En vez de darnos una solución al problema y ponernos una casa en condiciones para la gente que éramos cancelaron reserva sin darnos una solución al problema. Completamente decepcionados con la agencia. Reservamos un apartamento en Benalmádena y resulta que tenia cucarachas (encontramos 12 cucarachas en total en una noche). Nos cobraron 138euros en limpieza y debajo de las camas había pelusas y cucarachas muertas. Su ´solución´ fue ofrecernos una casa para 6 personas (cuando éramos 7). Total que nos tuvimos que buscar nosotros por nuestra cuenta una casa. La respuesta de ellos fue que nos fuéramos de allí que si no su jefe les regañaba. Además, les escribimos un correo expresando nuestra decepción y su respuesta fue que ellos lo hicieron bien. Una completa vergüenza. Nunca más volveré a reservar con ellos ninguna vivienda.

Great apartment and lovely location in La Cala de Mijas. We arrived late at night and struggled to find the entrance to the apartment in the dark. We had a map and pictures of the urbanisation but they didn’t include where the paths were or that the entrance was right at the back-really not easy to find in the dark. The keys for the block entrance are also quite tricky, suspect its an issue with the lock rather than the keys but it takes multiple attempts to open it each time we go in/out. I twice reported that the coffee machine wasn’t working and haven’t had any response.

We tried to rent an apartment in Puerto Cabopino where we have stayed many times before under different letting agents Our experience this time was really bad We asked for the key safe code from Audrey who consistently ignored our emails On the day we were due to fly out we still had no key code so I cancelled our flight and asked my card company to reclaim the deposit and final payment The card company got back the final payment but could not reclaim the deposit as it was beyond their charge back period. Audrey and two other Costa Rental people said the refund (over €500 ) would be made direct to my account After 6 weeks of constant emails from me Costa Rentals will not reply to my emails asking for precise details of the repayment, clearly they have no intention of repaying the refund as promised My advice - be very cautious dealing with these people they don’t keep their promises and ignore complaining emails

We had a great 2 month stay. Costa was great to deal with - straight forward and helped every time we reached out. I would not hesitate to rent from them again and would recommend them to others.

Hice una reserva en enero y nos la aceptaron a pesar de poner nombre y dni, aun sabiendo que la persona que hacía la reserva era menor de edad, pero lo hicimos porque en Booking ponía que no había edad mínima para realizar el chek-in. En marzo, cuando me di cuenta, llamé al apartamento para asegurarme si esto podía ser así o si debíamos cambiar el nombre a una persona mayor de edad(somos un grupo de 5, tres menores y las otras dos tenemos 18 años), cuando, repito, nos aceptaron la reserva y en Booking ponía las condiciones que nombré anteriormente. Pero me dijeron que no podía ir si no había una persona mayor de 25 años y que debía cancelar la reserva. Para más, le dije que qué hubiera pasado si hubiera llegado allí con mi reserva y mi pago hecho y ninguna de nosotras tiene 25 años, y me respondió que no hubieramos podido entrar. Una vergüenza la verdad, que te dejen hacer una reserva y que no te avisen de nada, luego resulta que igual duermo en la calle en las vacaciones. En Booking ponen unas condiciones que no se corresponden con la realidad, y no puede ser así, se tiene que especificar lo que se quiere.

We stayed in Modern flat near Los Alamos beach Ref 22 What you see is not what you get! If you like a refrigerator that smells like fish; If you like mattresses that are so soft that they feel like a sponge; If you like bar stools without a bar and no proper dining area inside; If you like to have one bed side lamp instead of two; If you like to swim in the large swimming pool in the early morning( a timetable is not given on Booking.com) and you are only welcome after 11.30 am (sign at the swimming pool indicates 11.00 am); If you like to beg for 2 proper chairs on the large balcony because the present 5 chairs are all broken; If you like to wake up early in the morning with the sound of barking dogs; If you like to sit on the balcony during daytime and evening and enjoy dogs barking concerts; If you like a rental company who is deaf for complaints and requests; If you were looking for a luxurious apartment and it turns out to be no value for money; In that case you found the right apartment.

We rented the beautiful Villa Granada in Los Boliches through Costarentals. Communication with them was excellent throughout. Checkin is quite late (4pm) but they let us check in a little earlier. Checkout is early (10am) but once again, they facilitated a later checkout with us which we really appreciated. I would have given 5 stars but my gripe is that there was a bare minimum of essentials such as dishwashing detergent, shampoo & soap and the absence of any type of welcome pack which we always appreciate. However I would have no hesitation using the company again & highly recommend Villa Granada for a great family holiday that would suit young and old.

Exceptional customer service, a huge thank you to Sofia who looked after our booking. We stayed at Casa Banderas Ref. 74, the apartment was fabulous, spacious and spotlessly clean. Julia met us on arrival, she provided us with all information that was required. I have no hesitation recommending Costa Rentals.

Beautiful apartment with seeviews and sun the whole day. This apartment had all we needed and the best of all, the roof terrace with sunbeds and private pool. We used the pool a lot and ended the day with a bath looking at the stars. It was easy to visit Malaga and Torremolinos, the trainstation was 2 minutes down the hill. Easy to go down to trainstation and beach, and for us the hill up to the apartment was good after visiting restaurantes with good food and drinks. A Luxury apartment for our one week holliday. We have ordered our second stay.

Fantastisk leilighet, område og trivsel. Leiligheten er strøken og godt rengjort med alt du behøver til matlaging og ellers i oppholdet. 2 store soverom og 2 bad, 1 av soverommene har egen balkong. Stor takterrasse med eget basseng, grill, solsenger og spisebord løfter hele opplevelsen og forlenger solforholdene utover kvelden. Morgenkaffe nytes på terrassen utenfor stuen i morgensol. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig område uten støy eller trafikk. Fra togstasjonen rett nedi gaten kommer du deg mellom Malaga og Fuengirola svært raskt og uten problem. Avgang hvert 20 minutt begge veier og kun €10 for 3 måneders billett gjorde at vi brukte toget ofte. Stranda er ren og med mye ledig plass på solsenger og i sanden. Vi kjøpte stor parasoll på supermarkedet rett nedenfor leiligheten og brukte den på stranden. Anbefaler restauranten på stranden rett nedenfor leiligheten. Her får du virkelig god sjømat. Hit skal vi absolutt tilbake igjen neste år. Anbefales varmt. Takk for oppholdet

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. The villa has so much space to accommodate the guests and I and everything so was clean and tidy. Audrey had the best service and was so accommodating. She really helped with our experience visiting Marbella. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful week at Costa Rentals. The location is ideal, close to the beach and attractions. The unit was clean, modern, and had a beautiful ocean-view balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Como propietario de un apartamento de alquiler en la Costa del Sol, no tengo absolutamente nada bueno ni positivo que comentar sobre esta agencia. Desde que heredaron la cartera de propiedades de Rafleys (una excelente empresa, que, lamentablemente, cerró y donde yo estaba muy satisfecho) todo ha devenido en una colección de problemas: pésimo nivel de comunicación, servicio muy deficiente y excesivamente caro, retraso en los pagos al cliente, cobros encubiertos que sorprenden al propietario a última hora. Y lo peor, cuando por estas razones uno exige resolver el contrato, a pesar que esta facultad se encuentra estipulada en sus propias cláusulas, ponen todo tipo de excusas y trabas para retardar el proceso. Esta empresa es una suma de incapacidad, ineficacia, incompetencia, falta de profesionalismo, de transparencia y de seriedad. Nada recomendable. Resulta mejor dejar la casa vacía que trabajar con ellos.

Se upp ni som skall hyra ut genom Costal Rental. Lovar mycket men när det händer saker och ngt blir fel då finns dom inte där. Vårt golv har gått sönder två gånger. Lägenheten har varit ostädad. Brännmärken på bord. Störst var att dom fick oss att byta AC när det inte hade behövts. Synd eftersom det började bra. Men detta är en varning till dom som skall hyra ut er lägenhet eller hus på solkusten.

We have just returned from a fantastic 4 week holiday in Fuengirola. We booked our accommodation through CostaRentals. (Booking.com) The apartment we booked was lovely and first line to the beach. Unfortunately there was major works on the Paseo and refurbishment to our building, both of which resulted in a lot of noise and dust. Within ten minutes of contacting CostaRentals, we were offered another beautiful apartment which we were happy to accept. It was the Penthouse in a new building with a lovely L shaped terrace which ensured sunshine all day. The apartment was very well equipped and finished to a high standard. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. As we had a late return flight, we contacted CostaRentals to enquire about a late check out. They immediately replied offering us a 19.00 hours check out free of charge in compensation for our earlier inconvenience. All the staff we came in touch with was lovely and very quick to respond to our enquiries. We would have no hesitation in booking with this company again and would certainly recommend them to family and friends. Looking forward to a return visit. Thanks, guys for a great stay. Lita inte på Costa Rentals fina ord att de tar hand om din lägenhet och dina möbler/andra heminredningar eller de har koll på vem som hyr din lägenhet! Om ni vill få tillbaka smutsig lägenhet och fördärvade heminredningar, lita på Costa Rentals! Jag har gjort värdens misstag och litat på dem och verkligen trodde att de är ansvarstagande och pålitliga men tyvärr icke var det så! Jag har lämnat min lägenhet med helt nya sängar och möbler. För att sängarna ska hållas rena och fläckfria under uthyrningen, köpte jag bäddmadrass skydd och dragit över bäddmadrasserna innan jag lämnade min lägenhet till Costa Rentals för uthyrning! Deras oansvarige och slarvige städ grupp som säger att de har tagit bort mina skydd för att tvätta dem men de har lämnat tillbaka nästa gång när de skulle städa, och detta innebär att det har varit uthyrd under tiden och det vet Gud när de har lämnat tillbaka dem. Nu efterhand säger de att vi hade bara en omgång med skydd!!!! Kunde de inte säga det från början om de verkligen brydde sig om mina saker och ting? Resultatet har blivit fläckiga och äckliga bäddmadrasser som de påstår att försökt att rengöra. Jag har upptäckt fläckarna av ett händelse och såg att de har vänt upp och ner på bäddmadrasserna för att fläckarna inte skulle synas! Man saknar ord för detta eller hur! De har minsta engagemang för att bevara dina saker och ting och din lägenhet. De har hyrt ut till unga personer vilket skulle inte hyras ut till under 25 år. De unga killarna har orsakat kaos och skadegörelse både i lägenheten och området! Jag vill inte prata om de sakerna som saknas eller har fördärvats! Som sagt detta har varit min stora misstag att litat på dem och uthyrningen genom de har blivit ett mardröm för mig! Vilken nivå ansvarstagande tror ni att detta företag har i skala 1- 10? jag säger minus 10! Nu kommer min VARNING till er alla som antingen uthyr genom detta företag eller ska börja samarbetet med dem, lita inte på detta företag! De har väldigt stora krav i början och stillar om din lägenhet men sen struntar i det hela och vill bara ha pengarna!

Estuvimos unos días en un apartamento y fue un desastre. Tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría, llamábamos para informar de que el agua caliente no funcionaba y no nos cogían el teléfono. Cuando conseguimos ponernos en contacto con ellos tardaron en ir a solucionar el problema, pero lo peor de todo es que seguíamos igual, sin agua caliente. Solo un cuarto de baño tiene ducha, y en el otro baño, para colmo, se salía el agua de la cisterna, con lo cual estaba la casa llena de agua a todas horas. Y ni tan siquiera había una fregona para poder cogerla. El check in fue desastroso, no nos informaron de nada, ni siquiera de que el agua del grifo provenía de un pozo y no era recomendable beberla, fueron los vecinos los que nos lo comunicaron...En fin, un desastre de agencia. Nuestros días de vacaciones se fueron al traste por su incompetencia.

The apartment was already occypoied at our Arribas and we had no where to stay the first night.

Wir hatten die Villa in Calle Berlin in Benalmádena gebucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Restkommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche ist nicht gut ausgestattet, es ist irgendwie alles da aber auch nichts. Sie ist sehr unsortiert und wild zusammengeschmissen. Die Töpfe haben keine Deckel etc. Wir waren 9 Personen und hatten aber nur 6 Teller, so dass wir die Spülmaschine 2 mal tgl laufen lassen mussten. Auch gab es nur je 6 Stühle auf der Terrasse und im Essbereich. Die Außenanlage ist nicht sonderlich gepflegt. Abfluss im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht ordentlich. Die Poolanlage wurde in 11 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt Die Türen schliessen so laut, dass man nachts beim Toilettenbesuch die anderen weckt… Die Garageneinfahrt ist viel zu eng konzipiert, so dass man Einkäufe und Koffer die ziemlich steile Auffahrt schleppen muss. Eines Abends hatten wir Stromausfall und der Notfallkontakt war erst 1,5 Std später zu erreichen, hat das Problem aber zügig behoben. Checkout ist auch schon um 10:00, so dass wir unsern letzten Urlaubstag ziemlich hetzen mussten mit 9 Personen. Es scheint, dass man nicht unerhebliche Mieten verlangt, aber nichts in die Einrichtung investiert, ein wenig respektlos den Kunden ggü. Alles in allem hatten wir dennoch schöne Tage, werden hier aber nicht mehr buchen.

CostaRentals es una agencia absolutamente terrible y no resolutiva.Tengo piso de alquiler encima que lleva esta agencia desde el 11 de julio cae el agua del techo en mi salón y estamos a 23 de agosto y no hay solución.No tienen teléfono de emergencias,no responden por la noche y los fines de semana,no resuelven ningún problema.En 43 días tengo mi salón destrozado,la humedad terrible,el agua cae por las luces y hay riesgo del cortocircuito y incendio,no puedo encender la luz en el salón ni el aire acondicionado.Solo dicen "lo siento" y no hacen nada.SIGUEN ALQUILANDO EL PISO AVERIADO Y PUNTO.Tengo miedo de cortocircuito y tengo cosas destrozadas.Pues les da igual,es la termoradaalta hay que expluatar el piso aaveriado y punto.No les dejen sus viviendas no son responsables ni profesionales.

Allt fungerade superbra! Lägenheten var väldigt fin & allt kändes superfräscht. Även så bra & snabb service från kontoret om det var något man behövde hjälp med. Det fungerade även väldigt smidigt med transfern från flygplatsen. Supernöjda med allt!

Stayed at one of their apartments at 8 Carril del Siroco, Benalmádena, booked via Airbnb. We were very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness it was dirty, we made them aware of it on arrival but they just say sorry we will make the cleaners aware when you leave. Avoid their apartment. The bedding was filthy, blood stained bedding and mattresses, yellow stains on all pillows, they smelt dirty. Sofa bed really dirty and stained.

Llevamos viniendo ya varios años y estamos encantados con el servicio prestado, con el alojamiento y con el trato. Nos encanta venir aquí cada año, estamos muy contentos y seguiremos viniendo cada año. Ojalá podernos quedar más tiempo y seguir disfrutando de ello. Gracias por un año más de vacaciones magníficas.

I had the same experiance. Avoid this agency!! The communication is lousy and they only react when your payment is not completed. Because of Covid I want to return my first and second payment......no reaction. After that I want a voucher of my payment.....no reaction. At the end I have made a new reservation 2 month later so that my payment was used. When I arrived nobody was on the office, nobody by the appartment. After 6 hours wait I had to collect the keys in a small office. Unfortunately without the remotecontrol for the parking.......hours later we got that remotecontrol. The day we should left the appartment they should be there at 10 o"clock.........but, nobody was there!! W.Brouwer The Netherlands

Update : "What a surprise" that you don't take your responsibility ! And i would like know what google policy think about you harrasing people on facebook personal account about MY RIGHT to put the review you deserve ! NEVER contact me again or me too i will take some actions about it.

No cogen el teléfono. Reservamos una de sus propiedades con meses de antelación. La semana antes de iniciar las vacaciones nos escribieron diciendo dónde podíamos recoger las llaves y a los diez minutos nos cancelan la reserva sin más. 9 adultos, 1 bebé y un perro con excursiones y vuelos de avión comprados. Dicen que lo sienten, pero se desentienden. Finalmente y pagando más por un alojamiento de menos calidad hemos podido venir a Fuengirola y hemos pasado por la casa. Para nuestra sorpresa se encuentra alquilada. Ojo si resrváis con ellos que os pueden timar.
