Just back from spending a lovely week at villa for me and my partner pool was right at front of house and the consum square area which has very affordable large supermarket was just out bk of house their is several lovely restaurants and bars all with in 2 mins walk from house Indian Chinese kebabs pizza cocktail bar steak house Italian restaurants everything u need is short distance away pool was large communal pool and house had everything that we needed 10 outa 10 from us can't wait go bk thanks from Martin Angela.

Hemos estado una semana en una estancia a través de ellos, todo genial, un placer y encantado de haber conocido a Dayse y James. Casas espectaculares y muy bien cuidadas y como digo toda la gestión rápida y fácil. Muchas gracias por todo y repetiremos!

Wie zegt dat hij via een andere makelaar goedkoper kan huren dan via Somos Rentals is een fantast, volgens mij. James en zijn ijverige assistente Daisy zijn service-gericht en erg vriendelijk. De port-folio van Somos Rentals is verbazingwekkend voordelig ten opzichte van andere makelaar-kantoren. Voor nu en in de toekomst zal ik mijn familie en vrienden naar Somos verwijzen.

Casa Marina del Rey in La Marina, Elche Vacation to remember! Absolutely stunning house nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. First time we stayed in this beautiful house only 800m (walking distance) from the sand beach, in January and we are back again! Spacious rooms, very clean with lots of windows and day light. All marble stairs and tiles. It’s 5 of us now, one queen size bad, two single beds and one futon, all extremely comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, for all our needs. Roof terrace facing the beach, plus balcony and terrace at the house entry. Our hosts are professional and friendly and we highly recommend this gem for nice and quiet vacation!

Mi estancia en La Casa Marina del Rey a través de Somos Rentals fue maravillosa. La compañía y la comunicación fueron muy agradables. La casa está a pasos de la playa y es verdaderamente hermosa. La piscina también fue maravillosa y la disfruté muchísimo! Definitivamente recomiendo esta casa para una escapada relajante junto al mar!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Casa Marina del Rey! It truly exceeded my expectations in every way. I was impressed with how spacious the house is, which made it perfect for our group. It was very clean, cozy and the decor and furnishings are stunning. It is a 10-minute walk to a beautiful and clean beach. We couldn't have asked for a better location. My favorite feature of the house was the terrace with a beach view. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic experience with Somos rentals, James was very attentive to all of needs, responded quickly to questions prior to our arrival and explained every aspect of our arrival and stay. Detailed pictures of the key box and full instructions were all included, were very professional and timely. The villa was very clean and exactly as we had expected from the pictures on the website. I found the entire experience first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a rental in the LaMarina area. Overall 10/10, Somos couldn't have been more helpful, professional and we had a fantastic holiday, thank you very much.

Changed after business owner posted response. This review is nothing to do with me not liking the area. If you pay by credit card link not in person they cannot refund the security deposit via the credit card transaction. I had to suggest the deposit was refunded in cash. Communication was awful from them. Had to send multiple messages on how to get into property and only because I rang got it on the day before due to arrive. They do not tell you it's standard not to give access details until the day before. I didn't use the property for a number of reasons which weren't down to them (just to repeat not their fault I did not stay) but they refused to give a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. In my opinion I was dealt with unreasonably

James helped our family quickly moved in a house in Gran Alacant when we first arrived in Spain. Very good service while we were renting the property, responsive to all questions and issues we had. I hope their business runs well, highly recommended!

What a dishonest liar of a man, I booked through Airbnb, as he is the agent for the owner who live in the UK, he took it apon himself to try skim some cash from us for an extra day, we were not comfortable about leaving cash for him so contacted the owners directly, who knew nothing about it and was very disappointed (we paid the owners direct for the extras). He also decided he was within his rights to come to the villa when we were out and proceeded to go through the rooms, turning all the plugs off, a complete invasion of our privacy. He then had the audacity to accuse me of being a thief when I paid all extras requested by the actual owner. Stay clear and be careful. He will use your villa to line his own pockets behind your back.

Wir hatten für 4 Monate ein Haus in San Fulgencio in der Urbanisation gemietet. Nach ein paar Tagen stellten wir fest, dass es extrem schlecht gedämmt und kaum heizbar war. James wurde involviert und bereits am nächsten Tag konnten in ein wesentlich besseres Haus umziehen. Wir waren überrascht wie problemlos dies möglich war. Auch dort gab es kleinere Dinge, die umgehend gefixt wurden. Auch die Strom- und Wasserabrechnungen wurden sehr transparent und professionell gemacht. Die Kaution wurde umgehend erstattet. Alles in allem können wir Somos Rentals in voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen.

We used Somos Rentals earlier this year. They found a great property for our holiday, in the perfect location for our needs. I would highly recommend Somos Rentals and plan to use them again in the future.

If you are looking for a holiday rental in La Marina avoid at all costs. Takes weeks to reply to basic email queries and WhatsApp messages. Unfortunately we were forced to cancel our Villa booking as our flights were cancelled. They could not even be bothered to reply, dreadful company.

Very nice finca in Spanish style. Very quit. You need a car to visit the Surroundings. The beach and shops and towns ( alicante, elche, Santa pola) are near by (about 15 min)…beautiful exotic plants and flowers in the garden, and enough space to sit around . Good bbq and fire place … safe with gate .. the beds were very good and clean .

I changed to Somos Rentals last year and they are a complete revelation. James the owner is particularly helpful. I had a break in last October and James handled it from start to finish. He has a good team of tradesmen and The rental monies turn up on time! It’s five stars from me.
