Me ha encantado la experiencia! El tour por Toledo como si estuviese en juego de tronos, me ha parecido precioso. Pero lo mejor y lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido las bodegas por su puesto. Avoid. We booked a tour to go to Toledo with seeing all the monuments. They couldn't find a tour operator to take us so suggested another tour. It was Toledo and wine. It was a glorified taxi. The tour bus showed up 15 minutes late, and then we drove to Toledo. The tour guide gave minimal information and then talked to the driver the whole trip. We had a brief walking tour and were given minimum information and then left on our own. We met the bus and went to a wine tour then back. A waste of time and money. We know more about the town than the guide. You would be better to take a train and spend the day in Toledo and Google items on your own

Mi experiencia con el tour a Toledo y la cata de vinos en la bodega Loranque fue maravillosa. Desde el inicio, la organización fue excelente. Laura, nuestra guía, se destacó con sus explicaciones claras y detalladas, y Lorenzo, el conductor del autobús, fue muy amable y profesional; además, ¡tiene un parecido increíble con el cantante Antonio Orozco! Viajamos desde Madrid a Toledo en aproximadamente media hora, y al llegar, Laura nos brindó una introducción a los puntos principales de la ciudad. Hicimos un recorrido guiado por una parte de Toledo, y después tuvimos un tiempo libre para explorar y comer a nuestro ritmo. Si bien me hubiese gustado que el tour cubriera más áreas de Toledo, entiendo que es una excursión económica pensada para brindar una visión general. Más tarde, regresamos al autobús para dirigirnos a Bargas, donde se encuentra la bodega Loranque. Allí pudimos conocer todo el proceso del vino, desde las instalaciones hasta el embotellado. La cata incluyó tres vinos distintos acompañados de pan, queso y jamón ibérico, un detalle perfecto. Al regresar a Madrid, nos sentimos muy satisfechos con la experiencia. ¡Recomiendo este tour! My experience with the Toledo tour and wine tasting at Bodega Loranque was wonderful. From the start, everything was well-organized. Laura, our guide, gave clear and detailed explanations, and Lorenzo, our bus driver, was friendly and professional—he even bears an amazing resemblance to the singer Antonio Orozco! We traveled from Madrid to Toledo in about 30 minutes, and upon arrival, Laura introduced us to the city’s main highlights. We toured a small section of Toledo with her and then had some free time to explore and have lunch. I would have liked the tour to cover more of Toledo, but I understand it’s an affordable excursion designed to give a general overview. Later, we returned to the bus and headed to Bargas, where the Loranque winery is located. We learned all about the winemaking process, from the facilities to bottling. The tasting included three different wines, paired with bread, cheese, and Iberian ham—a perfect touch. Returning to Madrid, we felt very happy with the experience. I highly recommend this tour!

We had a fantastic experience with this agency during our tour to Toledo. The guide was exceptional, full of knowledge and passion for the city, creating a great atmosphere within the group. The itinerary covered all the important spots and gave us free time to explore. The transportation was comfortable and punctual. Excellent service for discovering Toledo in a memorable way. We look forward to booking another adventure with them when we return to Madrid in the future!

Our tour was competently booked with World Experience, it was a pleasant tour, and we ran into no inconveniences.

Couldn't recommend them more! We had a short stay and needed to see (and taste) as much as possible. So, we asked them and they created a tailored tour for me and my family. We had a blast! The guide became our best friend and the whole thing surpassed our expectations. Don't hesitate to ask them what you need!

This is a genuine experience. I have been on the trip in May 2024. Overall the locations/cities were nice to see; however, the guides were not the most helpful. Because we are vegetarians, we specifically asked before booking, after booking, and upon arrival asked the guide about assistance with where we will be able to get vegetarian food for lunch. No such guidance was provided and when I asked at lunch time, he just said that can ask at any of the restaurants and they should have salads. It is quite obnoxious, ignorant, and frustrating that the guides concept of vegetarian food is just salads and that he put no effort to give us better guidance despite planning ahead and asking this question. Also, there was poor planning for when it rained. I understand that the weather cannot be controlled; however, what the guides have us do can be controlled. It began raining when we got to the city where we would be having lunch as well and the rain stopped after about an hour. They two guides split us into two groups and one group would tour the city first then have free time to eat where they choose and the other group would eat at the pre-paid restaurant and then do the tour. We were in the group they took for the tour first and had to walk during the rain, which there was no reason to do. They could have allowed both groups to eat first, especially since our group was being given the ability to go where ever we chose, and if they had done that, the rain would have stopped by the time we were done with lunch and then could have had a more pleasant tour of the city. The guided did not even have a poncho or umbrella for the guests and just expected them to get drenched in the rain and follow them around in heavy rain. We had to walk a lot during this trip even to get to the bus in the morning.

Both tours were absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great way to explore these beautiful cities. The guides were both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to answer all of my questions and provide me with a lot of interesting information about the history and culture of each city. The tours were also very well-organized and paced, and I never felt like I was being rushed or that I wasn't getting enough time to see everything. I'm already planning my next trip back to Madrid in December, and I'll definitely be booking another tour with them.
