in Granada sollte fünf Stunden dauern. Die angekündigte Panoramafahrt durch die Stadt entfiel leider, da laut Reiseleiter SEIT DREI JAHREN keine Reisebusse mehr in die Innenstadt dürfen. Auf den Hinweis, dass die Fahrt aber im Prospekt aufgeführt sei, bekamen wir nur zur Antwort“ Sie haben doch gesehen dass Busse hier nicht rein dürfen.“ Der “Spaziergang“ zur Kathedrale und der königlichen Kapelle bestand aus einem 15minütigen Weg vom Parkplatz zum Rathaus. Auf Nachfrage, wo denn die Kathedrale sei, wurde dann nur kurz in die Richtung gezeigt. Der absolute Hammer war aber, dass nicht gezählt oder gefragt wurde, ob bei der Weiterfahrt zur Alhambra alle an Bord waren. Die Führung in der Alhambra war sehr gut, aber leider auch ca. 45 Minuten kürzer als angekündigt. Bis zu unserer Abreise eine Woche später war man leider nicht in der Lage, dazu Stellung zu nehmen!

Terromlinos > Gibilterra (11 agosto 2017) Sul bus abbiamo trovato una guida pessima, maleducata, immatura e per niente professionale. Di seguito l'accaduto: stamattina quando sono venuti a prenderci il bus era già pieno e io e il mio compagno abbiamo occupato gli unici due posti rimasti liberi, uno in seconda fila e uno nelle ultime file infondo. Al ritorno dalla gita siamo saliti sul pullman ancora mezzo vuoto e ci siamo seduti vicini. Premesso che i posti non erano assegnati e che il pullman era vuoto, non c'erano quindi borse sui sedili o altro che indicasse l'intenzione di qualcuno ad occupare un posto piuttosto che un altro, una vecchia e arrogante signora inglese ci ha aggredito dicendoci in malo modo che quel posto era della sua amica. Al che il mio compagno le ha risposto che dato che un posto vale l'altro sarebbe bastato chiederlo gentilmente e ci saremmo spostati. Poco dopo arriva la guida, una certa Michelle, che ci ordina, urlando, di andare a sederci lui davanti e io dietro come stamattina, in alternativa ci avrebbe buttato giù dal pullman. Sempre tenendo la calma, abbiamo chiesto per quale motivo, dal momento che i posti non erano assegnati e che altre persone occupavano i posti che la mattina erano stati occupati da noi. Non solo non ha risposto alla più che levita domanda, ma ha ordinato a tutto il pullman, sempre con un tono del tutto inappropriato, di occupare i posti dell'andata. Abbiamo quindi perso 20 minuti alla dogana perché tutti hanno dovuto cambiare posto, senza ragione, e nel frattempo lei ha chiamato un poliziotto della dogana per far si che prendesse le sue parti in una discussione ormai chiusa, il quale peraltro non ha capito neanche quale fosse il problema. Infine, la validissima guida michelle, ha usato il microfono del pullman per insultarci in quanto italiani. Sono ancora basita dalla mancanza di professionalità dimostrata e dal modo in cui ci ha trattato, dimenticandosi, oltre che dell'educazione, anche del fatto che i turisti non sono capricciosi bambini di una colonia bensì clienti paganti, senza i quali non avrebbe neanche un lavoro. Mi auguro che rusadir travel faccia le sue valutazioni e che in futuro scelga meglio i propri collaboratori.
