Hmr Villas...Las mejores villas de Moraira.

Absolutely beautiful Villa - very spacious and well kept inside and out. It had an amazing pool and outside bar/ kitchen area which we particularly loved (great for BBQs!) It was in a perfect location, lots of privacy but also within walking distance of a supermarket and numerous stunning restaurants. It was just perfect for our family holiday, we will definitely book again!

Villa Katy was a superb location for our family holiday. Clean, comfy and well equipped and with a great pool area. Just a short stroll into town too. HMR were brilliant throughout. Great communication from them in advance of our trip. Prompt, friendly and professional service during our stay. Matthew did a great job of looking after us and helped to ensure we had a holiday to remember. If we return to Moraira we’ll definitely be using HMR again.

Villa Bonita, Moraira- good sized villa with great outside space and pool area. Villa is well laid out, modern and has a lovely feel about it. Biggest endorsement I can give is I've already booked it again for next year. Big thank you to the hmr team for always being available to answer any questions. The only request for next year would be a full length mirror.

Wow. Just back from our second trip to Villa Cabina and it was even more beautiful than the last time. I don’t have adequate words to describe either the outstanding quality of the villa or the friendly and helpful hosts Matthew and Leonie who welcomed us back like old friends. HMR will always be my go-to if I return to Moraira and having taken villa holidays for over 25 years using various websites and agents I would now never consider using anybody else. If you’re thinking of booking just do it. Well done to the HMR team - whatever you’re doing, you’re doing it right.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Carolina. The house was a real home away from home. Everything we needed was here in the house. The house was pristine, the welcome pack was super & beds were super comfy. Super service from Matthew and the team at HMR. We've already booked our stay again next year......can't wait.

We stayed at Villa La Siesta in Moraira over Easter. It is a nicely decorated villa in a quiet location with large well-furnished rooms and comfortable beds. There is a lovely view over the large private garden to the wooded valley beyond. As we stayed in March we did not use the pool, BBQ or AC. There are plenty of pleasant places to eat in Moraira and a good supermarket for your self-catering needs.

We have used HMR's services for our last 2 visits to Moraira and we wouldn't book with anyone else. Iain is so professional and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and he answered our (many) questions while also recommending some fantastic restaurants. We have stayed in villa Zaccori (with my grandchildren ) and Penthouse Siesta with my husband. Both properties were immaculate, very well looked-after and equipped. Iain and his wife Leone welcomed us with a bottle of delicious red wine (now one of our favorites !) and showed us around the house, making sure we knew how to use all the appliances etc. They also helped us with booking taxis for day trips and printed our return tickets and delivered them to the house. Thank you for making sure we had a relaxing holiday in one of our favorite places in the world.

On a loué la villa Marisa avec des copains et l’accueil chaleureux (bouteille à votre entrée), le cadre et la villa étaient parfait ! Petite attention particulière sur la réactivité qui étais au top pour tout type de question ou petit problème rencontré sur la villa. Accueil chaleureux, nous avons loué une villa à Moraira, rien à redire sur la propreté que ce soit en intérieur ou en extérieur. La cuisine était très bien équipée, les matelas confortables, des grands rangements dans chaque chambres. Leonie a été de très bon conseils pour découvrir Moraira, et pour toutes questions sur la location. Je conseille fortement !

A big thank you to HMR, we had a fantastic holiday in the lovely and well situated Villa Cabina. The centra of Moraira was just 5 minutes walk away and a large supermarket a similar distance. The Villa was so nice and the outside kitchen and dining area so convenient that we ended up spending much less time out in Moraira than we anticipated.When we did venture out we found Moraira to be fantastic and the restaurants very good. I would also definitely recommend a trip to the Aglas L'Andrago Bar just outside of Moraira where we also visited the Food Bar Restaurant close by and enjoyed our best meal of the holiday. Thank you to Leonie, Iain and the team.

We stayed in Casa Morena and we had the best time, I would really recommend it. It's a very cosy, homely and comfortable house, with a nice pool, parking and perfect location. The whole service from Iain and Léo was great, from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend. We'll be back! Gracias!

Agence professionnelle et locations de qualité. Nous avons loué une villa au Portet pour nos amis de Belgique ( 4 adultes et 2 enfants) et ils ont été enchantés. La proximité à la plage du Portet a été un plus. Un petit souci de climatisation dans l'une des chambres durant leur séjour, mais le problème a été réglé en moins de 24h donc aucun souci. Remise des clefs directement dans la villa, pas besoin de faire la queue dans un bureau et l'équipe a été réactive tout au long du séjour. Nos amis ont apprécié la flexibilité à leur départ. Leur vol quittait Alicante le soir (20h) et ils ont été autorisés à rester dans la villa jusqu'à 17h, sans surcharge.

Amazing holiday after a very stressful year. Everything about the villa was fantastic, especially the outdoor kitchen and pool area. Very professional service, the house was spotless and we were welcomed by Ian with a bottle of wine and some Nespresso pods. We felt safe in Moraira, beaches were not overcrowded and restaurants were implementing all the safety measures.

Villa Cabina was stunning and layed out with fantastic facilities, a perfect place for a holiday with my grandsons.

Hemos alquilado la casa Flores con unos amigos de Andorra (con 3 niños) a finales de agosto y nos ha encantado. La proximidad de la playa y del centro es lo que mas nos gusto. La casa estaba muy limpia y bien equipada, no nos ha faltado nada. Tiene piscina comunitaria a final de la calle, perfecta para niños y muy tranquila. Tengo que destacar que la atención ha sido muy profesional y amable. El día de la llegada nos hemos retrasado ( por un accidente en la autopista) y Leo nos espero mas de una hora en la casa. Se hacía tarde pero nos enseño toda la casa y se sentó con nosotros para hacernos una lista de recomendaciones personalizadas ( hemos comido un arroz meloso de bogavante fantástico en la Cova del MEro). El tercer día, nos hemos dejado las llaves dentro de la casa...hemos llamado al numero de emergencia y en menos de 15 min Leo estaba aquí para abrirnos. Mi única recomendación seria de cambiar los sofás en casa FLORES.

Our stay in Moraira was fantastic! From booking the villa to checking in and out, Iain was so easy to work with. We had two families meeting from different places and he fielded questions from everyone. He also had great recommendations for what to do. If you want a relaxing and hassle free experience, rent with HMR and come to Moraira!

We found Moraira about 18 years ago and have been visiting there on and off ever since. We have used HMR Villas for our last 3 visits dealing with Iain each time and their service is exceptional, approachable and very professional. It was our second visit to Villa Cabina which is in the perfect location for a 5 minute walk to the beach and the great restaurants/ bars in Moraira. Villa Cabina is absolutely spectacular with 3 double ensuite bedrooms on the lower floor and a fully equipped kitchen / diner and living area upstairs. There is a beautiful balcony off the living area which over looks the pool. Another big tick for the Villa is the outdoor eating / cooking area which has everything you need for al fresco dining. I would not hesitate to use HMR Villas in the future and I have recommended them to friends and family too. If you book with HMR Villas you won't be disappointed with their service or the standard of accommodation they have to offer.

Villa Isabella was the perfect place for our family holiday in the beautiful El Portet area of Moraira. This is the first time we have stayed in this area of Moraira and we would definitely recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday but close enough to the centre of Moraira and it’s restaurants. The gently shelving beach at El Portet is just a 10 minute walk, we loved having casual lunches overlooking the sea at Restaurant le Portet , a great beach restaurant with friendly service. The newly opened Hotel Mañet was another great find for sea view drinks - they make a great g &t! In the centre of Moraira, Restaurante DGust is superb, wonderful service and the food is amazing. Restaurante El Chamizo with its stunning views over the bay is another favourite. The villa is extremely spacious, clean, very well equipped and maintained. Two of the equally sized, large double bedrooms are on the ground floor, separated by the large main living space. The airy open plan living/dining room has a large sofa, plenty of room for 6 people to relax comfortably. There is a large bathroom on the ground floor and a well equipped modern kitchen, we found the storage room off the hall really useful too. The master suite on the first floor is extremely spacious with a beautiful sea view private terrace and a large en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has plenty of storage space (far more than you would expect in a rental villa). We loved the outside space at villa Isabella , a beautiful elevated dining terrace situated off both the main living room and the kitchen with stunning views over the El Portet area. The cosy outside shaded chillout/ lounge, outside kitchen and beautiful pool make villa Isabella more than just a holiday villa - it really is the perfect holiday home. Moraira for us is such a great place for a family holiday and I’m sure we will return, we would definitely use HMR Holidays and would stay again at villa Isabella. Iain was so helpful and friendly with the booking process and during our stay, it’s reassuring to know there is someone at hand should you need any information or help. Just back from a relaxing family holiday in Moraira, a lovely unspoilt location with lovely beaches and we will definitely visit again! We booked with HMR and the service was really excellent and we were very appreciative of the advice given in terms of best restaurants and activities. The villa was well presented and we had no issues at all. I highly recommend Moraira and HMR if you're looking for a hassle free holiday.

As an owner of a villa in Moraira, I have worked with HMR villas for four years now. I have always found them to be reliable , helpful , informative and most importantly willing to respond at short notice when things need sorting! They have supported my aim of renting my villa at the right price , to the right people and for the right amount of weeks. If you are considering renting a villa I would recommend HMR.

Wir haben vor ein paar Jahren ein Ferienhaus in der Region gemietet. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes mal ein Problem im Haus und dieses wurde sehr schnell gelöst. Wir waren zufrieden mit der Agentur und würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.
