Andrea was a great teacher - we were first time riders and she was patient and clear about Segway instructions. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour. It’s a terrific way to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time.

The guide, Andrea, did an amazing job after some issues with a fellow biker. She handled the situation perfectly and professionally. She was knowledgeable and an amazing guide. We learned a lot and experienced a part of Madrid we wouldn’t have seen by walking. One recommendation I would make is to ensure those enjoying the experience are capable. The ride is a bit precarious and you have to ride in street with cars and LOTS of people. It’s not a strenuous ride but it can be a bit stressful. We are happy we went and it was enjoyable.

We were not able to join in the fun for "Chasing the Sunset". The electric bikes were to heavy and much like a scooter. There was a crowd around the location which made it difficult to even get comfortable before the ride needed to begin so the group could see the sunsets. The team members were most gracious trying to make it work while getting the other riders with bikes, etc. They also suggested a rooftop location, but those locations were already over capacity.

Excellent experience. A nice opportunity to explore the park (and get away from the busy city for a bit) while learning about its history. Oscar made it a lot of fun. Even though it was quite a climb, it is perfectly achievable for most, since the electrical bikes did all the work. An unexpected bonus: we got to see tigers, lions, zebras and giraffes.

Oscar was very knowledgeable and patient. He was very accommodating for the beginner bikers in our group. The shop also had small bikes for our fellow shorties.

We loved the Segway tour, especially our guide, Oscar. He was very nice and welcoming. It was just our family of four so he really took his time to get to know us and engage us in the tour. First he taught us and helped us learn to ride the Segway, then we were on the ride. He was very good at explaining the stops we took and teaching us the history of it. He even took pictures and videos of us! Oscar was amazing and the tour was super fun. Would recommend for most ages above 8.

We are very happy with the tour company Wonder Tours Spain and our guide, Andre who took good care of us. Once we got familiarized with handling Segway, it was really easy and a very pleasant way to see Madrid and Retiro Park! 1.5 hours passed by so fast and I am very glad we have selected this tour. The experience is new and fun for us, especially our 12 yo son!

Our tour guides Oscar and David were great. They were very accommodating and had patience with us. They also spoke about the history of the various sites with knowledge and enthusiasm. It was a great way to start our short stay in Madrid.

We had Jacob as our guide, he took his time for everyone in the group to be comfortable on the segways which was quite the relief. We started slightly later than planned and the group decided that we would like to visit Casa de Canpo as most of us had toured the city centre already. We learnt about the bears, Spanish new years grapes, architectural influences of the Palace and the cathedral. We went slightly over the hour but after checking that no one had a booking to make afterwards. Great value for money 👍

We took a corporate group of about 18 for a bus tour in Madrid. Our tour guide, Oscar, was excellent! He was engaging with fun stories and quirky facts to share. He kept the group moving, while also being conscious of the older and slower people in our group. He took great care of us and made the tour a highlight of our two-day conference. Thanks, Oscar!

We had a two people test positive for CoVid the night before. They were coughing and had a fever. Adventure tours would not refund us the money

Loved all the spots we stopped on the tour & Jacob shared lots of interesting information about Madrid. We had an amazing experience on the segway tour with Andrea! It was the first time riding a segway for all of us and she made us feel comfortable and safe while doing it. She was also so knowledgeable about the different parts of Madrid and added humor and stories to make the tour super interesting and fun! We learned so much more about Spain, got some great recommendations, and really enjoyed the segways. Definitely recommend!

Los dos guías super majos y proactivos, con buen inglés y anécdotas divertidas sobre la historia de España durante el recorrido. Una de las niñas, más pequeña, era miedosa y le ofrecieron cambiarle el segway por bicicleta, con lo cual nos ahorraron un problema...Lograron que todo el rato fuéramos seguros, a pesar de ser las 12:00 de la mañana y haber bastante gente en la calle. El inglés de los guías me sorprendió, muy bueno. Repetiremos seguro, cuando venga el siguiente grupo de americanos! Muchas gracias,

Wypożyczalnia w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie Plaza Mayor. Ceny umiarkowane - za trzy godziny zapłaciłem 18€. Wymagany depozyt jest umiarkowany - 100€ (wypożyczałem rower w innych miastach/wypożyczalniach, gdzie kaucja wynosiła 300€). Mistrzem ceremonii w tej wypożyczalni jest Ricardo. Rowery "są jakie są" - zajeżdżone przez turystów. Ricardo doprowadza je do stanu w którym da się na nich jeździć ale przerzutki nie działają do końca sprawnie - przed większymi podjazdami trzeba odpowiednio wcześniej wrzucić miękkie przełożenia aby wskoczyły w miejscu w którym zaczyna się podjazd :-). Wszelkie niedogodności, które mogą się zdarzyć w trakcie wypożyczenia roweru, Ricardo rekompensuje darmowym dłuższym czasem wypożyczenia. Mimo, że stan techniczny rowerów (wypożyczałem tylko górskie) może nie jest idealny, jednak ze względu na lokalizację, ceny i zaangażowanie Ricardo, daję 5 gwiazdek. Na rowerach z tej wypożyczalni udało mi się zrobić trzy pętle po Madrycie (zaliczając w czasie jednej trasy między innymi Retiro Park, stadion Atletico Madryt, stadion Realu Madryt (Santiago Bernabeu). Na pewno wrócę tam jeszcze nie raz :-)

Her passion for the city was contagious; she was always happy to answer questions or recommend things to do afterwards. The tour struck the perfect balance between fun, sightseeing, and learning. Andrea’s friendly attitude and enthusiasm made what could have been a simple tour a highlight of my trip. If you’re in Madrid and want a unique, fun way to see the city, I can’t recommend this Segway tour enough - especially with Andrea as your guide!

Honestly wanted to give a 1 star. ** UPDATED to 4star Booked a 2hr Retiro tour, but got a 5 stop 1km radius tour of the nearby area that lasted roughly 1.5 hours. Although they listed about 15 different stops for the €39 pp tour plus €20 service/fees (total €100), we were limited by both the guide and group’s comfortability with the segways. Note that it took 30minutes for the tour to start in an effort to teach the group of 7 people. UPDATE: they reached out after the morning after my review and offered to redo the tour. I didn't have enough time to try again, so they refunded €80/100. there is more to mention in regards to how i was handled on-site, but the virtual conversations were better. Considering they care about their business, I'd definitely say to somehow get more accurate information on the tours and who your guide will be.

We really enjoyed our Segway tour around Madrid with Juan. He was tentative, knowledgeable about the area and gave great recommendations for the rest of our trip. I was a first timer and he took care to make sure I was doing well - it is actually super easy. Definitely recommend Wonder Tour and Juan.

Juan was awesome. Great sardonic sense of humor. He really cared about his group's safety. Even though multiple people in the group had some crashes 🤭 and he said "oh my god", he definitely took it in good stride. One of my friends was new at using segways and he definitely took a note of that and had her be the first one right behind me so he could watch out for her. He also helped park her segway multiple times at the photo stops. He gave great recommendations about different spots to go to, where to watch the sunset, the costs of several places we rolled through, and even helped us find the route to our next destination. The descriptions he gave of each spot were definitely more interesting than the average tour guide and his sarcasm was on point.

We had such a blast with Juan on our Segway tour of Madrid. His entertaining and colorful stories were a fun insight into “Madrid history by Juan”. Hubby thought I was nuts for wanting to Segway and he is now a fan (MallCop!). Definitely recommend the 1-1/2 hour tour.

Nos encantó el tour con segway por el retiro es ideal para hacerlo con adolescentes. La única cosa a comentar es el guía aportó muy poca información de interés, pensábamos que nos explicaría más cosas de la ciudad, curiosidades, edificios.....

Es la cuarta vez que hacemos un recorrido en Segway por la Casa de Campo y la segunda vez con Juan. Lo hemos pasado muy bien, Juan es un guía estupendo, muy pendiente de todo para que todo el mundo esté a gusto. Volveremos sin dudarlo. ¡Muchas gracias y hasta pronto!

Esta experiencia me ha parecido muy interesante y divertida aunque este tipo de actividades suele parecerme aburrida pero con el guia que nos ha tocado Osmel , se ha hecho mucho mas ameno, siempre nos tocan los mejores guias, es una experiencia que recomiendo . We booked the “murder mystery at the royal palace”, for 19 eur / person.. we went with 4 adults and 4 kids and paid 152 EUR. When we arrived, we got 2 print outs with tasks (1 per 4 pax), and were just instructed to read it and enjoy. 0 interaction with anyone. No instruction or engagement into the murder mystery. Just tasks to solve walking around. The story is okayish / well developed and it’s not bad, actually fun, though with some small mistakes. STRONGLY RECOMMEND to buy for 1 pax only and then go with how many people you wish. Not technically a fraud, but totally overselling the value they deliver.

Met vier personen een Engelstalige Segway tour van één uur gedaan. Het was voor ons de eerste keer op een Segway. We kregen in een paar minuten goede instructie en konden even oefenen. Vervolgens een leuke tocht van iets meer dan een uur door Madrid gemaakt, onder gebegeleiding van een uitstekende gids.

We received excellent customer service from this company today! We wanted to rent a bike with a child’s seat for our 3 year old and the young man who looked after us was hugely helpful, checking that the seat was attached safely and that everything was perfect. Contratamos un tour de 1 hora para un grupo de 3. Al final salimos 7, con gente muy insegura encima de un Segway. Así que fuimos a dos por hora, y con comentarios en Ingles, para adaptarse al resto del grupo! Para colmo tuvimos que dar la vuelta porque uno de los segways no andaba. Igual fue mala suerte, pero decepcionante!

Muy amables para solucionar los problemas que se generan con la compra de GoCity y su reservación. El método de redención con GoCity no permite reservar sin activar el cupón, por lo que para viajes cortos puede ser complicado para realizar la reserva. Es una buena experiencia para segway sin embargo como tour no es tan bueno. Todo el personal es muy amable pero si quieren un tour más completo no lo recomendaría.

A family of three had an awesome time today on the e-bike tour of Madrid with our guide, Oswe. He was excellent in telling stories about the historic sites and highly caring of his guests. Our tour was in English and I would highly recommend the tour and guide.

We did the e-bike tour and the Segway&Churros tour with them. Both were great and a fun way to explore the city. Chris, our bike guide, was really nice and told us lots of interesting facts about the different sights. When it started to rain, he even took us to a bar to have a Sangria! Estuvimos como empresa en un city tour Toledo y luego Madrid ! Family of 4 had a fantastic time during the Segway Madrid Tour offered by Wonder Tours. Our guide Paloma was super friendly, energetic and after giving us an intro to Segways, she gave us tons of interesting info about the Opera House, Palace, Plaza de Mayor and the San Miguel Market! She was also super generous with other recommendations of neighbourhoods and areas to visit on our own as well. Would definitely recommend this tour and Paloma if you're looking for a quick overview of the main highlights of the city while having fun on Segways.

Muy buena experiencia. Fuimos un grupo de 15 personas, la mayoría extranjeros. Hicimos un recorrido de tres horas. Muy agradable. La guía era muy simpática y hablaba perfecto inglés. Fue adaptando el recorrido según nuestras preferencias. Casi todas las bicicletas eran eléctricas, aunque yo escogí una normal y tampoco fue nada difícil seguir al grupo.

Javier was our guide around Madrid on our electric bikes for a couple of well spent hours. Complete with helmets and vests we took off around some to see some of the sights. This is a great way to see so much more of Madrid than you would otherwise. Making the most of high vantage points Javier took time time to explain some of the history and story of what we could see. The bikes themselves are well used hence 4 not 5 stars and mine in particular didn't give much in the way of assistance for the first part of the trip but Javier sorted this for me. Well worth a go!

Yanny was incredible! He is so knowledgeable and answered a lot of questions. The Segway was so much fun to ride, and the sightseeing in the city was great. Highly recommend to groups, or single guests.

I did a 3 hour e-bike tour with Gloria - it was great, especially Gloria, a very engaging native English speaker who also speaks Spanish and knows what she's talking about. I suggest, though, if you've never ridden an e-bike before, make sure you thoroughly understand the controls before departing ... not a safety issue, but you might find yourself pedaling most of the way unassisted as I did :)

Absolutely recommend the segway tour, my guide Luis made it exceed my expectations! Do not hesitate to book with Wonder Tours! I booked a one-hour small group tour of Plaza Mayor and the Palace area, but instead got a two-hour private tour and was surprised with watching the change of guards at the end (of course Luis knew exactly where to stand to get the best view)! Even though this was my first time on a segway, he taught me everything I needed to know and was very patient with me. I booked the tour via a third-agent partner and thus knew nothing about the company, but from the start their friendliness and the interactive tour made me feel welcome and it is clear that they care about their guests. It is no surprise that I found out on the website later that they offer very exclusive and unique private tours! I will definitely book with them again when I return to Madrid.

Very easy to book online. The office staff was really friendly and helpful and the 3 hour city bike tour was very comprehensive. The only thing was that we had a really hard time understanding the English of our obviously very knowledgeable guide (he shared a lot of information) and had to google the information ourselves afterwards.

I can highly recommend this trip to see all the sights of Madrid in a short space of time. I would suggest more than 1 hour though, as you will definitely have a lot of fun and you’ll need a bit of time to practice and then become more confident. Great sights and a good mix of city and open space riding near the river and bridges. Go for it!!! I’ve done it twice already!

La experiencia en esta empresa fue maravillosa, la verdad que fue muy entretenida ya que nos guiaron de maravilla por algunas de las zonas de Segovia , nos movió un monitor llamado Agustín, recomendable 100%, ya que nos dio mucho entretenimiento durante todo el recorrido y nos ayudó con todas las dudas, volveré a repetir mi experiencia.

Nous avons fait un tour en visite privée à vélo électrique avec Javier et c'était juste génial ! Il a fait en fonction de nos envies et surtout a très bien expliqué l'histoire de chaque monument visité. Javier a été super gentil, aimable et d'une bienveillance folle. On recommande à 200% Javier !! C'est un super moyen de visiter la ville ! Merci encore une fois, Sabrina y Aurore ;)

Hemos ido los 4 de la familia, 2 Padres y 2 niños de 12 y 14 años, a hacer un tour con Wonder tours por el centro de Madrid. El guía Javier nos ha explicado el funcionamiento muy bien y en 2 minutos ya íbamos con confianza. No hay que tenerle miedo al seagway. Ha sido una forma buena de ver los sitios más importantes del centro de Madrid sin tener que andar tirando de los niños todo el rato. Además, los niños han disfrutado mucho del seagway ¡¡¡Muy recomendable!!!

Nunca había imaginado recorrer Madrid en un Segway, pero la falta de planes en un puente largo junto con la falta de turistas que llenen la capital, lo han hecho posible. Claro, que sin la ayuda de Daniel, el propietario del negocio y nuestro magnífico guía Pablo, no hubiera sido uno de los mejores días para mi familia y para mí. As a first time visit to Madrid, my daughter and I decided to take the two hr tour with our guide Yanny. It was an outstanding and knowledge laden tour. Yanny pointed out all of the key historical elements of Madrid as we came upon them. Proper time was spent on equipment operation for all, even for the cautious/inexperienced riders. Yanny was aware of the groups safety at all times and ensured that we were engaged in the tour. I would highly recommend this type of tour no matter if its your first time or you are a long time resident. Yanny, Patricia and the staff at Madrid Segway provided outstanding service and an exceptional tour experience. Highly recommended!

Incomparable, Un gustazo. Nos encanto disfrutar de Madrid desde otro punto de vista. El guía que nos acompañó super amable y encantador. Nos hizo disfrutar aún más del paseo por todo el centro de Madrid y Madrid Rio con el segway. Muy bien de verdad. Además la empresa en general y todos sus componente nos ayudaron desde el primer momento. Por esas cosas de la vida, tuvimos que aplazar el recorrido cuatro veces por causa de la enfermedad de un familiar y nos trataron con una amabilidad inusitada. Ni un sólo pero. Espectacular.

Nous avons choisi la balade d'1 heure 30 au parc du Retiro. Nous avons eu un guide super - alvaro - qui nous a super bien expliqué le fonctionnement du segway. C'était la première fois que nous utilisions cette machine et c'est vraiment super. A faire et à refaire.

Fantastische Tour durch den Retiro Park. Vorabreservierung lief problemlos und auf Wunsch auch als Privattour ohne Aufpreis. Guide war nett und kannte sich sehr gut in Madrid aus, studierter tourist guide. Würde immer wieder diese Tour buchen, da man sich die Innenstadt auch zu Fuß anschauen kann. Der Retiro Park lässt sich am besten mit dem Segway erkunden.

Our family signed up for a three hour segway tour with Anthony at MadSegs. It was an amazing experience! Anthony quickly gauged our experience levels and then led us on a superb tour of the central area of Madrid. Past and over rivers teaming with fish, royal palaces, cathedrals and monasteries, we glided effortlessly over many kilometres. There was a drink stop halfway at a pleasant pavement bar. We also saw many characterful bars and eating places which were noted for our later return. At the end, we had been out well over three hours and Anthony provided us with a full pictorial record of our trip. I can thoroughly recommend this tour.

Aunque soy de Madrid y conocemos los sitios nos encantó montar en Segway por Madrid y descubrir la catedral, el Palacio Real, el templo de Debod, la Plaza de Ópera..., una experiencia estupenda y divertida, se hace corta la hora y media y sobre todo cuando te dejan en la plaza de la Almudena para que des vueltas. Sebas y Alejandro nos dejaron disfrutar de la ruta. Nos comentaron que ellos organizan partidos de segway Polo y lo.piensas y tiene q ser divertidísimo!!

We recently had a vacation in Madrid and had a blast spending half a day touring the city with Anthony at Madsegs Segway tours. No one in our family had ever been on a Segway and Anthony's instruction made it very easy to learn quickly. The tour had us visit many of the city's outdoor landmarks and Anthony's deep knowledge of Madrid and its rich history made it very educational and fun. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone as we felt it was a great experience and a great value.

For all visitors to Madrid We are still talking about our Segway experience! It is hard to do it justice in a few words, but I will try. Overall, Anthony is an excellent, experienced guide and Segway coach. We enjoyed his anecdotes about life in Madrid, in addition to the historical information as we sped by landmarks, restaurants and other famous sites. It was a great introduction to the city and a wonderful way to spend a day. You will discover many places to explore and gain an insider's perspective on this complex, rich capital. Alquilamos este servicio para una visita por Madrid en grupo. El trato fue excelente, se nota que tienen mucha experiencia y se preocupan mucho por la seguridad y que aprendas bien a manejarte con el segway antes de comenzar para evitar incidentes. Tienen opciones de bicicletas eléctricas para el que no se atreva. Sinceramente nos encantó, fue una experiencia única para todos nosotros. Lo recomendamos 100%
