I have just returned from the Cuenca trip. What a delight being in the company of Rob and the driver Jose. Very accommodating, informative and very friendly, and humourous. I have been on many Daves Coaches trips over the past 20 years and this is the one I will remember with great fondness. Thankyou Rob and Jose.

We went on the Granada tour and had the best time. Felt really safe with Driver Jose at tge wheel. Hotel was very accommodating comfortable and good for travelling to Alhambra palace. Our guide was Susan and she was very knowledgeable and good at sharing tips.

Just back from a day trip to Guadalest. Brad was our guide. Full of knowledge, very welcoming with a great personality. Jose was our driver. Very professional. Driving and handling of the coach was excellent. Guadalest was a beautiful village. Loads to see, eat and have refreshments. Highly recommended.

Returned a week ago from a fantastic trip to Cordoba. Lynn made the trip memorable with her information and humour and Pedro got us there and back safely.

Went to Costa Tropical stayed at the Hellios Hotel what a fantastic hotel have stayed before the hotel is beautiful from the cleaners the room is cleaned every day fresh towels view amazing Almenucar has got a piece of my heart the food is like five star and thanks to the chef and all his staffand the girl who did the best omelette and the staff in the dinning room are so amazing and nice people the bar have the best and always a smile beautiful roof terrace and terrace looking onto the beach and would like to thank Gabrielle she is so professional and one of the best receptionist l have came across and her staff are the same excellent thanks for a great holiday and the trips were amazing and Julie was so informative and Antonio the driver excellent thanks

Just returned from 3 day Cuenca trip. What a wonderful time we had! Everything was great. The coach was new and comfortable with frequent comfort breaks and the driver Fernando was very pleasant and professional. The hotel, although a little dated, was in a great location, very picturesque, clean with lovely staff. The trips out were brilliant. Very interesting and well planned combining spectacular views, lots of wildlife sightings and fun activities if you wanted to partake. Last but certainly not least is a big thank you to our guide Kelly who was superb. She was very professional, friendly and entertaining. Perfect, in fact! Thank you for a lovely mini break.

I was with a friend in La Mancha from October 1st to 3rd, 2025, with your company. I would like to thank you for a short trip that was very informative and of excellent quality. Everything was perfect. Our tour guide and bus driver were also very concerned about our guests. We had a great trip with Geri to Aguilas on 23rd Oct. The trip was great value for money with the boat trip and 4 course meal with wine (loads)and water. Well done Davids Coaches

Having had a miserable birthday due to illness, I was then let down by DAVE'S COACHES, when I was unable to go on the trip my husband had booked as my birthday treat. We requested to defer to another date which they flatly refused and they went ahead and cancelled the booking which we had not asked for. When informing them of my disappointment, I was told that if I was feeling better on the day, we could have just turned up and we could have travelled. This was not an option given to us as we had been told the booking had been cancelled. Besides which, how would we have known if there was still availability and how would they have known to pick us up? Now I have missed out on my birthday gift, missed out on a trip I was looking forward to and my husband is out of pocket. A refund is not forthcoming as we didn't give 48hrs notice as per their terms and conditions. This was impossible as I was poorly on Sunday morning when the office is closed even though trips still run on Sundays. It's no good having Ts&Cs in place if customers can't access the system. It is also no good having Ts&Cs if you lose your customers.- all because the company refused to change the date due to unforeseen circumstances. (and probably not too uncommon given the aging population here) Sadly, having read other reviews, it would seem the poor ones regard poor email communication and poor customer service. Shame on you DAVE'S COACHES for a total lack of understanding and compassion. ROSA'S here I come!

Just gotten back from the Cuenca 3 day coach trip. What a beautiful place. They keep you busy showing you around. Our tour guide Susan and coach driver Jose were brilliant, Susan telling us all about the areas as we drove along. They both went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. The singer, Scarlett was brilliant. All in all a great trip. Highly recommended it.

Well what can i say, we have just returned from a three day break to Cuenca. Start to finish has been amazing our guide Susan was warm and welcoming and so informative along with a great personality. Driver Jose well excellent drivingskills and again funny happy and goes the extra. We had our entertainment along with us the brilliant Scarlet who entertained us two evenings with her singing. Hotel Hosteria Canete and Canete itself are set in lovely scenery, the staff again at the hotel are welcoming and friendly. Although the accommodation is a little bit tired but is very clean and i would say plenty of wine!. We will definitely travel with David's coaches again and highly recommend the company, 👍

We have just returned from the River rafting day. What a fantastic time we had. The whole trip was well organised from start to finish. Rob was a brilliant host (and ended up on our raft, which made it even better). He went out of his way to make the day great for everyone. We also met Kelly, who was hosting the other coach. She too was really friendly. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and we all had the best time. Highly recommend this trip. Our first time using David's coach trip's, but won't be the last!

Had a wonderful trip to Benidorm last Wednesday,pick up information was spot on. Lovely comfortable air conditioned coach. Really informative along the way,would highly recommend.

Be very aware to know all the facts when making a reservation. I recently booked a trip before pickup times were released, which had I known I would be leaving my car unattended in a high risk car crime area, for more than 7 hours I would never have booked. It is company policy not to make refunds, so if a resale isn’t found, the client suffers the financial, plus disappointment, loss.

After 12 years of great trips went on the "lavender trip" after having a poor meal and another long coach ride finally had 30 mins of seeing some lavender. So for 12 + hours on the coach saw as much lavender as in a garden centre. By the way the free gift is 2 stacks of lavender!! The driver and courier were excellent but don't believe I write up

We had a trip to Barcelona to see Robbie Williams. Our guide was Kelly with Rob in training, it was a very long trip due to traffic but Kerry was excellent in keeping us informed, she even made us a playlist for the (9) hours we were going to travel with lots of Robbie tracks. It was a long travel day on the Friday but we were kept informed all along. On Saturday what can we say, Robbie was brilliant. The trip home was a bit quieter than the trip on Friday but we were were kept informed all along the journey. It was a fabulous trip, thank you, Kelly Rob and Davids coaches x

We had a more than great trip to Cuenca! Besides from the lovely tours , we stayed in a lovely hotel were the staf and especially the owner did everything for us. And of course the evenings with Scarlet were great. But the best of the trip were of course our driver Fidel, what a driver, so good and safe driving! And ….. our guide Lily, I have seen many guides in my life but someone as Lily is exceptional! Nothing was to much allways busy with and for here guests. GREAT! Heather and Carry

Just back from a 3 day trip with David’s coaches, the trip was to Cuenca and I have to say it was fantastic, rob the tour guide went over and above his duties to make sure everyone was looked after from being there first in the morning to greet people and last to leave at night making sure everyone was well looked after, he sang he danced he cooked and was brilliant at giving information about the different places we travelled through, also I have to mention the entertainment which was carried out by scarlet, she was great beautiful singer and full of fun and lastly the bus driver who got us there and back safely. Cuenca itself is an enchanting place and well worth a visit, again well done to o everyone for giving us a wonderful 3 days

Sorry for late post, went on the F1 Spanish grand prix. What a wonderful trip from pick up to drop off, the hotel and staff were amazing and it was central to the beautiful sea side town of Tossa del mar. Julie was our tour guide and full of useful information and help if needed. Great job Julie. Ricardo was the driver - he enjoyed the craic with Julie - great combination well done. I would recommend Davids Coach Trips to anyone looking for a short or day trip. Very professional and a pleasure meeting with you and other passengers on the trip. Regards, Alan.

Peniscola Trip. I must praise the driver Antonio and Susan our Guide. My husband had a fall and they gave me so much support which helped greatly. The other travellers were so kind to. I would also praise the Hotel, which was First Class such an enjoyable resort. So much to offer.

Just been on a trip to Cofrentes the boat trip was so beautiful the scenery was magnificent and the meal afterwards very good everything was hot a perfect day out

Our trip to Peñiscula on 2 June 2025 was truly enjoyable. Susan our guide was fantastic and the best guide ever. She was extremely thorough regarding detailing all information during, going, whilst there & on our return trip home. She was simply excellent and the best guide EVER! Antonio our driver was equal to Susan, what an incredible guy, happy during the complete trip. And what a driver? Excellent. What a fabulous combination, it made every comfortable and truly enjoyable.

We have just returned from F1 in Barcelona , this trip was amazing ! From pick up to drop off 100 percent perfect . Ricardo was our drive and Jerry was our point of contact on the coach . The hotel in Tossa de Mar was first class ! I cannot fault this company at all ! Well done to all concerned , we will definitely book again with you

We had a brilliant day trip to Denia on 26 May with David’s coaches. The guide, Susan, was extremely knowledgeable and provided a very informative commentary on the drive up. She was also very helpful on arrival in answering all questions and providing local information. A big thank you to Susan and our excellent driver Cristian. A really enjoyable day. I would highly recommend David’s Coaches.

Just returned from a great trip to Baños de La Encina. Hotel staff super friendly and helpful, food traditional but very tasty. Our guide Geri and driver, José , were both very professional and did excellent jobs ensuring we arrived safely , fully informed and where we needed to be. From olive oil tasting in Úbeda , stunning vistas in the Jaén province cathedrals and castles. It was value for money and a fabulous experience . Our entertainment ,after dinner, was provided by Scarlet ,who had most of us up singing and dancing!

Just come back from a 3 day trip to Cuenca from 3rd to 5th March. What a fantastic party trip made all the more special by the guide Susan and the coach driver Jose. The journey is quite long but broken up by 2 coffee stops to arrive at the hotel for lunch. The hotel is a typically spanish hotel but very clean and the staff were friendly. The food is typically spanish as well i.e. no vegetables, basic but very nice. The wine was flowing, even after we had eaten at night we were still given wine whilst watching the singer Mario, who had gone with us. He was very good, singing a variety of songs including ones we could dance to. There is no hairdryer in the room but reception have one that you can borrow. There is a TV in the room but you need to get the remote from reception. It was quite cold when we went but the hotel was nice and warm. On the Tuesday we went out on the coach all day and had a lovely paella at a nice restaurant with wine (included). Then back to the hotel for evening meal, wine and more dancing. On the Wednesday you visit Cuenca and then travel home. Would definetely recommend if you like a lively fun trip.

I have reluctantly given one star, I would have given nothing. Shocking service. Not only was I refused my refund for a concert trip to Lionel Richie concert having given more than 6 months notice, but they have now lied about their T&C's and amended them after I pointed out their failings. Complete rip off company. Use ROSA Tours instead, as this shower are thieves. Considering I have used them for 8 years, I am shocked that they would stoop so low.

Great trip to Alicante city yesterday. Coach was on perfect time there and back. Debbie was very informative and friendly. A super day all round. Will definitely use these coaches again.

Just completed a 5 day Christmas trip to Altea booked through Daves Coaches. This was our first time with this company. From the ease of the initial booking through to the final trip back home it was excellent. We stayed at the Hotel Cap Negret in Altea. This hotel delivered a 5 star service. The room was large with a sea view. It was spotless. Tea/ coffee makings were replenished every day along with a change of towels and maid service. The food was varied and plentiful. There was something for everyone and everything was clearly marked including gluten free. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English and were also very patient when we tried our Spanish:) I would recommend a visit to the church in Altea old town. Stunning! All in all an excellent experience and would certainly recommend Daves Coaches. Thankyou!

Gisteren met een spiksplinter nieuwe bus naar Valencia geweest om te genieten van de Toetankamon experiance. De gids en de chauffeur waren geweldig. Nog nooit zo ontspannen met een bus gereisd. Tijdens de reis deed onze gids Susan haar best om veel te vertellen over de historie van de steden en de bezienswaardigheden op de route. King Tut was een ervaring om nooit meer te vergeten. Na een lange dag vol indrukken, heeft onze chauffeur ons nog een extraatje te geven door om de diverse centra te rijden zodat we mooie foto's konden maken. Just been to CUENCA with you, beautiful place, sadly, due to my wife's condition we could not enjoy the full benefits. The hostel/hotel was clean and food good. The staff were very friendly. But the real stats were Jose the driver and Kelly the guide, so professional and helpful, but such warmth and humour made every moment a delight. By your own standards, your staff are very good. But Jose and Kelly went above and beyond. And made the break even more memorable. Thank you .

I went on the, Retake, That trip with my daughter through Dave Tours last Sunday. The entertainment was fantastic but so was the tour guide. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable and she shared some of the local and historical knowledge with us on the journey. I look forward to travelling with Dave Tours again and that particular tour guide. The Hotel partnered with Dave Tours was excellent too.

just come back from Belamadena and have to say Kelly and Helen did a brilliant job looking after us and telling us lots of information. Also Jose the driver was also amazing taking us safely to our excursions - All highlights but Caminito del rey was just fantastic totally recommend this trip

After an amazing trip on 13th October to Cordoba for 3 nights we have to say how efficient Lynn our courier was, so helpful and could not have done more for us. The only problem we did have was that there were too many pick ups before we even got going, 12 pick ups in total. Too many we thought. Also the description of the hotel needs altering as it did say that menu del dia and menu de la noche were available in the hotel. They were not. Only Breakfast. Apart from that, the trip was very good. Would strongly recommend less pick up points.

The 23 oct 2024 myself and my friend Maggan took a bustrip with davids coachtrip to a bodega with a guide tour, tapas and testing wines. Therafter we had more then 3 hours to spen in old town Altea. First time we tried this, but will not be the last one. A lovely day and thanks to Jackie and Andy, including the driver Mariano. Meet so much nice people.

Just arrived back from a trip to Toledo with David's coaches. I can't praise our Rep Debbie and driver Gabby highly enough after the problems that were encountered first at the show puy du fou where Debbie was really helpful after the shows admin was not correct. She kept calm and sorted everything out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Unfortunately yesterday on our return journey our coach broke down but once again both Debbie and Gabby sorted the problem out as quickly and efficiently as they could. We couldn't have asked for better people, I would certainly love to be on another tour with both of them. A big thank you to you both

Another coach trip this time to Peniscola. We had a great time. The resort is lovely with lots of things to do. The hotel was excellent too. Top marks to our driver and guide Neil. Neil was helpful informative and very entertaining. Thanks to all.

We took the 3 day trip to Granada and would just like to say what a fantastic job Susan did with the organisation which was like clockwork. She did a fantastic job and also the commentary of all the areas on the way which made the journey go a lot quicker with all the interesting facts along the way. Also a shout out for Gary the driver who was also brilliant. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Had a great day out last week at the Ayora honey bee festival The village was decorated beautifully It was very interesting The visit to the castle was not necessary Not much to see there Also people with even slight mobility problems could not make it up the hill & coming down was even worse I would still recommend this trip for next year Mick & Desna Lowe

Just back from Cuenca trip. Lynn our Courier was Brilliant!, as was our driver. The excursions were great. There’s lots of walking but you can do as much of it as you please. The hotel is basic. The standard of food very basic and wasn’t what we would have expected. Andy Jones our entertainer was excellent. All in all everyone seemed to have a really good time.

We did the september trip with Davids coaches to see Michael macintyre. Our coach host was Neil what a delight of a host and gabby our driver was excellent, their knowlegde and workmanship was second to none, everything was organised brilliant, all was on time with clear instructions always given, Neil was always on hand if any further questions needed answering. Absolutely brilliant well done team coachtrips excellent work, would highly recommend. Altho Neil does have to work on his Jokes lol... Great time away thanks guys

Just returned from a lovely day trip to Denia. Picked up on time and were given interesting information along the journey by Susan our guide who was very friendly and helpful. Excellent driving too by Miguel . We would highly recommend any of David’s Coach Trips as this was about our 8th trip and they have all been run extremely well.

Such a well organised, professional operation. We just returned from the Jumilla winery tour. From our pick-up to drop-off, everything worked like clockwork. We had Kelly as our guide for the trip. She was upbeat and professional at all times. Nothing was a problem for her. Juan Carlos was our driver...he did a great job. The winery, owned by the Pacheco family, was great. Such a sleek operation and the incorporated restaurant where we received our lunch, was fabulous. Both food and service were excellent. Marie (one of a long line of family members working at the winery) was our guide while on site, and she was excellent. Overall I can't fault Dave's Coaches and I'd certainly be happy to take another tour.

We did two tours. A day trip to Cartagena and wine tasting in Jumilla. Both trips very well organised. Both group leaders were very professional. The wine tasting was a real highlight and excellent value. Buses were both very clean and comfortable.

Have enjoyed 2 increíble, trips in the last week with Helen to an evening in Altea and Kelly too the Algar Falls both Reps were excellent and both trips great value for the money

Went on the Rafting day trip yesterday, coach and driver were excellent. Susan from David's Coaches was brilliant, she give us an insight into the history of the areas as we travelled to our venue. She kept our large group well informed of the rafting day details, timings and how to get the most out of our time whilst rafting.The day went very smoothly thanks to Susan and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Definitely happy to recommend David's Coaches and the Rafting day trip, i will be a returning customer for sure.

We did the rafting today and it was fantastic .would recommend for everyone, all ages.. We had so much fun and to top it off our boat won! Special thanks to Susan for being such a lovely guide and big shout out to Jerry the bus driver. Highly recommend.

Our day trip to Guadalest and Algar Waterfalls was amazing! Our tour guide, Susan, and our driver, Alfonso, were fantastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour and the many others available.

Muy mala experiencia.Contraté mi viaje,me llamaron dos días antes para decirme la hora de salida en vez de hacerlo por email,me dijeron una hora y resulta que era otra.Me llamaron el día del viaje para decirme que se iban sin mí,yo vivo a 5 minutos en coche y no esperaron,para qué me llamaron?podían haber llamado antes y me hubiera dado tiempo de llegar,por teléfono me dijeron una hora y luego resultó ser otra.A mí amiga le pasó lo mismo.Habíamos planeado un día libre y al final nada.Muy mal Yo no recibí ningún correo electrónico con la hora,y me llamaron a las 8:16 podía haber llegado en 5 minutos.Y repito que no recibí ningún correo electrónico.Me gustaría poder ir a otra excursión sin tener que abonar el importe

Great trip with Geri as our guide on La Manga boat trip today. She was so knowledgeable and completely in control of her guests and also good craic. Able to get on with everyone on the trip and explained everything perfectly. We all had a brilliant time and the only reason for it not being 5 star was the cafe we stopped at as the service wasn't very good and the staff didn't really seem very pleased to see a big group arrive at once and were clearly not prepared for it.

2 days required for a poorly cancellation. Travelling on a Wednesday ~ Notified them Sunday 4 days before travel. No refund allowed nor credit note given. We don’t need Carol Vordeman for help with our maths do we!

Just returned home from fantastic 3 day trip to Canete/Cuenca. Helen was our guide & José our driver ~ cannot praise both of them enough. They worked so hard to keep everyone safe, informed & entertained. Andy Jones was the entertainer for our trip & we had 2 fantastic fun nights, singing, dancing & of course a glass of vino or two. The hotel was lovely ~ comfortable, clean & food was delicious (& plenty of it!!) Fantastic, fun trip with amazing Guide & Driver ~ loved every minute of it. Thank you 👍🥰

Had a wonderful day trip to Alicante city , spent 8 hours exploring the beauty of this place , went to the fort, pensioners entry is free, and what view. Their is a lift if you do not like walking up.. We came across mushroom street ,thats pretty and sat down for a lovely pasta ..all so beautiful. out pick up was met by the a gentlemen by the name of Neil, along with his driver who was ever so pleasant. Thank you Daves coach for organising this amazing trip ,well worth the money and a return visit is a must.

In eerdere jaren veel dagreizen en ook meerdaagse (Cordoba,Grenada,Sevilla,Toledo,Cuenca....) gedaan met mijn echtgenoot. Nu terug een dagreis met een Engelse vriendin geboekt in juni. Top organisatie!

Excellent trip to Costa brava. Driver pascal was brilliant, hotel was top class and food was excellent.julie was very helpful and informative. Long journey but plenty of rest stops. Trips some better than others but overall well worth doing.

Phenomenal day trip to Guadalest and Algar Waterfalls. Excellent value, fun, beautiful and our guide Neil was the cherry on top:- knowledgeable, efficient, helpful with great jokes. Ok I lied about the last point 😆😂🤣

5th may 2024 Day trip to benidorm with my partner was a lovely day coach arrived on time greeted by felix our tour guide lovely chap very knowledgeable pointing out land marks and the history behind them very interesting have booked now for day into alicante we hope to see felix as the tour guide again 👍👍

My wife and I just returned from a fantastic trip to Cuenca. And, fantastic does not even begin describing it!! Helen brings a vast amount of knowledge, great personality and a superb sense of humor! She presented us with lots and lots of useful information, less known facts with precision in the right amounts, at the right time. I am afraid some of us were not up to speed as she is a fantastic guide, lecturer and a great person, all three in one! We enjoyed the guidance, the food, the incredible singer, and the long journey across the mountains of this part of Spain was just enjoyable. The weather being lousy as it was, with plenty of difficult terrain, Helen always reminded us to dress properly, gauge our effort and just enjoy everything as we did. The driver - I believe Jose Antonio was Helen's match as he handled the difficult terrain with professional precision, playing wonderful music. And the entertainer - Andy Jones is a real music dynamo. Fantastic, beautiful voice, never tired, full of energy! Please keep up the great work!

Great company for tours and mini breaks. Office is somewhat difficult to find.

Just returned from a three night trip to Cap Negret hotel in Altea we really enjoyed the hotel staff so helpful and food tasty. Felix who looked after us on the coach was very informative and with a nice sense of humour well worth going .

On this particular trip there was too much time on the coach. It was 90 minutes before we had picked everyone up and then the same to our destination which was Cofrentes. Trip on the boat was good but disappointed in the scenery, not as spectacular as we were led to believe. Menu del dia in restaurant not to be recommended, it was obvious they were catering for non Spanish tourists. The guide was excellent.

Just returned from a very enjoyable 3 day trip to Cuenca. Our guide, Helen, made the trip extremely interesting with her knowledge and comments. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The bus driver, Jesus, handled the huge coach with expertise on such narrow roads and tight bends. Not forgetting Andy who provided the entertainment in the evenings with such aplomb. Thank you all.

I don't usually leave reviews but here goes. Just returned from a trip to the Cuenca region of Spain. The coach was comfortable the tour guide Neil was informative and funny. The accommodation was comfortable and the entertainment from Wayne Stewart was marvellous. Wayne is also a very knowledgeable tour guide. The group of people were great.

Fantastic trip to Cuenca/Cuenta, awesome few days with the Lovely Helen, she is brill, 2nd trip with Helen as guide, knowledgeable, funny, just the perfect guide, Andy the entertainer was great, and the bus driver ,Tony ( 72 people bus so it was big!) He was superb navigating single track S bend roads!! All in all a wonderful trip, we now will be using Davids Tours every time we are in Spain

Excellent value & well organised trip to Cuenca, Helen our guide was brilliant, very professional, efficient, knowledgeable & funny. Tony the driver was very skilled, considerate & safe & Andy the entertainer very talented & had everyone dancing. The hotel is a way out in a mountain village, but the journey allowed time to view the beautiful scenery & wildlife, even vultures. The hotel was basic but clean, hairdryers are available from reception but limited, meals were typically Spanish with no vegetables, but plenty of wine. The hotel staff & a few willing guests, made a fantastic tapas & paella lunch after the Enchanted City. Enjoyed every minute & cant wait for the next trip

Made a scathing review about a trip to Mojacar candle lit night on 30th September 2023...forwarded that review to the office of David's coaches. The staff are as poor as the trip was. Nothing but poor excuses and then only after follow up emails. Very poor customer service indeed. No need for any further contact.

Good variety of trips. Guides are usually knowledgeable and drivers are steady. Cheap too. Would recommend.

Slick and well organised, but the refreshment stops might be even better when sending two or more coaches, there could be more time between each of them arriving at the same stop. Only a small grumble but somebody has got to be last in the queue. Normally me. But their trips are quiet good and the guides to date are very knowledgeable and friendly. And smart enough to phone someone at the pick up stops if running a few minutes late.

We had a wonderful 4 day break to Peniscola last week. Hotel across the road from the sandy beach. Full board with Buffet meals . Room was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the trip to Morella. Our courier was brill, Geri and a great driver, Gary. They made a great team

Fabulous day trips and mini breaks, yesterday we went wine tasting in a family run bodega in Jumilla, after a very interesting talk by a lovely lady, we went to another part of the buildings for a fabulous lunch with five different wines! A really good day!

A day out at Denia, very nice place to visit, but I was a bit disappointed that there was not more information about the area. The guide told us so much about a tunnel to gain entrance to the castle but didn't tell us where it was, so we walked around the old town and eventually found a gate which lead us to a castle entrance but feel we wasted a lot of time searching for the entrance. Also we were also told that the food was amazing but again we could not find a decent restaurant and ended up at a street food bar, which was very good but not exactly as described. I think a guide to the area would have been very useful and would have helped our visit to have been more enjoyable.

Just back from fab 6 day trip to benalmadena ...Great hotel ..location ..ridiculous choice of food quality and quantity for all nationalities...evening entertainment you can take it or leave it but that's like all hotels lots of people enjoyed it but lots else on at nearby bars if you don't....met lots of nice people along the way and in the evening....super value ..hats off to Neil our guide who made it even better

Enjoyed the tennis at Valencia the rep (sorry I forgot you’re name) very knowledgable pointing out key places on our way to Valencia and letting us know the history we had great views over the tennis courts the rep was with us the whole time so could answer any questions we had also thank u to the girls in the office who arranged the trip also the bus driver as the weather wasn’t great and explained to us because he had to take a break on our way back Thank you again team for a very enjoyable trip jean and margaret

I've added more to this review as this review was last year but some how didn't get up loaded. Since then this year we did two more trips and both was excellent. To be fair I've changed my one star for murcia/ Calasparra to 4 star over all.to make up for the good trips .we have been using this coach company for many years and generally they are very good 👍 I'm also told you have changed murcia/ Calasparra to make it work better Murcia and Calasparra trip We have used David's coaches for around 20 years.. always good. Today however we went on the above trip. We were not advised that the trip was combining 2 other trips. This then resulted in hardly any time at Calasparra which is advertised as is the highlight of the trip in Calasparra. Lunch was advertised as overlooking the river segora however whilst the restaurant was indeed on the river we were seated in a large room upstairs with no view whatsoever and small windows. Our day trip ended at 3:15 what should have been an hour and 40 minute journey home as we had to collect 2 lots of other parties from 2 other destinations the journey time was over 3 hours!! With 35 minute sitting on ikea car park in the coach. Not the day trip We had hoped and paid for ! Especially with a 9 year old child So coach trip was 4 hours off the coach and 5 and a half on the coach !! We should have been told that the journey was being combined so we could have made the decision to go or not Not sure why this post got took down the first time 🤔

After our trip to Galicia last week, Helen asked us to write a review. We have been going with David Coach to all kinds of destinations for many years and again the tour guide (Helen in this case) and the bus driver (Alfonso in this case) were very involved, hardworking and nice helpful people. We are sometimes amazed at how patient they must be! We never write a review because we hate having to put people down, but this time I really have something to say! During the trips we notice that people who are not from England are always looked at with a bit of pity and nasty comments are always made by various fellow passengers. For example, that we Dutch people want to be one of the first to get off the bus (could it be that we are a little younger and faster on our feet?) Yes and those English rows! We always try to get in that line though....people are always darting out of those lines to get ahead of them! They also want us to stand in line when the tour guide calls out the names, for example to get the key to the rooms. Then why stand in line? If we are all so holy and neat why do people take whole bags of food from the hotel buffet (where it is noted that this is not allowed!) Where are there regularly people on the bus who pick out their ears and nose and put on their heads the scratching crusts and even throwing this into the bus every now and then! yes that is nice for the people who have to watch this and also for the people who have to clean this up. So folks, think about your own flaws before commenting! And especially the ones I always help with translating at the buffet, handing out handkerchiefs when there is no paper again and helping to lug heavy suitcases or bags! So, that's a relief and once again all praise for David coach and his team!!!!

I just went on the day trip to Calpe and the boat trip around Calpe rock. The host Neal was a gentleman and so informative, entertaining and funny throughout the trip. The bus was spotless clean and air con was lovely and pleasant. I had plenty of time to roam around Calpe before the boat trip. Made new feiends the social aspect is also brilliant. This has been my most enjoyable day out in many years. I plan to book several more trips into the future thanks so much for a wonderful day our and so looking forward to many more in the future.

So easy going by coach no parking issues dropped off close to museum. Coach ready waiting at collect time. Good variety of trips, my favourite coach company.

Really enjoyed a trip to the cave houses at Alcala. What a beautiful place! And we had a delicious meal at the lovely Mirador restaurant. Our guide was lovely. There were a lot of pickups which made it quite a long journey, broken up with a coffee stop on the way. We could have done with a stop on the way back too though. We had a great time and will definitely be using them again.

Great company always there for you Go to many places. Looked after on the trips good hotels they help book you in. Always free wine and water for main meals used them a few times. Will be going with them again in near future

Hello again! Just back from the Córdoba Patio Fair trip. (12/05/23) Great service again with a brilliant tour guide - the lovely Neil, and a great driver, Alfonso. The hotel was ideally situated, the staff friendly and efficient, and the breakfast tasty, fresh and plentiful. We had a fantastic time! (Previous post) We have just returned from a trip to Segovia and Ávila‎ which we enjoyed very much. The coach was comfortable and José was always reliably where he should be at the given time. Helen was friendly, efficient and informative ensuring that everything ran like clockwork. The hotel was nice and clean with a splendid view and very comfortable beds. It was, unfortunately, understaffed and service was slow at the bar and non-existent in the restaurant. Breakfast was very disappointing with a poor choice of low quality items. Luckily, the location was fabulous and more than made up for this! We will definitely be using David's Coachtrips again!

We went on the trip to Jalon with my elderly father and his wheel chair. The guide who came with us couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. We had a wonderful time. Already looking to book the next trip!

Nice trips

We have recently returned from the three day trip to Madrid for the Andre Rieu concert and found everything to be absolutely perfect from pickup to drop-off. Helen was entertaining and a mine of information, no request was too much trouble for her to sort. Ricardo was an equally helpful amiable young man making the long trip appear shorter. Did a David's Coach trip from 23rd to 27th Dec 2022, it was advertised as a Cristmas break with Gala Dinner on Christmas day but Christmas day was the same buffet as ant other day not even any vegetables. Very disappointed as we were a group of 12 people.

Just back from a 3 day tour of the Cuenca region. Gerri the guide was bubbly, knowledgeable & an excellent hostess. The coach was very comfortable with plenty of leg room & ably driven by Jose the driver Met some lovely people & thoroughly enjoyed it. Not really suitable for anyone with walking difficulties due to the steep regions visited.

Went to IKEA with a group of friends had a lovely day out and the price very cheap on the coach and the tour guide was very friendly

Great day out on the trip to La Manga, guide was very friendly and helpful, everyone enjoyed the day, Flippa boat was great with a bar & snacks. Stopped in the lagoon with a chance for a swim in the calm warm water. Bus is comfortable and air conditioned, will definitely use David’s coachtrips again for a day out.

Wonderful day at Villajoyosa, plenty of time given to browse weekly market and have a coffe by the sea, the Valour chocolate factory was very informative and the free chocolate a treat.then onto Albir quaint town with a lovely beach front, multitude of restaurants to choose from. Ceri our guide was superb, full of interesting facts and figures and kept us entertained 5 stars Ceri. Well worth a visit

Have done several trips with David's coaches including the Romans and Cartaghenians on Friday night. What a feast for the eyes! Spectacular costumes and impeccable timing. Did their ancestors proud.

We have just come back from a 3 day trip to the amazing Alcala Del Jucar region. If you enjoy pure scenery and nature then this could suit you. Our tour guide Niell was a great guy, very down to earth and made sure everyone was well looked after throughout with his snippets of information, humour, knowledge and even some guitar playing. The hotel Mirador is very new and minimalistic. We had a great room overlooking the pool and village of Jorquera. The food was tremendous, you certainly wont go hungry. The manager Paco was there from the moment we arrived to greet us. He was an amazing person. The evening entertainment was good and the 2nd night Paco did his cabaret act which included Elvis songs. The train ride to Alcala del Jucar was an experience - probably best to take your own cushion or towel for comfort but this was more than compensated by the amazing scenery. The final morning spent at the beach by the river was absolutely hilarious. This was followed by an exceptional meal. Full credit to Paco and his team. I would honestly recommend this trip if you want to get away from the beach and cities of Spain and very little shops!! We met a great crowd on the coach and it was quite sad to say good bye but we have many great memories.

These people will not answer the phone. Over 3 months I have tried 119 times . All failed . Make your own mind up.

It was easy to book as we have used this bus company a couple of times over the years and they were super this one turned out great a bit tiered now as it was a long day, we went to Calpe and Morira ,Calpe was nice but a bit to hilly for us but Morira was beautiful,flat for walking and nice restaurants I would go back there for a bit longer than a bus trip for a couple of hours.

Bus was meant to pick us up at 1.55 today. As we got to the bus stop at 1.51 it drive off. The driver/guude would have seen us walking. It was the Benidorm Pride Festival Finale and our visit to Spain was planned around this. Fuming at the poor service. I phoned the company and the lady apologised and said we would be refunded but have now lost confidence in this company. Very dissappointed

Perfect trips. Good varied choices.

We did the Guldalest and Fonts de Algar trip with David's coaches. Family of 5 with 3 kids (14, 12, 10). We got collected on time from Quesada. Coach was lovely and clean. Everything was very well organised. One of my kids found the AC a bit cold so maybe bring a jumper if you are sensitive to that. You can leave your belongings on the bus. Our guide on the bus was fantastic and gave us lots if interesting facts and information during our journey which i loved. Guadalest is beautiful, loads to do and see. The Fonts de Algar were very busy as we went at peak Season but well worth a visit. But you definitely need water shoes or crocs as the river bed is very rocky. Both places would be unsuitable if you have mobility issues. It was a great day out and I'd definitely use davids coaches again.

Had lovely river rafting. Just annoyed me said wear mask half didn't. And coach was so hot. Also wish got longer in water when finished or at lunch time . And no toilet is so hard I'm busting my time I get back. There toilets on coaches so why can't use them

The day trip was good. The coach was air conditioned. There was a delay in departure due to a booking mix up for other passengers. The team took care in showing concern for a passenger who did not show for the return but was expected to do so. The return was delayed as much as possible as the person was elderly. Compassion and concern was shown Masks were required to be worn and seats were allocated for both outward and return journey. I would recommend and use again.

We have just returned from a 3 day trip to Cuenca and hand on heart it was a brilliant trip. Nicola the rep was informative and very helpful and Miguel the coach driver was excellent. All of the places we visited were breathtaking. The hotel was delightful, it was great to have a real key to open our room. All in all the best trip ever.

This company offer zero assistance should you need any help and just leave you there,200 kms away from the pick up point in the middle of the night. Don't expect too much from the tour guide either. The most horrible trip and the worst service without any trace of customer orientation... Do not book any trips with them!!!

Puerta 3 gelijkvloers nr 10 niet gevonden, verschillende keren aan locals gevraagd en kenden Coaches David niet, staat ook nergens aangeduid, de gps stuurt je naar heel ruige buurt van Torrevieja. Dus maar onverichterzake terug naar huis.

Mojacar Moors and Christians festival 10th to 13 June. Absolutely amazing. Hotel was one of best we stayed at for the staff especially in the dining room. Hotel like a Spanish village. Wish we could of stayed another day!

Beautiful day out to Benidorm, couldn't fault anything, driver , tour guide all very pleasant,, i would highly recommend this day trip out .

We have just been on the Girona flower festival trip staying in Tossa de Mar, with the excellent driver Luis and the exeptional guide Justine. This is a long trip but there were sufficient comfort stops on route. The flower festival was a bit disappointing, we expected massive floral displays and those we saw were understated also we felt we were there too long. We enjoyed the day at Collioures in France but decided not to do the Cadaques/Pals trip. Had there been a chill out day between this trip and travelling home then we would have gone. Not much leg room on the coach and would still be better with a Loo on board!! Nice hotel The Golden Bahia, good food and service All in all good value as usual

Went on the gardens trip yesterday and it was gorgeous . The guide was fantastic and totally devoted. The meal was the best I've had for a long time. Then finished at the caves very pretty. Thank you for the day out. X

Lackluster performance of staff. Nobody answers emails. Tour leader does the minimum. Still trying to get a cancellation money returned. No notification prior to trip of scedule. One plus the Alcoy Moors and Christians put on a good show.

We went to Madrid 9-11 Feb 22 to see Andre Rieu. Totally wonderful experience. Beautifully and seamlesslessly orchestrated by Maria on Bus 5 and The Team on the other 4 buses. 15,000 people attended the concert and it was perfect. Could have done with toilets on the coaches - 8 hours -but that is the only negative comment - none of us are getting and younger! There are the obligatory stops along the way so that would have been a good thing. Thanks to all the Team - most enjoyable. Carolyn and Dave, Cabo Roig.

We recently travelled to Madrid to see Andre Reiu with Davids Coachtrips and would like to thank Julie our guide and Pascual our driver for making it a thoroughly stressfree and enjoyable trip. We're now looking forward to our next trip in April to Córdoba.

Lovely day out in Cartagena, and I went on the a boat around the harbour, amazing, well worth the money. The coach keeps a good timetable and that was well worth the money as well, wonderful day out. Thankyou

Been on a trip to halon valley today, been on this trip previously and really enjoyed, but today at the last minute we’re told the wine tasting at bodega was not on, due to covid , no mention of this when we booked, we had visitors that we had told about this experience and we ended up just shopping for wine🙁. Then went for the Cavery which was very nice but not really time to enjoy, we actually had 10 minutes for our deserts as we were the last table to be served, would rather have had time and had a coffee there than go to Altea for 45 minutes

I've travelled with this coach company a number of times on day trips. The staff are helpful and friendly, the coaches arrive promptly and are clean. The trips available are popular places and although Covid has reduced the journeys it's great to see they are working hard to provide enjoyable trips that would appeal to most people.

Dropped into office to make a booking for a short break for a group of girls, enquired by email first and recived all the information that I needed, lady I dealt with was very pleasant and good with information too.

Used for a few years now. Had some good trips away, and day trips. Shall use again. And thanks to "Altea trip" Julie for checking at a bar for our friends specs'.

Had a few trips with them while on holiday in Spain. Booking was really easy through their website, coaches were comfy and clean and the host were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience all round and will definitely book with them again.

We took the Cave Village day trip A mixed bag. It started a bit later - last pickup was in Gran Alacant at 9:25 which got us to the first village about 10:40 with departure at 11:45 It wasn’t market day as advertised in the first village. We had a decent look at the castle at top of town, but no time for any other wandering There was no river walk here or at any location, which was also advertised on the website. The push seemed to be to get to lunch at 1pm Nice 3 course Spanish style menu del dia, overlooking the destination town. Lovely views. After lunch coach took us to a cave complex 2 minutes away, above the town, that has never been a home in anything I could imagine. Owned by a retired toreador who also owns the lunch testified I heard right. A rather eccentric museum of farm implements and retro household items and office equipment from 60s to 70/‘s a bar and many pictures of him and others, all housed in a cave maze which has a lot of bar area. but cave village, homes? No. It appears to have been custom built. Exit is on the hillside of town., at which point you realise it IS an advertised bar - and probably local club. We did walk across a small river over a Roman bridge at the end to get back to the bus, but there was nowhere you could have taken a river walk - and no time in the itinerary, or mention of any river. We just expected something real in the caves visit, with actual history. So a pleasant day, but none of the three main advertised points of the trip were real.
