Muy buena la excursión y sobresaliente la explicación y la atención de Mateo.

Hola, tengan en cuenta cuando saquen la entrada para Segovia con entrada a la catedral y Alcazaba porque la misma dice que incluye las entradas al la catedral y demás y luego no las incluyen es publicidad engañosa hay que pagarlas aparte. Por si fuera poco la maleducada que atiende la recepción se reía.Muy impertinentes. La guía debería asistir a un curso de inglés de inmediato.

Un tour apresurado! Creo que no debería incluir Ávila (aunque es una ciudad muy bonita), para que este tiempo se pudiera disfrutar en Segovia, para entrar a la catedral para ver sus retablos y sus capillas! Mateo es agradable y simpático, amable y atento!

Nos gustó mucho. El guía Mateo super amable y divertido. Solo nos hubiese gustado que el tour incluyera las catedrales porque nos hubiese gustado mucho entrar. Favor considerarlo. El chófer del bus también muy amable gracias por la experiencia.

I will be handing over to my eight-year-old for the review of the tour and tour guide. BUT the tour almost didn’t happen due to miscommunication of the timing and change of start time. This could’ve been a very different review. …the tour was absolutely amazing. Our guide was really nice, she brought the stadium to life with her knowledge and humour. She answered all my questions. You get to see everything including the trophy room, where the players change and it’s such a brilliant stadium in general. Definitely would suggest going there if you love football and also I didn’t know this but they have quite a lot of basketball history there as well⚽️⚽️🏀🥅🇪🇸💖😁😁

Our tour to Segovia and Avila was great. It was on time, bus was clean, our tour guide Mateo was informative and was able to explain to us in English, really appreciate the effort since we were only 5 english speaking tourist out of the 50+ people. The real-time earphone device was helpful. Just a slight suggestion, maybe there can be an automated playlist of the background of the attractions that is in different languages, similar to the hop on & hop off busses. That way we don't need to be rushing close to the tour guide since the streets are narrow and we lose signal when we are at a farther distance from him.

Hemos escogido el tour por las ciudades de Ávila y Segovia. Nuestro guía, Mateo, fue una persona muy agradable: posee un conocimiento innato sobre la historia de estos municipios, una gran paciencia y un excelente nivel y transición entre castellano e inglés. Los paisajes, monumentos y edificios que hemos podido conocer son preciosos: abundante naturaleza y una arquitectura idiosincrásica. Definitivamente vale la pena; una gran experiencia.

O guia Mateo foi bom, o ônibus seguro mas com assentos estreitos, o som dentro do ônibus é horrível!!!! Música de rádio cheia de anúncios e metade da viagem com péssima captação cheia de ruído, irritante demais. Fiz com almoço em Segovia: é razoável, nada demais e ruim que não pode repetir a taça de vinho nem a garrafa de água! Tem algumas escadas para pegar o ônibus e subir na muralha de Ávila (ótimo). Com poucos dias na Espanha, tem que fazer com excursão, mas podia ser melhor.

Excellent experience in our Toledo tour. Very puntual in their time.

La guía oct 24 2025 excursión 3pm a Toledo guía no atiende solicitud de 11 adultos mayores de andar un poco más despacio todo a la carrera y de mala cara ante solicitudes. Vendieron entrada 4 sitios mentiras solo entramos a dos. Mala experiencia. Mejor ir sin guía y consultar historia en Google en cada punto Es más amable esa experiencia Guía dice tiene q cumplir velocidad por horario q Este tour no es para adultos mayores. Pero aún así lo vendieron y con descuento pero no los van a considerar q andan más despacio. No les importa sino el dinero. No el buen servicio con los mayores

La excursión de Ávila y Segovia estuvo muy buena. El guía Mateo es muy ameno con sus reseñas y está siempre atento a los pasajeros. Me hubiera gustado entrar a la Catedral de Segovia y a la Catedral de Ávila. Pensé que estaba incluído en esta excursión. El chofer del Bus excelente.

Un tour muy bonito. Desde que llegamos en la mañana en el lugar indicado, nos recibió un joven en la puerta muy amable. Todo muy organizado. El guía era Mateo, muy ameno, responsable, con mucho conocimiento y siempre pendiente de todos. Recomendado 100%.

Overall a great way to learn the history of Avila & Segovia and see many interesting things in a short period of time. It is a long day with a lot of walking- plan appropriately. We enjoyed having lunch on our own and some time to explore. The tour size could have benefited from more than one guide - as English speakers felt often forgotten (left outside for 25 min waiting for their turn) or ignored.

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en el tour. Todo estuvo muy bien organizado y el recorrido fue interesante de principio a fin. Nuestro guía, Mateo, fue excepcional: amable, atento y con un gran conocimiento de la historia y los lugares que visitamos. Trip was ok. Nothing you cold not do yourself if you wanted to. The problem I have with Julia tours is that all tours are bilingual and their guides do not speak very good English.

El tour ha estado bien un poco justo en el tiempo. La comida en Segovia magnífica poco tiempo para poder visitar catedrales y para comprar souvenirs. La guía ha estado muy bien. Sabe relacionarse con la gente y es muy profesional. El sistema de audio debería mejorarse.

I joined the on day trip on October 7 to Segovia and Ávila. Our host Mariano was professional and very knowledgeable about the two towns. Because there is only me a English speaker in the group, after he finished explaining to the other group members in Spanish, he would always explain everything to me again in English. I think he’s really patient. I had an excellent trip to Segovia and Ávila 😀

Good way to see Segovia and Avila.

Tour excursion was fun, the staff was informative and welcoming. Pacing for each location was well spread out with breaks in-between. Would highly recommend. I would comeback to try a different tour that they offer.

Me ha gustado mucho El Alcázar, se notaba que el guia, Mateo, sabía muy bien sobre su historia ya que contaba todo detalladamente y de manera que se pueda entender. Lo ha hecho ameno y divertido al mismo tiempo. También estuvo atento que ninguno se perdiera y atento a lo que necesitábamos. Ávila también estuvo genial aunque me hubiera gustado que la visita durara más tiempo para poder conocer un poco más. El conductor Diego, muy bueno, muy profesional.

Nos encantó visitar Segovia y Avila en un día , nuestra guía Colombiana Mariana muy preparada y simpática la igual que el conductor Luis Mariano muy responsable, recome damos este tour al 100.

We had a mixed bag of emotions, our booking yesterday for 8.45am was given to someone else (despite us calling and informing of a traffic incident next to the location). At 5mins late, we were not allowed to reach the bus which was still not started .. and the next day, we actually left nearly 20mins late (proving our theory) Then, on paying an additional amount, we finally went to see the beautiful coty of Toledo. Our guide, Jorge, however had a very thick Spanish accent and was difficult to understand. Also, he sounded mechanical / radio like during the 1hr plus bus journey

En general es una buena visita. Nuestro guía Mateo con gran conocimiento y actitud. Solo agregaría un poco más de tiempo para ingresar a un par de lugares de interés de forma individual y tiempo libre.

Fizemos o passeio de um dia para Toledo e Segóvia com a Júlia Travel e a experiência foi bastante decepcionante! Em Toledo, o ritmo foi extremamente acelerado, uma verdadeira maratona para cumprir o horário. O tempo foi mal distribuído, passamos tempo demais dentro da Catedral, muito tempo em lojas de souvenirs e praticamente nenhum momento para fotos ou para apreciar o percurso com calma. Em Segóvia a situação foi ainda pior. A guia se mostrou despreparada e desrespeitosa, sem nenhuma preocupação em se comunicar claramente com um grupo formado por pessoas de diferentes nacionalidades. Ela mencionou o ponto de encontro para o retorno citando o nome de um local que, coincidentemente, era o mesmo de um café na praça onde o grupo estava reunido. Não explicou que se tratava de outro ponto distante, o que ué nos confundiu e gerou todo esse transtorno. Não optamos por seguir sozinhos, até poderíamos, simplesmente perdemos o grupo porque é rápido demais. Chegamos com antecedência ao local que entendemos ser o ponto de encontro, mas o ônibus partiu sem nós. Outro casal, que também se confundiu, confirmou que a explicação foi ambígua, mas felizmente eles seguiram com a guia. Quando soube que estávamos no local errado, a guia limitou-se a dizer que “não podia fazer nada”. Nenhum contato telefônico dos passageiros havia sido coletado, e o motorista também não podera esperar porque, segundo ela, tinha outro compromisso. Esse casal amigo acabou descendo do ônibus para nos ajudar, enquanto o grupo partiu sem qualquer preocupação. Com informações dentro da nossa mochila eles entraram em contato conosco e assim , retornamos a Madri por conta própria. Foi uma experiência marcada pela falta de organização, comunicação confusa e completa ausência de cuidado com o cliente. Não indicamos!

We had an excellent trip out of Madrid to Segovia and Avila with Julià tours. Our host - Irene - was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the two towns. We had plenty of time at each stop and the coach was very comfortable for transportation. We opted out of the optional lunch and had plenty of other places to choose from during the allotted time. Would definitely recommend if you have an extra day in Madrid.

El tour está completo pero al hacerse en dos idiomas los tiempos se acortaban mucho ya que se dividía la vista en dos grupos. Las visitas tenían que ser rápidas ya que el guía entraba primero con un grupo y después con el otro. Las visitas conjuntas predominaba mas el inglés en las explicaciones. Considero que es mejor opción hacer un tour para cada idioma y visitar a un mejor tiempo los lugares tan interesantes a conocer.

Visita de Segovia y Avila, ambas podrian ser un dia completo, pero es buen resumen de las dos en el tour de un dia

I am usually good understanding accents, but the tour guide's heavy accent made her very difficult to understand in English. She could be more outgoing and friendly, and needs to express more enthusiasm for the subjects she is discussing. She didn't give people in the back of the group time to catch up for stops she discussed.

Hemos efectuado el paseo de Segovia y Avila con la guía Mariana. En lo referente a su desempeño sólo palabras de satisfacción por su tarea. Destacamos como algo a considerar, que se debería extender la duración del tour , una hora mas, para apreciar mejor los lugares visitados, o bien tomar conocimiento de otros que, por el tiempo acotado, no hemos podido, quedando pendiente.

En el " bono" que recibí cuando contraté el servicio ( excursión a Segovia) decía claramente con letras mayúsculas que se encontraban incluidas las entradas a la catedral y el alcazar, cuando llegué a la empresa , sin encontrar, quien me atendió explicación, recibió instrucciones de que se me cobrará nuevamente. Luego la excursión salió con media hora de retraso, tuvimos que ver todo a las apuradas. La estrella la pongo porque, afortunadamente, el chófer no era ciego y no tuvimos un accidente

Los lugares son hermosos y con una rica historia. Lamentablemente el tiempo que te brindan en cada lugar es muy poco y en particular nuestro guía no fue lo suficientemente claro.

We took the toledo day tour. We had 2 busses, one Spanish speaking, one English speaking. Our English guide was Mariano. We totally enjoyed the tour. The guide was very clear. We had a huge family in the tour. During lunch, he put them together on a separate table. Very considerate. The lunch tapas was very tasty, too. Highly recommend.

Debería haber un poco más de tiempo en cada lugar durante el reorrido. El lugar del almuerzo en Toledo no es agradable. La comida buena pero el lugar y el servicio no. Deberían de hacer los tours separados y no mezclar Inglés y Español. Los guías podrían hablar un poco más despacio para que haya mejor dicción.

Tour por el Escorial, una gran visita si estás en Madrid. David el conductor, hizo una buena ruta hasta el monasterio del Escorial, buena velocidad sin volantazos,muy amable en todo momento. Dice que es hop on hop off pero no lo es

Quiero expresar mi inconformidad con el servicio recibido. Debido a cierres en las calles de Madrid perdimos el bus, pero nos trasladamos de inmediato en transporte privado para no perder el tour, llegando a las 10:00 am al destino. Aun así, no se nos permitió unirnos al grupo hasta la 1:00 pm, a pesar de que solicitamos varias veces el número del guía o la ubicación para incorporarnos. Pasamos tres horas sin poder entrar a ningún lugar y sin recibir solución alguna. Además, la señorita que nos atendió desde el inicio mostró una actitud despectiva, llegando incluso a responder de manera irrespetuosa a mi madre, lo cual consideramos inaceptable. Contratamos un servicio costoso esperando profesionalismo, pero recibimos lo contrario: falta de atención, falta de soluciones y maltrato. Solicitamos que se tomen medidas para que ninguna otra persona pase por la misma situación.

Llegamos tarde por q las calles de Madrid estaban cerrada perdimos el bus, pero para empezar la señorita que nos atendió de una manera despectiva le dijo a mi mamá que podíamos ir por nuestra cuenta que ella nos hace un favor, en hacernos que nos unamos Nos fuimos por nuestra cuenta en transporte priv lo más pronto posible ya que no queríamos perder parte del tour y llegamos a las 10:00 am al destino y fue incapaz de unirnos con el grupo llamamos y le pedimos q por favor nos facilite el número del guía o el lugar donde se encontraban para unirnos y fueron incapaces de ayudarnos hasta la 1 pm que nos encontramos en el restaurante estuvimos 3 horas sin poder entrar a ningún lugar y sin buscar soluciones. Pésimo Pésimos jamás volvería con este servicio gracias por nada y contraté personal capacitado se supone que uno paga por un servicio y lo trata a uno como que si fuera nadie sin embargo uno paga y caro por un servicio sin solución y malo. Mi papá estaba hablando con la señorita que nos atendió sobre avanzar por nuestra cuenta y mi mamá preguntó de lejos si nos daban una manilla o algo y la señorita le dijo acérquese y mi mamá le dijo la chica que era por estaba un poco delicada de salud y ella le dijo yo estoy con la regla y sin embargo estoy acá trabajando ? Y de una manera fea.

Gente de lo peor no hagas el tour con ellos se van arrepentir y tirarán su dinero ! El trato es de lo último si necesitas algo ! No te da solución incluso te dirán a es un favor que ellos te hacen ! Asco ! Y pongo una estrella porque no se merecen ninguna !

I had a really bad experience with this agency. I booked a tour that was supposed to start at 3:00 PM and arrived at their office at 3:03 PM. Unfortunately, due to unclear directions (provided only in Spanish), I struggled to find the location. Despite being just 3 minutes late, they refused to honor my tickets. The lack of clear instructions and poor customer service left me very unhappy. I would not recommend this agency.

Wykupiliśmy za pośrednictwem GetYourGuide wycieczkę po Estadio Santiago Bernabeu. Stawiliśmy się do wyznaczonego punktu zbiórki przed czasem. Wraz z jeszcze jedną parą z USA (TripAdvisor) oczekiwaliśmy na naszego przewodnika. Po blisko godzinie oczekiwania, gdy żaden przewodnik nie przyszedł, postanowiliśmy zadzwonić do biura i dowiedzieć się co z naszą wycieczką. Po zapytaniu o wycieczkę pracownik biura po prostu rozłączył się. Nie próbowano się z nami w żaden sposób skontaktować. Nie odpisano na email reklamacyjny. Zostaliśmy zmuszeni kupić kolejne bilety w kasie. Beznadziejne biuro, z beznadziejnymi ludźmi, którzy nie mają odwagi przyznać się, że schrzanili. Gdyby można było dać "0" gwiazdek, to taka właśnie powinna być ocena tego "biura". Dno i sto metrów mułu. NIE POLECAM! OMIJAĆ SZEROKIM ŁUKIEM! Edit: wysłaliście e-mail, że wycieczka nie będzie zrealizowana (22.08) z powodu awarii prądu...awarii gdzie? bo wycieczki po Estadio Santiago Bernabeu były realizowane normalnie, kupiliśmy drugie bilety, żeby tam wejść o 11:00. Przypomnę, że wycieczka miała odbyć się 05.08. Wysłaliście e-mail po wystawieniu negatywnej opinii na Google. Jesteście MEMem... Nie pozdrawiam!

Tour Escorial & Valle de los Caídos El tour lo realizamos mis hijos y yo el pasado viernes 8/8/2025. Desde que llegamos a la oficina principal ubicada en Calle San Nicolás 15, fue muy agradable ser recibido por todo el equipo del Mostrador que tienen, organizados para atender el registro de los diferentes tour que ofrece esta empresa. Luego la guía Iliana se presentó y junto al grupo para luego llevarnos al bus y comenzar el tour, fue aproximadamente cuarenta y cinco (45) minutos hasta el Monasterio del Escorial y al entrar se siente una energía increíble junto con nuestra guía que iba contándonos datos históricos importantes sobre el monasterio y demás afines al mismo. Mis hijos estaban pegados a la guía y escuchando con atención porque no solo era amena sino empatica y atenta, lo cual hacía aún mejor el tour, abierta a preguntas que le realizaba porque me interesaba muchísimo la información. Uno de los lugares más memorables junto con la Plaza de Reyes Bíblicos, fue la biblioteca; a mis hijos les llamó más la atención el Panteón de los bebés y el Panteón de los Reyes, los cuales son increíbles. Se ven muchas cosas y la información de nuestra guía hace que no solo apreciemos lo bello de lo que vemos sino que nos adentremos en las formas y los fondos que dieron vida a toda esa experiencia que recorremos. Luego fuimos al Valle de los Caídos, el cual como historia contemporánea de España es un lugar bastante interesante y cargado de emociones encontradas por así decirlo, la energía allí es bastante extraña y cargada, con un aura de disciplina y rigidez muy interesantes, es un lugar mítico desde donde se vea y las vistas son majestuosas. Gracias por un tour tan ameno, de calidad y con profundidad histórica, artística y arquitectónica entre otras muchas cosas, Iliana muchas gracias por tu actitud y por el trato para con el grupo y particularmente con mis hijos y conmigo.

Tour de Segovia y Ávila. Desde qué llegamos a la oficina en Calle San Nicolás 15 todo fue increíble, las chicas en el mostrador nos atendieron muy bien al confirmar nuestra reverva y nos ayudaron a contratar otro tour que queríamos hacer al Escorial. Luego se presentaron nuestros guías que para nuestra suerte fueron dos guías increíbles, Mateo y Cristina, los cuales hicieron la experiencia mucho más amena y agradable durante todo el tour, un manejo muy bueno del español y del inglés, y una empatía con el grupo y los niños del grupo incluyendo los míos magnífica pues le permitió a mis hijos disfrutar aún más de todo lo que vimos. Fuimos a Segovia y allí lo primero fue entrar al Alcázar de Segovia, que magia entrar y recorrerlo, luego el tour por la ciudad y tiempo libre que nos permitió descansar para seguir con el resto de la ciudad hasta el Acueducto Romano de Segovia que es simplemente una maravilla de ingeniería y de monumento histórico. Después fuimos a Ávila y allí lo primero fue subir a la Muralla y que vistas desde allí, además que el pedazo por donde subimos permite ver la Catedral magnificamente para fotos increíbles y donde siempre los guías están prestos para ayudar a tomar bellas fotos, luego tour en la ciudad y terminamos en la Iglesia de Santa Teresa, donde su huerto fue una de las cosas más bellas que yo personalmente pude ver, además de la energía que emite. Gracias a todo el Equipo de Julia Travel por un tour increíble y mis hijos dicen que todo les gustó y que Mateo y Cristina son los mejores guías. Seguro volveremos a por más e incluso repetir este destino con ustedes. Por cierto los precios me parecieron muy buenos para incluir entradas, transporte y guías. Feliz día

If I could give this tour agency a zero rating I would. I booked the afternoon Segovia tour for 50 euros. The tour was 5 hours altogether, 2.5 of would have been spent on the bus ride IF THEY DIDNT LEAVE ME BEHIND AT ALCAZAR SEGOVIA. The tour guide said meet at the entrance where she gave the man the tickets earlier at 6:40. Followed those instructions or so I thought. At 6:45 I was wondering where everyone was as I had not seen a soul from my tour group. I looked inside and outside the castle, asked the security guards. By 6:50 I knew I had to make my own way home back to Madrid.. no telephone number provided, no proper communication channels, nothing. They will leave you behind!!!

Hace 45 minutos estamos esperando el micro que nos venga a buscar a la excursion. Un monton de familias al rayo del sol. Nadie de la empresa se comunicó con nosotros, sólo cuando nosotros llamamos nos dijeron que habian tenido un problema con el micro que en 20 min llegaba, esto hace 30 minutos. Un desastre, no lo recomiendo para nada.

La agencia Juliá nos la recomendó el Sr Pompa en Miami, que se ocupó de hacer nuestras reservas desde casa. Mi esposo y yo hicimos el tour de Toledo con Daniela, una guía muy profesional con vastos conocimientos sobre el área y sobre todo muy dulce y paciente, para Daniela 5 Stars. En la tarde nos fuimos a Segovia con Luis. Excelente recorrido en Inglés, porque así lo decidimos, pues Luis, independientemente de sus amplios conocimientos del área, puede hacer los recorridos en 3 Lenguas diferentes. Para él 5 Stars. Es una excursión breve a Toledo que se aprovecha poco y la guía Clara repite como un loro lo que seguramente se haya aprendido de memoria. No preguntaba si teníamos dudas porque seguramente quería acabar el trabajo cuanto antes. Una pena de tour arruinado por una guía peor.

En turismo se vende una experiencia y cuando la gente trabaja sin ganas no se transmite nada. La guía nunca se interesó por saber si teníamos alguna pregunta o si la estábamos pasando bien. De hecho una señora decidió abandonar el grupo y al perderse la dejaron abandonada allí. Al llegar la guía y el chofer explicaron entre ellos que otros guías (los del carrito de golf) le daban asco. Horrible que gente que trabaja en algo tan bello lo haga de esa manera. Espantosa experiencia de la la empresa Julia tours. Me preguntó si yo me hubiera perdido seguramente me hubiesen dejado allí tirado. Estaba más que claro que por las mala onda y pocas ganas de la guía todos querían abandonar el tour.

Nuy buena atención y mejor servicio, visitamos Segovia y Ávila, la guía Susana excelente. Muy recomendables.

Pésima atención. Cero empaticos!!!! Compre un tour guiado y una hora después me enviaron un mensaje cambiando los horarios. Es una falta de respeto por que juegan con el tiempo y el dinero de los turistas. Fui a la oficina para buscar una solución y la Persona que me atendió fue grosero y no demostró interés por resolver. Jamás volveré a comprar con ellos nada y mucho menos a recomendarlos!

No gasten dinero en esta agencia. Ofrecen servicios que no cumplen. Tomé un tour para ver el alcázar y el guía nos llevaba casi corriendo. No se pudo acceder a museos y otros lugares que hay en el castillo. Aparte que la agencia es totalmente insensible con las personas de movilidad reducida. Es la peor agencia de viaje que me ha tocado y el guía José aparte habla pésimo inglés . Ojalá no pierdan su dinero contratando nada de esta agencia. El domingo hicimos el tour a Toledo. Todo muy bien organizado, las paradas del bus y luego el recorrido a pie x Toledo. Muy rico almuerzo también y la guía muy preparada y dispuesta. Una excelente propuesta para conocer la antigua capital de. Madrid. Para mí recomiendo recorrer Toledo con el tour para entender muchas cosas.

Fuimos abandonados por el guía en Segovia. Estábamos en el Restaurante Bernardino con el grupo. Fuimos al baño al restaurante Bernardino, recomendado por el guía, y tuvimos que esperar cola para usar el baño. Hubo una falta de tolerancia y sensibilidad ante el hecho de que tenemos derecho a ir al baño antes de salir y el riesgo de no poder conseguir un billete de tren o autobús para regresar. Nos dejaron a nuestra suerte!!!! Tuvimos pérdidas financieras!!! No recomiendo esta empresa!

O tour de Toledo é recomendado pra quem gosta de emoção, pois a guia anda como se estivesse fugindo da polícia. A guia é extremamente prepotente, muito grossa e impaciente com latinos, especialmente brasileiros. Não dá tempo nenhum para as pessoas poderem tirar fotos e mal responde as perguntas feitas pelos turistas. Foi a primeira vez na minha vida que eu entrei em uma igreja e não deu tempo de rezar. Sabe muito de história, mas apenas em espanhol, porque, enquanto uma explicação em espanhol durava 5min, a de inglês se resumia a uma frase. A qualidade do atendimento ao cliente é a pior que eu já vi. Recomendo à guia mudar de profissão. E recomendo ao turistas procurarem um guia privativo porque vale muito mais a pena.

Tour a Segovia y Ávila con muchos problemas: bus con fallas mecánicas, cambio de bus que tomó 45 min, presión para almorzar, dos grupos guiados en el Alcázar por la misma guía, lo que implicó que un grupo esperó al otro, afuera bajo la lluvia, nos hizo caminar 20 min bajo la lluvia para coger el bus de regreso. Llegada tardía a Madrid.

Adquiri a Excursão a Segóvia e Ávila desta agência via Civitatis. A atividade é uma boa oportunidade de conhecer de forma geral as duas cidades, mas tenha em mente que é bem corrido e superficial. A guia passa as informações em inglês e espanhol, de forma genérica e bem rápida. O tempo para almoço foi bem reduzido e parte do grupo não conseguiu cumpri-lo.

Hoy fui a Toledo, un lugar maravilloso, la guía fue muy correcta, pero tuvimos un matrimonio con dificultades y sentí que no fue muy empática, otra cosa que no me gustó, la Catedral de Toledo, maravillosa, a las corridas, considero que se debe permitir un tiempo libre, posterior a toda la información de la guía, la cual fue buena, pero faltó tiempo de contemplación, es un lugar muy especial y visitarlo no es algo común. Todas mis excursiones en España, en Barcelona y Madrid las hicimos con Julia, hemos tenido un guía maravilloso, empático, amable, muy bien informado y otros menos, pero todos siempre muy correctos. Hoy hemos visitado el Monasterio del Escorial con Jorge (guía)y Luis (conductor). Ambos se mostraron muy cercanos, la visita resultó muy amena e interesante en la exposición. Valoración satisfactoria.

Horrible experiencia. Contratamos el highlights tour en español y resulto ser mitad en español y mitad en ingles (nunca nos avisaron), por lo que la mitad del tiempo se perdió. Nos toco con la guía Lisa, quien no estaba para nada informada ni capacitada para dar el tour, no sabia ni que representaba el escudo de madrid o el origen de las murallas que supo tener la ciudad. Ademas, para coronar, previo a subir al bus pasamos por el baño y antes de que toda la gente salga se fue sin avisar, cuando le dijimos que no podía hacer eso se puso a discutir y a hablarle mal a mi grupo adelante de todos, mintiendo diciendo que nosotros desde el principio nos habíamos equivocado de tour cuando ese había sido otro grupo. Cuando reclamamos en las oficinas, solo nos dijeron que iban a dejar asentada la queja. En fin, cara y malísima experiencia, no recomiendo para nada, prefiero toda la vida un free tour en el que los guías son apasionados, estudiosos, buena onda y así se ganan su dinero.

I wanted to share this review of Julia Travel's Half Day Tour of Toledo! Clara was amazing!! Super knowledgeable and professional!! She ensured the group remained together and was readily available for any questions. The city of Toledo was beautiful! The time we spent in the Cathedral was just stunning. The history, the architecture, the art collection!! Is all breathtaking! Will leave you speechless. There were so many people from different tour groups, but the peacefulness that was felt was so wonderful. We were a family of 4, all adults and we all thoroughly enjoyed the history & sights of the city of Toledo!!

Very unkind experience on the trip from Madrid to Toledo. The tour guide Jorge, at some point during the tour, started saying in front of the whole group 'Italians speaks too much, bla, bla, bla, this is Italy. You come to Madrid only to eat paella' So at some point of the tour we divided from the rest of the group. Not recommended.

Bad experience! La Guida Jorge poco professionale si scaglia con veemenza e con luoghi comuni contro gli italiani presenti "i soliti italiani questa è l italia" solo perchè,in mancanza della traduzione italiana, il gruppetto di italiani cercava di condividere le informazioni rese in spagnolo. Risultato che il gruppo italiano è stato abbandonato nelle strade di Toledo senza poter usufruire dei servizi pagati. Esperienza da non consigliare!!!

El servicio que ofrece la agencia es A1, estuve en Segovia con el guía Luis que nos explico todo de una manera muy clara entretenida.También fuimos a Toledo con nuestro guía Jesús, quien fue muy amable, y atento; muy conocedor de la historia. Finalizamos nuestra visita con Jorge en el Escorial y Valle de los caídos, quien nos brindó toda la información posible y dedicada del lugar. No pudimos ingresar a la iglesia del valle de los caídos por motivos externos, pero la agencia se hizo cargo del reembolso. Mis felicitaciones a todo el equipo Juliá. Hasta pronto.

Hi All, I booked this tour via Viator for March 25, 2025. I was 5 minutes late to my 3:30pm tour with Julia Travel because I had trouble finding the office as it was the meeting spot. When I arrived, the tour already left and Julia Travel would not help me join the 3:30pm tour. Also, they would not provide me with my tickets so I could enter the Palace without the tour. Therefore I am not out the fee of $175 (for 4 people). I also tried to claim a refund from Viator and they were not able to do anything for me.

Very good tour of Toledo, Spain. Well organized, new bus, knowledgeable and passionate guide Jorge did a very nice job of explaining the history in both English and Spanish. Would recommend.

Their prices are good for their bus tours and their staff are so knowledgeable about the history of the places you take the tour to… I took several and I truly got a great deal out of their prices … and the staff is so kind and patient with a few late people that didn’t get back on the bus on time

I booked a trip to Spain and Portugal for last fall. The original travel company that my travel agent used for the booking (Sita) chose to put me in Julia Tours and it was a big mistake. Let me say upfront that my fellow travelers from all over the world were equally disappointed with the tour. I will never book a tour with Julia Tours again! I'll start with the positives: The hotels were nice and well equipped. The guides, when we had one, were mostly nice and knowledgeable. The buses we used were roomy and clean and had mostly decent WiFi. The freelance guides were mostly very good. Here are the reasons for the review I gave: 1. The hotels we stayed in were not located in the city center. They were always in residential neighborhoods with very few options for sight seeing and dining. When we had excursions, the bus took us to the location of the excursion and dropped us off. When we finished the excursion (this was normally around lunch time), if we didn't want to go back to the hotel for the rest of the day, we had to say in the city and find our way around, and back to the hotel. We spent so much time trying to figure out where to go and what to do and how to get there, that we had very little time to eat or shop or see other sites, when we finally found them. This happened over and over and it really got very frustrating. 2. We had a guide when we were on the bus, and she would tell us something about what we were going to see as we were driving to the place. But, when we got off the bus, she just sort of pointed out a few different directions we could go, but rarely went with us to see what we were there to see. She went off on her own and left us to fend for ourselves. At most of the stops, we were expected to (on our own) find the thing we were there to see, eat lunch and/or go shopping. Again, the amount of time they gave us to do all of that wasn't enough. And in most of the cities, it was very easy to get lost, which also impacted what we were able to see and do. This happened over and over and I and the other travelers got even more frustrated. 3. There is really so much to say, but I don't want to take up any more time, except to talk about the final straw, and reason for this review. 4. The last leg of my trip was the worst of the whole tour. There were only 4 of us and we were in a van that was decent, but not especially comfortable. This leg was in Northern Spain. We didn't have a guide. We only had a driver. The guide from the previous portion of the trip assured me that our driver does these routes over and over and that he would be able to be our guide. As it turns out, our driver, a very nice young man, was 25 years old, only worked for Julia Tours for a year and a half, and he was not familiar with anywhere we were going. He got lost a lot. He bungled dinner reservations that he was supposed to arrange and often wasn't sure of the name of the restaurant or how to get there. One time, he had no idea how to find the restaurant, so he dropped us off and went to find a place to park the van while I and another traveler walked around to different restaurants in the area to see if they had our reservation. None did. Also, since he didn't know anything about any of the places he took us to, I and my fellow travelers had to start googling the places we were going to so we could find out something about what we were going to see. He didn't speak very good English, so since I had been taking Spanish lessons, I became the translator and spokesperson for our group. These fellow travelers also planned to file complaints when they returned home. I could go on and on because there was so much poor planning on these tours and a lot more I could point out, but I'm tired of typing. I will say that I filed a complaint with my travel agent, especially for the last leg, hoping to get some kind of restitution from the tour company. I did get $75 from them, but for a ~$5000 trip, along with everything that went wrong, it wasn't anywhere near enough.

El tour a Toledo es para gente poco intelectual. Le falta mucha explicación histórica y arquitectónica acerca de la catedral y la ciudad en sí. Se podría mejorar dando más conocimientos en estos temas y profundizando en ellos. También debería separarse tours en inglés y español, porque la guía al tener que explicar dos veces lo mismo pierde tiempo de poder explicar otras cosas que son más relevantes. Aún así la guía muy amable!

La verdad no me gustó el viaje a Ávila y Segovia de ayer a las 8.00, la guía se llamaba ninel muy mal llevado parecía una clase mal dada muy parca y con poca historia no sabía mucho del tema y por otro lado el chofer se iba durmiendo durante el camino eso me hizo cancelar el viaje a Toledo

While in Madrid, I booked a tour to Toledo, Spain. Rebeca at check in was kind and friendly; she answered all my questions and because the service was outstanding I decided to book a second tour to Segovia with the same agency. Susana, the tour guide is bilingual and was very knowledgeable and able to answer questions for us. She explain how the swords used in Gladiators, Lord of the Rings and Games of Thrones are made here. Thank you ladies!

UNA EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE. Teníamos una excursión contratada con ellos. Llegamos a la oficina media hora antes de la hora indicada, nos entregan los tiques y nos dicen que esperemos a que nos llamen. La agencia estaba llena de gente y no nos enteramos cuando supuestamente nos llamó nuestro guia. Estábamos en la oficina desde las 8:00 con los tiques que nos dio la chica de recepción en la mano. La excursión salio a las 8:30am. Nos dijeron que es nuestra culpa no enterarnos cuando llamó la guía. No puedes ni hablar con ellos. No nos ofrecieron ninguna solución. Nos ofrecieron una excursión otro día con un 50% de descuento. Les dijimos que de eso nada, que se hicieran cargo y que nos pagasen un taxi para unirnos al grupo y continuar con la excursión. Día perdido. Hemos reclamado el dinero. Además del disgusto que no nos lo va a quitar nadie.

Booked julia travel day tour for avila and segovia 12/27/24. It was mixed spanish/English but our guide had a heavy foreign accent and was garbled most times due also to very poor quality radio/ headset system device, with many participants complaining. Guide seemed also to be in so much hurry to finish the tour that she lost us at a critical juncture but luckily found our way to the bus pick up on time. Not so lucky for 1 guy who was left behind. Her pace was too fast that she finished the allotted tour times 20 min ahead

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BOOKING DIRECTLY. Julia Travel has the WORST customer service in all Madrid. These people only care about selling tickets, nothing else. After PRE PURCHASED tickets for their hop on hop off bus, after showing them my receipts of a pre paid tour, showed my confirmations and showed them there was a computer glitch and my QR Code was not working their only solution was to purchase additional tickets with them in order to join in the tour I had already paid for. I was denied entry! The blonde lady with long curly hair at the Museo del Padro kiosk was the rudest person I encountered in Spain. She was not willing to assist and her resolution was to purchase additional tickets because ours where not working. After a 3hr intent on hoping on the bus without luck (even some tour guides tried to assist unsuccessfully) we turned around and left. I have tried 3 times to request a refund as they can clearly see the QR Code was not scanned, they told me there was nothing else they could do. My luck that the QR Code was in scannable. Pure greed and lack of customer service. Do yourself a favor and book the tour with someone else. And for the record there was NO language barrier as Spanish IS my first language. JULIA TRAVEL is bad for business. Stay away!

Me quedo con mal sabor de boca su excursión a Sevilla desde Madrid fue pésima. Básicamente fue un audioguia, la guía tenía un guion y si tenías una duda no sabía responderla ni tenía conocimientos de los temas que hablaba simplemente los recitaba como poema. Además era súper molesto que todo lo dijera en español y luego inglés en frases robóticas. Su inglés aparte era malo y muchas veces hablo en Spanglish los pobres hablantes del inglés mejor se quitaron sus audífonos porque no entendían nada y la info no era de valor. Otro día tuvimos la excursión a Toledo desde Madrid marcamos para avisar que íbamos 5 minutos tarde y cuando llegamos decían que nadie les avisó cuando en la excursión del día anterior habíamos esperado a una señora por 40 minutos. PÉSIMO.

Paga uno guía y cuando llega al mostrador le dicen que si queremos guía nos cuesta 30 euros por persona. Eso no es justo, cuando uno contrata dice con guía y por el precio uno escoge este tour . Cualquier otro hubiera sido mejor y más barato . Apenas vamos a salir y calificaré sus servicios después .

Excelente experiencia. El tour lo hicimos con Juliá Travel a través de Civitatis. Nuestro guía Jorge estuvo fenomenal. La historia de Toledo contada de forma muy amena. Las tapas en el Museo del Ejército, divinas. Y el chofer, José Ángel, muy bueno. Altamente recomendado.

Tome varios Tours ,entre ellos Toledo medio día, por equivocación camine con el grupo de Toledo día completo ,al subir al bus y darle mi ticket a la guía una señora ya grande, me responde de forma brusca como si lo hubiera hecho a propósito, recuerde que trabajan con turistas que vienen a conocer y relajarse , si ella no le gustan los turistas y no puede ser amable pues que se dedique a otra cosa. Lástima que la poco amabilidad de esta guía le quite luz al trabajo de los demás, sería bueno que evalúen eso en sus guías, cuando llegue a mi grupo pues todo fue genial, igual mi paso por Segovia y Ávila . Creo que es una buena agencia, más falta reforzar el trato amable , recuerden que todos somos de distintas culturas y el objetivo no es pasarla mal.

Con esta agencia, que la contactamos on line por medio de Civitatis, realizamos nuestra excursión a Segovia y Avila. La salida fue en horario y el guía excelente, LUIS BAONE; realizó un trabajo impecable. Muy interesantes sus comentarios, cuidando el tiempo pero a su vez dándonos el tiempo para conocer. La verdad un placer compartir con él esta excursión .

We did the half-day Toledo Tour with Clara on November 16, 2024. Toledo is a beautiful city with lots to see, half a day is not enough. The tour was just fine, comfortable bus and departed/returned on time. We did not enjoy it the tour as much since we had zero free time to explore, we felt rushed and many times that we stopped to take photos we were left behind and had to speed up to catch up with the group. In my opinion the tour spends too much time inside the Cathedral, maybe since this is a half day tour they should shorten the time inside the Cathedral and give people some free time to explore the city on their own (suggestion). Clara was not the most enthusiastic or engaging tour guide; she seemed annoyed at every question anyone asked her.

Atendimento cortês. Nós compramos um pacote para duas cidades, Toledo e Segóvia, mas não nos foi informado que seriam dois eventos separados. Um pela manhã, depois volta para a agência, com intervalo de menos de 1 h (para almoçar por perto) em seguida pega a outra excursão. Bem, resumindo: são duas excursões diferentes compradas como pacote único (mas isso não ficou claro). As duas cidades são cheias de ladeiras e escadarias e realmente cansa muito. Muitos idosos e pessoas com deficiência ficam extenuadas já na primeira excursão e não pode adiar para o outro dia, senão perde o valor investido. Os guias são bons, atendimento também, mas, na minha opinião, não custava nada avisar que seriam duas excursões distintas.

We did the day tour to Segovia and Avila and I would say it was fine. The buses were comfortable and everything ran on schedule. As many people have mentioned, there wasn't a lot of time in either city. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, though his accent made it a bit difficult to understand him. We didn't realize we weren't going inside several of the sites (Basilica in Avila, Cathedral in Segovia) so that was disappointing. Overall, it reminded us that we prefer site-seeing on our own!

Tour de media día, práctico, muy rápido en compras pero vale la pena para conocer es hermoso

Wycieczka 'half day' do Toledo to ogromne rozczarowanie. Na miejscu spędziliśmy jedynie 2 godziny, a przewodniczka Kate nie zaprowadziła nas nawet pod najważniejszą atrakcję, jaką jest katedra (choć w ofercie była informacja o podejsciu pod katedre i omowieniu przez przewodnika). Zamiast tego najpierw mieliśmy obowiązkowy 15 minutowy postój w sklepie (nie można było zostać w autokarze), a na miejscu w Toledo marnowaliśmy czas w mało istotnych miejscach i oczywiście w sklepie, do ktorego nas zaprowadziła. Wejście było tylko do synagogi i kościoła, choć w ofercie był też Monasterio de San Juan de los Reyes (przewodniczka stwierdziła, że od 2 lat już tam nie prowadzą wycieczek - choć na ich stronie jest inna informacja). Czuję się oszukana, gdyby nie fakt, że biegiem udaliśmy się w czasie 40 minut wolnych do przepięknej katedry, to w ogóle ta wycieczka nie miałaby sensu. Reklamacja w biurze oczywiście nie została uznana, wg biura wszystko jest w porzadku. Byliśmy w 8 osób - wszyscy zgodnie odradzamy.

Nie polecamy. Kupiliśmy całodniową wycieczkę w GetYourGuide: El Escorial, Dolina Poległych, Toledo. W El Escorial nie weszliśmy do bazyliki, w Toledo nie weszliśmy do klasztoru San Juan de Los Reyes, nie podeszliśmy pod katedrę. Zamiast tego byliśmy prowadzani po sklepach. Zareklamowaliśmy to i oczywiście nie jest to wina biura. GYG coś tam sprzedaje, ale Julia Travel nie bierze pod uwagę tego co kupiliśmy, tylko realizuje sobie autorski program. Musieliśmy poprosić kierownika o potwierdzenie na piśmie, że nie zrealizowali programu, do którego się zobowiązali współpracując z GYG. Trwało pół godziny, zanim otrzymaliśmy to oświadczenie. Natomiast informacja, że nie zwrócą nam żadnych pieniędzy była szybsza. Była zawarta w pierwszym zdaniu odpowiedzi na naszą reklamację.

Excelente. Tome el tour de día entero en Toledo. Fue fantástico. Lo bello de Toledo presentado por nuestro guía Jesús es un verdadero placer. Jesus llevo el grupo con cuidlado y atención. Un gran conocedor y mejor narrador, que hacía de cada trayecto una verdadera experiencia.

Mucho cuidado!! Te engañan con lo precios,, los empleados no resuelven ningún problemas y se lavan las manos. No recomiendo utilizar esta agencia.

We had the tickets for Royal Palace of Madrid skip the line english guided tour. We were just in front of the palace waiting on the right time, we did not know we must be waiting at another point. And we found the tour guide, he said tour capacity is full. How can it be full when we paid it for the exact hour. It is hypocritic. Shame for you.

No recomiendo esta agencia, tomé un tour a Toledo y me dejaron sola. La guía no me incluyó en el tour guiado, llevo a todo el grupo, menos a mí, porque no compré los ticket de los monumentos. El tour lo compré en la App getyourguide y en las condiciones salía que incluía el tour guiado ( con audioguia), pero sin los ticket a los sitios, esos los compraría por mi cuenta. Me quedaron de pasar a buscar a una parada y tampoco llegaron a la hora i formada, afortunadamente tenía un chip de España y pude llamar a la agencia para que me recogieran, Quedé muy decepcionada, porque viajé sola, esperaba una mejor atención.

No incluyeron torre de Alcázar, no incluyeron explicación y tiempo de dedicación al acueducto. En menos de 5 minutos porque había que ir a Casa Bernardino asador a comer u hora y media libre. Para que vas a Segovia si no es por el acueducto????. Huyan de esta excursión.

Do not book with this company, it’s horrible! The hotel booked it for us because if i had seen the reviews before we would have never pickes this place. They rip you off. We were just 5 minutes late for the meeting so we met the guide directly at the Palace. Cristina, the guide, said we were so lucky to be there and that we’d get in. Then she talked with the palace and she said i’m sorry, we can only get one ticket then she pulled the radios off our neck because she realised we were not going only in 1 if we pay for two! She didn’t even wait for is to give them to her. She said it was all the Palace’s fault and they don’t have two tickets, the line after us was huge. So i spoke with the Palace staff, and they said i’m sorry you need to speak with your Guide, which at that point had ripped off the radios of our neck and ran away to avoid us speaking with the palace. I wonder how many times she has done this. So the palace told us to call the Julia Horrible Company and we did, we said we either need a reschedule or a refund and they told us to go physically there to do it. we enter and there is two girls, one of them with black hair, extremely rude. She said we were unlucky after all and that it was so absurd Cristina had offered us only one ticket. So she called Cristina, and Cristina said she only offered us one ticket because she couldn’f afford two. Which is ridiculous because we can pay for our own tickets at this point. Cristina said to us the Palace wouln’t give the tickets and ran away, but apparently she could have gotten as many tickets she wanted if she’d just asked us if we wanted them to pay for them. This girl literally touched our necks and ran away. The reception girls said it because we don’t ask clients for money, but they can for sure steal money from clients. Which Guide does this!? So the reception women told us to pay more if we want to reschedule or go away as there would be no refund after all! I have heard some horror stories about the Guides, but this goes beyond.

We took a tour to Avila and Segovia on Sep 11 and we were very pleased with our tour guide Ninell, she was very professional and completely bilingual and very pleasing to our needs. Very knowledgeable on the history of these places, my husband Rene and I will definitely recommend her and the agency for future travels, The bus driven by Angel was very confortable also.🥰👍

I purchased tickets to a tour from GetYourGuide for a half-day trip to Segovia. The ticket stated it included a guided walking tour, but Julia Travel refused to honor what was paid for and stated that what I bought only included transportation. I spoke to 2 different GetYourGuide reps to get the situation resolved, and they both stated that the guided walking tour WAS part of what I purchased. Even after GetYourGuide contacting the office at Julia Tours, they still refused to provided me with what I paid for. The woman at the counter of Julia was very uprofessional and rude.

Ironically Julia Travel is not the group my wife and I originally signed up with for our tour. We were amazed at the class that Catherine (Kate) showed us by helping us get back to Madrid from Segovia at the end of our day after our original tour company (VPT) left us stranded in Segovia and refused to turn around to come back for us. Because of Catherine we will definitely be using Julia Travel the next time we book a tour. Her kindness and consideration impressed us a lot and we appreciate her help.

Tengo q decir un par de cosas 1 mande un mail solicitando 2 excursiones con descuento ofrecido por la guía módica en tours q hicimos avila y segovia y no respondieron nunca 2 me pareció ridícula la opción de ir a almorzar en segovia( obviamente porque es de pago )y no mostrarnos las escaleras q conducen al acueducto romano obviamente porque es gratis muy deficiente en las respuestas y muy mal aconsejados en segovia solo interesaba vender el almuerzo

Bus driver Omar brought this review down to 1 star. He was driving recklessly at times, slamming on the brakes causing luggage and passenger's shoes to be thrown to the front of the bus. When another tourist complained, our tour guide Carmen denied he was a problem. Omar talked about me and my drinking habits (lots of Coke, full sugar!) in Spanish, in front of me to the same tour guide. Carmen again denied he said anything. Finally, on the last day he accused me of spilling Coke on the bus floor and YELLED AT ME in front of others for having to clean it up. This spill allegedly happened when I was off the bus and I left my backpack behind. My bag was soaked, my items ruined, despite NOT having an open drink. Suspicious. How did this happen? Carmen again denied his bad behavior. It is a serious issue when the parties involved turn a blind eye to problematic, threatening behaviors. As a female solo traveler I enjoy tour groups. But I felt unsafe with Omar and am shocked by his despicable behavior. I will continue to reach out to Julia Travel regarding this incident. It's unfortunate because the tour itself was lovely.

Quedamos muy decepcionados, tomamos tour toledo medio día... para empezar llegas y para hacer check in es todo un desastre y sin orientación. Luego de ida hubo tráfico y por esta razón nos empezaron a restar actividades del tour. El guía no nos dejó hacer el recorrido qué se suponía se podía realizar libre pq el chófer debía si o si regresar. No pudimos ni comprar un recuerdo pq estaba apurado el guía para poder llegar de regreso al bus. El hecho de que haya habido trafico no es culpa de los que adquieren este servicio.

I Made a tour of Avila and Segovia the 17th September 2024 and was a good experience. only strange note, the guide avoided me for the whole tour. on a first occasion there was a meeting point for the group to show in a photo, and I said to myself "it can happen. the second when he showed the qr code to leave a review of his work. for the whole tour I was transparent. I asked myself if I'm strange, and it can be, but also replied that working in tourism for 35 years I have never experienced a situation like that.

La excursión iba bien. Pero dejaron abandonado en el Valle de Cuelgamuros a un turista asiatico que no hablaba español por llegar 4 minutos tarde a la hora de salida del autobús. Y les avisamos de que no había subido al autobús.

the local gide had good knowledge and was very friendly. unfortenately his english pronounciation was not very understandable, as he spoke with a hard spanish accent. Our tour had two main destination (el escorial and vally de los caìdos). We were only able to spend 20 minutes at the second stop, valle de los caìdos. There was hardly any informations, but i wouldn't have anderstood it anyway. We were also told, that if we returnd to the bus too late, they would leave us behind. I think its a shame, they could have told us a lot about the civil war and the construction of this building.

I did the half day tour of Toledo departing in the morning from Madrid. Our Driver was Joachim and guide was Jorge…. Both men performed their tasks in a very friendly and alway la careful manner always remaining professional. The day proved to be a great adventure, well organised, punctual and most informative. I would be happy to recommend this tour to future visitors to Madrid Mark : Australia 🇦🇺

Hicimos dos tours con esta agencia. El primer tour a Ávila y Segovia. El guía, Antonio, llegó media hora tarde, sin prepararse, perdió el tiempo innecesariamente una vez que habíamos llegado al primer lugar. La información de muy mala calidad, parecía que estaba de mal humor y nos traía muy rápido por todos lados porque íbamos tarde, situación que fue generada por él al llegar media hora tarde. el tour era bilingüe, pero su inglés era muy malo y muchas veces no repetía la misma información en inglés y español. El segundo tour fue al Escorial y el Valle de los Caídos. Los guías, Jorge y Rocío, muy buenos, muy amables y nos dieron un muy buen tour tanto en inglés como español, lleno de datos curiosos. Una experiencia muy mezclada, depende mucho del guía! Ellos hacen toda la diferencia.

Tour to Toledo poorly organised, very fast and operator’s english very poor. Nothing done compared to written schedule. Would not recommend. We had to cancel Segovia trip in the afternoon as we were already very late and extremely disappointed from Toledo experience. Stay away. So many other options available.

Mala experiencia. No cumplieron con lo acordado con el tour a Toledo día completo con cata cata de vino. No subimos del mirador del valle para ver la ciudad desde afuera. Y nos dejaron solamente 40' para almorzar y recorrer el centro. No te da tiempo de hacer ninguna de las dos cosas. Las guías del tour parecen un audioguía, totalmente guiando y carente de emoción. La cata de vino y la chica que nos hizo el recorrido en la bodega fue lo único que se puede destacar.

Pregnant wife and I left behind. Please read this and the other 1-star reviews before signing with this agency. we took a tour with this agency and its local guide, where we visited two cities: Avila and Segovia, and in the latter the local guide dropped us off at a tourist attraction where we should met at 4pm to return to Madrid, but we were not told that the The departure would not be in the same place where he left us, causing a series of problems. We arrived an hour early at the place where we were dropped off, and we waited for 1 hour for the guide, but he didn't show up or get in touch to check where we were, when he didn't give clear instructions about another possible departure location. . My pregnant wife and I stayed without any support or contact from the agency, as it only allows direct calls and we are tourists with no way to call. Social networks only return automatic messages, which didn't help and caused us a series of problems. Check other reviews and I see that we weren't the only ones who didn't receive clear instructions. ------ UPDATE AUG 29 (after Julia Travel reply) If they don't consider leaving a pregnant woman behind (with no contact at all) as an incident, having to return by herself to Madrid with no support; Be very very careful with this travel agency and read all other 1-star reviews.

Very disappointed with our tour to Toledo (half day) . Our guide was not the most enthusiastic, we are English speakers, the English was very basic, and not everything said in Spanish was translated in English. When we got to Toledo , when sold the ticket we were told we will have an hour of free time! This didnt happen guide gave us 20 mins free time only and said we need to head back! Everything felt rushed even walking around city to get to the cathedral. If they know they are tight with time then never promise it when selling ticket! Only good thing bout this tour was the local guide at the cathedral. I will sadly not recommend Julia travel to my friends.

Although the agency knew that the air conditioner in the bus was not working, they kept it quiet and drove us for 2 hour and 40 minutes at 39°C. It was hell. Do not travel with this agency on day trips.

La guía (Catalina) nos tuvo "al trote", sin casi darnos tiempo a sacar fotos en el alcázar, pero luego en la catedral, ha parado a charlar en 4 o 5 capillas de la misma, consumiendo un tiempo allí encerrados. A mi criterio, fue Muy mal optimizado el tiempo . Ni siquiera pudimos ir al baño, y no pudimos subir al ómnibus con un granizado, el cual debimos tirar casi entero...

Tome un tour de medio día a Toledo y en general bien, por la tarde fué a Segovia, la guia llamada Rocio muy poco empática, hasta regañados como si fueran chiquitos que porque hablaban y ella se distraía, al bajar caminaba toda apresurada, las indicaciones fatales para el punto de encuentro y su tonito amenazante de no estar puntual se iban sin los que no ibamos con ella y ella no estaba puntual, ya hasta pensé que nos habían dejado, mal trato al visitante sobre todo por ser extranjeros y 1 mujer con sus 2 hijas que dejó a la suerte. Fea experiencia y mal sabor de boca

Pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner menos, tomamos el tour a Segovia y Ávila con almuerzo incluido, y fue una completa pérdida de tiempo y dinero. Reservamos tour en español y nos mezclaron con los de inglés, el guía pésimo, y ni que decir del almuerzo; ni siquiera nos dieron opciones a elegir, simplemente nos sirvieron cerdo y yo no cómo cerdo, ahora imagínate una persona vegetariana, totalmente desconsiderados. El guía pésimo, cero vocación para lo que hace, fue muy aburrido y lento. Lo único bueno del tour fue cuando se terminó. Que lástima que tenía unas expectativas tan altas sobre estos lugares pero sinceramente si pueden ir por su cuenta o con otra agencia mucho mejor.

Tour a Ávila y Segovia: Engañoso y caro. No nos dieron tiempo para desayunar, no toman en cuenta que en España todo abre después de las 10:00am y pasamos aguantando hambre hasta aproximadamente las 2 de la tarde. Nos llevaron a una cafetería donde el trato fue despectivo. Después a la hora del almuerzo no preguntaron si había gente alérgica al gluten, vegana o vegetariana, solo dieron un trozo de cerdo sin importar más, tomando en cuenta que pagamos por ese almuerzo a la agencia directamente pues considero que fue una falta de respeto, atención y empatía con sus clientes. Y nuevamente el trato en este restaurante fue sumamente racista y despectivo. La gente vegana o vegetariana pasó todo el día sin comer hasta que regresamos a Madrid, porque tampoco había tiempo de elegir un restaurante diferente. No dieron mucho tiempo para tomar fotos, la parte de la visita al acueducto de Segovia es una estafa, no hay tiempo para estar allí o tomar fotos. En ningún lado dieron más de 20 minutos para tomar fotos, y parte de esos 20 minutos eran para regresar al punto de encuentro, así que no fueron más de 10 minutos para tomar fotos. No pierdan su dinero y visiten los pueblos por ustedes mismos en lugar de pagar por un tour que ya de por sí no está para nada barato y la experiencia es muy pobre y aburrida. El lugar es hermoso, la arquitectura e historia también.

DO NOT BOOK. They don’t email you tickets, they make you pick them up in person. And the woman gave us tickets for the wrong date. When we went to the soccer stadium, our ticket was expired even though we purchased for that day’s date. Then we called the office and she emailed us tickets with the wrong date again!!!!! We had to wait for a second email. This all took over 30 minutes waiting outside on the phone paying god knows how much for this foreign phone call. Worst experience - you’re a travel office??? How?

El día 18 de junio tomé el tour de el Escorial con mi esposo lo compré atra vez de Julia travel una experiencia fatal la guía llamada Mónica llevaba a las personas muy ligero no sabía mucho de historia si le preguntabas algo no sabía contestar . A mi esposo y a mi se nos perdió el grupo y a ella ni le importó pague para perderme la mirara del tour fatal no lo recomiendo 😞

If I could give this place a 0 out of 10 I absolutely would. We paid for a bus ride to and back to Madrid Warner park and the bus dropped a group of us off but NEVER arrived to pick us up. The website describes how the bus leaves on time which our time to depart was 7. The bus was no where to be found a group of us, around 13, waited over an HOUR for this bus. We were left stranded and had to figure out how to get back. Luckily, there was a public bus that came through the park. Without the public bus we would have no way of getting back. ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMMEND!

Patetitca experiencia con esta agencia y con despegar. Pague desde despegar una excursión para la tarde y segun julia travel, despegar contrato por la mañana, a pesar que les mostre el comprobante. Me dijeron que no era lo que despegar reservo. Me dijeron que tenia que pagar la excursión. Ya que habia perdido el tiempo de ir hasta ahi, decido pagarla dudando de cuan honestos habian sido. Viene una persona sin saludar ni presentarse y me pide el mapa que me habian dado en el mostrador, a quien le pregunto si pertenece a la enpresa y de mal modo me contesta que si. Yo no soy adivina si son maleducados y ni siquiera se presentan. Decidi cancelar la compra porque mas señales no podia tener que por ahi no era. Adjunto el voucher donde se ve que hay una por la mañana y otra por la tardr, que es la que no reconocen

Nos dejaron tirados en la puerta de la warner nos dijeron que estuviéramos antes de las 19 horas y todos estavamos a las 18: 45 en el sitio indicado y el autobús nunca se presentó llamamos a la agencia y ni caso , nos dijeron que el autobús si estuvo cuando es mentira todos los pasajeros los 17 que ivan desde la ida nos quedamos tirados

**UPDATE** Apparently, the tour guide wouldn’t check if on one was left behind. Apart from the case that I waited around the suggested area for my unpunctual guide as she abandoned me, there was another incident as a proof. Just before leaving Avila (the bus doors closed, the engine started, and the guide began to introduce Segovia), one of the members said 2 friends of hers hadn’t boarded. And the tour guide looked shocked and panicked, soon jumping off the bus . Judging by her reaction, we could tell she’d just realized there were attendees missing and unexperienced similar situations. Additionally, the guide told us if one couldn’t catch the bus, Julia Travel would contact the person. Julia Travel didn’t contact me even after 1 hour had passed. It was either the guide didn’t notice or Julia Travel didn’t care about the missing one. I found it irresponsible. **ORIGINAL** I really want to give only 0 star. I had the most ridiculous experience I’d ever had. However, the receptionists and guide (Katy?) tried to be hospitable and the views in both places were great which make gives 1 star more Anyway, it’s still terrible. I booked a one-day tour from Madrid to Avila & Segovia from Madrid for myself. Part of group had absolutely free time in from Segovia. The guide told us to be at the entrance of the Alcázar castle at 15:30. We did. We checked both the entrances of the castle and the park in front of the castle, and we didn’t see our guide.😟We went around to look for the guide, confused and scared. 10+ minutes later, the guide ran into us in the park without her group and told us to “wait around the area” there before checking our names and leaving. After which, I took some pictures “around the area” (not actively watching if the guide approaching), waited, waited, and waited till nearly 16:00. I couldn’t wait anymore, so I went to the information desk of Alcázar castle, asking the officers if the group still inside with my tour ticket. After 20+ minutes checking, they told me that the group had left; Julia Travel suggested me go back by myself. I was extremely shocked! I was on time and always there in the park waiting. Why didn’t my guide look for or call me before departure? Why didn’t the guide give us more clear instructions like: What exactly is meeting point (at the gate in front of the park or the door in front of the building itself, inside the park or outside the park)? Where will the bus park? When is the departure time? Why didn’t look for members who have arrived? And more importantly, how long we should wait? If any actions above had happened, I swear I wouldn’t have missed the bus. It was the first time I had to wait for my tour guide after meeting time. It was my first time I missed my tour bus. It also was my first time the tour left without contacting the missing ones (perhaps, they don’t care. IDK.). At the end, I walked to the bus station and found out that it is easy to visit there. It may be a good idea planning by yourself. You may save significant money by doing that. I blame on lazy me for making this choice. Long story short, it was the most ridiculous and unprofessional tour I have ever taken. Julia Travel should be more considerate and provide more training for your staff.

Please trust all the 1 start reviews. They're real. Jalia Travel provides extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and expensive service. Avoid this company. Don't waste your money and time with them.

Impuntuales y la guía que nos llevó a Escorial y Valle de los Caidos, muy desaliñada y como llego muy tarde, en el Valle de los Caidos solo nos dio un tiempo y no nos explico nada, más sin embargo la guía de Toledo :muy profecional.

Maravillosa experiencia durante mis vacaciones en el circuito Madrid - Portugal- Madrid. Joaquín como guía fue excelente y Joaquín el chofer hicieron un dúo magnífico, amables, expertos conocedores de su trabajo hicieron que nuestro grupo se sintiera en familia. Muchas gracias equipo!
