Girolamar was excellent for our family of 5 with older children. We loved this peaceful location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. There were plenty of towels provided plus beach towels too. The strong wifi and large tv were a hit with the teens

We loved our stay in Casita Rosario Pino. The accommodation was stunning and the rooftop terrace was great to have. Lovely area with beautiful restaurants, beach snd shops all nearby. Can’t wait to return. Host was so friendly and informative. Communication was outstanding.

Playa Santa Ana - Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement. Les photos ressemblaient exactement à la réalité et même mieux en vrai . L’emplacement est excellent. Wir waren nur 3 Gehminuten von Büro entfernt und haben uns kurzerhand entschieden vorbeigehen so um 10.30 standen vor verschlosser Türe ,und haben gekopft . Villa El Carretón es una casa preciosa. Mucho más bonita que en las fotos. Decoración exquisita. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones maravillosas. Distribución perfecta y muy bien pensada. Todo limpísimo. Piscina muy mona y cómoda con un jardín precioso. La zona muy tranquila y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa. Playa ideal para ir a primera hora a pasear con tu perro o darte un baño. Supermercado a 5 minutos en coche y restaurantes/chiringuitos cerca. Los encargados de la casa siempre pendientes de las dudas que tengas y respuesta muy rápida. No veo la hora de repetir!

Lovely Loft (Colinas del Faro) - Quel beau séjour! Les lieux sont impeccables, tout l'essentiel y est. Les hôtes nous ont même laissé des attentions pour bien débuter notre séjour, ce qui a été extrêmement utile et apprécié! Le stationnement est facile dans la rue. D'ailleurs, une voiture est bien utile puisque les services sont un peu loins à pieds.

Atico Gamycol - Excellent apartment, very central location with lots of great bars shops and restaurants near by. Easy to walk to from the train station and the beach is only a 2 min walk away. Beds were comfortable and the accommodation has everything you need.

Our whole family (two adults and three small children) had a wonderful stay! We received all the necessary information about the accommodation, and even though we arrived late in the evening, everything went smoothly. The apartment is beautiful, bright, spotless, and excellently equipped. As a large family, we truly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen with children's dishes, as well as practical extras like a vacuum cleaner and baby-friendly laundry detergent. Atico Palangreros - A nice place to be. Close to town and the beach, but still very quiet. The roof terrace was lovely and had plenty of sun even though we were there in February. There is a lift to the apartment, but the stairs up to the roof terrace are a bit narrow and steep. Can be a problem for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is newly renovated and everything is in perfect condition. We will definitely come again if it is available.

Casita Rosario Pino - Everything exactly as described. The property is in the heart of Los Boliches and ideally located for bars, restaurants and the train station. The rooftop terrace is amazing although we had to ‘chase the sun’ a bit at this time of year. Wonderful stay - can’t recommend highly enough. 10/10 And special mention to Koto Rentals for accomodating our early arrival

Atico Gamycol - I have stayed in a few rentals in Fuengirola. This was by far the best. Excellent location for the beach, restaurants and train . The roof terrace was a bonus as we always caught some winter sun. The amenities in the apartment were excellent. Plus great tv. Koti were very helpful from start of booking until check out.

Koti we're absolutely fantastic. The accomodation was great, spotlessly clean, cosy apartment in a great location close to everything - Beach, Bars, restaurants, shopping centre and 2 minutes away from train station. The instructions, directions and booking process was simple, Koti stayed in contact and updated me on every stage. I arrived a few hours (3) earlier than I told them I would and they had no problem accommodating me to let me check-in straight away. The staff were very friendly, fast and professional. I travel a lot and Koti are definitely one of if not the best experience I've had in years. I'd happily recommend them to family and friends for their next holiday.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with my wife in Atico Palangreros. Apartment's location is perfect. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood but you can get quickly into beach and town center. Apartment was very clean and everything was like in the pictures. Can definitely recommend this accomodation!

Una empresa totalmente recomendable, profesionales y atentos al igual manera con los propietarios, como con los clientes. Cuidan al máximo los detalles para que los inquilinos estén totalmente satisfechos cosa que repercute en los arrendadores, ya que el servicio es de 5 estrellas. Apartamento muy limpio e bonito en excelente zona residencial. El unico problema es la entrega de las llaves, ya que es necesario dejarlas dentro del apartamento teniendo que ir a abrir la puerta principal y dejar una persona aguantando la puerta y volver para dejar la llave dentro del apartamento...muy lioso

En el caso de su alojamiento, había un interruptor en la parte interna del portal que abría el segundo portal externo, por lo que en el check-out, el huésped puede dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento y salir cómodamente sin llaves. ¡Lo tendremos en cuenta para explicarlo mejor a los futuros huéspedes!

Wat een geweldige woning alles was hoe het eruit zag op de foto’s. Voor ons was het de eerste keer in een appartement inplaats van een hotel tijdens de vakantie. Dit is heel goed bevallen! Het appartement Lubina 2 was ook super! Alles was aanwezig en kwa hygiëne is niets op te merken! We hebben onze vakantie verlengt en daardoor 2x een woning van Koti geboekt!

Saimme alusta alkaen hyvää ja luotettavaa palvelua, kysymyksiin vastattiin. Myös vuokrasopimus oli espanjaksi että suomeksi joten ei jäänyt epäsevyyksiä. Tapasimme muita suomalaisia ja heillä ei ollut käännöstä suomeksi. Välittäjämme auttoi meitä muissakin asioissa. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä ja suosittelemme toimistoa muillekin. Toimiva viestintä on ollut yksityiskohtaista, selkeästi ilmaistua ja se kohdentunut olennaisiin ja tärkeisiin asioihin. Tämä on luonut luottamusta toimintaan ja toimijaan. Koti Rentalsin yhteyshenkilöillä, on tärkeä rooli siinä, miten asiakkaat kokevat saamansa palvelun. Me koimme asioiden hoidon miellyttävyyden, helppouden, tunnelman ja tyylin sekä ystävällisyyden kaikissa tilanteissa. Yhteyden otot ja ”kohtaamiset” sähköisillä, nykyaikaisilla välineillä sujuivat erittäin hyvin ja vaivattomasti. Toimintamallit ovat hyvin mietityt ja asiakaslähtöisiä. Schöne Bilder im Netz, leider nicht der Wirklichkeit entsprechend. Schlechte Schlafqualität, schlechtes TV. Pool , aber Nutzung verboten. Klimaanlage beschrieben, aber nicht vorhanden.Laute Nachbarn. We strive to take quality pictures that faithfully show the reality of our properties, even to the extent that when the homes are refurnished, even partially, we take new pictures. Regarding the quality of sleep, we understand that it refers to the mattress. It is the first negative review that we have regarding this issue in this apartment, since it was bought just two years ago. As for the television, we noticed that you had activated (probably by mistake) the "shop" mode. The same TV shows how to deactivate it through a notice when it is turn on. We would have been delighted to assist you during your stay. The air conditioning is centralized, installed two years ago when the entire apartment was completely renovated, and it worked correctly before and after your stay. Before your arrival, we sent you a PDF with all the necessary information and instructions to, among other indications, understand how the air conditioning works (it involved pressing a button). Perhaps you confused it with the information panel that the property has, which includes information such as: temperature, humidity, air quality, etc. As we have previously mentioned, we would have been delighted to assist you during your stay. As for the neighbors, unfortunately it is something that is beyond our control. We will follow up on this issue and speak to the community if necessary. The announcement details informs that the property does not include private parking, this information was also available before formalizing the reservation. We regret that your experience has not been as satisfactory as that of the other guests of the same property (the valuation of this apartment is close to 5/5). It was a pity that after two weeks in the house, we received this feedback on the last day. During your stay, we wrote to you several times and received no response from you. We would have been delighted if communication with you had been more fluid in order to help you. It would have been a pleasure to assist you on time. Karhun koti on ihana yritys! Asuntoni vastasi täysin valokuvia ja on täydellinen. Karhun koti myös antoi minulle tunteen , että tulin kotiin ja kiinteistövälittäjä auttoi minua myös muissa asioissa, jotka eivät liittyneet asuntoon. Todella mukavaa ja lämmintä palvelua. Erittäin iso suositus!

Big thank you to Elisa and Jose for their support in preparing and arranging all necessary things related to my new flat. Searching for the perfect flat it’s never easy…but when I first time saw it in the pictures, I said: “This is it. That’s the one!” Looking exactly like in the pictures, with amazing features and facilities, I found the best flat for me: extremely clean, well maintained, and super functional. Not mentioning the beautiful terrace facing the pool 😊. Also, all documentations were prepared in time and with all my requirements included. Always fast responsive and ready to help, Elisa and Jose are also serious, professional and reliable persons. I highly recommend Karhun Koti!
